Jesus is changing Iran

[Music] well for those of you haven't heard my testimony first of all i was born and raised in iran as a shiite muslim and my entire life i was practicing islam and from the very childhood i loved god with all my heart how many of you know the children here and they'll have a hunger for god sometimes we try to ignore them that you know they're kids but they understand more than adults jesus compared he said if unless you convert and become like children you cannot enter the kingdom of heaven and i was a child and i loved god with all my heart and i was growing up and i wanted to serve god and i wanted to follow god but the only options we had was islam in 1947 1979 where the revolution in iran and islam came to power in iran and began to dominate every aspect of life in iran whether it was economy whether it was media schools newspapers you name it everything start being dominated by islam and that's what sharia law is sharia law is the supreme law of islamic land every this is the plan of islam to bring every nation under the rule of the sharia law that's what they believe that there will be ultimate peace that peace comes when the whole world submits to sharia law and as a child i grew up in an environment that everything was about islam we had to pray five times a day we had to pray go to the mosque and beat ourselves we were shiites and shia beat themselves for dead imams and you know you remember when elijah began to challenge the worshipers of bell and they came on the mount carmel and they began to wound themselves and beat themselves up and they start bleeding into that battle would answer them and there was no answer and elijah began to mock them where's your god maybe he's sleeping and that's exactly how we were and it's the same spirit of the worshippers of baal islam is the same as spirit because in fact they have a name called ashura in in the worshippers of baal had the day and that's exactly the same name that muslims use for ashura to mourn for dead imams and we used to beat ourselves and walk on hot asphalts for miles and beat our chest and beat our back and put mud on our heads and beat our head and some people use bag here and they would themself and blood comes all over them do you know why to get what you and i have for free through jesus they do that they're ignorant they have a zeal for god but without knowledge ignorant of god's righteousness trying to establish their own righteousnesses their own way of getting right with god but god has a way of getting you right with god hallelujah and jesus said i am the way the truth and life and no one comes to the father except through me he is the way of righteousness so i was growing up in that environment i was seeing as 11 12 years old kid i was walking go to school i saw people being executed on the streets imagine you're going to school as 11 year old kid you're going to school and you're seeing people being executed on the streets hanging from a crane and giving up their last breath and i was terrified as a kid and imagine i'm going to school to learn math and literature after seeing people being executed and to be honest with you after a while it became normal we thought this is norm all over the world we didn't know what's going on in other parts of the world because the government controls everything you know vhs the vhs reader those tapes it was illegal in iran you could not even have and own a vhs reader a tape player so we then we have no idea what's going on in other parts of the world today as i'm speaking here satellite dish is illegal it's illegal to have a satellite dish in iran aren't you glad you live in montana and i'm telling you i was hungry for god i was seeking god as a child even and they told us and it's not like america they have options you go to a mosque you go to a temple you go to a synagogue or you go to a church or you research and you go to see what christians say or the jews say there's no option everything is dominated by islam and i grew up in that environment every morning at a school they lined us up and the cold winter were shaking trembling and they they forced and they read the quran to us a passage of the quran in arabic and then they forced us to shout death to america and death to israel every morning and in our textbooks at a school we have pictures of israeli soldiers killing palestinian babies and they sowed a seed of hatred in their hearts toward israel it was a caricature of israeli sword with a gun and the baby is crying tears coming down and he has this mean looking guy as a gun in the head of the palestinian baby and and they told us that israelis are evil they're occupiers they occupied the muslim land and we have to go take it back from them we fight with them and the name of that chapter in the textbook we had it was the occupied palestine so all was political at school i mean the media you opened the radio was quran or a mullah was talking all about against israel against america was all about jihad and sharia law and all those things he opened the newspaper was the same thing because the the papers were not free to publish what they want to so everything was censored by the government the media opened the tv was the same thing the only the only free time we had was to go out and play soccer and that's the only the only fun thing we had you know i never learned to swim because the pools if you want to use a pool to swim you had to go to class to learn the quran in the class for three months in order for you to allow to use a pool can you imagine that now the parents they teach their own kids some way but at my time when i was in iran as a kid you couldn't do it now i try to do something in the water trying to learn now hallelujah and i was in that situation and i was hungry for god i began to take my to take islam seriously because they told us these are the enemies of allah these are the enemies of god these are the coffers infidels we have to fight them we have to kill them we have to take the lands back from them they're ungodly people they're unclean and as a child i began to really practice and when it was 11 years old i began to fast for first time and in ramazan you fast before sunrise until sunset you cannot eat or drink anything and the first day i broke my fast three times it was so hard and it felt so much guilt and shame because i felt that i broke the law of god and god is mad at me now because it broke the fast but as i grew older i began to be more diligent and try better and do better and trying to please allah i was trying to earn his love and his acceptance i was looking for a love that i couldn't find in allah and i was practicing and praying five times a day going to mosque at 5 am praying in arabic seeking allah fast beat ourself and my mom and i used to go to the shrines of dead imams and we hang to the shrines and cry and pray asking for forgiveness asking for help and not even once our prayers were answered not even once so as i grew up i was 16 years old when i was arrested we were going to a wedding and they pull the car over drinking or having alcohol in iran is illegal completely illegal i mean everything is illegal in iran and according to sharia law everything is illegal glory be to god this wedding and my relatives gave me a ride i was 16 years old i was in their car the only crime i committed i was in their car they were giving me a ride to go to a wedding my parents were already there i was going there to be at the wedding and as i was going there and the sharia law police because see when the sharia is implemented then they have police to make sure you obey the sharia law just as you have you know traffic laws and then they're pleased and have a patrol make sure you you obey the law and there the sharia law police make sure you obey the laws of islam and they had checkpoints and they poured pull the car over and they opened the door and they smelled the alcohol and they didn't ask who drank where did you get it from they say come out and they took all of us in a car in a bus and they already had arrested so many other young kids and it took us to a confinement you know in iran if you're with a woman with a girl you have to prove that she is your wife or she is your sister or she's your mother if you can't prove that you're in trouble that's the sharia law womans have to women have to cover themselves and where the scarf and the hijab the woman to this day woman if they go to a beach in iran they have to go to the water with the clothes on with the scarf on that's the contribution of islam obama said that we are in debt to islam the western civilization is in debt to islam and i when i heard that first time i said oh where that came from what source did he speaking is he speaking from i mean i was like blown up and that that's when i realized that wow america is in trouble when i heard that it was right after the election because i came to america september 2008 three months before the election three months right yes and after his elect was elected he went to egypt to give a speech and when he said that i say my goodness what's going on here so they took us to confinement they took all our clothes off they began to pour cold water on us and began to beat us with the slash for something that hadn't done and it's not like america they test you and they have a miranda right and they say you have the right to be silent if you're not silent you know you can't say whatever you say can be used against you in the court right you don't have a marine the right they beat you up first and they take you to court right guilty unless proven otherwise right so they took us to this confinement they took all their clothes off they began to beat us and they they had us face the wall and sit up and sit down and they're mocking us and beating us and then we put our clothes back on and then they said we're beating you to sober you to make you sober and they throw us in a room 50 us in a room probably as big as that that part of the church that back there and we were choking almost a small window up there one egg in the morning boiled egg one boiled egg at night one time restroom in the morning what time rests through at night 60 seconds we had time to go to restroom and come back and you go to airports here people stay for 30 minutes in the restroom 60 seconds to go to use the restroom come back and we were like and no water only like one bottle of water and then we all had to drink from the water that's how 16 year imagine 16 year old boy for something i hadn't done even that's how i was treated and that was a turning point in my life then they put shackles in our live on hands and feet and they took us to the court and my family bribed them it was a holiday so the courts were closed for a few days so we had to stay in the jail for go through that hardship for that five four days and then took us to this uh court and my family already found the connection they paid them some bribes and they they wrote a fine for us and this mullah with this turban around his head wrote a a fine and then we came out of the prison but i was full of hatred i was full of anger i was full of rage i mean if i had a gun i would kill those people and that was a turning point in my life that i began to question everything about god and islam i began to research more and pray and seek and read and i saw muhammad's life that this muhammad was a wicked man i mean they make muhammad like a god almost people every time they say his name they have to say peace be upon him but when i read and read and i research more and i saw muhammad killed muhammad beheaded people he was 53 years old when he had the wife of nine-year-old girl she was nine years old when muhammad consumed the marriage with him with her and he was 53 years old he had 13 wives he robbed carowinds he killed people and that was islam that he was following so my faith in islam began to crumble but i was afraid at the same time i was afraid because they told us if you leave islam you go to hell and god is going to be mad at you he's going to punish you so i was afraid if i leave islam then who is god i don't think the god the real god the true god who made this creation is the god of islam but if he's if it's not the god if islam is wrong if muhammad is not the prophet if allah is not god then who is god who made me who made this creation who made the heavens and the earth and the stars who made life what is the purpose of life and these were my questions a genuine question as a teenager i began to ask myself what is the purpose of this life why do we live 80 90 years you work hard we go to a school you get a degree you find a job you get married you have children then you die and i said what is the purpose of this if death is the end why not now why you have to go through hardship why you have to go through so much injustice and wars and crimes and fights and then you die if death is the end why not now and these are my questions but there's no answer then after shortly afterward my father passed away and after my father passed away that devastated me because my father was a good man and his life ended up he died in a heart attack and after that was i was just hopeless i had no purpose for life nothing was making me happy everything was temporary everything was meaningless and i left my mom's home because we live together until we get married in iran it's like italians they live together until they get married and i left my mom's house i isolated myself i left all my friends left my family began to think about meaning of life purpose of life past present future deep things of life the origin where i came from who is god who made me where i'm going if i die then thoughts of suicide began to come i was going to end my life but i was afraid at the same time where i'm going to go because some people who want to come into the devil lying to people to commit suicide but you don't know where you're going do you think it's the end but it's the beginning and that was a problem i was afraid that if i die where i'm gonna go is there life after death is god real and i was afraid at the same time left islam wasn't a dilemma what's going to happen to me so now what and i was broken and i started losing my hair and i started having big pimples on my face i couldn't eat i couldn't sleep i was crying out and no answer and the only thing you know in iran although satellite dish is illegal but everybody has one they break the law people you know where the law abounds sin abounds as well right that's what the bible says the bible says paul says in in chapter 7 romans chapter 7 that law provoked in me every kind of evil things the lord came to prove to you what is inside of you and then come to save you so all those don'ts and those that cause people to more actually seek to see what's going on what is you know why they say don't do this and people started having satellite because iran had these 10 channels and it was all propaganda and lies and every challenging term was a mullah one with the black turbine with the white camera that's the only difference it turned the channel and the ones with the black turban they claim to be the descendants of muhammad they came straight from muhammad and the white ones are sheikhs and they are the islamic leaders and muslim leaders and then so the only thing i had was a satellite dish and a computer and it turned i was out of dispersion was turning the channels and i came across this guy was talking about jesus thank god for satellite the word of god cannot be chained amen god always finds a way to get his word out to somewhere and i was hungry i was devastated i couldn't sleep i couldn't eat and i heard the gospel for first time in my life i heard that jesus is the son of god he died for me on the cross he rose from the dead and he's a savior and when i heard that i said no and i was afraid because i was hurt by religion i was cautious and when i heard that although my faith in islam was was gone but still i was afraid i said god doesn't have a son because they told us god is not father and he has no son you know first john chapter 2 the bible says you denies the father and the son that's the spirit of antichrist and also chapter four and chapter five verse chapter five verse twelve says he doesn't he who does not have the son doesn't have the father also so islam denies that god is the father and he has a son so it rejects so when i heard that naturally i said how could god if there's a god how could he how could he have a son so i rejected the whole thing i said no that's a bunch of baloney i rejected the whole thing and about a week later i was full of rage and anger and disappointment i was suicidal i was gonna take my life i was crying out to god i said god who are you why did you make me are you real i was disappointed i was i didn't have a reason to lie to live i didn't have the courage to kill myself because they know what i'm going to go after i die uncertainty and then the second time again i was this tea was on and this guy came on and he was talking about jesus that jesus loves you he died for you on the cross he rose from the dead on the third day he loves you he atoned your sin he paid for your sins through his own blood that through faith in him you can be justified and right with god so when i began to hear those things it was like you know for me who was trying to attain god's righteousness with my own works when i heard by faith by believing in jesus i can't be forgiven it seemed too good to be true but you know what i didn't have anything to lose and that day i opened my heart i said jesus i do not know you i was told that you're a prophet only but today i hear that you are the son of god that you died for me on the cross that you rose from the dead after the third day i don't know if it's truth or not if it's truth i ask you to come into my heart be my lord be my savior forgive me of my sins give me a new life and the guy was praying and i was repeating after him and as i was praying and and asking the lord to come to my heart a hit went through my hand something warm went through my left hand it went through all my body and i began to shake and tremble and it is like somebody you know reached his hand into my heart and yanked out all that hatred and anger and disappointment from my heart and i was a brand new creature hallelujah glory be to god i was filled with joy but something began to boil in my stomach and i began to to speak in tongues and i had no idea what tongues was am i talking to a presbyterian church i mean i was filled with the holy spirit and i was on fire i was jumping up and down and these words were coming out of my mouth i didn't know what i was saying but i felt good though hallelujah glory be to god you know muslims have faith they believe they believe in supernatural so when i when i received the lord man this thing came out all over me i was jumping up and down i was filled with joy and with love i ran to my mom's house and when the mom my mom was sick for many years the doctor said you have to have surgery she didn't have the money and iran has the third oil in the world all oil reserves and in the world and the second gas in the entire world but people are poor because they spend all the money on terrorism and the nuclear thing and then sending money for the hezbollah and so forth so they kept the people poor so my mom when she saw me she said what happened to you i said why she said your face is shiny i mean before i was grumpy i was sad you know the bible says those who worship the idols they will be like them i have become like an idol myself not an american idol but their lives i mean i was grumpy i was sad looking i was sour looking i was broken depressed oppressed and when my mom saw me she started lighting me and the bible says those who looked upon him were radiant and they were not ashamed hallelujah so my mom saw me and she said what happened to you say mom i accepted jesus this is what happened to me it hit me through my hand and my mom was like so excited and i put my hands on her and i come out i didn't have to lay hands on the sick i didn't have a new testament bible i had not read mark chapter 15 and 16. i put my hands on my my mom and i command the sickness to leave my mom and instantly pain left her and she said i feel good no more pain and she was in pain when i saw her so my mom in my family was the first one that gave her heart to jesus and she was a devout muslim because i was the youngest boy so after my other boy brothers were grown i had to go with my mom to shop and go to the so i was with her a lot and we used to go to the mosque together so when i got saved she got saved amen hallelujah and now she says every time i talk to him she said i just wake up in the morning feed the birds and i pray and i pray to jesus hallelujah glory be to god and that's what happened to me that's i am one of millions in iran a revival is breaking out hallelujah on the ground church is exploding underground churches exploding and to the point that the supreme leader of iran the ayatollah said the underground church christianity is a threat to our national security they're feeling it that the enemy is feeling the power of the church growing and people coming to the lord i'm telling you and when they get saved they're on fire for god i mean they're willing to give everything for jesus began to look for a bible for three months after see because they told us that moses brought the torah jesus brought the angel and muhammad brought the quran so since i gave my heart to jesus i was looking for angel which is the gospel so i came i went the store after the store i went library after library and i asked for angel and people rolled their eyes and said don't look for it it's distorted it's corrupted it's changed it's man's word it's illegal and it was illegal do you know the bible this book is illegal in iran so i looked and it searched for three months i couldn't find one but you know what i was in turn with the lord i was walking on the streets man i was praying in tongues i mean i was walking on the streets i didn't know how how i crossed the red light how i passed this street how and iran not everybody has a car so you have to walk and everybody's just kidding because they walk a lot stream from town means right and i was walking the streets and i was praying in the holy ghost i didn't know how i passed the streets and i reached i just opened my eyes i was at home and i was praying in tongues i was talking to jesus i wouldn't talk to anyone when i wake up in the morning before i talk to jesus first i was a fanatic i wouldn't go to bed without talking to jesus i mean he was my comfort he was my my love he was my everything imagine for years i called on allah prayed to muhammad prayed to these imams prayed toward mecca and nothing happened and first time i called on jesus and he heard me and then healed my mom and all these things together and after i got saved i could have sleep well i could eat well i was healed i mean i was like flying acts chapter two so i looked for three months i was looking for the i couldn't find one and finally i came on the internet and internet was brand new it just came to iran you and the government was controlling it and was very slow and you have to buy a card remember the dial-up internet was dial-up and uh so i bought a card and i started you know connected to the internet and then it searched for the word angel means gospel in farsi and i began to look for angel and after searching and searching and loading and loading the error came that access to this website is prohibited in farsi so they try to change the word of god but the word of god cannot be chained amen so i my major was computer in high school so i began to use proxy to break that blockage because still in the countries that they oppress people people find ways to go around it and i broke that proxy i used the proxy to break that blockage and i found all these books i found genesis exodus leviticus numbers deuteronomy joshua judges esther i said what are these people who is esther i mean esther is burdening iran we didn't know they want to keep the iranian people ignorant of their own history in a school they teach more about muhammad and all about allah and and god of islam they teach more about the arab gods and not about darius and cyrus and they teach all junks and we didn't know our own history recently iran's are finding out who they are and that's why they're rejecting islam and i read that and i and i saw these books i saw firsthand against samuel who's samuel daniel is better than iran too in shushan in iran and we didn't know that so then i began to search i saw i saw all these books and i saw four gospels matthew mark look at john and i said why there are four books and i didn't know why they're four but i download them and i began to read them and i was crying and i was crying and i was sobbing and i was sobbing and first time in my life i read somebody says love your enemies and pray for those who spitefully used you and hate you first time in my life i heard somebody says i am the bread of life i mean jesus spoke with authority his message was victory love life victory over death victory over sickness i mean i saw he was my hero i was reading and i was crying the things you say the simple but powerful and profound word he said anyways you know jesus said my my words are spirit and life they're not like man's word die before they speak it but god's word lasts forever amen glory be to god the bible says the word of god endures forever and i began to read and i saw that somebody says i am the good shepherd and the good shepherd lays his life down for his sheep first time i heard somebody says he believes in me i will raise him by the last day he who believes in me shall not die and i read those things i mean islam is all crying and weeping and it's like you do these things maybe one day somehow you go to heaven maybe but when i heard that jesus said i am the truth and the way in the life no one comes to the father through me when i read those things man i'm telling you i was i was revolutionized and i said why this book should be illegal there's nothing again against anyone in it doesn't say you know rise against the government doesn't say it says pay the taxes to the government and we shouldn't say that and the words i read was filled with love love your enemies love one another as i have loved you as the father sent me i sent you i mean these things were so calling god the father it revolutionized my life and then what happened was i began to copy that's those series and i was sobbing god is my witness i was crying as i was reading the new testament first time i encountered the new testament and i began to copy it on cd and i started going give it to people i started going to gym because i was healed i was you know i had hope and i was talking to one person said this is the gospel man in jail i read it's powerful it's so amazing and people heard me over here young people and they ran to me to rush to me they say can i have a copy too can i have a copy too please can you give me a copy too and that's how hungry people are for the words of life it's like people starving i was like a tree in a desert dried forsaken and then a river of light water the living water came and revived me and there's so many people out crying out and they're looking for hope they're looking for love because for years i've been condemned they have been bit bitten up they have been rejected they have been they have been bashed and broken and condemned not only by the government but by allah by them by quran so when i read that i was revolutionized my life changed people were you know asking for copies and after eight months somebody stopped me i knew i have to leave the country i couldn't because i didn't have money or passport in iran if you want to have a passport as a male you have to go to military serve two years mandatory in the military if you're a woman you have to have permission from your husband your brother or your father to be able to travel to get a passport so i didn't have a passport but god told me leave the holy spirit was talking to me leave and one night after i recovered after i got a stab i threw some clothes in the bag and left the country i came to the border i didn't know where i'm going the only thing i knew when i was leaving i knew that i'm not going to see this country for a long long time i had confidence and peace in my heart and i didn't have a bible so i wrote a scripture on paper i wrote a scripture paper to encourage myself with and i would pull them out once a while and read them and i would put in my pocket again i was afraid what if they got no take it from you i i then put the whole book name i just put like for example matthew i put like m in farsi and i put the reference but i put the verse like you know let not your heart be troubled believe in god believe me also whatever you ask the father in my name i do for you and the father help me to not be arrested protect me so i came with a bus to the border of turkey and iran and god miraculously put people on my path and they crossed me through the border i came in turkey and here in turkey i didn't know where i'm going i was 19 years old do you know what i'm doing i didn't know where i'm going i didn't have money i had 300 that was all the money i had and god miraculously put people on my path and i met an iranian guy and this guy said i just began to share the gospel with him i'm not a christian but i go to church to see what christians say you want to come with me i say yes so he was the one who gave me the first actual new testament it was a pocket size as big as an iphone he gave it to me i began to open to make sure it's the same that i as i downloaded in iran i began to read the verses that i memorized and the one that had my pocket i began to read them and it was the same and it's like somebody gave me the entire world i mean i was like holding it near to my heart like hiding it in my jacket like this holding it and hiding it and once you want to open it take a look and then put it back i was like except somebody gave me a ferrari or something i was i mean i was full of joy i was so happy that i got a new testament it was so scarce that i i was biboholic i was looking for a bible trying to find bibles and collect the bible and i went to the church for first time in my life that that unbeliever that non-believer took me to church gave me the first new testament and i saw people worshiping just like tonight playing guitar playing keyboard and i saw the love people rejoicing because the mosque is all crying and weeping and gnashing of teeth that's what that's the out of darkness you know the bible but first time i saw people praising and worshiping and rejoicing and man the pastor came and asked me what are you doing here i told him my story say oh praise god god has called you then i went to someone's house and uh somebody from the church took me to his house i was there it's long story to make it short what happened was they told me if they arrest you because i was going to all the meetings at the church i mean people were so hungry in turkey for god the church was packed i mean there's no place place to sit all former muslims and you could lose your life any time for being there and then what happened was the church that they told me if they arrest you in the church they will shut the whole church down because they're looking for excuse to close the churches down so if they find you they say they harbor illegal people and they would shut the whole church and say they asked me to go to united nation i went there i introduced myself i signed up and they gave me a paper and they said take this to the police office and then took it and then they legalized my residency for two years and then i was busy man i was going to all the meetings at the church i was going to men's meeting youth meetings ladies meetings i mean name it i was at the church man i'm telling you i was at every meeting i mean if the door was open i was there and my pastor was getting crazy because i was asking so many questions in the bible what is this what this verse is saying what what what did you just mean here and asking questions i was hungry man and what happened was after long story short we gave bibles away i was arrested four or five times by turkish government i was threatened cast out by the turkish police it threatened me to kick me out of the country they threatened me to help me to hold me when i'm gonna go out of the turkey so fear all over false brethren i mean you name it we didn't have a shower even we had to put water in oil barrels and put the naked electricity at night to warm the water so we could take a shower in the morning once a week and we will keep our socks on for like for the whole week it was so cold because the walls you know you have sheet rock here right and then you have insulation there is all concrete so in the winter it's like crazy cold inside and summertime is hot inside i mean you could put 10 blankets on you and it was cold and then we would take a shower once a week but you don't smell because it was so cold you didn't smell anyhow but then we take shower like once a week it was so cold and then we we in the morning after at night because the electricity was so weak we take shower in the morning people would walk to the church five six seven eight miles with babies in their arm walking to come to church to worship jesus we didn't have a car that's how we live man and we're threatened they could be arrested one time we're building the church because the church was growing we were knocking knocking down the walls and the church was expanding people were coming getting getting saved and then a muslim guy was passing he was a kurdish muslim guy from in turkey he said what are you guys doing here and one of the workers was iranian he said we're building iklisa miss church so the guy went they came back with hundreds of people he said we blow you up we killed you here you guys are infidels you corrupt our children that's what muslims think about christians you know when i was arrested in turkey one time they told me is cia paying you to do that they believe that cia is paying me to preach the gospel i said i wish they would man what happened was then they closed the secret service came the police came the media came they shut down the whole church we have to move to different places cover the windows worship see we were pentecostals when we were holy ghost filled people we didn't know denominations at all we didn't within name ourselves everybody was people the holy spirit praying in tongues that's the first century church man and all these you know seminaries and all this theology here in america they have made the word of god of no effect but their people they have no idea all they have been is the bible and the holy ghost and they are tearing that nation down and then what happened was men i was like filled with power and then what happened was we're worshiping god in secret people would come with babies and women men children they walk on ice turkey is very cold for six months it's like montana it's all eyes people walk for seven months to come to church sometimes after the church we go on the streets and preach the gospel give bibles away our church began after the church and that's how we were and then after all when i was accepted by u.n and then u.s government took my case to come to america and then was coming i was sitting in istanbul in the airplane was so excited to leave behind all that persecution and all the hardship behind oh go to america land filled with milk and honey christian nation and suddenly my excitement turned to concern the holy spirit began to speak to me said be careful when i go to america the holy spirit said to me be careful when you go to america i say lord america i had the thicker action at that time it's america land fluid milk and honey christian nation because in the way in the mid east everybody think christians are nation america is a christian nation so everything they see in hollywood they think christians are doing those things yeah that's what they think because they think everybody is christian in america so whatever they think they see this they think that's christianity what happened was coming to america and then i know that that wasn't true that hollywood is not god but because i had the lord but they don't know so when i was coming i thought at least a big majority of americans are christians so it's coming but the lord said be careful when you go to america and i didn't understand what he meant he said do not lose your fire so when i came to america i didn't like i didn't i said to america why so when i came to america after three months i realized what it meant people would come to church late they would leave early no passion no love for god i mean don't get me wrong there's so many good people like yourself that love the lord we have prayer meetings in in in tulsa oklahoma that's a buckled bible belt and we had prayer meetings and two old ladies show up i was the only young person i was like too only i said is that pray meeting i thought people coming from fire crying out to god intercession two old ladies show up for prayer and i was man i was devastated i said i was gonna go back i was tempted to go back to turkey i said what i'm doing here because people will just go to work they make money pay the bills same thing over the next week and say man that's the waste of life i mean don't get me wrong we have to go to work i understand that what i'm saying is that everything we do should circle around what we do for jesus we go to work so we can preach the gospel we can support the gospel we're just going to work to to survive god wants you to thrive to bless you amen for his purpose for his kingdom it's not just okay i just go to church on sundays but my life is different no your whole life should be about jesus and man i i was i was like going crazy because you know even the young people didn't have passion what happened i just began to go to hospitals and nursing homes and pray for people i went to a hospital i said i came here to pray for for the sick can i do that the reception said you have to talk to chapel i don't know what chapel was i said okay who's they have to go talk to that person i went to that room as a catholic church catholic uh a hospital catholic chapel and i said hey i want to go pray for the sick people and can i do that he said no he said no i said god doesn't save me from the iranian government and the turkish government to be afraid by you i began to walk on the roof man i want i went to the elevator i went to the second third floor i began to go room to room man lay hands on people pray for sick i began to preach the gospel testify i mean on my own nobody told me to do nobody paid me i was like i was feeling like being so wasted before that and i began to go and preach and share and that's when i remember what the lord meant be careful you know in america it's harder to be a christian than in the middle east people think the opposite is always so hard to be no because their people rely on god here despite all the distractions if you choose to still come to church on saturday night you are the good of the bunch you are good christians you chose to come here tonight to hear to pray to worship amen because you have old you have the car right you have warm house running water you have a bed to sleep in i mean at night where in turkey where i was staying at sometimes we had scorpions in our house and we get up in the morning god is my witness we get up in the morning we had dead scorpions around us that's why jesus said even if you drink something deadly okay if you're bitten by a snake you're not gonna be harm right so what happened was that's how we lived man we thought that's normal but here you have all the car you have all the gadgets you have all these tvs you have super bowl right [Laughter] and thank god for you when i came here when you guys are praying and also you have prayed meetings this is a living church everyone say living this is a living church that you guys pray you are on the track you're interceding for the nation pastor told me they're praying for the california and it's needed because i live in california i know what i'm dealing with there man i'm you walk on the streets you're walking around demons but pray for the nation pray for the president pray for this whole country man we need prayers amen see in luke chapter 21 verse 15 the bible says for i will give you a mouth and wisdom which all your adversaries will not be able to contradict or resist verse 16 you will be betrayed even by parents and brothers relatives and friends and they will put some of you to death and you will be hated by all men for my name's sake jesus is saying that's a norm you'll be hated by all men but god has promised to us to bless us you're going to come out on the top of everything leading the pack you're going to come out of all the persecution leaving the pack and win and be a victor amen but we need to pray man we need to become men and women of prayers being a woman of intercessions after i was went to i came to america i went to tulsa oklahoma i was there i began to go to bible college after i graduate i went to california and started a church among iranians muslims in two months in a month and a half i'm going back to turkey to give 1500 new testaments away hallelujah i'm thinking glory be to god i'm taking a team with myself to turkey we're going to give 1500 new testament the same new testament that i got when i got in turkey first and by the way the guy who gave me that first new testament he got saved eventually hallelujah [Applause] so god is opening doors i'm going preaching sharing and giving stuff away we do outreach in in los angeles we give bibles away we give new testaments away i mean come pray become a prayer warrior charles wesley and john wesley's mother suzanne wesley she had she had 11 kids her husband had left she had to put the apron on her head and telling her kids be quiet i'm going to pray she would pray for an hour and the kids watching her she prayed that all her kids would serve the lord all of her kids began to serve the lord john changed america charles impacted europe be an example to your kids they learn they see you praying seeking the lord walking in love they see those things they will be impacted by your lifestyle amen so god loves you become a prayer and pray for me pray for your pastor pray that god will open effective doors for us so we can preach his word amen and the enemy hates this country islam hates this country because america is preaching the gospel it's funding the gospel and the enemy hates this country be praying for america be praying for the president because the enemy wants to stop this country i was i said this and i finished two weeks ago i was in sitting in a starbucks in los angeles downtown last time it was reading my bible and i was sitting on a table at the starbucks i saw a few muslims out there i saw a woman with a scarf with a hijab and two guys and a woman was i think was mexican she was mexican and i began to pray for it says lord touch these people's heart and they came out and they came inside and they sat right next to me and they were speaking arabic and i began to talk to them in arabic a little bit i don't speak much arabic but a little bit so i began to talk to them and they were happy oh you speak arabic and then we start talking and then i sent from iran they say from no egypt or from egypt and i began and then in front of me and a white guy came and sat in front of me and i was talking to these guys and guess who began to oppose me and fight with me that white guy was a liberal jew he was a liberal secular jew 80 issue who began to fight with me and he said why are you harassing them i said i'm not harassing them i'm sharing the gospel my story with them and he went talk to the manager of the starbucks hey this guy is harassing these muslims and i began to talk to the manager i said no i'm sharing my story i'm reading my bible this guy came and jumped to my conversation and the man is okay go sit down it's okay and i continued to preach the gospel to them and this guy was burning man i'm telling a demon was in him and i began to share with them and i began to tell them the gospel there's a war breaking out there but that's not saying the liberals want to pave the way for islam to come to america because they know that the they have the same objection knowingly or unconsciously they are opposing the the life of god ignorant of god's righteousness they hate the name they hate the name they blaspheme the name do you know i just was watching a video today having seen this new google device they put in your kitchen you talk to them and this lady i don't know if you have seen this video this lady was testing it and this lady said who is allah and he began to explain to allah according to wikipedia allah is the almighty god and so forth who is buddha the buddha is so and so began to explain buddha for you who is brahmana and began to explain abraham and then he said who is jesus he says sorry we cannot help you with that can you imagine that and then it says who is jesus christ he says sorry i cannot help you with that they hate the name man they hate that name but i am his voice i can help to you that google device i can help you with that we can't help with that name right we can go and preach that name and that's all the disciples did man disciples didn't have a seminary degree they didn't have a seminary education all they had was the god what was the gospel the words of jesus that jesus rose from the testify that we saw him he rose from he was crucified and rose from it and they had the holy ghost that's all and be careful about all these theologies and these seminaries and i've seen people from africa coming here going to seminary they're on fire for god they go to a seminar they come out they don't believe in anymore or anything so be careful pray intercede for your city amen and preach the gospel hallelujah are you on fire now hallelujah say it on fire say this i'm on fire i'm gonna testify about jesus i'm going to preach the gospel i'm determined to preach his word and to share the gospel i'm determined to become a man or a woman of prayer hallelujah glory be to god and pray in the holy ghost there's nothing you know i wouldn't be here today i wouldn't be here today without praying in the holy spirit if it wasn't for the baptism of the holy spirit i wouldn't be here pray in tongues as much as you can sing in tongues and read the word and that's all you need and come to your church testify wherever you go there are some people that only you can reach not your pastor there are some people at your workplace your neighbor your family members that only you and you alone can reach amen god bless let's pray and then we and father we thank you for today we give you all the glory the honor and praise lord i pray everything we heard tonight will remain with us lord lord i pray that a fire may be ignited in us and we become passionate and zealous for god father god that we may not take for granted the things you have given us and the things you have done in our lives father i pray that you create a hunger in our hearts lord when times come that we want to forsake it all we want to quit and give it all give it all up remind us of the man on the cross and the mission he loves to fulfill father remind us of the man on the cross and the things he has done for us i pray father god that the words we heard tonight remain in us and we'd be determined to become a man and a woman of prayer to become intercessors watchmen on the wall and to dig again the wells that the enemy has filled with dirt to dig again the things that enemy has covered in the name of jesus
