that's the worst puzzle thing I've ever seen oh hey God I've never wanted to click something less in my life Justin I have heard tale that you are on a full-motion Vision Quest did I call it a full-motion Vision Quest think that may be accurate I was gonna well I think you might have all I know is that I've heard this tale in the form of a command and the fact that you want me to come join you on this quest I'm so happy to have you I'm putting together I would say a loose coalition of 12 different people yeah I must join me in this fellowship if you will well I'm I'm so honored and perhaps upset that you are putting me on this quest with you depending on how good this game is you've chosen I let you choose the first game that we would tackle and it's a I mean it's a classic it's a classic that's what I like to hear shall we start please on this Great Sphinx Ouija board that we have here yes this is a very spooky mansion yeah it's not real don't be afraid oh just a video game a little bit worried there for a second it's important with FMV games that you remind yourself from time to time this is just a game is not real life I mean the graphics it's it's really pulled me right into the game yeah welcome yeah world there's a screenplay I haven't heard that in a video game for a while I don't know it's like a it's like a film you understand oh the fat man I love his new albums I want to I bet they left that in his filler like well we'll get his real name at some point I just you know he was a drifter we've got some good prologue here she was coming home from choir practice but she never got there no away from that man she's just coming home from choir practice he was just standing behind that tree and like if you saw that cat you would know stuff by the way is this cat named Henry stuff yeah so you just want me to stand here and hold the doll and okay there's my vote I look okay I keep going to bars and giving the bartender's dolls and they just accepted his currency so you told me this is a video game huh well okay man this is all this is a whole lot of intro here well you have to remember Brian for the period that this would have been released the makers of this game just expected the player this point just be screaming like uncontrollable like what is happening on my computer is this a film is this a game I just can't comprehend what I'm seeing the cognitive dissonance here is exactly right they keep like jamming on the eject button to make sure it is it a dvd-video disc how do do I have to rewind this before I return it to the blockbuster why do people keep building mansions on hills that have only one pathway to and from them I've never seen them yeah there's at every mansion I've ever seen in any game there always have that singular I mean Castlevania yeah just one craggy path yeah as if they don't want you to drive your Bronco yeah your Airbnb is gonna fail Oh somebody set that opacity level of 30% [Music] okay I wasn't sure that was just there to ghosts here she's amazed they got Judi Dench to be in this amazing right what a yeah you know pull I loved his purple cane though yeah that is a nice [Music] easy favorite yeah you can tell these actors were milk and each scene that they were yet so excited they needed to really take it for all it was worth Oh is are we into the gameplay now have we started a game can I can can I control oh yes I can there's a door there so maybe we shouldn't like dip until we yeah can I can I click anything else when it says no no no that's the no no no finger I'll admit that I have a strategy guide up and running just in case things are touka desu but hey I mean Brian okay at all I promise have some fun see what's up with this telescope cool yeah it's got oh there's a for text going on oh oh no what have we done jeez Oh Brian you're supposed to do this that means there's a puzzle I've never wanted to click something less in my life all right we're looking at a planet I have to just spell something yes maybe T agh there is no possible all the way around possible [Music] okay here I was this was gonna be like mist and that it was completely inscrutable the entire time but some of them are yeah I've been racers what twisted crime of logic would merits we did it hey you solved it I feel very proud is that was i getcha I hope some sort of points maybe a moon maybe mystery points yeah huh it's pushing me right oh oh no more puzzles I've done with puzzles this is too spooky for me that was so impactful I just clicked it was certainly some buttons some bumble free s escape I have decided now that I'm going to pull the walkthrough and because we need to get all this good stuff we won't use a walkthrough for puzzles no specific just so we can get the good yeah that good dank okay he's still kind of doing his thing alright if you click that again I will play for you to be summarily fired ok moving around so are we trying to like free the souls of the 7 guests or something is there there's only six guests Brian didn't account I just won there's one other one oh no does that mean what I think it cuts you yeah it's been you the whole time oh man did you just spoil it for me Justin no I mean you just count I guess here I guess our host wants us to fend for ourselves oh it says that we're each to have a piece exactly the same including the symbols that's impossible well I hope it's not because I think that's the puzzle yes ma'am I sincerely hope that I can oh there it is my favorite thing right right right let's do it let's look at some cake Brian watching you so trying to solve this is going to be comedy poison I know so let's just just pop that Oh what oh now you've already messed this up right I just gotta say - that's like a lot of cake that is a fair amount of cake for each person are they expected to eat it all like Matilda style yeah and the guys that watch them this is weird that they do I think you did it'd be man I think I think I might have I don't know what we get for doing these puzzles if we have to look at stuff every time I don't think that's a good enough reward no I don't think it's like that my dopamine is not being they've really they've really managed to like do something good with games nowadays and that they're fun and now yeah yeah you know joy when you win something don't worry I [Music] Edward we could help each other out come and talk in my bedroom upstairs but it's nice and private Brian I should warn you I if I have to watch these two old ghosts sport will be fired again summarily fired shy I heard that this was like the first version of wheel of fortune and I just didn't test very well it's welcome to cans of Providence I hope we get something real special for real good for doing their can work for thank you that's just how I like them yeah now I've solved it you didn't do anything you did nothing that was that was all us I guess you freed that ghost is that your reward I guess that reward yeah the more I hear about these these people the more I don't want to free them from their prison here yeah and that's cruel but are you like I get it we might have nothing this is nothing oh it's one of those slidy puzzles I'm gonna be honest with you Justin every time that there's a one of these games in a in a video game I just click a bunch of times and hope that it goes I don't I don't use the logic right here this isn't where we're supposed to do next so things like what is get out of here ooh I hate puzzles like that anyway is this what VR is like Justin I've got my seventh guests VR remake yeah I could I can get into that should we chatter with this yeah I always T if it always if there's teach you guys T's we got to do it this is too frightening to me now what the hell she's not one of the guests if you are not part of this story ma'am we're in the third act and you just introduced a new character Oh Brian following the walkthrough it says how to see my walkthrough is called how to see all the nudity and seventh guess so click on it chest and I hope this isn't a sex puzzle Brian the way I do it it's always above oh no no don't click on that bed but it in now seventh guest sorry all right well we've been pretty lucky in these past ones so I can't think of sexier music [Music] why 7th guest all right you didn't tell me this was an adult game was a little girl huh let's click on this I really can't get over this brain dude okay see that coming look at the solution look how much a solution for the for this puzzle b3 2 c4 III you three I'm should be it it's a nice slow yes I really want you to enjoy looks like an artist one along this mspaint I'm just gonna like drag their brush across I think this is gonna go correctly but what's good about this is it really allows you to think about your mistakes heighten the drama acting she was not trying to leave oh wait why I thought she was a baby I guess we leave now we do the longer turn could you do that back when this was released could you screenshot things or would you have to like draw it out on one more segment that into your stone wow this is some good gameplay yeah this is just joking he was trying to give you a hard time yeah that was a messed up that like even with all this you cannot trust the very the little one audio cue that you have to have a guide here Oh show me the skeletons their skeletons right in there man give me the skeletons go straight on until you read ever mind here's the maze there's a puzzle so just kind of solve that all right then we're good Justin is there too in your FMV quest are you supposed to beat all of the games no no no you've done quite enough okay it seems like a very good here at the FMV graveyard this seems like a fine place for us to stop this is where I want to be I mean at this point if I were an actual prisoner of this mansion I'd just be like toss me in one I don't care about going any further just go ahead you're never going back outside now it's been fun I am the seventh guest but it's been it's been Pleasant being the 7th guest with you here Justin yeah I've had a great time Brian the great news is there's a sequel but we'll probably hold off on that for a little bit yeah I guess some other gym yeah really I think I need to recuperate before I dive right back into the logic of these games fair enough but as as they say in an old 7th quest don't come back here ever against you stay far away this one this one I'm just gonna tell you exactly what to do okay don't even worry about it you're gonna place Queens where I tell you to okay row one column for right here don't know that's that's fine all right Brian all right working hard up here
