let's do this good morning everybody well good afternoon everybody i don't know why i said morning it's four o'clock in the afternoon good morning everybody happy sunday i'm not usually here on sundays this is a bit odd isn't it anyway hi everybody um let's game shall we i'll give you all a chance to come in she's here i have arrived okay we're gonna build in the sims today let me actually make sure i've got like everything all set up i mean i gave us all the budget everything i think we should be good but we're gonna build a mansion today in the sims i think um oh well we're gonna try to build a mansion today in the sims look emphasis on try you know um i feel like it's not gonna be very good but we can try i need to sort through some of my recordings hang on because i have like a bunch of half started builds um like we started the goth renovation and stuff let me make sure i i go through some of that um because otherwise i'm gonna forget i also started making my build today i started rebuilding um my legacy challenge house today so um let me make sure i save those recordings too so i don't lose them okay now i'm good sorry sorry thank you for the prime stuff little ticket thank you for the bits um show you i can't it's embargoed you can't see it sorry i wouldn't show you the new legacy house but um i was using the new pack for it so you can't see it because it come the i can't show you the new pack stuff until tomorrow so too bad so sad for you thought you didn't stream on sundays well that's the whole point tomorrow is the last day of our st june fundraiser so um we are here and we are gaming we've built we've been planning this all month don't act surprised we've been planning this all month um but uh today we're gonna we're gonna build in the sims for a little bit i think that'll be fun um let me triple check before i show you my game that i did in fact disable the pack okay we're fine okay we're fine i can show you my game scene now um with with no physically can't help us because dan's wi-fi oh danya's here oh okay oh and tori's here too i don't know i just saw i saw shan say i am alone and i was like uh-oh no we're fine never mind false alarm st you too yeah we passed 250k yesterday so if you guys weren't at the stream yesterday um we raised a lot of money for st jude yesterday um in fact we we passed 250 000 which means we technically unlocked that drinking stream that i promised i would do but never thought i would have to do i i did not imagine this happening when i considered this um in the past i i didn't think it was possible but here we are um we we did pass 250 000 raised for st june today and tomorrow are the last two days of the fundraiser um do we find pietro yes we found pietro in 30 minutes yesterday i went live at 10 we found pietro at 10 30. so after all of this these months and months and months of hunting for pietro we found him in 30 minutes yesterday we've been looking for him since october and then i come on yesterday and then like that there he is [Laughter] um and that's maddie ashley lynn thank you for the subs reese with the five dollars the saint jude kiki with a thirty dollars to st jude uh and lena thank you for the twenty dollars thank you too thank you all so much thank you so much um but i was live for like 10 hours yesterday we played a lot of animal crossing and then we played some mario kart and stuff too so it was a fun day um and obviously we have two days left of our of our fundraiser for st june so today we're gonna be doing some building we're gonna try and make a mansion in the sims and then tomorrow i can finally play early access to the new pack so the game pack comes out on tuesday the new dream home decorator game pack for the sims that comes out on tuesday but we can play it on stream tomorrow um so we get to do that tomorrow which is so exciting um so tomorrow that's honestly the timing could not have been better for that like uh the bob pancakes is a dilf just donated to st june anyway the timing couldn't have been better for that like of of the days for the embargo to lift like the last day of our fundraiser like we can have as many people as as can was to try and build a house uh that is exactly how much money we've raised for st june so i i set the price uh before i went live uh at 258 610 i originally was planning on like increasing it as we raise money but that seems like a little bit complicated um so i wonder it could be kind of funny if we like see how much we raised today and compare it versus like the original so we can see how much total we raised today versus like the original budget um i don't know i don't know but at least that way there's like a a set budget um this lot is the 40 by 40 lot oh there's a rainbow it was raining i had to cheat it away um that's beautiful look at that but this is the lot where the delgado family usually lives um but where we live right now um anonymous lorraine jocelyn thank you for the thought were like dramatic uh and fancy enough for us to use because i i had a couple that i was thinking about showing you guys so i liked this one because it was symmetrical but um i i liked how it has it has these things on both sides but i was thinking we could put like symmetrical with like an extension on one side i don't know um but i like this kind of thing i think this could be easy to make very expensive you know um this one's very similar but less big i liked the landscaping though like i liked how they had like a lot of brick in the front and that was kind of interesting when we could use platforms to do that maybe um and this one i liked how the grass this is really small i liked how the grass has two different colors we could totally do that as well um so uh i think this is kind of the vibe that we're going for but this maybe could be the back like what the back looks like um but we'll see and we could always do gray instead of the red brick but i don't know i don't know i think we're gonna not do any one of these individually we're gonna try and like combine them all you know like i think if we try and do some combination of all three of these buildings um we can do that well no yes this is just mode oh oh good god i'm well aware the grass isn't actually different colors it's just mowed like that but i meant i i meant that we could use terrain paint to pretend the grass is mowed like that i meant that we could make it two different colors i'm well aware it's mode i don't think the grass was different colors i just meant that we could do that to like mimic it because it looks kind of fancy so when we do it we're gonna have to literally use two different colors otherwise it that's just how it works these are really tall chimneys though it's a bit scary i'm gonna be honest the house has like antenna or something you know and that weird why are they so tall liz cupcakes is hotter than liza pancakes hashtag facts uh bob is greater than elizabeth happy before i start building i want to talk to you guys a little bit about saint jude in case you're just coming into the first to the stream for the first time maybe you didn't know uh we've been fundraising for st jude all month on twitch um we raised a lot of money for st jude i'm just gonna say that right real fast um but saint jude is a children's research hospital here in the us uh they help patients from around the world people people travel from literally everywhere to come to st jude um one for their like research and their treatments there but two because same chute is a very special place because they don't charge any family a dime for anything the kids of saint jude and their families will never ever ever get a bill from saint jude for anything that includes all of their treatments food like travel expenses because they fly into memphis to come to the hospital places to stay while they're there same jude covers literally everything um so saint jude will never ever ever charge his family as a dime the last thing you need to worry about when your child is battling cancer is how you're going to pay for their life-saving treatments uh and saint jude covers all of that so um this money goes directly to paying for those kids and we are going to help so so so many families with this money how do they do that what do you mean lainey what do you mean how do they do that um they just don't charge you for anything they're never gonna send you a bill for the treatments and um not not necessarily tellcherry um it's just one hospital here but keep in mind it is a research hospital um and and they're funded entirely through donations if only america had universal health care um we don't though but luckily we have very kind very generous places like saint jude um around to help these families so um yeah lainey they're funded entirely to donations not just from they have a lot of really big donors that give like literally millions and millions of dollars to st jude but they also have people like us who come in uh and we fundraise and we raise a lot of money for them saint jude is entirely funded by donors like us and they've been around since the 60s um and since have obviously grown a lot um and helped a lot a lot of families when saint jude was founded back in the 60s the survival rate of childhood cancer was 20 and now um largely thanks to a lot of st jude's efforts it's 80 uh they've like inverted that number on its head uh and they are helping a lot of people duck dan why are you here sorry dan's internet is uh dead um but welcome in it's good to see you um don shara elise april um moving the delgados what color shirt should i get oh get the um i don't know i like the gray one i also like the light blue one i don't know kalani thank started the stream today was the plan um is to try and make a house that costs how much money we raised for saint jude so far when i went live um and i think it'll be kind of a fun game to like um see actually gonna build any of these houses i just we were looking at some reference photos i showed chat earlier for like the vibes um but let me just leave them open on my other monitor we don't you could do that um i know so there is like this uh i made a video where i rebuilt this house that i saw on zillow gone wild people were calling the mullet house um and that means that like basically um so this house is like this sort of georgian style right maybe we were to say add like a mid-century modern extension in the back of the house that's what they're talking about when they say mullet extension um it's not symmetrical oh it's fine you need to not yell at me i mean this is the nicest way possible there are 7 000 people here you need to not yell at me i will cry maya leone german cat sims 4. it is genuinely so much harder than it sounds to do that because there's a lot of really weird packs so like it's a genuine challenge to try and like include luxury party stuff and my first pet stuff like it it just so many of these things are such like wildly different styles too that it's like genuinely difficult to do that um which i realized sounds a bit silly but i'm serious like it's it's genuinely hard to try and include every pack in a build um every pack house not this one's not gonna be big enough let's do guys let's do one challenge at a time okay maybe in a different challenge we could try and do in every pack house again um but let's let's do this one step at a time okay um okay i think those might have balconies on them i'm not sure yet um sparkling gray harriet becca sarah uh peachy princess thank you for the donations to st jude they're gonna make a tiny house a tiny house that cost 250 000 simoleons you guys are trying to pull me in like four different roof on it to give some more dimension to the house um i think that could be nicer if we had like a little little something like this on there i don't know i think that could be cute i think that could be cute okay and then like the roof would probably be black right i kind of wish that we had um like a dormer in here does that make sense we can't really do it very easily but that's what i wish i could do why does it do that why does it look like that it doesn't like let you place it in the thing enough oh we could totally add those if we wanted to huh wait library little dylfie molly can i try the new kitchen cc from delegacy to the new i posted a video with that yesterday i made a video on it yesterday don't worry i got you um i can link it for you but yeah i did i did make a hospital and i don't i feel like i couldn't do it justice and i just i don't know i don't think that that's maybe a very good idea also saint jude is massive like it's not just one building it's like a campus of buildings you know um so uh i think that would not be so easy savvy simmer just got into foxberry and this month's stream bought me so much joy thank you for the donations to st jude too um i want to do it with shutters because i like how the black shutters look with the building like i think that's a nice touch to have the shutters um but then these are really cheap windows but i think the shutters are like appropriate for the style of the house and they also like tie in the the roof you know um so i think the shutters are like probably a good thing sam thank you for the sub we're trying to do this the giant bananas in pietro's house and lily thank you for the massive donations to st jude too thank you everybody okay big door big door you think 250k is too little for a mansion 250k in real life is is far too little for a mansion um but i think the 250k in the sims is a is a real decent price for a mansion um i in my opinion at least um okay maybe i'll do thinner columns yeah we can get some luxury appliances in here in real life you cannot even get a house for 250k in most places um so you know it's all relative silvercott thank you for the 18 months hermione that you're the dollar to st jude yeah you guys i don't usually stream on sundays i know um but we're here today because if you didn't know we've been raising money for st jude children's research hospital all month uh and the last day of our fundraiser is actually tomorrow um so we're live today because it's the second to last day of our fundraiser um so we're not gonna miss this opportunity to hang out and play some sims and raise some money for the kids so that's why we're here right now um we've kind of been planning this one all month um i i know that i don't usually stream on sunday so don't worry i know what day it is i didn't forget um taylor thank you for the 25 dollars to st jude too thank you so much oh the other thing i wanted to tell you guys about so um the reason we're doing this is it's part of an event called st jude play live on twitch um and st you play live is basically a big fundraiser that happens every year on twitch everybody raises not everybody a lot of streamers raise money for saint jude um over the course of the month of may right um and this year i want to play the exact number this year uh streamers on twitch have raised three million five hundred and sixty nine thousand two hundred and ninety five dollars for saint jude um which is actually the record uh that's the highest they've ever raised in a play live um by a long shot by like a couple hundred thousand dollars now i think so that is pretty cool um and obviously we have raised a lot of that money um uh you know by coming on and and raising 260 thousand dollars for st jude so melissa thank you for the 50 will i change legacy airs hairs what do you mean will i change their hairstyle maybe i don't know what you legacy are we talking about i've got one on youtube one on twitch um okay i'm gonna put a little window up here too i think that's looking pretty nice to be honest all right let's oh the back is not though okay missing some parts that's fine i'm gonna get obviously in packs they don't give you like a million windows right so that you don't have like so if you wanted to use like the realm of magic windows there's not enough windows and enough variation in the windows that is like appropriate for all sizes of walls like they only really work for like one wall size and so when you try and put like the realm of magic windows on a short wall height or on a tall wall height because they're tiny it looks so weird like the little tiny windows in the big wall like it just i don't know i i don't like the tall wall hey i have a hard time using it wow and like this is really weird but what if there was like a hallway and a really big bathroom and then like more hallway does that make sense the hallway can have like paintings on it or something um we'll see but then we can have like this be the dining room a big formal dining space and we can put a kitchen somewhere in here and then we can have a bathroom somewhere as well i don't know where exactly but we'll figure it out tips for floor plans oh gosh i'm it depends on what you're trying to build it really does like the because um any advice that i could give you would be like heavily dependent on what it what it is that you're trying to make you know um because like with a house like this i find it's a lot more difficult because it's so symmetrical the floor plan doesn't just like build itself you know um a lot of times with houses that i make like there's pretty obvious sections like oh this could be like this bump out could be the dining room you know um but this one because it at its core is a rectangle i find this sort of floor plan is a lot more difficult to do um but it really depends on what you're doing i've got a couple of youtube videos where i give some advice um live thank you for the two dollars st jude has it rained in orlando it's not well i have my curtains closed i think it was meant to rain today but i don't remember um it rained for you in tampa today yeah placing stairs first if your house is two stories um advice i always say is to place the stairs first because the the stairs really determines like how the rest of the house gets split up you know um so that that is good advice genuine good advice is to place the stairs first and now i'm trying to figure out if i want to put the kitchen in here or if i want the kitchen to go here i think the kitchen being here is a bit better because it's more accessible to more of the house but i don't know what wall to put the stuff on i guess the cabinets could go like that and there could be an island this is gonna be either this could just be like a sitting room to be honest with you um because it's kind of like a passage room because people have to walk through it to get to the outside of the house so um maybe this room could be like a tea room like a formal sitting area so you have like a formal dining here and like a formal sitting area in here um i'm just trying to think like what would fancy people have like if your guests are coming they'd come into the formal sitting room that leads into a more extravagant living room and then you have the formal dining room as well right platonics thank you for the 20 dollars to st jude too thank you so much um this could be the library we could put like bookshelves all down the back that could be fun and then you could come into it from the dining room you know um okay um something like that this will be another something butler's room we might have space for that um but i don't want to put it over here um linds thank you for yeah maybe not um billiards room we don't have a pool table we have a ping pong table and we have a foosball table but there's no such pool table can't play that in the sims charlotte thank you for living room so like if there's gonna be a separate tv room it would be in there so we can have this be the formal living room this will be fine this will be fine it fits the big square rug too so this can be the plain like formal living room that no one ever actually hangs out in you know uh rj pumpkin thank you for the donations to st jude too guys i don't really want to make a a walk-in closet right now because we're getting a walk-in closet like all the stuff we need for walk-in closets in the pack so i don't really feel like making a house with a walk-in closet without it does that make sense like i think that would be a bit sad to try and put a walk-in closet in this one considering we're gonna get a real one in like two days you know i would love to have a sectional sofa annie be like a gym in here that could be nice possibly do you want to have like fancy marble floors in the gym so we'll have a gym we'll have the library so there's two skill building rooms down here and then you know what i will figure out this room when we get to it let's do the upstairs oh good god this is gonna be horrible um where do you walk up the stairs okay you come up over there um i'm wondering or well hang on maybe this could be like a whole primary sweet sort of situation like this is the main bedroom attached is a closet that you walk through to enter the bathroom you know like one of those sort of situations i think that would make sense and then they have their own balcony as well these houses are ridiculous oh no that's too much because we want to put a bathroom here it might be better i can well the closet could just be smaller i guess or oh my gosh i've seen houses look i spent a lot of time on zillow never mind i've seen houses like this right where this is the that's a really long hallway why did i do that i've seen houses like this where um the main bedroom like uh has um we could have a closet in this too but there's like a door into the bathroom they um this is a really big house it's got like no business being this big i mean obviously we're trying to make it big but um small cut out on the floor um so i would love to do that i don't know if you guys have noticed though recently um that it's not functional when you do that anymore um like you know when you go like this and then delete that part your sims don't walk up the stairs they don't work um it's infuriating and like no matter what i do to fix it it doesn't fix it um but anyway um it's really annoying so um i don't have a fence in front of the stairs okay so it worked just now when i deleted the fence in front of the stairs right but i was working on i can't show you the builds because it has unembargo content in it or it has embargo content in it but like i was making a build today and no matter what i did if i would delete the the uh stairs or the whatever the things in front of the stairs um to like make your sims walk up it the floor would come back but like i maybe i do want it to be white instead the fence hmm i wish we had more like landscaping type trim like this is too big this one doesn't come in white you know like i wish that we had a couple more options the the base game one this one i think is too small i want like an in-between you think the black looks good okay we can think about it i hate the pool i want a different trim so bad like so harm i just everyone's got a personal preference for landscaping um i i prefer to try and it depends on the house but i think i prefer to try and use flowers of like similar color schemes i think when you use like a bunch of different colored flowers sometimes it looks really busy obviously that's kind of what you're going for sometimes but for this like i don't want to use lots of different colors we've sat here and we tell this story all the time um especially this month but um i don't know if you knew but my my dad has cancer um he got diagnosed uh when i was like 14 my freshman year of high school um and he's had like you know various treatments and chemo on and off for the last like eight years um because of it and i like seeing what my dad has gone through and what my family has gone through because of that um it's a horrible horrible thing and i i'm sure that many of you have had unfortunately similar experiences you know and there's just there's nothing worse than that and i just can't imagine a child having to go through that you know um like i can't imagine a kid having having to do that it's just so horrible and saint jude does so much to help those families they do everything in their power to make it easier for those families um if you didn't know saint jude is a children's research hospital in the us um they they treat patients from around the world and around the us so people fly from everywhere to come to saint jude um for various things um but st jude they they do everything in their power to make it not feel like a hospital you know they've got we did a tour of saint jude on stream the other day like they have a virtual tour so you might have seen it but they've got like murals everywhere on the walls they have toys everywhere they bring the kids around in little red wagons um and and most importantly the families of saint jude kids will never ever be sent a bill for their treatments um the kids the same jude never get charged a dime for anything that includes any treatment any appointments any of that covered travel because a lot of people come from very far to to fly in and come to saint jude for those treatments um travel lodging for the family's food literally every expense is paid by saint jude by donors like us those expenses are completely paid for for those families they will never ever pay a dime for their treatments and st jude's whole mission is that those families should be worrying about their kids you know they shouldn't have to worry about how they're gonna sorry um they shouldn't have to worry about how they're going to pay for that you don't need to have that looming over you too you know you've got enough on your plate you have enough going on you don't need to worry about how you're going to afford to to help save your kids life you know um and saint jude does everything in their power to help those families so thank you so much for helping us do this never in my wildest dreams could i have imagined that we would raise almost 265 thousand dollars for them um last year we raised 118 267 dollars for saint jude so i set a goal in my head i was like i would love to raise 150 000 but i didn't even know if that was possible and little did i know we'd we'd go out and raise a hundred thousand more than that like we full-on double what we raised last year so thank you all so much thank you thank years and years i just still sorta don't remember that we have them now um but anyway now we have it and some of the dishwashers are a bit ugly i don't know i don't know they're not that bad but i also sometimes my kitchens are too small to put dishwashers in so i don't bother like i don't want to have the dishwasher like right next to the fridge i think it looks weird so i prefer for it to be over so if the kitchens are smaller like i don't always put dishwasher what floor tile this is the marble tile um but i've put two different swatches and i made a pattern out of them um it's just a marble tile that we have already in the base game um but i put special swatches i mean i put i made a special pattern um just to make it a little bit fancier you know okay i want to get a painting um let me see perhaps i could use this painting uh that feels appropriate to me and then we could get like a little plant next to it for the hallway i don't know simple it's nice ryan's world shan thank like to finish some of the house like part of the house because then i feel like we'll have made more progress we're not going to finish it we're definitely going to finish the house eventually i just know that's 5 000 simoleons yeah the archways glitch it keeps happening it happens all the time you guys it's not new it's gonna happen like 10 more times um it's because we have move objects on it's gonna keep happening but it's fine um can we see the outside yeah the outside looks like this it is a bit fancy um here's the backyard we have a little greenhouse even see the windows are a little bit glitched too it happens this one even is glitched it won't happen in live mode but it happens in build mode because of the um because move objects is on um but i'm gonna have to keep clicking on them to fix it they're gonna it's gonna happen again and again and again so it's about time we just get used to it and then fix it at the end you know um but anyway this is what the house looks like right now we still have a lot to do on the outside like we want to get some like seating areas and stuff on the outside we have some landscaping to do back here um at the end of the day it's going to be four bedrooms um has an office it has a gym game room two living rooms don't know what that's gonna be yet but it'll be something um yeah it's a big house renee thank you for the dollar in memory for aunt thank you so much a nice simple build yeah ninja exactly it's a nice small simple house um i want to get some fancy wallpaper in here maybe if we did it in like that color scheme i want to get it's going to be a really expensive house but i'd like for it to be um i want us like it's recently renovated like one of those big houses you might find in california that's been updated so it's like all white on the inside you know trendy like that that's what i'm going for um okay the sconces are nice i like it what do we put there yeah old money exterior but like trendy interior exactly um i don't know ninja i don't think i'm that good at making mansions these ones are tough i do like this this one though i think it's a fun one i have a really hard time with the floor plans on this kind of thing because i wanted to have like that sort of classic like closed off floor plan um but i don't know it's just a marble statue okay do you know what though that's like genuinely a good idea we put like a i don't know something imagine like that's just the whole entryway i don't know i want to get like we want a rug in here probably oops that's terrible i don't know if i like that or not um copied my house for this build oh yeah i used i use your home as a reference photo don't we all live in houses like this one do you know what's kind of silly is like a lot of times when i do these really massive houses in the sims like i'll make this whole giant house and then it's only four bedrooms like this house is like five six seven times the size of the houses i usually build in the sims like i make houses that are like this big for the whole house you know and this one is only four bedrooms still but i could make a house like a third of the size that's also four bedrooms but they have so much space that's just like open just hallway you know um that kind of frightens me though yeah ninja let me let me renovate your house i'll rip it apart maddie thank you for the 131 to st june 2. thank you so much um but yeah this house is massive like i'll make entire houses that are just this size two bedrooms the whole house is that size um this one's only four so we have this like this is the the parent's bedroom um you know what because we're gonna be able to finish furnishing this once the new pack is out we can use like the new packs to get like an actual closet in here which will be fun um we have lots of options get a real closet i don't know we got lots of things to do lots lots to deal with now yeah we've got double doors into their bedroom and then they have their closet their bathroom and then their their bedroom here they have like a whole wing of the house i think this is pretty realistic to be honest to have the parents have like a whole side of the house of themselves you know um woohoo bush next to the stairs oh so instead of this you're suggesting oh wait it's not called woohoo bush i always try to search woohoo but to find the bush but that's not what it's called open-air natural toilet is what it's called but i always try to search woohoo bush can we get it tagged is that you know how like when you search for bike and when you search for bicycle it comes up can we get like toilet woo hoo bush poo can we add some some tags to it so it goes up when i search woohoo bush you think party bush works party in the pack there's a hedge maze pre-made room i swear to you i have never seen that there's a hedge maze pre-made room there's a bunch of pre-made rooms like i never use them i usually look at them when that whenever a new pack comes out a lot of times i'll look at the pre-made rooms to like see how other people like use this stuff um but i didn't know we had a hedge maze one i'm sorry wait wait this is in the game why did i but i don't maybe like how it's laid out but i oh that's a nice chair you can like grab the stuff from the pre-made rooms so it really is helpful like if you're trying to figure out like the style you want to go for but you don't want to necessarily use this room um you can like look for inspo and and pull from there like that which is fun also hi dad there was a challenge that went around a few years ago to build a house with only pre-built rooms but i did that like before i had a youtube channel like that's how long ago that challenge was popular um and obviously like there was a lot less fundraiser um and also the the new pack comes out um so it's may 31st been fundraising all month tomorrow is the last day um and uh we're gonna have a lot of stuff going on so i'm really excited to play the new pack with you all on stream so and i made a couple videos with it and it looks pretty good i also started working on a build so you know i have that legacy challenge on my youtube channel um i started making a new house for those sims today um and it's looking pretty good so i'm just excited i'm excited um i can show you the inspo pic for the house for my new legacy challenge i have to scroll up though because i sent it to dan like a long time ago okay this is the inspiration image for the new house doesn't look quite like this but it's kind of these vibes that we're going for ninja close your eyes okay show the new pack imagine no but um that's what we've been going for so i've done a lot of building today also two like complete opposite houses like that house and this one i feel like could not be more different looking um but anyway um we have some fun plans for this week on stream so is there really that's kind of funny ninja i don't live near a house that looks like that at all there are no houses like that around here um but i think it looks kind of cool i'm building it in oasis springs they live across the street from the land grabs um so it feels appropriate it kind of gives me land grab vibes you know obviously it's a different color scheme but it's like let me show it again it's like kind of like modern ish looking house and it's like long and skinny like wide little ground grabs half house is um which i like because it it matches it like fits in the neighborhood you know um with the land grabs so to be fair i don't think the land grabs live there anymore i think they're long dead in my legacy challenge so um pog thank you for the prime sub thank you so much if we're on generation four like the land grabs they're no longer with us nancy's been gone for a while nancy does not exist anymore okay i wanted to pick a wallpaper for this room before i get too distracted um i was thinking about doing like oh maybe with the beige would be better build we've been working on building this today um we're not even close to being done but uh we've been working on this today it's looking pretty cool um it's like a big four bedroom house we even have a greenhouse in the back i'm pretty pleased with this how this looks oh stop glitching i even used mosquito stuff i never get to use mosquito stuff um so i'm pretty excited about this this um greenhouse we've got in here um but i think it'll be fun uh sep thank you for the sub gift too thank you so much get some lights before i forget it's gonna cost a lot of money though this is gonna be a very expensive sims house i love this lot like i think this lot is so cool like i just i love this area it's so pretty out there like it's by a beach kind of you know it's just bridleton bay is so pretty no you know what ninja i'm i'm with you these are some of the best windows in the game i'm i 100 agree these are really nice windows i think that the mosquito stuff pack is good i think it gets a bad rap and i think the cast is a bit hard for me to use but like the build stuff is good and the camera i use literally can i show you hang on i'm gonna go back into my other safe um but i use the camera for like the camera stuff from mosquito stuff i'm sorry i call it mosquito i use it all the time like i've i play these legacies on twitch and on youtube um and i had to go into the save that does not have dream home decorator hang on um but i i play these legacies and like um i just have so many photos in my sims houses so like the mosquito stuff pack is so useful for that like it's the perfect thing i will show you i have if it loads i have so many photos on my wall um if it loads there we go oh god stay away from that please back off stay away but i have like photos everywhere and i i use the like tripod um this thing with the camera from that stuff pack to take them and i just i love this like i have because this is the this sim is the fourth generation um so i have like so many sims that have been around for so long you know and i just like to have photos of them so i have photos like everywhere in this house um and look you can take pictures with pets like i love this here's my dog and my fox the fox was a bit dirty when i took this photo but um anyway it's i think it's a good pack genuinely i think it's a good pack um i really like this the the camera stuff from it it's so useful oh yeah this is my fox its name is megan and um in pets and the sims 4 and cats and dogs um you can get it's technically a dog but it looks like a fox and they also have a raccoon that's a cat but looks like a a raccoon so you can have a pet raccoon as well if you'd like but i went to adopt a dog and there was a fox available and i was like i'll get that um but anyway i like this house i'm a bit sad to um to get a new one but i think it's time oh i should actually post this on the gallery now it technically includes custom content because i've got so many like photos of my sims on the walls um but i should probably upload this version one two three okay we have an office downstairs and it's three bathrooms please be aware though that one of the toilets in here constantly catches fire so oh yeah and the doll house is broken as well um i'll show you oh there you go but like when you so with eco lifestyle they're like you can upgrade your toilet to be like a composting twit look look it literally just caught on fire um but you can upgrade your toilet to be a composting toilet um and when you so my sim the first generation sim um maxed her handiness skill and when sims have max handiness skill um you can like like fully upgrade all appliances just like all at once so i could like click on the stove and be like super upgrade and then it'll give me like all of the upgrades um like all of these this this one is like super upgraded see um but when you super upgrade a toilet it gives it the compost thing too and so sometimes it spontaneously combusts um that's from her aspiration right yes sorry it was from her aspiration that she got that um but yeah um i think it's from her aspiration it was the reward trait from her aspiration i'd have to find amber i don't but um family tree check oh yeah here's my family tree at the moment um i love this family i've been having so much fun the upgrades not transferred to the library um when you replace it when it's burned it resets the upgrades no when you replace it doesn't reset the upgrades i don't think yeah no when you replace it it's still fully upgraded because i didn't like delete it and buy a new one i just like replaced it or whatever um sometimes you mean every episode okay to be fair it spontaneously combusts a lot but i like it so i keep it it's so much fun it just your toilet catching fire it's exciting you know and it keeps you on your toes your sims trying to sleep um and and go to go to work and all of a sudden they're on fire um well yeah the other thing is like by gen 4 usually you'd have more money than this but because i'm playing on short life span it's a lot harder to make money because you have less time so i've been enjoying that part too because i don't like getting super rich all at once um but anyway very spicy exactly oh and i have this it's almost noah's time no pause the game no take it back oh no i'm not ready yet but i have this mod from ravishing um and it makes a family portrait and then you can like set it um to lock the portrait or you could like randomize the pose um and stuff but um you can lock the portrait so it stays and then you can have a family photo of all your sims isn't that fun um but this is a mod that i have um it's by by ravishing you can see their username there r-a-v-a-r-a-v-a-s-h-e-e-n ravaging is the person who made the mod so um you just look up family family portrait mod for the sims um should be able to find it but i love this it's very useful um i just like to have family photos i mean can you tell can you tell i like to have family photos so i think that's really nice because it's hard you can't really get photos when you have a household that big you know so anyway um that's the only mod only cc that i actively keep in my game at all times i always have mc command center and ui cheats so i can cheat easily um you know but like the other otherwise the only mods i actually keep my game is that one the family photo mod i like to do like mod videos but most of my builds i don't use any custom content in so you guys can download it more easily i am a cheater yes but it's especially for like when i'm building um like for example when i started building on the lot that we're um playing on for the the build today like that it always rains in brindleton bay like always um which is kind of fun but like obviously i um would have preferred um to have it be sunny to do my build so i use mc command center and i say please rain go away um and then the rain goes away and i can build or if i want to change the time faster because like sometimes certain times of day are like not so good for building because there's like big shadows on the house so like i use ui cheats to change the game time um i don't use that really like for regular gameplay but for building it's nice to be able to like set the time of day better because in build mode you can set it a little bit um you can pick between like you know morning afternoon evening and night but like sometimes you want an in-between of that maybe you want like 3 34 p.m you know um so i use mods to do that um but i also use like mc command center to cheat lots of things delete sims i don't know i'm a dirty cheater in the sims basically i'm a dirty sims cheater uh sorry isabelle krampus thank you for the resubs oh i missed this round table with flowers for the entrance kardashian style maybe um and bought anne thank you for the donation to st too thank you so much control is nice sometimes exactly exactly do you think it's too big like is it too crowded in the entryway if we do this well ninja you would know you guys have fancy dev builds with fancy dev cheats i don't know if it's like annoying for the walkway are you playing the sims if you're not cheating i know i would love to see stats of like how many players use money cheats you know like the average player i feel like it's got to be true the first thing they do is like load into game okay mother lode you know um you know it you know they do yeah i'm with you ninja options are always good to have like like there's nothing wrong with cheating obviously and it's always fun to have the option to mess around especially like it's so much easier like most of what i cheat for in the sims is to like set up families you know like a lot of times um like i won't cheat in my like actual gameplay but say i might load in and then like cheat to make matthew have a girlfriend and a best friend and like set the relationship up so it's like ready to go because in my mind like you don't always start a sim having like knowing nobody you know um it's like setting up a story exactly yeah um so i do that sometimes um but anyway anonymous thank you for the twenty dollars to families that i play with like i don't like to use money sheets i really like to play with a family and like slowly earn money over generations and like build up a big house you know like start out with a small house and like slowly over the years earn lots of money and like level up to the the family mansion you know like that's what i like to play the sims um but anyway um i think yeah once you have too much money i almost feel like it's kind of boring yeah i prefer for my sims to struggle yeah that makes sense ninja the the dev cheats are like sometimes too too complicated to have on like a more public build yeah um yeah it's more fun to have expensive bills like in this kind of house a lot of times if i were to play here um i would like move my sims in but give them like no money well not no money but like the bills of this house would probably be like five ten thousand simoleons um and that's like genuinely hard to earn each week you know so sometimes i'll also like give like cheat to give my sim the house but then put their money back down lower so they have to like actually work to earn to pay for the bills you know you cheat money away yeah rustic thank you for the 15 months um i prefer to have my same struggle by getting rid of their money [Laughter] i've never had a sim so you said you said won the lottery ones i've never had a sim win the lottery never despite my best efforts my sibs have never won the lottery tragic um once because sometimes i play in my like save file and in my save file i have like my sim self there um but i'm not actually playing with her she's just like a neighbor you know and before i've had it pop up like i won the lottery like i'm playing with like a random sam like this guy and it'll be like kayla sims won the lottery which is unfair make it real please but it'll because like random townies when the lottery sometimes you know um so it'll pop up like kayla won the lottery well share sim simsy please unfair um one time your sims sister one and you got so mad oh that's kind of funny actually i hope she has asked to redecorate kayla's house yeah with the new pack i get like uh paid by myself to come renovate my own house like my character my sam gets paid to go to sam simsy's house and renovate with a new pack that would be kind of funny she's like give me a new kitchen please i hate it okay i wanted to put my curtains in here i'm getting too distracted talking about cheats and the sims ridiculous um judging yourself on yourself within yourself yep yeah there you go all right i want to put like one of those i want to use the portrait one no that's not the portrait one oops the portrait one too these are just like little hallways so when does the pack come out it comes out on tuesday it comes out on tuesday and we get to play it for the first time tomorrow um on stream so we get to play it tomorrow and the pack officially comes out on tuesday the first of june so okay i like the hallways that's useful sunday stream nice yeah well today's the second to last day um of our saint jude fundraiser because tomorrow is the last day of june or last day of may oh my god it's not the end of june yet well tomorrow's the last day of may um so we wanted to stream today too because you know almost the end of the fundraiser so okay um do you know what i wanted to look like lizzy haley thank you for donations to st jude too thank you so much we do like a light different couches which was the last day of june me too i i could use the time of time travel i'm not gonna lie um dan's visa interview is at the end of june so i'd take a little time skip i'd take it um and then my birthday is closer i mean it's a win-win my birthday is on august 14th i'm just saying okay um simple subtle okay maybe we could use the blue curtains that's actually kind of pretty i think i like that right i don't know i don't know yeah we all have summer birthdays apparently look at us all all of us born in the time um when's my birthday august 14th middle august i'm going to be 22. okay oh i wanted to get some more um wall sconces cute that makes sense to me feels very realistic oh what about you know that little like tea set this one the royal crabtree tea set let's use that crinkle dad you can't call me old dad you got no business calling me old i mean thank you for the twenty dollars to saint jude too thank you so much unbelievable okay um gosh there's so many rooms in these houses so here's the layout we have the office like over here right kitchen dining tea room this is gonna be the game room um i was planning on putting like um let me get a different chair maybe i'll use these um like a fireplace and then this like little games table in here um because i like the idea of having a card table i don't usually use card tables in the sims i always forget about them so um we can have the card table in here and hopefully our sims will actually play games together um which will be fun um i don't know what rug is best to use though um we'll figure it out um and then this room is the tv room this is the gym and i don't know what this is yet we'll have to see about that one we are undecided in here yeah it'd be cool if we had like a billiards table or a pool table or something we don't have we have a couple things like there's a um we have foosball uh and we have ping pong now but we don't have a pool table in the sims 4. we've had foosball for a long time which kind of fills that need for me but uh and the ping pong is fun too but music room maybe yeah we could we could do a music room in here possibly get a piano a little wait little tikka gifted a sub to raw machine hey thank you thank you for the sub gift um km ketchup not call me kevin bree and maddie thank you for the subs kojak thank you for the ten dollars to st jude thank you so much yeah i'd take a pool table too that would be fun okay i put marble floors in this room i don't i realize that's a bit odd like why do like a treadmill i wanna get um i can use this some weights i don't know how i feel about this tell me what you want for a cupcake machine i've been trying to figure out what a new one would look like that's a really good question because like i can't even picture anything different than this i guess this one kind of gives me like steampunk vibes if there was something this is going to sound really weird but hear me out if it looked more like this like i don't know if we can make it smaller but if it looked more like this like something cleaner um and like more sleek i don't know maybe that would be better as an alternative i don't know i want it to look like a dollhouse i'm just trying to think of like alternates but this one right now is like so i don't know i don't know it's a lot yeah it's a lot i do like it though yeah it's weird like it's almost like so iconic that i can't picture an alternative you know it's it's so classic that i i can't imagine it being any different but i guess right now it's just kind of like rusty looking you know and maybe something that's like maybe i guess it's not rusty it's just covered in flour but something that's more sleek maybe could be that's not helpful probably sep thank you for the fifty dollars to st jude um piranha pod with the five dollars uh and yes cal dog we did make it um to the drinking stream um we i promise that if we raised 250 thousand dollars for saint jude i do a drinking stream did not think we got would get there um we got there um so we're gonna do that i think um late july or early august it's a little ways away but i want to wait until dan has moved like until dan's here i think it'll be more fun that way um so we'll do it then i mean we can be like half to celebrate my birthday too at that point you know um so we'll do it then a couple of those incentives we have to wait for dan anyway like the baking stream would be very helpful to have like a helping hand for and like an extra camera and so when dan brings his camera i can use his camera and like have a top-down view of the like bowl you know um so a couple of those things they'll be better if we wait for dan um because it'll just be more fun and then it'll be more effective and with the baking stream and stuff so um i don't know but that is the plan okay and the makeup streams yeah exactly i might leave this in here for now i bolt adding bowling lanes thoughts on bowling simsy have you considered bowling maybe for the basement bulldoze it and make a bowling alley i mean that's one way of doing it that is one way of doing it put a pond in the basement right um no tomorrow is the last day for our same dude fundraisers are you don't worry we're not done yet um so i'm gonna get off stream in a minute here i think um but just you guys know as a quick update we've been fundraising for st jude all month um tomorrow is the 31st the last day of the month um and therefore the last day of our st jude fundraiser so and it works out really well because tomorrow we get to play early access to the new pack for the first time on stream um so we get to play the new pack tomorrow uh and we're gonna have a front page slot um so there's a lot of stuff going on tomorrow it's gonna be a fun day so um i hope to see you there i'm gonna go live an hour earlier than normal just for some extra game time um so i'm gonna be live at three instead of four eastern time it's currently almost eight o'clock eastern time um so like five hours ago but tomorrow i'll be live um if that makes sense that's when we'll be here five hours ago really inflated because we're going to be featured on a carousel on like the twitch home um so when you go to twitch.tv um you'll see there's like a carousel of streamers up here um and they're like all featured on the front page right now right um but obviously like i'm not actually watching them right now i'm just it's not loading but um i have i have their thing like up this is counting as a view i'm not actually in this already person stream right now but it's counting as a view because i'm being shown their stream on the front page so the view count is going to look really high but they're not all going to be in chat if that makes sense um so if it's high don't worry um it also might not be this high like it depends where you are on the carousel like we could have a hundred extra viewers you could have 10 000 what to expect um and also on the front page um sometimes because you're like more visible to more people um you might get like bot rated or something um or there could be like some extra trolls that aren't usually here it's probably gonna be fine but if you ever see anything weird in chat like if we get like bot rated or if like there's lots more trolls than usual if there's like a bad donation that pops up um because that happens sometimes too i can't stop them before they show up um if you see any of that just ignore it like fully just pretend it didn't happen because they're doing it on purpose to get a reaction out of chat um so if you ever see any of that trust me i saw the bad donation too i sell the bots too my mods will fix it um just don't like don't give it too much attention you know um that's what they're trying to do is they want us to like freak out and get upset but if we just ignore it like brush it off pretend you did not see it that's the best way to go about it um so especially with the hate donations because we've gotten like a bunch before and the chat's always like oh my god did you see that and i'm trying to ignore it like there's a reason i didn't say anything about it you know i don't want to give it attention because that's what they want so um it probably won't be anything bad that happens tomorrow but just on and chilboa is super cool you're gonna love love love love love her streams um and so we can go over and say hi um and maybe if we all donate just one dollar we could get her closer to her goal i
