Keto Pizza Bowl

Ingredients:

ΒΌ cup low carb marinara sauce

2 Β½ ounces whole milk mozzarella cheese

9 slices pepperoni

Sprinkle of oregano

Sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes

Sprinkle of parmesan cheese

Procedure:

  1. In a microwave safe bowl, add in the the marinara sauce and then top with the cheese, pepperoni and seasonings.
  2. Place the bowl in the microwave for about 3 minutes or until the cheese on the outside becomes crusty.
  3. Carefully remove from the microwave and enjoy!

I take this one step further and create a sort of lasagna with large pepperonis as the "noodles". I then bake it until the top is crisp.

hi guys welcome to kid to California my name is Patrick and today we're gonna make you a keto Pizza Bowl this is great as a quick snack and easy lunch or if we double the portions even a great dinner let's get started so I have just a bowl this is our standard cereal bowl but unfortunately enemies for sale anymore in a quarter cup of our favorite marinara sauce use your favorite just look for the one that is the lowest net cup so I just sort us around the bottom for this I'm gonna put in two and a half ounces of shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese let's mix this in so this I'm gonna put in pepperoni it says the serving size for this is nine slices sometimes they listen sometimes I don't I'll use nine this time to this I'm gonna add the traditional pizza flavor of oregano I really don't measure this I just sort of lightly sprinkle on the top again this is not so much a recipe to be more of a technique feel free to use any toppings you'd like you know sometimes will put leftover cooked onions peppers cook sausage cook chicken whatever you have you can quit right on top of here in it and do this and I just I'm going to use some crushed red pepper flakes for a little more heat I'm also gonna put in some of this grated Parmesan cheese so I'm gonna take this Pizza Bowl I'm gonna put it in that microwave for about 30 minutes until the cheese is nice and brown on the edges this isn't a microwave for about three minutes as you can see nice and cheesy you can find the recipe to this video in the description which these are websites make sure you like this video subscribe to our YouTube channel and follow us and River Twitter enjoy [Music]
