destroyed it's shredded and and your you you are good amen malachi chapter 3. uh i'm gonna start off in verse seven okay so it reads this it said yet from the days of your fathers you have gone away from my ordinances and have not kept them return to me and i will return to you says the lord of hosts but you said in what way shall we return verse 8 will a man rob god yet you have robbed me but you say in what way have i we robbed you in tithe and in offerings you are cursed with the curse for you have robbed me even this whole nation bring all the tithes they bring into the storehouse that there may be food in my house and try me now in this says the lord of hosts if i will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out such a blessing that there will not be room enough to receive it here the prophet malachi presents to the people of god people of israel and he says look in the days of your father you have gone away from our ordinances we recall in the old testament how god would always send a prophet to bring the people back to their place of destiny they would have moments of prosperity and then they would fall back and then god would send them a man of god and he would bring them back to their place and here malachi is presenting to them he said look you used to you fell away from the ordinances that the the lord of the host gave to you he says but now you're robbing him and then they asked that question well how am i robbing you he says and tithe and offering see this is the storehouse of god this is where god is this is this is base and this is where we come to receive we come to receive our healing god has been i got my call in this church i answer to the call of god in this church this is where i plant myself this is god's storehouse and when i return back to god we're able to maintain the things of god we're able to this this church has sent out men and women evangelists missionaries around the world we have a church in pakistan let that sink in for a while we have churches in brazil in peru england god is doing a move through this church and you know what i see churches man that that boasts of having 30 40 50 000 people but they've yet to send out one church and so you see what god is doing with what little we give him god is able to do even more so but then comes the promise the promise is look if you do this he goes i will open up the windows of heaven and rebuke the devourer amen before when we didn't understand the concept of giving and we didn't we didn't know where we were but when god started to open our eyes and god started to impart into you to trust him that you would give your your finances your offerings to the house of god and then god will start to bless you you would see doors open you would see you would see blessings come your way and then you were able to gather your your finances and god was able to correct things see tithing is the first step toward living toward an open heaven amen and i i don't know about you but i want the blessings of god amen i i like to see overflow i love to see people of god blessed and when i see them blessed i get blessed i say yes lord you're blessing your people they're holding you to your promise when he says test me in this amen god is challenging you he's saying look trust me test me in this and see if i will not do what i say amen so i just want to dedicating our granddaughter reagan elaine soto so if they can make their way up we dedicated our grandson bash about three years ago sebastian excuse me amen but this is my things in the air force both of them were he was in the air force he's retired he's a captain he's already did 10 tours so continue to keep him in prayer and she was a staff sergeant amen and then she became now she's a mom amen so amen and and i just have the privilege amen this morning of of um praying for them and pastors allowed me to dedicate them and lift them to the lord and for me it's a blessing amen we have 12 grandchildren amen and so three children but i want to read a portion of scripture in proverbs 22 verses 6 and 8 and it's out of the passion translation it says dedicate your children to god and point them in a way that they should go and the values they learn from you will be with them for life amen and so what we do is is we dedicate our children as a sign of saying god they're yours because how many know they're not ours amen god has a plan god has a purpose for them amen so what we do is we come and we have bring them before the church amen and the parents of the sinus and okay god i'm giving them back to you amen and so we're going to pray that god give wisdom amen and god continue to protect them and god could continue to put a covering over them amen as they continue to go on in in the life journey that god has before them so i'm going to ask everyone to stretch your hands this way and pastor anthony if you can come here amen i would hold her but my arm is kind of a little weak here but look at how beautiful she is look at i don't want to brag but i am bragging amen amen let's go ahead and pray man father we just thank you first of all god i thank you god for the continue to protect him as he goes on god even in in the air force and do more towards god that your hand will be on them i'll give them the wisdom god to raise the children father and lord we're week and i was ministering and the verse is found in first second samuel 15 21. ii samuel 15 21 and they talked about eat etai how this guy came out of nowhere and he joined with david and to me that's amazing because sometimes when you are hurting and you see a good leader you will always want to join because he's a good leader and but leading by example is the best and he was he was impressed by by his leadership and by his men because when you have good men around you you reflect the goodness of god and what god is able to do with certain men and you get inspired by that so this man it reads this way and eti answered the king and said as the lord liveth and my my lord the king liveth surely in this place my lord the king shall be whether in death or in life or even in death even there also will thy servant be so this guy said i'm going to be loyal to you i might not even know you but i've heard about your reputation i see your men but i have given myself to you if you get if you die i'm dying with you if you go anywhere you go i'm going to be right there because you're an example to me so i wonder if you can pay attention to yourself and realize inside of you that you are an important person because you become this point of reference that everybody can see and everybody can read and paul put it this way we are known and read by your life so if you're living a good life they're reading you they might not read the bible but they're reading you so it's important that you and i live loyal loyal to jesus himself so that we can accomplish what he wants us to accomplish and then in the book of luke i love this in the book of luke chapter let's see here i think it's chapter 4 the book of luke did you put it up there my grandson malachi luke 18 4 18 it says the spirit of the lord is upon me because he has anointed anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor and he has sent me to heal the brokenhearted and to preach deliverance to the captive and to recover the sight to the blind and to set a liberty them that are viewed yeah verse bruised so here's jesus all of a sudden jesus out of all the stuff that he had been through with temptations and everything now he's sitting there and all of a sudden the spirit of the lord comes upon him this is a powerful thing that when the spirit of the lord comes into you and you learn how to navigate yourself in the spirit then you become a person that begins to activate all the promises of god when that anointing comes on you it is strong i don't know if you know what i'm talking about when that presence of god begins to guide you equip you and make you into that powerful person that you ought to be you start noticing that things begin to change there is an anointing that begins to break the yoke while you speak everything happens when you speak you live and you move through the spirit of god it says the spirit of the lord is upon me because he has anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor listen to me poor people are in need i'm not just food they're in need of the power of god because god can give them everything else once they are well equipped with the presence of god and poor here just doesn't mean poor it means also poor in spirit when you are poor in spirit all of us were vagabonds all of us were poor in spirit until jesus touched us and made us alive so you and i need to understand that there are people that are brokenhearted people that need to hear a preaching that will set them free and set free the captives that the devil has taken and open up the side of the blind and those that are bruised those that have been beat up those that need their eyes open you are not you and i are here because of that yoke that god has broken from your life all of us come from different backgrounds but the lord broke the yoke and here we are sitting down listening to the word of god and god said i not only have you i have many more that you have to learn how to use that anointing that i placed inside of you we're going to have to become like this man that joined the army of the lord etai he joined because he saw something powerful in those men you and i need to be these examples of loyalty you know we're not only loyal but we're loyal to god himself why because we know what god can do hallelujah he can do anything that he wants to do with a vessel that is willing with a vessel that is saying i want it and i want it bad once you start saying those words let me tell you something god's going to meet with you turn you around set your beat up on a solid rock and he's going to understand that your destiny is right in front of you so we need more e ties in times that will say i'm following you because i see you living by example and you're a great warrior now david was a great warrior he had a group of men the bible said and they they were they were attacked in the city of ziggler that was their compound that's where they lived while damon was out there doing war the bible says that they the enemy came and attacked them took his wives all of them away and the bible says by the time they came back to the to that city it was empty it was burned down the man all of his powerful men started crying like babies they cried and cried the bible says they cried i think that they could not even cry anymore because the enemy took away the wives and the children can you imagine how they felt taking your wife and your children and david feeling bad because his wife is gone too all that he had and sees his men all of them are crying they're weeping men cry men cry when they lose something they love they cry and i'm sure that the women were weeping also but men were crying the the place was devastated and they were down down down as low as you can go and david looked at him and then they started accusing david and the bible says that david went to the side and he started praying he put on the ephod it was just a garment that they put on to pray and the scripture says that as he was praying and as he was asking god and god said to him he said god what should i do should i go pursue him should i take everything back and god said yeah go pursue him and take everything back that the devil stole he came out of those ashes and he said to his men get up it's time to wash up grab your weapons and let's go go and possess what belongs to us and the bible says that god gave up every single thing back come on church some of you have lost so many things god wants to recover all of those things as you stand strong as your loyalty to god stand strong you will be able to bring every single thing back to you and more not just a little bit it's going to come in bundles and bundles it's going to have double portion on it you gotta understand that that's what we're living on today on double portion blessings because god said to me whatever you touch whatever you do i am going to bless you double so you need to claim your double anointing your double blessing claim what the devil has stolen and more don't you dare just stick around and say man i'm just a regular person no you're not an idiot no more you're a child of the living god you're not what you used to be now you're a parable man and woman so you need to do war because you are now loyal to him and if you're loyal to god god is loyal to you he has no other choice than to say to you come on i'm going to finish this sometimes you know living in church we feel like we're not being recognized and yet you're you're loyal you're a person that is doing everything right and you feel like nobody's recognized me nobody i used to feel that way i used to feel like nobody used to see me or anything and one day i asked god i said you know what do what you want to do with me because i want to do whatever you want me to do i was cleaning toilets i i was sweeping the rugs i was over there unplugging toilets while they were plugged while everybody was having fun there i was doing a work for god you might not you might not say that's important but it's important to everybody else so from that little portion i used to cry in church and say god use me i used to weep while i was vacuuming and sweeping god used me and i felt like i was a nobody and finally god said okay you were faithful in the little i'm gonna start putting you in a little bit more and a little bit more and a little bit more and a little bit more a little bit more why because you're loyal to your call loyal to your god you just don't put away what god's given you you roll up your sleeves and start working again you just don't say you know what i'm done no no you get up and say i'm not done yet because god hasn't recognized me i want to see what god has for me so there has to be a little bit of stubbornness inside of you because if you don't got that gut feeling inside of you then you'll never accomplish anything you have to have that gut feeling i am loyal i might not be recognized but i'm not doing this for men i am doing this for you and when you decide to use me you will use me and right there is where god proves your patience god proves who you are and god starts understanding your heart to see if it's really what you're saying if that's really true because the test will bring you into a place of exposing you how many have ever said man i can do this and i can do that and then the trial comes and you fall apart and god said what happened what happened what happened to you oh well yeah you were weak you said all the right things but because i allowed this storm to come your way i am giving you an x-ray look at the x-ray look at who you are look at the way you behave look at all your doubts look at all your fears and it gives you an x-ray and it exposes you and then you go back and repent and you say god i'm so sorry i am so sorry i thought it was superman and i was mighty mouse so you got to understand that people are seeing what you're doing stop doing it for people just do it for god because when you have been loyal and faithful in the little things in prayer in your service for god god begins to exalt you and make you into the person that he wants you to be because loyalty always comes in the time of trouble the time of trouble i've had a lot of people say i love you i love you i used to say wow that's amazing that you love me wow beautiful until the testing came nobody loved me after that and i said well what happened to all the love you said the right words because i understand now that loyalty will be tested you can say a lot of stuff until the test comes but if you pass the test and if you decide to keep on moving forward even if you fail in the test god will say i'll give you another chance and another chance until you correct what you have to correct because trouble always exposes you you see loyalty is valued by by the pastor by the pastor i'm always looking for loyal men especially when they've been proven in their loyalty proven in their loyalty because anybody can say the right things but it's in the proving that your loyalty is recognized it's just like uh i had one guy come up to me uh i ain't gonna say names but he came up to me one time and said he had trouble with his van and his seat was ripping a little bit and you know i'm very concerned about our vans i like them in tip-top shape if you don't drive right if you don't behave right if you don't clean that van then you don't deserve that man so he told me because he knows the way i am he says well i have a little riff in my in my seat i said you know i'm to expect that because i already know i said well go fix it but don't let it be don't let it rip apart where it ruins the whole chair in the van he says okay okay okay okay and then i said then you you need to lose a little weight because the proof is in the pudding he says i'm losing weight i'm losing weight i'm losing weight you know and i said okay but you know you gotta learn uh if you take care of your temple which is your body then you could do a lot more because you're self-disciplined right like edgy one day we were sitting down and sonia was right there i'll never forget this this was so darn funny he said i don't need that much and sonia said the proof is in the pudding oh i did say your name okay but we laughed so hard even edgy was laughing and we kept that saying the proof is in the pudding so you and i have to be loyal not only in one thing in multiple things multiple things because if you look good i look good and if i look good you look good and as the reflection of the loyalty that we have for each other this is not only for me this is for everybody else it's just like in the military in the military man they got your tip top shape in step everything everything better look sharp everything better looks out but in war you better learn that you you're going to make sure that you learn all your weapons while you're out there so you can look pretty but let's go to war now see how pretty it's going to get but when you come back they train you to be perfect disciplined to a place where where you know they recognize and they recognize that authority not because you want authority is because you are authority i'm always proud of my dad you know i looked at his pictures all the time and i looked at him and i he's passed away already but i look at him and he was a world war ii and i see him that he was young he was a navy guy and i said man that my dad always told me about the war and everything he told me i was i was small he showed me all the pictures of the the battleship he was on i think it was 47 or something 72 and i wouldn't pay attention and when he passed away i started looking at all the pictures and said oh my god he was trying to communicate to me and that's the way sometimes that i feel with people you're not all there and i'm trying to communicate with you but then you wake up 10 years later and that's good that's not an offense because i woke up 10 years later because sometimes we don't value what people are well that was pretty heavy that's not even in my notes i'm looking here to go to the next step here anyway look at the root the bible talks about ruth in chapter 1 verse 16-17 you can read it there but ruth and naomi it says and ruth said entreat me not to leave thee or to return from following after thee whether wherever thou goeth i will go and wherever thou lodges i will lodge and the people shall be my people your people shall be my people and thy god my god without diet i will die and there will be and there will i be buried the lord do so to me and more also if anything but death part thee and me what a powerful statement it says i'm loyal i'm loyal wherever you go i'm going wherever you lodge i am lodging and wherever you die i'm going to die that's loyalty that's why that's a whole lot of love that you have for somebody and that's the kind of loyalty we need because that loyalty brings fruit that will last because not only are you affecting the one generation you're affecting two or three generations and i love this scripture in the book of luke chapter 22 verse 28 and this will pinch this loyalty here listen to the words that jesus said ye ye are they which have continued with me in my temptations you were with me and you stood with me in my temptations isn't that a powerful statement you want to be loyal you you're loyal out of not because somebody pushes you to be loyal but because you love what god has done for you you love your leaders those that are teaching you and you say wherever you go i go wherever you lodge i'll go wherever you die i'm going to die that was a free will it was something it wasn't something that was a domination on you it was something that you gave out of your own free will see so some of those we get married and we don't want to stay married hey let me tell you something for better or for worse baby till death us part loyalty to each other i want to say to all your men your wife is one of the most precious things you have and you don't even realize it she is more precious than anything she is more beautiful than anything if you will loser right now you'll be crying like i did because i remember everything good she did for me i'm cooking for myself now okay i'm making my own bed now i'm washing my own clothes i am doing everything that she did and i never appreciated that and yet she was loyal to me she probably scratched her head and said this guy don't get it how valuable i am hello tonto i mean hello dummy so that's value if you have a good husband you need to value that man you might not do everything that you're doing but he takes care of you how does he take care of your money that check goes into your account it's not only his it's yours and when she gets the check she says i'm the boss hallelujah but there is a value between each other and there's a loyalty between each other and when the kids are born they're beautiful they're like olive trees they're beautiful they grow in your house and they grow and they're beautiful beautiful beautiful but sometimes we don't value all we see is the problems that the kids have sometimes they grow up to 18 you just got to say you know what in the name of jesus i give them to you if they want to be rebellious tear them off but show them your ways i've had to say that to my kids some of them and man they got beat up and they came back i'm sorry that i love you michael i always love you but i had to tell the lord to take care of you and now you're coming to your senses thank god i can rest now because no matter what you thought that i didn't care but i care more than what you thought so ah that is loyally there's a loyalty in the family that you gotta have but here is from a stranger ruth and naomi from strangers they said those words to each other and then jesus hanging around with the disciples that were not too bright and then he said those words ye are they which have continued with me in my temptations you saw everything bad that they did to me and you were still there you were there when they when they came and picked me up you were there and i know you were gonna be cowards but it's okay i knew that you were coming back to me so you could you could see that there are a lot of people that start off with you but they have bad intentions inwardly what can i get for myself my name is jimmy so why don't you give me giving just for yourself you're living for yourself but your pretender it's like that old song yes i'm the great pretender you pretend you hollywood hasn't seen nothing yet you are the master of faking things judas god god knew that judas is going to betray him but he allowed him he allowed him to betray him because he was a follower but he was holding the bag whoever holds the bag you got to make sure that they're good people because money will get you funny money will play tricks on you that money does not belong to you it belongs to the lord that is his portion and you better be careful you better be careful because judas betrayed him listen to this but 30 pieces of silver that ain't nothing 30 pieces of silver he betrayed him just because he was greedy my name is greedy greedy greedy so i want to look pretty all the time i want to have enough if you got that spirit of greedy and your your your rotten inside and you can't handle that and you just want it for yourself be careful because money will kill you the spirit of money will kill you it's called mammon in spanish it's called mammon that's worse it's a demon it is not just a regulator it's a demon a demon of mammon you say that money has has has no power let me tell you something money always talks and says goodbye to you you get it you get happy and then it goes away it never turns out the way you think it was but if you think that money is going to buy you everything you're mistaken because you if you don't know how to manage that money it will kill you and if you have it for the wrong reason it will kill you also it will kill you so look at judas he betrayed jesus with 30 pieces of silver hung around with jesus for three years jesus did it all the time and the bible says that he wanted hung himself because he knew that he betrayed jesus those demons are real those demons are real because those demons can get a hold of you and possess you as a person money doesn't possess me god possesses me i want god you're sitting in a place where if i was greedy you wouldn't be here wow i said something heavy now i did god gave us this building and i rushed to it that it would become yours because i'm going to die you're going to live and you're not going to live in a junky place times in the jordan and he was used to all these beautiful rivers and beautiful ponds and everything the jordan was one of the most filthiest rivers it was muddy it was like morano beach it was filthy and will be on you your wife your children and your generation for robbing the money that belong to god remember the 11th commandment thou shalt not be stupid after no intent because if you allow the
