show it like Katie she sent us a video one time in her school showing a lot of the stuff that she's gotten from like you know just staples dumpster-dives but she doesn't want to be on she doesn't want comments I know stuff was just dying to know it was in that dumpster so and it's true dumpsters there I was eyeballing the dumps you're thinking what kind of treasures are in there that they just thought well this is junk you know there's probably good that on there I almost took it I never know what you're gonna find in there no you to find such awesome stuff thanks again for sharing your people's mail I thought about it never seen things back did they have a dumpster back there I wouldn't believe what was in it what does the post office do with all the mail that see if it went to my P o box I throw it away do they return to sender never Seinfeld yeah Newman yeah just wasn't delivering a story oh maybe the post office is a good place but I wouldn't I wouldn't Dempster to have a post you're new to the channel okay our friend Katie works in a very very impoverished School District like yeah they have nothing and a lot of the kids are not just a student and if they are sibling a lot of them are also sibling parents yeah they're really under kids yeah so it's a rough parents are drug addict some of them in jail some are being raised by grandparents some are being I mean there's just so many things but it's not all they're not all know some of them know but there's so many stories I know but there's some that are still struggling financially yes and if the parents if both parents are working or it's a single parent and they're working all the time has a child one of those kids is gonna take up some of the slack and that's just what happens yeah but and they don't have anything so this stuff it seems like it should be just you should just have this yes just have this but it's not know when you'd win York and I don't know other states work but like the tax dollars they don't take all the tax dollars and say okay all the kids and new or wherever you know their their schools look different yeah it's way different than a place where the the tax that is coming in to tax dollars is a lot lower it's reflected and what they get in their schools I cannot wait to give it this isn't this is mind-boggling let's keep going with it but this is who everybody who sent something to Katie this is unbelievable and a huge pile of cool binder or um notebooks Wow you get to open this one the things we take for granted there's other people that they will be truly moved by this and like we've given stuff you like little little trinkets and stuff yeah and then Katie says that the kids when you give them like she'll tell them to go ahead and pick up yeah just a simple little thing and they're really excited about Wow look at this and this this also all pencils if you're a kid also and you know that like somebody is giving you this that you don't know and people in another state another country that's important stuff that like somebody cares right yeah I've never had a brand-new pencil or you know I just do I mean just not just having knowing somebody cares and there's people out there like that can give you a different view of the world oh my gosh oh so cool thank you do push no something else let's see what this is these are heavy okay yeah this is awesome teachers they could spend their own money but the school gives how much did one box of tissue clean it for the year she's seventh grade teachers so she's got English teacher she's got well over 200 and something kids yeah throughout the day how does one box that Kleenex gonna do how absurd is that how absurd is that but we gave her a ton of them so there's two of these this is how many is in there that's a carton 1865 she white Wow there's two of these two these big boxes this seems so sweet these things like this is like this is let me know how you describe that it's like a this you'd think you just have that but you don't unless the teacher is going out and spending their money which I do can't believe her I can't here tonight I can't either all this and all these packages around the same time and I went to go visit her yesterday and I would have missed all this I know yesterday is it possible that yesterday it was and then like the like just in you created this is like supernatural like all the sudden like hey I got to move that date back because these packages you coming in cuz no well these packages were here we just didn't open we didn't we didn't open him but we went again today and picked up more on the way home yeah we did our minds were like what that we have been that heavy box well this this thing so heavy it's 45 46 pounds of school supplies is what that is yes and all the other stuff will get amazing oh so nice and generous and unbelievable this is my mind is blown a mind like seriously alone this is I wish Katie was here imagine her well she went to I went to a town like I've been to Colorado a couple times but the first time I went there I lent we went into flew on a when I say a private jet it wasn't like super fancy we were going there to do some construction it was me and two other guys hold on it's Ben Lee thank you Finley thank you me and two other guys that I've never met before I was hired by a company and I had never met these guys and we were going to this little town it was popular for hunters and ski and stuff like that I can't remember the name of it beautiful little town and didn't have no name or were they trying to name it so no like murder ville no if I think of the name I'm sure that people would know it okay but it was beautiful and the company there was this big company in San Diego a construction company and the owner of that company lives in that little town and kind of owns a lot of that town and and they were improving like curb and gutter and things like that around some of those stores and so he hires us to go up there and again I've never met these two guys that I went with and I like there's three of us going there and we're gonna pour concrete for like four days every single day we're gonna form it and pour it every single day and like oh that sounds like a challenge we and we meet at the airport we get on it you guys warm it - we had to do everything we want you would we would set the forms like if you know what curb is you set forms on curb you pour it you strip the forms and you move ahead it's usually like a crew does that and another crew yeah there's a form if you're a big company yeah okay so we would form it pour it strip it and finish it that same day the next morning we would form pour and that was gonna be the routine and I'm getting off track so I go to meet him at Palomar Airport yeah a little private jet and we get we carry our tools and buckets like a five-gallon bucket you get a home depot trowels and stuff like that and the guys get on it was Arnie who later on became like really good friend of mine but I've never met him you know Arnie yeah Arnie and I can't think of the other guy's name because he didn't stay around that long after that they didn't speak English and my Spanish was very limited and I didn't know they didn't speak English so we get on the airplane and we got our buckets and stuff they look terrified cuz it was terrifying flying but your buckets on the airplane yes it was a private literally this guy's private airplane but literally a nice private airplane yeah leather seats and we got these buckets of tools yeah oh and we put some bender board into ie seriously things that they said hey we might not have this there so yeah load an airplane up and then we fly and when we flew there they went by part of the Grand Canyon we got to take turns going up front and sit in with the pencil y'all might front hey when I went up to the front you sit there you feel like you're you feel like the your chest is sticking out of the front of the airplane it was a weird sensation it was like you really felt like you were floating weird it was like hmm I had been on a lot of airplanes that one I wasn't dating it it was just so small and you look outside you're like this is crazy so anyways we get to Colorado this is distorted yeah where is this going okay it was how beautiful that was but when we got to Colorado in the morning it was freezing like freezing and then when it would get to like 40 degrees rise up to 40 degrees we would be sweating and we'd start like we'd go out there all bundled up our tools everything was so cold then we'd take our coats off and be sweating and you look at the temperature it'd be like 40 45 degrees I looked up at the sky and the sky looked like it was low closer to the ground and bluest blue I've ever seen in my life ever it was it was incredible so this all had to do with the beautiful town hey by the way to the point where were you ready net I just talked I got problem punch Larry morning the guy gave me cash okay he would give me a bundle of cash and say okay you guys to eat to go eat it was a weird deal and so I get the cash and I'd get these guys in the morning and they gave me a vehicle so we had a vehicle we would had a hotel and I get cash the cash was in addition to what we were being paid so I get this cash and then I go get these guys that we don't understand each other so I'd get him I Drive him to a restaurant in the morning and say what do you guys want and don't know what they said they just I would order and then they would order and we did this every day for like three days and they would order the same thing I would order we'd go to dinner they'd order the same thing I would order oh yeah every day let's get whatever he's having cuz I don't know I'm it's too awkward to have to say it because I can't read the menu anyways so three days three days of that didn't this guy he says hey you guys want to take a day off and come over to he was the work for that guy come over to his house he had forces like down the middle of nowhere is beautiful so Arnie when we get there jumps over the fence and runs and jumps on a horse that didn't have a saddle no I told you yeah I was like what the heck is this guy doing and he could ride a horse without a saddle so I was like okay this guy's cool alright yeah cool he is cool and then that guy took us out to dinner in a nice place and there was a lady there was a waitress that spoke Spanish oh so you could communicate with them yeah and so they're they're ordering what they want and then that lady said that they were eating she had a long conversation with him they were ordering what I was hoarding because they didn't know what they couldn't read the menus like everybody can tell you what he was really born they were in the same thing as me bacon and probably toast and that's probably what you had I had yeah I love eggs and bacon I know and they're probably like where's the real food anyways it was it was a lot of fun we ended up going to the Continental Divide we had a good time after that happened you know like I know I knew fast-forward Arnie later became a foreman for me and then after that a superintendent and he we he learned English Steve I manage more Spanish yeah and he's a great great guy I mean super guy the other guy he only like after that trip I think he was like I ain't I don't want before please any but that was a fun trip I'll tell you Dom what crazy stuff that happened on that someday okay I'm rambling I can tell you some more about that that's three other stuff happened oh okay I use matter stuff that happened I think you should tell that part all right I won't tell the other part but it was funny yeah alright hey we appreciate you guys being a
