Jeep saves Ram 3500!!

so we got a call for a tracking scent f-350 and it sounds like they're stuck come on the end of Mills Road out here by Leeds so we're gonna head out there and see if we can get him out we got ten with us today we're gonna try and find range yeah Randy's not answering his phone this morning so we're gonna go bang on his door and see if he is uh he's coming with us or not so while we were on Randy's porch banging on the door interrupting his family I remembered that he's out of town installing dish somewhere miners Ville is where he's at I remember so now we feel a little bit bad waking his family up whenever you see the clouds like that hanging on the top of Pine Valley mountain you know that we're getting the north wind and that's what we've been getting and I'm about done with it pretty sure they're down at the end of this road in the sand this is another person that doesn't know exactly where they are we get people that are asking us to why don't we use what three words or whatever and if you did this every day and dealt with the public you'd realize you can't you're dealing with people with all different skill levels with electronics you got bad cell phone service there's just a communication disconnect if you're talking with your friends on the phone or something you can communicate pretty well but when it's a stranger there's there's some communication lost over the phone and it's just not worth anybody's time to try to figure that out so it was better to have them describe you know what it was like when they got off the freeway and which way they thought they turned what was the road conditions after they turned and about how far did they drive before they became stuck I guess that's the most useful easiest fastest way I've found to get a hold of people a lot of times I'm not even getting information from the customers I'm getting it through dispatch like through 911 or from another customer or not a customer but another person who saw them or a park ranger or a police officer it's something like that and so I don't even have contact with the customer before I get there also sometimes the customer has to walk a little ways walk up onto a hill to make a phone call and I might it might be bad service and I'm only getting you know eighty percent of the words so it's just no time to teach somebody how to use in the lap that doesn't even know how to send a text so there's also language barriers that's also an issue that can come up you know the area very well and I have friends that know the area better than I do so sometimes I'll even call and consult with them and this way it works really good I sure hope they're down the end of this road because they have no idea where they're at they have no idea and this had the most indicators when they felt the story that where they would be they built a beaver dam to you're using this distract these are the kind of sticks to great stick rating morning yeah these you'll run over and I'll flip up and poke the hole in your radiator [Music] okay we're gonna get hooked up to you and pull you back I'm gonna turn around hook up to it and then I'll tell you what I need from you to make this go smooth we've pulled dozens of vehicles out of this little road since we started filming I think this is the third or fourth one [Music] around 1,500 rpm definitely below 2,000 rpm once we get moving back it off a little bit I don't want you running over the rope or running into me and then up where I go ahead [Music] hich three heads Oh like George say something to you don't forget your hitch okay so she was where I thought she was gonna be she tried the same tactic as the last guy where she laid a bunch of branches in the way she had a little different pattern but essentially the same thought process so we got those loops out of the way and got hooked after we got her pulled out and she did a good job thanks for watching doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo just see the next job those same branches are going to be yeah we need to leave all those branches off it'll be less work when we get there too gonna have to move them out of the way every time
