Find Me A Luxury Home - Arcadia - Episode 5 Teaser

[Music] hi everyone and welcome to our show were in beautiful Arcadia and today we're meeting a lovely couple from Beverly Hills Craig and Belinda I want to do it out of the way how stressful this is way too busy for me he travels quite a bit and she wants to stay close to family so I've got to find them something amazing today we'll be looking at three properties check it out hello hello I'm really excited to show you three properties today stunning we're gonna see the first house which is about over 10,000 square feet let's go take a look let's do it I'll let you take in the formal entryway as you can see you have very tall ceilings here and you walk into this very intimate but large family room very elegant yeah you've got a lot of incredible baseboard finishes and on the ceilings you've got it stepped up with a lot of molding and really beautiful detail coffered ceilings throughout the house I'd have to say when I first walked in it did blow me away a little bit so we have two wings to the house there is an East Wing and a West Wing and as we walk towards the West Wing you have this apps stunning formal dining room which is so beautiful with the design ceiling as you were mentioning you love that yeah and you have these incredible French doors that are ceiling to floor height I don't think I've ever witnessed anything this craftsmanship is rope before so we'll see the ceiling goes up to 18 feet high and I absolutely think this is one of the most gorgeous rooms in this home yeah this is like a museum this is fantastic you've got really high ceilings coffered to the ninth you have a bar area and this room splits off into what I think you're going to find one of the most incredible features of this property most home theaters aren't this lavish fantastic this would be great we love to watch Cinemax so you've got the pool area here's your grassy area for gardening and this is your stunning pool but this is your gardens this is is this ample finding wanting more yard from this yeah a little bit congested yes is it something that you can overlook if you love the house or is it a must well this kind of money I think we should pretty much everything on our checklist okay we're at house number two you guys on los altos so we're in the same neighborhood as the previous home just about two miles away you like it curved oh no I really like the front of this house yeah the entrance is fantastic it's beautiful Wow first walked into this home it took my breath away oh yeah look at this so we have two levels here the last house was one level more impressive I think grant for a as you walk in barrier and I love that staircase how it curves around like that the staircase a that's a wiener see myself coming down draping down the stairs perfect for that so here we are into the living room oh yeah Wow really open very open into your formal dining room feeling and then let me show you your theater so look at this theater lots of bling Wow just need a large popcorn machine welcome to your backyard oh this actually the barbecue area I love that the barbecue area I just wish it had like a fireplace you have a beautiful garden look at all this space pull to the left oh I love the pool yeah you've got your outdoor barbecue Matt yeah and then you can make this your outdoor tennis basketball how about that like that fantastic yeah for the tennis net we can make that happen so let's go see the master that sounds good welcome to master retreat oh really well and it goes out to a beautiful balcony the little seating area wow I wasn't expecting this look at the depth in here so you've seen all of house number two what are your thoughts I love it and what do you love about it the entry the grand entry the staircase the goldleaf is just the kitchen it's not quite spectacular that's the other one it it's just not as open as the first house all right number three so I'm going to be down the street let's see what you think there we're at las flores alright so this property is the smallest of the three it's 9,000 16 square feet but it offers more bedrooms ooh and more bathrooms so let's see what we get let's check it out all right no we have another Brad for yay here oh wow you have a curved staircase here as well mm-hmm we've got a study to the right the wallpaper so you have a theater here as well and it's just a little bit different in style Oh son Oh mine is come on this view actually so this makes you have the theater I like it great just follow me to the formal living room very bright very light hmm beautiful fireplace kind of tight I don't care from the wallpaper it just feels a little tight in here and little small so we have this beautiful dining room often living space well we'll walk through the doorway because what this leads into is a much grander family room the kitchen area here you've got another living room so if you're not satisfied with the size of that one you've got a huge family room here yeah actually you know what you just hit the nail on the head because I thought it was that easy but now this makes a huge difference so this wing has so much to offer you've got the living room that goes into your breakfast area here this is know let's go to the kitchen very large center island this is good we have a billiard room a wine roll take a vintage yeah shoot some pool something go and then you're gonna go to your pool which be back welcome to your beautiful backyard ah and Oasis I love it nice pool actually this is the best pool I've seen a little waterfall coming out so you've got an area for gardening it is a little bit on the smaller side I'm only looking a lot pools to the stall feel that that's the window like someone's taking away by the pool maybe it's time for a dip and then you have an area here for seating with a fireplace this is a beautiful entertainment area we have another stairway what you do love would be a beautiful landing area here that's gonna take you into this plush seating area go into this nice master here this is more spacious and open the knife right now actually yeah notice we haven't found our home with the fireplace in the master oh oh well this liner yeah definitely this is beautiful so give me your feedback on this house your thoughts on everything that you've seen here beautiful the wallpapers a little busy for me but that pool is fantastic I really like no there's a decision yes open floor plan I love that everyone was pretty well balanced that's what opening balance the backyard yeah we got over that I think after each house we sort of start looking at the budget and looking at where we are what we can do and they go okay what could we do to make it better and right see where we're at Los Altos was the second house that we saw this and you had your theater a glitzy yeah that one was asking five point five right but house number three you had a smaller but grand staircase rug walked outside and you were taken away by the pool mmm-hmm yeah it was asking five point three so we have yeah we're looking pretty strong on what we want well which one are we going with we have to sign it hmm hold it
