there's so many different types of people on tik-tok you got dancers to comedians to people who think they're comedians I accidentally dropped a whole tub of cereal on this subway today I was like oh my god this is the worst day in my life not my Fruity Pebbles everyone started moving away and filming me but I was like in someone help surprisingly no one offered so I had to put all the soggy cereal back in myself someone was like I cannot believe this is happening I was like I can't believe this is happening again what a funny man because a global pandemic doesn't make riding on the two train worse enough because now the commuters just have to deal with a nice warm smell of aging milk nice good hey welcome back to a brand new episode here on the A to Z Channel well there's this new tick tock creator who's blowing up in a genre I wouldn't really expect to be a genre which is plastic surgery well I mean when you think of it I guess tick tock is technically like a video format of Instagram so it's not like body pressure is gonna be highlighted less on that platform so so after thinking about it a little bit I do see why this category is blowing up but there's a man by the name of dr. Barrett and he's made a series of tics hogs titled dr. Barrett Beverly Hills plastic surgery secrets in which he openly inspects celebrities looks to see if they've had any cosmetic procedures done to them or not whether or not this is a good thing or not seems to be up for debate and recently dr. Barrett gotten some major heat from one of the subjects in his series that subject being mrs. Haley Bieber previously known as Haley Baldwin dr. Barrett of course makes a whole tick-tock speculating to see if she's done any cosmetic procedures and in this video he ends up the clear possibility of a nose job 14 Haley Bieber boy she is stirred up the pot 14 hours ago she's just responded to a users comment on Instagram that she has not had any plastic surgery done okay these are some photos that I found that are not edited what do you guys think this is her several years ago and this is a more recent photo of her check it out pay special attention to the nose so as you may or may cannot can tell there is some evidence here that some works been done may be allegedly you gotta get she's gotta come for you I personally think it's a good thing that we have accounts like this definitely the younger generation or well I guess the age demographic of tik-tok because I feel like it's an important message for normal teen that these unachievable looks are achieved because they have money so you're not ugly you're just broke in theory yeah I'm actually if you like win so like a Beverly Hills cosmetic surgery clinic and they just give you a PlayStation 2 controller you just sit there and you just flip through all the customizations like you were sitting there customizing a Need for Speed Underground 2 car oh my god that's sick I was like I put a spoiler on my head you have like people out here putting like spoilers on their front wheel driven Volkswagen Polo so I mean like if people are putting spoilers on front wheel driven cars I can put a spoiler on my head make you faster when you walk no it'd just be equally as useless okay well yeah good choice them dude imagine like I should like I should like modify my hair with light and then like flatten it out like make a spoiler by air can we please like no hairspray it's probably achievable is absolutely achievable can we try that can we do that I don't know if this video gets like 30,000 likes I'll make a spoiler for my head okay okay I've set it I'm not taking it back I'm already plotting I'm in my head into a Hot Wheels car jenna Marbles did exactly that already though wait really yeah she put wheels on her face and then like a spoiler but she's sorry she made her hair a Hot Wheels track so like a loop so that a little like the Hot Wheels car could go around it that is actually kind of cool it's very cool I respect that but now it's actually came out the Justin and Hayley Bieber actually threatening to sue this doctor over this video dr. Barrett has allegedly been hit with a CSUN assist letter from Justin and Haley's lawyers they claimed that dr. Barrett is using Haley's name image and likeliness to advertise his practices without permission from Haley so I couldn't maybe see that but they're also claiming that Barrett is spreading false information and baseless claims that Haley is undergone cosmetic procedure I love baseless claims when you just see the before and after pictures Wow gee I'm really wondering where a plastic surgeon from seeing before-and-after pictures of a person is thinking oh what they've had PLAs like surgery I would get it if he said she has had this done yeah but he's just kind of like speculating yeah you didn't confirm it it's basically confirmed but it's not confirmed confirmed everything I'm saying this video is alleged are you ready for the icing on the cake though yeah what is it absolute but this is the frosting and lawsuit on top of that they're accusing dr. Barrett of copyright infringement for using lyrics from Justin Bieber's song sorry and the caption of the tic-tock nut if Justin Bieber Sue's you for saying sorry oh she dies watch out next time you have to apologize for something don't say sorry because Justin Bieber might come out of the woodwork and sue your ass isn't he from Canada when it shouldn't be sorry about that is it too late now to say sorry know what I'm saying right we're definitely not saying it right I apologize everyone I'm so sorry to all my Canadian viewers across the border honestly that might be my next excuse if I have to apologize for something I'll be like I'm SOR ry can't say that word though because Justin Bieber might sue me but now it's got him in legal hot water with the Beavers according to TMZ dr. Barrett has been hit with a cease and desist letter by Justin and Haley's lawyers who claim he's using Haley's name image and likeness in his video without permission to advertise his practice and spread false uncorroborated claims that mrs. Bieber has undergone plastic surgery and on top of that dr. vert is being accused of copyright infringement for his use of lyrics from Justin song sorry in the tic-tock caption do you think that this video really claimed something I sure hope not yeah it just says it'll just say that you said the word sorry Justin Bieber pulls like what the finebros were trying to do with the word react Justin Bieber has all the audacity with this one damn Justin Bieber leaves some audacity for the rest of us man but uh Bieber's lawyers also described the Tik Tok as having copious amounts of violations such as misrepresentation defamation slander false light violations of right of publicity copyright infringement trademark and service mark infringement bruh they have demands of dr. Barrett to remove his video immediately and then post a public video retracting what he said imagine him posting a tick-tock just shaking like looking off camera what do I say Oh Haley she's all natural Haley beaver is all natural and I'm totally not saying this because they just pretty much threatened my life by tying up all my time and money in a lease legal lawsuit that can go on for years because the US has a [ __ ] law system where rich people can constantly abuse it and torture the people who don't have money but hey at least dr. Barrett has some money because he's a doctor and he's not backing down he's like he's like Tom Petty he's not backing down in here guys he's going right at them by going right at them he's just hasn't taken down the video yet maybe this video aged very poor late he's taking down the video by the time I post it but hey if he's not he's a real Tom Petty his tick-tock video was uploaded to YouTube through TMZ I think it was and that video has been removed already so I don't know if that's any indication oh snap people say this stuff all the time people speculate on cosmetic procedures all the time there's like a bunch of Instagram accounts dedicated to it why is that this time that's a big deal I don't know but just in case they see this Haley Bieber is a queen and she's all natural all of that over one man speculating is Haley Bieber if she did some customization to her facial features or not they're acting as if he has a video claiming that she said a slur or something that's terrible too you know for her name exactly and they're just like maybe she had lip injections and a nose job now if you don't want to be outed on the internet for lip injections or a nose job don't get a nose job or lip injections pretty easy but if you get outed on the internet and for a lip job or a nose job and you haven't done it wouldn't that technically be a compliment yeah I don't think you'd need to sue for that I don't understand how would be damaging it all to her first someone to speculate that I don't know why but at this point I just thought everyone were just kind of hip to the fact that cosmetic surgeries and so on is pretty normal definitely for celebrities living in the LA area I don't know I guess Halley Bieber can still sue for that in 2020 I just can't see how this can end up as a W for the Beavers I think it makes her a little worse yeah I know so like so if they win the case then they tried to cover up a lie with their money that doesn't really paint them out as being good people and if they lose the case that's embarrassing for them for losing a lawsuit after they tried to cover up a cosmetic procedure with their money however it doesn't quite stop there because there are other celebrities that dr. Barrett has also made a video on that haven't replied super positively so this and one of those other celebrities who's not a big fan of dr. Barrett on tick-tock would be Madison beer I guess it's a big thing when it comes to speculating whether or not Madison beer has had any sort of cosmetic procedures is that really a big deal people actually speculate this a lot but apparently Madison beer said this while back I'm a hundred percent natural like I don't have any plastic surgery I think that everyone should stops caring so much about that it's getting really old at this point and this is what the tick-tock doctor posted about her plastic surgery secrets are for Madison beer you guys after this one a lot all right so you could tell she's had a rhinoplasty nasal bones and more narrow here the tip is much smaller and she's also had a taylor base without you where they bring in the nostrils just like that the top adoptions get a little bit of filler which is totally fine not colleague dinner style so I guess it's safe to say that Madison is very upset about the claims made on her and she started to become very defensive about it and I commented saying that I had gotten my lips tan when I was like I don't even know how old like 16 maybe 17 and I hated the way I looked and I thought I looked weird I looked so weird and I'm like I just looked crazy and I got them dissolved and I was so much happier I'm just exhausted of seeing people say that I'm setting a false Beauty standard I'm lying to my fans I said very transparently the one thing I've ever done which is I got my lips done and I got them dissolved that's literally all I've ever done and people will continuously say oh no she got an eyebrow lift because I got my eyebrows waxed or people will say that I got a nose job if I was a postman scream yesterday that's not what it looks like all the time I got dressed up cute I put makeup off I did my hair that's not what I look like all the time I don't care if y'all say you know oh why are you so press about this I'm pressed because I am not sending unrealistic beauty Sanders on I hope that I'm a role model for you guys and I try to always say don't compare yourself to this one don't compare yourselves down I'm gonna be the voice for these people and I'm going to tell y'all to stop don't you dare say that I'm giving girls eating disorders because they watch my ticked up so should I just not turn out post register I go away that's so unfair on me like some said you're not a natural but why would you lie about that because I'm not lying about that and I wouldn't lie about that at this point and if y'all want to keep believing this so that I keep going will be believing it but even that plastic surgeon that made that video about me he cleared it up because I messaged him I said hey the photo that you're using is a very heavily edited picture not what I really look like can you please do an analysis based off more real photos I sent him a photo from the same day the same exact day that I was yet had a bigger nose and it was me looking down and smiling so I nose looked like that okay and then a photo of me like this - gonna - gonna no no shot in two seconds many of madison's fans responds the whole streams with overwhelming support however there were other people on tik-tok that were not quite buying into it when Madison beer is consistently lying about her face in her body and how she's naturally that way setting unrealistic body and face daggers for young women oh I see Madison beer go I'm live sure and be like I've never had any work done I'm so tired I won't going missing I want my nose and lips I've never it's puberty on my body as a natural why are you talking about you are lying to millions of young and impressionable girls and it pisses me the fence a little bit to heated for that one it honestly could be really hard to see if someone's actually done any cosmetic procedures or not especially if it's just minor things were changed if Madison actually hasn't done anything else but look fellers she absolutely has the right to say so however the girl who responded and was so heated about it also has every right to be upset at Madison for what she thinks is promoting a fake beauty standard I think it's very obvious that celebrities who are very wealthy have very easy access to this kind of stuff like even if your favorite celebrity who lives in LA hasn't had a procedure done to them they still have the money to get a bunch of expensive stuff to to help them stay young and beautiful i I understand why Hayley and Madison can be upset about this by the end of the day I mean he can't really stop people from speculating or making observations on tick-tock if I would add a takeaway to all of this is don't compare yourself to other people especially people who their job is essentially to look good on the internet yeah just like they will have the funds to invest back into themselves yeah better technically exactly but please let me know down in the comments what you think of all this if you're new here to the channel I welcome you to my channel of the awesome you subscribes and if you already are subscribed will be awesome you hit the Belle notification don't forget that new like goal I want to turn your hair into a car spoiler oh if the video gets 30,000 likes apparently I'm turning my hair into a car spoiler at some point so uh hit that like button boys but anyway I'll see you guys next video [Music] stars on my feet touch heaven I'm a headfirst [ __ ] I'm ready boss second
