deliver on time okay so cast cast showed up late once again how many lateness is due we have four casts there's a lot of lateness who so first of all we'll get there we'll get there kids will get I want you to give your time to speak I just want to set the table you just want to give your time to speak late a little bit late right so Cass has this fat you have an amazing ability I have to be I have to give this up to you you have an absolutely uncanny ability to show up the exact amount of time late every episode it's 15 minutes every episode so you know exactly how much earlier you need to live leave your crib yeah if you just left your crib 15 minutes earlier my crib wherever the [ __ ] if you just leave 15 minutes earlier because in your brain you think it takes X amount of time to get your Excuse yeah but I'm not coming from home it takes X minus 15 minutes okay so if you give yourself 50 I would give yourself 20 so you could be early I mean that'd be a lot to ask for but if you want to be early it's X minus 20 and then you will be here early every single time you might even get here before Akash I'm never gonna get here before just real quick I think has would say Eden is impartial scorekeeper and I think Cavs believes this is an unfair narrative we have given him announced tardies real quick numbers for each I know I have one 501 I came in one time so Akash only has one was a minute late Alex and I are tied for two uh-huh andrew has three and Kaz has two four six eight nine tardies whoa cash nine sardis we gotta call your parents see if there's a problem at home destroy see what does truancy mean watching Game of Thrones yo yo it is mixing it up Real Talk a [ __ ] let me ask you a question would you be calling them upset don't eat that tooth is really straightening up yeah yeah the snaggle was like all the way like this way oh we know we have to look at every single episode of pulls this way reason i sat you there without cause blocking our face yeah not good but thanks for that what do you think about next week should we put a little wager on for for showing up on time next week is there something that's no not now here's the thing maybe maybe I'm wrong and maybe I'll cos for maybe we're being a little harsh we know that you have another job oh no you don't I don't know what that is not exactly you should relate it to chicken shows on this app it's like you broadcast shows from like your cell phone so like the studio is out in Brooklyn from there oh you work from your cell phone okay and and you have to be at the office not all the time though okay do you have to be there Mondays Mondays at 10:00 yeah at 10:00 when can I use it when can you leave whenever you feel like it I had to record something before I got here that's why I was late and then I got on the bus was my meet later okay but there's no bosses out there obviously I was awesome when you drive here you think there's gonna be nothing in front of you when you start driving and then there's other courts going people wanted to drive today I love that like crazy guy Williamsburg which is not a far Drive that's honestly not nearly enough time at the ladies you should I leave three hours before to get into the city I don't know what could happen that the whole a whole bridge could get shut down you never know that's true so I think minimum you leave by wherever you are if you leave an hour before I think you get here I usually budget for like a good like five to ten minutes likeliness yeah like a mile from there from that like 505 will be alright five five our time yeah yeah but like today I was like I was right all we do you mean by we'll be all right what does it even mean like how much time we're usually here if we say five I mean I if I could they be like fought like if I'm taking a train for ya all right I'm taking the train and I get here like 455 for something that's like a 5-10 minute walk so you budget for everybody else setting up and doing all the prep work and then you waltz in late that's not a big deal because usually they usually end Alex and are prompt right usually send the text like yo you guys okay so you cuz it's almost like sociopathic and I'm trying to rap are you the cersei of flagrant to you you just admitted to all of us that you calculate in us doing all the setup work but you said it as if we were supposed to go oh we should sit up for you it is it's literally what you just said like I'm not trying to be late guys how to be late explanation was talking I was like cash this is what you do if you want to be late we're gonna make a clip out of so this is how you be late right is you go no they're gonna do all the setup and [ __ ] right it probably takes maybe a little longer because there's one person doing it maybe that's why the set up was thinking a little bit longer because one less hand is there to help right and then you walk in with a stupid excuse we need to start the recording every single time so we have his Kramer entrances every single was caught behind a Pelican feet there was a pelican feeding downtown there's buses everywhere what are usually Park oh oh damn let me see where you park that if anybody's been in New York so you probably say right in front of a [ __ ] bowling green where your buddy Joe meet you Alex has a better excuse than I do when it comes to parking yes I got a parking so how do we rectify look maybe we should help maybe we are crashing I should help calves learn how to show up on time so like how do you show up on time though to be honest today was a little bit more egregious than the others but sometimes I'm like what like five minutes late is that really you know like I used to really like walking in class even to work of like social [ __ ] always but if we got a set up that's very diva beauty tonight today skip ball to set up and be late and they wait on me the [ __ ] clip from when you're doing a live read making us money I'm writing down topics casts on his phone so you show up 15 minutes late topics I see scrolling yes gone through topic I set the top well you nobody understood I'm gonna have [ __ ] to talk about afterwards no show no I think this year the week we we have down what would cause and effect is gonna be and I think is that why revolt was like we're not doing this anymore no serious season no no apparently apparently some good things are happening over there remote I heard I heard deals are being renegotiated they want more cause and effect they want lots of it until they know and on TV why don't we just turn this into a game just make bets oh we did that and no but I mean he's been late nine times oh I'm talking about that's why we started paying attention that was the game you know how we did um when we reach a certain number and we have to do something stupid yeah had the feminine shirt and reason for you to but let's just do make some funny huh let's just do some funny like lovers in late next time has to dance the right that's the right way to go about it right but we are just acknowledging the frustration at the intervention like like imagine there was an intervention for a drug user right and then the drug user during the intervention was like no basically the way it works is I ruin all of your lives hey yeah I don't know how to be a drug addict so I'm a live with mom and you know break your heart and let's go steal money out of birds when she's in the bathroom take your [ __ ] and there we go yes [ __ ] up and then he just goes hi whatever you got yeah I'm fine I just did a little crack on crackhead black centers very racist right now as well crack sent and all crackheads have the exact same voice ask Joe Budden we have to give you that cuz you guys step behind a truck famous four o'clock in New York you grew up Ryu don't think there's traffic you're right you're absolutely right like ice it was also behind a bus I was like so how do we wake up I don't know how many times like I was like sitting lino how many nine I know exactly how many times we only know the amount of times it's nine times and as we started counting you know when we started counting nine weeks ago [Laughter] it's only been like six weeks but we can record two episodes top man and it's like almost black you know and then EJ's move into the neighborhood it's episode of brilliant idiots right we're Taylor Taylor so sweet I love Taylor but Taylor goes white people should not be allowed to use any word that ends in igg a anyone bigger bigger no and I was like what about figure right like you don't figure it out I was like what about figure and then he goes he goes yeah like the movie hit him figures he goes he goes there's a lot of talented a lot of talented actresses beautiful talented actors but that was the line at this thing from blank oh yeah you aren't ice skating all dainty I can't say that that's as wide as it gets can i cos Indian word I don't I'll be less mad at them yeah like if he said it I don't like talking about yo [Laughter] you can say it if you own a corner store I feel like that's the rule for brown people like if you're in the corner store and you got a solid road like a 13 year old legends like cursing at you kill the hospital coz I've seen like countless Indians say the n-word especially the whole book oh it makes me very uncomfortable but you know it is it's actually not Indians it's um Yemeni no Indians do it to you from the suburbs you've got two parents chill yeah gangster rap music cuz that's where I grew up hearing it and rappers talking about doing the gangster type [ __ ] so for me an Indian using it's like this is not even a black suburban kid doing it a lot of any like that's why Puerto Rican said I think that was even a Kashi's point he was like this is how we grew up talking but okay but what we no no I was I was just about to say what you said like you know if you're reciting a rap song I mean we grew up together and like I know and I know your heart and it's just like oh that a couple dr. Dre song cool like I get mad at you but yeah but you know you know I was telling Alex how impressive it was that I've been in entertainment like I've been doing pressive like out first bro hey is he good it isn't Madam President I've never heard you say that literally for like six hours a week there I'm a nipple that are saying the n-words in front of a microphone or never once have I slip it like that is wild shouldn't we get like [Laughter] no bro that is crazy oh you have to do it okay we should discuss the cookout okay the he's invited to the cookout thing right I hate that [ __ ] so much and I want to go into why okay before we go into if there's a better thing to be invited to you tell us why you don't like he's invited to the cook cause it's always like the [ __ ] bare minimum of like all right like Chris Evans he dated like Captain America like he dated a black girl one time oh my god he's invited to the cookout and like Dario and like probably was invited to a cookout immediately but met at the metaphor on Independence Day I'm sure he was invited to the cookout I just hate the metaphor of like oh yeah like this white guy he's okay with us like he could he could come hang out with us because he's not like you know he's not one of us but you know he's alright so like it's using so war is Arturo for acceptance it's not it shouldn't be about acceptance though it's just why are you just you look cool why do bro like this what would you rather the call camis the bar is so low yeah and there's 60% of these [ __ ] and barely any of them are invited to the cookout that's why the bar has to be that low so any of them can be able to go yeah you guys are invited to the picnic you know you guys are invited to the picnic no matter what you have to do anything cool to like white people like alright he's allowed yeah because we we're not going in you can but it's like that's why we call it cookouts that's the specific reason why it's called like I've never seen a picnic where they're grilling at the picnic I think that's why it's called a cookout because you're grilling there it's a barbecue yeah you're cooking outside yeah Oh picnics are just like they bring like be honest with you guys if I only seen picnics on Yogi Berra cartoons yes so here's a cookout I'm just saying if you want to make it a thing where like white people really want to be involved and like just come no no what I'm saying is we don't want to go this idea of a cookout is like it's not very exciting to me it seems like a shotgun wedding not I want to go I'm not saying they're not fun I'm just saying that's not the ideal event for white people if you're like hey white people you get to be black world what would you want to do you get to go you get to be part of it nobody's going survey says cookout I so what would it be for you honestly it was a dream come true for essence fast I really say again we really should go no we're gonna go I'm gonna take you I'm dead this boy's gonna be my plus-one you all right all right we're gonna talk about that because I'll take that over cookout in there so what is the thing that you think white people would really want to take part of outside of you know n-word privileges or any of that kind of stuff what is that I mean if you really not me cuz I don't say that word never said what's a real I got ears in the game I'm not saying it yeah I would hey you're invited to the you can be opinionated immunity are you kidding me now we're talking you're invited to the black gentleman and said Nicki Minaj is wack with no beehive immunity okay now what what would you guys want to be invited to you know what are you as black guys what do you want to be invited to in the white world we don't have the picnic boy what would you guys want to take part in so that's it okay so you we you invite us to the black Twitter immunity and we invite you to the banks the bank yeah yeah definitely the banks that would be what about Father's Day [Laughter] you have something to celebrate you know if you wouldn't know why people say oh you gotta fight this is why we have cookouts cuz nevermind [ __ ] it why because you can't say picnic I don't get it I'm confused I'm still I don't even know Juneteenth is to salt you today this land no I got cause you told me it so you don't you people you don't know what picnic comes from what the [ __ ] would I know what picnic comes from because these the picnic is in hanging with trees they would eat food and watch that [ __ ] you know that that's what that's what it's shortly see come from at the end huh why would they make it a see at the end oh no that's just what it was look it up Google that [ __ ] you're sure to start to make a lot [Laughter] I'm just saying I wouldn't do it like that's why mother [ __ ] for all of us to have a picnic no music BBQ it's just music [Applause] I can't say we're doing the papers that's it [ __ ] works man I'm just saying we got to reclaim picnic white people got take that word just call it anything else like what a gathering of Nietzsche [Laughter] [Laughter] [Music] backstory and reverb and sanity Alex OH two weeks and I like talking and we'll get into like a serious debate about something and like he'll make his point will be like a really good point he'll probably be right and I'll be wrong and I'll just looking back I'm a black way so we're in Best Buy we're gonna get a card reader so we could sell merch right and this girl is this girl is like she kind of give us some attitude right and actually should try to help me out though his attitude do you want do a price match okay I didn't even know what that was so I just said no right and then we're signing it she's like you should have price magic couldn't be cheaper I was like oh that's what that is she's like yeah and she's like well you should have done it and I was like want you just run it back I can't do it anymore because I'm a black man that was not like No I hop we was talking with the waitress about what was it horoscopes and [ __ ] oh yeah oh she got a little thing on earth early I like a line aren't they oh what's that tattoo she's like it's a lion oh yeah the white is wife ever so he's not black he's not invited to the cookout you know Oscar Oscar Oscar cook Emmy but they're different Oscar Emmy is for different things into cos kurz camis for white TV show actors you gotta get the best cook it what is it the best acting can be every single [Laughter] who best female cop best female [ __ ] uh down yeah well she got a [ __ ] a me oh she gets you a Grammy she gets her call cranny yeah I call creamy she gets a Grammy who's that singer with the ponytail that looks like she's Tori on the Grande yes oh she Spanish go away we really came out firing I guess I'll take you out the weekend even more we was able to hang with us for the shows but you had a birthday performing it was birthday yeah [Laughter] like when I forgot Alex's birthday that was wild disrespectful okay because every week I put in his birthday into the Expedia when I buy the fights and I did not commit that to memory and I put his birthday and met yo real talk right now I don't know what your point I don't know wind I think it's February you know it's March March leap year sometimes as March February day yeah according to your alarm clock [Laughter] [Music] [Laughter] [Music] [Laughter] [Music] [Music] from laughing his heart thank you everybody came out to shows you got to come with us one weekend real talk pick a weekend Nashville next Saturday but it's a quick one in and out and then we got a bunch more we got st. Louis Serrano is gonna be dope come to Toronto and then let's start out do the whole weekend and yeah I'm with that yeah we'll go up on a Friday matter of fact Toronto that early shows sold out man thank you so we got we got we got another show as well go gobble up tickets for that one too right yeah yeah man it was unbelievable man 1,200 seats is [ __ ] crazy bro but um big show very yeah so yeah I want you to come man we had a [ __ ] great time bro we saw the Wild West have fun the North Carolina girls want someone that was alright what do you mean also we go come on in man come on sit back you want to pee didn't you but uh we were just talking about debt about Dallas I was you got to hang out with us in Dallas man I know man I was fun though was a fun little funnel trip a good crowd always in Dallas I loved a good comedy audience they were cool man we had a we had a it was really dope because every once in a while great sporting events match up with shows and you have a green room that's got some seats and like the TV yeah so we got to watch that for overtime game yes price so you're just with already your best friends you watching a game and you're doing what you love it was a pretty cool moment I was quite grateful for it and it's been some great [ __ ] games this weekend man Jesus Christ a game these crab Ron James I'm enjoying LeBron this playoffs you know what you're gonna get him for a while you don't think he's back next year I don't think he back next year they're hiring tyloo apparently you were right give Andrew credit we said he was not gonna happen apparently he's a front runner someone find the clip this how lost the Lakers are is they're hiring tyloo before they hire a DM yes you always hire a GM let his pick his guy let him pick his guy you're letting LeBron pick GM is gonna put in a system that he likes and then get a coach or that system ooh that's interesting so you're basically saying LeBron you're the keys yeah and then we're gonna find someone that will orchestrate what you and the Brawn not good at driving no if we seen anything from the roster easy built right but it was undeniably the best he was undeniably the best player on the team and and he carried them on his back yeah I could see the other shoppers we're know what happened big shots went out to magic towards magic right yeah so they talked about when they first found out by the way everybody was listening maybe you're not from the states the shop is a show that LeBron James does where they're in a barber shop and he's with his business partner maverick yeah this episode was really dope though is maverick Carter Ferrell Lonzo ball Travis Scott Don Cheadle Seth Rogen there's nine people interesting ideas the ideas unfiltered talk like the way guys talk at the barbershop in the States that's that's your comfort zone whatever he might advise Lonzo on and I'm sure it never came up that LeBron was willing to trade him so much for the unfiltered because like it was like it was like a really poignant like part with like Pharrell's I posted on my Instagram like Pharrell's like giving him like [ __ ] like you know life advice Alonso yeah it's Alonso is like yo you might feel like everything's crumbling around you boy right now like the beginning of everything you built from scratch a Tatiana LeBron said yeah that's what I told him that's what I told him I might bro you try to get him straight I think ya know y'all saying like I'll know if he's phony but like he just comes off like such a politician no like why the [ __ ] all right so long story short they talk about when um they first found out about Magic Johnson right yeah so LeBron was getting stretched out yeah oh yeah that games about to start and then I guess his business partner comes sounds like yo magic just step down what you mean like stepped out the car said no like he's just like stepped down like he's leaving and then like LeBrons like oh no this is [ __ ] he's basically saying like he didn't respect that he didn't [ __ ] come to him like as a man and like tell him I yo this is what I'm thinking about doing he had the fun oh is that like when you left Cleveland on national television I mean cut the [ __ ] off again I like Braun but we gotta take this [ __ ] to task if you were real Braun fan like I've got a check from LeBron like you could you got to be able to call [ __ ] sometimes right and all the time well the president kept it real with lobs a ball like what he'd love to say so lobs always like when they they asked lobs are the same questions I got from Braun my names like damn that's crazy cool right so they was like happy that oh so that was a sentiment yeah that's always looking at LeBrons I did that's crazy all right cools what we doing tonight so you you guys got the feeling that that neither LeBron or Alonzo were fans of magic which is understandable it was understandable for Alonzo and cooze because they were gonna get traded I don't know about LeBron I didn't watch the episode I just saw I read what was what happened and I saw he had Lanza on there and I was like I guarantee you they're not gonna talk about bran trying to trade him oh so the whole idea of this show is just like what are you doing yeah I mean no one's about to be Nike guy now so that's probably one of those things but the idea of the show is so it's the safe space to talk about whatever right and I guess yeah the second question I have is like how much how much of this show is you do not want to buy [ __ ] ya shallots likes dance socks or whatever like that they send me some stocks trying to get me killed but yeah I guess I guess I guess I wonder how much of the show is a is like a marketing vehicle it's all marketing right marketing yeah like you got a that's the reason why you go to Los Angeles it's the reason why you have all of your production oh oh I mean a marketing vehicle for like the narrative LeBron wants out there because oh okay here's my question like you said Cass said he controls his narrative yes yes so like I guess I want to know is this show shot in real time or do they Bank episodes in other words did this conversation happen last week and now we're seeing it or did they film 12 episodes and now we're seeing them play out throughout then I saw the post the Instagram picture like a week ago okay step down like two three weeks ago okay boom so that means they're operating in real-time so that means the topics that they choose are curated that means the agenda of the episode is potentially curated and this is part of the LeBron James marketing vehicle which is like I think you maybe brought it before is different than any other athlete in history and and and yo but it's how its rules so we're not not going to our so my question for you guys is can you see through the lack of authentic authentic a when you're watching the show I think you I think there's certain points of it like I think the fact that like LeBron carts are so freely that gets blurred out they like oh man he just is kerstin so free like this has to be unfiltered this has to be that like when you break it down like that and you see like yeah well you're not talking about the fact that you almost got lots of traders I'm talking about this like that's a good there's certain elements of the show that makes you think like it's really super unfiltered and gritty and all the time [ __ ] but it's very constructed to make sure LeBron looks a certain cursing is an interesting tool of course because it's rare to see anybody that's a professionals figure especially even you but a guy that popular using curse words I'm here first words right and you're like oh this must be the real yeah it's a you know like that Tony Robbins guys very interesting but like he says he uses language on purpose in a certain way because you can set a tone in the room that you can be the person who gives the least [ __ ] with language ideas and bridge the guard now for musics too but it's a great way to mask inauthenticity yeah I'm a curse about some [ __ ] but you know exactly what we're gonna talk about you know the opinions you want to have et cetera interesting yeah like I look at LeBrons Instagram and I don't know what is authentic LeBron every single poison of his for the most part looks you know I curated yeah yeah I get that when he's doing the music [ __ ] it looks like okay somebody paid him to do this music [ __ ] I believed I being naive I'm believing all this stuff I believe he's I don't know if he's getting paid I believed he was pushing his narrative curating his narrative with every post wait a minute bump up go up to the top this is interesting is he getting paid for that absolutely every post gets a million a wall this is supposedly Kim Kardashian gets a million per post so somebody is getting money per post so everything he posts there's a reason for my god so I don't really know I don't know what authentic LeBron is I don't think I've ever seen authentically Brooke no I think you very few people have so that he must have been doing a pretty good job if I'm fooled am i naive or not yeah that's you think people know no but like do you think the majority the people are aware of this or do you think this is you because you're I think a lot of famous I did a lot of people who dislike LeBron that's one of the things they just like that he's clearly phony I want to say he's phony I think he's very carefully crafted there is funniness he's a walking he's a walking [ __ ] conglomerate he's calculated yeah he's calculated he's not to go throw [ __ ] out there everything is out there for a reason I didn't know he was making me even like this like the sneakers they always wear the sneak dissing mm-hmm everything but all his food stuff seems authentic I don't see kids but it's also to make his image like oh I'm family man I think it's marketing also it's like I want my kids true I think he's doing some Lonzo [ __ ] yeah in his way like I want my kid to be highly touted so you're gonna see all the highlights from his videos you're gonna see him splash and jump presume to see him Duncan in a parking lot you're gonna see all the good stuff so that these so that the Coach K can call them up and be like yeah so see and that's why I love somebody like Jay Z cuz Jay Z's at the same level as LeBron that anything he does is gonna be scrutinized so what does he do stay out the limelight you barely see pictures of my life you barely see anything from my life because I don't want to have to be fake for the camera he's all in that like it's stupid for him to be on a cigarette like he's he was well well he's established pretty much as one of the goats when Instagram came over look at 50 50 right now is killing on Instagram look at those big deal because 50 is not nearly the status is jay-z jay-z has created the larger than life legacy already so now for him to post a lot would take away from that jay-z's created the aura brilliantly I like this of being larger than life you don't see me out yeah but this like rock does it best rock but taken taken taking a Acosta's point I think it's very poignant he's he's not saying that these other people aren't good at it he's not saying the rock isn't good he's not saying that what he's saying is anything that jay-z posts isn't gonna live up to our image of jay-z and 50 had an ascended to that level yet while 50 is an absolute genius seeing what he's done recently he's a troll trolls are best online yes and it worked for him but 50 also wasn't secure for life within a lifestyle he wanted and he had to reinvent himself in TV and it's genius what he's done or film/tv feynman but J was set for life yeah and anything that he does to post on the gram could absolutely shatter our image of how [ __ ] cool he is there's a reason you barely see him talk like there's awful whole photo thirds of jay-z doing anything athletically it's any top jay-z's do any like this a picture of him throwing the football right like jump into that pool just the most awkward dude like when it comes to any physical activity this is well address it with like one line in four four one one it'll be like I'm a billionaire you never seen an ugly billionaire or whatever I'm cute I'm cute everybody [Music] that looks better so here's the thing with jay-z dough maybe jay-z recognizes his goofy and he's trying to hide this from the world yes and because he knows that if you just turn the cam on and follow jay-z he's gonna come across a goof yes I'm saying he he's worse the more you see jay-z the worse it is for Jason he's calculated as [ __ ] - he just knows if I stick to music and I stick to perform and us I'll have this cool aura perform like that anymore he's just he's just jay-z but those were the things that he did right and I'm gonna be a businessman I'm gonna maybe drop a little line here drop a little line there but I imagine even in the podcast that he put out like there's a lot of Chopin here so you don't think that he has the capability of having people around him to curate his social media in a way that why would why would he yeah what's the advantage does it his wife is super curated but that should still looks awesome she does it in a way that it looks she comes across authentic well yeah what's the upside for Jay to do it just cause he's like so he doesn't I just respect the fact that instead of having a curated fair I can social media that's also curated yeah can you see my point is I think that's dope - that's what I would prefer to do I [ __ ] hate social media yeah but that's also curated in the way of like I'm off y'all on this [ __ ] Vicky on this let 50 chase me I'm above this I guess in the same way beyond he follows zero people she'll need to follow nobody that's the image he's putting up are you in Jay I'm not gonna follow Jay I don't need to Jay's images I don't need to post y'all do that those people who don't follow anybody you [ __ ] egomaniac I just have a second yeah I got that right no no I'm talking about I'm not saying everybody has the right I'm just saying it is a corny thing - one act like you're not finding out what's going on Instagram people are send you Instagram links all the time and you're looking at it hmm right like you are finding out what's going on you're seeing was hot you're seeing what's poppin you're not detached from the world you're doing it as a marketing I'm not a father I don't follow nobody they got fences so you got a whole other Instagram to do all that following so this just [ __ ] is so inauthentic so mark just me me you want to look up you know yeah that's what all the other stupid [ __ ] the rest of us do that is part of the Lord if you're queen bee so corn please don't follow nobody they're Queens that's just it's just market follow up Jay follow Jay to be followed barely is it it's like everyone had like one tweet storm and he went to the Songwriters Hall of Fame he's like Shanna or the wrath of Kanye out there [ __ ] left you have to want a few people off noticeably and there was a couple people were just young but maybe he has a stake in the ministry of course absolutely yo shouts to all the Muslims celebrated Ramadan Ramadan just started oh say that's one more time Mubarak ramadan mubarak mu b a ra k robotic that's not how you spell it in their language why you worried about a kaboom yeah that's a stereotype Kaz you worried about you that's the Arabic name it is Arabic name I still am i licking my brother that's why you were late you were praying not before real man shouts all the muscles are here Ramadan Ramadan is lit dude I did a day last year you know what's up is the water the water water park yo so here's the thing about summer Ramadan is worse that's a so so basically when all of us 135 right so everybody who's around that age when they were kids starting out Ramadan he's you don't have to do Ramadan until you're at a certain age right like obviously a little kid needs to eat during that day but all them when they were kids they had went to Ramadan right because it changes a little bit every year went to Ramadan is easy you wake up at 5 p.m. so you wake up at 7:30 well he's in New York you wake up at 7:30 right you chug some water before that Sun comes up and then by 3:30 4:00 sundown yeah hey sports story boom that's easy that's how I learned about Ramadan through hockey [ __ ] yeah because he was fasting during the playoffs yeah but everybody makes a big deal about that like you play it eight o'clock no day game is crazy games with you know water is crazy granite is Minnesota if there's a football player for the Vikings Ramadan during training camp wouldn't drink water during training I mean two days right prior to it dude it's unbelievable the water [ __ ] is a [ __ ] that was the tough thing when I tried it alright I did David last year and that was definitely tough but the food it's weird like you know I'm always feel I get like hangry I get like angry when I'm hungry and I want to eat every four hours the first four you're really hungry after that yeah oh you're good it's like homeless you're not that hungry like you get it was like it's like it's like a runner's high but like when you're hungry yeah once you get past that first wall of hunger yes every day yo why don't they just be Muslim this month like if you're homeless you already are Ramadan man in it you're Ramadan in it yo we got to do the rhumba das herz andromedae Me's we got my jammies Real Talk this month mommy uses clean sweep out this mother problem what Romney Yusuf Tommy oh no the show the show he got a show out dude that was the plate Queen oh he's good too rami malek he's a Christian from Egypt yeah yeah yeah but he's a talented [ __ ] man though he's intense big eyes he I came to he came to one of my shows man yeah he's in there like a long intense handshake yeah yes like very big deep eyes very serious very serious very serious yeah shorty with him okay he said long intense handshake I didn't know what that meant that I was like I [Music] would love for his talent I would slap soft dicks against each other [Laughter] not a horse one of the elephant yeah we missed you but yeah have a good Ramadan you kill that up I mean don't kill anything why is it kill because you said to be fair that was the only one she lasted a long-ass time she didn't die first that's for sure so she made two five they killed that redheaded [ __ ] last one did ya kill patch I had a question I'm sure there's some comic that is spoken about this there has to be but just how we haven't improved the eye patch and in literally five thousand years like as long as we've had missing eyeballs it's literally been it was a glass eye and that we don't we're not good with that I mean that seems [ __ ] crazy here's a piece of glass stick in your eye why would they make it round yeah I mean yeah they do but it's I mean I don't use Stuart Scott had one I would rather you have a glass eye than that stupid pack need a patch dawg you want the path that I just not move it no matter where I go yes then you got a [ __ ] hole in your head that's the other thing why don't they just take a look at ring and then tie this eye to that I take a little strange look when you're in the car right I got this right when you're in the car drives and rainy persons please keep that keep that away don't look under things to distract them right you're in the front right Harry you're on you're on the left side the stare wheels on the left side right when you turn that [ __ ] it turns at the left wheel and the right wheel so what I'm saying is whatever we got in the car put that in your head and then attach the glass I put the chassis the glass eye is the right wheel that [ __ ] turns what have you turn the steering wheel your stupid glass eyes are their patches okay they can't even say nothing smart you ever seen someone a patch say anything smarten you looking at them like nah intelligence a patch is badass what intimidating yeah it tells a story it's like I was on a cruise no [ __ ] this is nice alpha [ __ ] I've ever seen in my life this dude was walking around he had he had was missing I know eyepatch no glass I do was walk around the boat with a hole in his [ __ ] head like a man thinking children looked at him and cried where does it go the cruise no the eye hole like do you see the brain it looked like that in his head where it's just open when it would aping his gaping yeah [Laughter] that's nuts all I'm saying is we could do better than that bro that's funny I can't believe you can't just put an iron connect it to the other and even when I see cockeyed people have you seen cockeyed people yet we can't fix that that is a little wild like that she's been done son I was almost wait how got his lazy eye I felt like a [ __ ] I was like one just like slightly off lazy is like Forest Whitaker where your [ __ ] don't want to be open oh no there's the eye it's looking the other way yeah so then that's caca yeah guys are the same David Taylor got a funny joke like that I is not lazy it's working overtime let's look it in the other direction in anyway go on going story you were almost cockeyed yes so I was slight boxing with my cousin when I was like maybe 12 or so my god yeah that's not how you become cockeyed but no no but it was written like he caught me in a way yeah where when I looked up my I was looking the other way he started panicking he grabbed my face and just started rubbing my eyes really hard and this [ __ ] corrected its own but dead ass he was like I looked up we really just figured out how to fix cancer these poor [ __ ] look in two directions bro and which one do you look at which one do you trust I look at to be honest I look at the one the away game I look at that one that's the peripheral I look at the purple because I feel like how you walk straight know they see out of both no but the one good I like they see you looking at the bad I know right no but if the other eyes to the side how can they maybe maybe he just wants me no he's not like uncomfortable with their contact do this is what you shouldn't do I learned this when they're talking to you and you're looking at them don't look off at what you think they're looking at there is this friend of the family right shot the dick he was his friend and family he was a severely cockeyed severely cockeyed in I would catch myself like we'd be talking and I catch myself and he had to like kid be like not just look at that one and everything will be okay this one is just a little cockeyed I'm not a dick I thought we were both looking at something I thought there was like well somebody's coming for me Real Talk it could have been anything do you think they had an advantage back in the day when we were in a forest like now we make fun of them but back in the day they're like I'll put him in the front because he exists the other Jaguars like wouldn't you've done that yeah yeah of course when I'm looking at 12 o'clock when I'm looking at three boom Jaguar watch out nobody who are you sneaking up on people are you good money bro put two [ __ ] eyes in the front how you dying bro that's how humans made out the jungle maybe Moses with [ __ ] I maybe was leading him around that's it for 40 years like maybe we should go this way which way point cuz your eyes are everywhere Jews and Muslims everybody [Laughter] unify them in something right they're finally seeing the same thing unlike cocci people that should be a sport we gather some [ __ ] guys I look straight go he dunked two balls at once today or what he whips both bad guys looking at the left jab that's gonna be mad crooked he's gonna run City hoop this way [Laughter] mr. bet she was good playoff game this is I watched that game y'all were I think you were on stage at the beginning of the game so I watched the beginning and he starts off like three for ten shooting [ __ ] three he's trying to draw fouls like a [ __ ] and that all of a sudden he just starts driving and you forget what a [ __ ] ox this guy yeah he's big drives to the hoop he's so hard to stop but he's been doing this [ __ ] ass follow a three-pointer tryna turn it off fouls for two years when he drives to the hoop and then gets his shot going whole different ballgame yep it's weird though weird Stata found out like especially after you said that they said he has the third most 40 point games upon like active players or something the playoffs in the playoffs yeah I was like where were these games yeah here's a perfect example of somebody who needs a marketing leg because the narrative on him is dog [ __ ] and he has no way of changing it like if he had a version of the shop if he had a version or if he was more active in an interesting way on Instagram and the way LeBron was when support Senate or flagrant 2 or any of these other outlets start [ __ ] on him he could correct the course yeah but he just does not have that he's just not interesting well he's not interesting but he also doesn't have like a marketing leg that can make him interesting right if I'm his manager I'm like you know we need to write the course of the [ __ ] cuz it's too bad because I was looking up a stat oh gosh now were talking about this in a green room and before game 4 mm-hm it was just a game 3 sorry before game 3 so games one and two James Harden had 64 points on 47 field goal attempts and 10 rebounds and Kevin Durant had 64 points on 47 field goal attempts and 10 rebounds now up into that point we were all myself included riding Katie's that he's the best player in the game and we were [ __ ] all over Harden like he just can't cut in the playoffs and I'm like how the [ __ ] we got one thing wrong here yeah and we ended up agreeing that we were probably letting Katie coast on his last series when he wasn't maybe playing as good and and then we were probably being a little harsh on Hardin but it is my first game was easy to be hard on him about though but it's easy because we're already primed right yeah we were already went into this like this is playoff hard and he always [ __ ] up in the playoffs like there was a time with LeBron where was like LeBron cowers in the players and then he hit a couple game winners he had some big series he had some game seven wins and we're like oh no LeBron brings it well it takes a couple games one says couple games it does and you can already see it switching with James right clutch like I see the that that big three is like mr. clutch that's good and I've said the whole time I'll give it up to him when I see in the playoffs I saw it in this game three we'll see if it continues but this is the first time I've watched harden in a big playoff game cuz I think they need a game not all playoff games are big I mean they are but like if you're in the first round against the jazzy you know you're gonna beat he's not that Warriors Clippers is not big yeah this is big this is big and he had a good game in a big game yeah only taken two or three games to switch like the same show would stuff like you up two or three bad playoff games and now it's like you are we quietly pointed out that Steph has no Finals MVP yeah well here it was debatable if he got it last year nobody's mad Katie got it yeah the one that he doubted LeBron and I friend game on that was it but with Steph it was always the Finals MVP never he was never sticking up in the playoffs but the finals he was never the same chef he would always have great playoff runs and I'm gonna get to the finals and just be like he bi yeah just I 18 points a game yeah but not he's not going Jordan it's a wild if you win a finals and your sixth man gets playoff MVP Finals MVP yeah he got off that because you played defense on an Iggy played his ass off in this last game he was he was he was very important that's crazy how like in shape he still is like you know he looks like a [ __ ] like he looks like a basketball player bro like just cut up still super athletic after all these years still locking up getting hit a little three before them cook outs bros to my cars [Music] come to a nice picnic bro get them cucumber sandwiches everything's good to go we're talking about James Harden not having a personality but like Kawhi has no personality but that's his personality his personality is he has no person he's a [ __ ] machine whether whether he wanted this marketing to whether he wanted the marketing to go this way or not the marketing has gone that way there's already a narrative there's momentum in that direction I think you even pointed out you were like is New Balance not the perfect sneaker Kawhi that's so it's the most on brand [ __ ] sneaker pairing I've seen in for a hundred percent since like I don't know since but there's a guy who was lucky and we want to root for him because he has one and we know how good he is I think a guy like James Harden needs a massive PR push and I think you can turn the perception of horrible into the playoffs into clutch with the right people around yeah I also think he needs big Series wins yes Kevin Durant would have he needs another game like that right he needs to know he needs to win this series he needs to win a series like this I mean if he wins this series and he has big games they can lose in the next round but I think we'll go on uh hard and brought it I mean it's like like there's always naysayers I think and tell you in the ring but yeah a lot of it would die I would be a little bit you take out the defending champions like that narrative changes immediately like you don't he could like not win the finals and it's like well they took out the Warriors like and I'm cool yeah a lot of people would be cool with that but I don't know that's a little too good question is Chris Paul the least likable player in the NBA the least likable superstar or like let's go super sir yeah I love this guy used to like him watching him play jazz the constant yappin the constant complaining the little petty foul [ __ ] like it's just awful he just plays like he plays like he's on the rec center he's the old man at the rec center playing with the kids no I know like bully so B I know it was and it was like it was it was a nice it was cool when he was younger cuz like oh wow look how he really happy he is but now here's the thing when you're at the rec center you're playing the old guy why does he have to do that because he's not as yeah Chris Paul not as athletic as anybody that's why you got to do that he's the old man at the Rec Center yeah yeah I'm not denying yeah taller quicker but like the little [ __ ] that he does it's outside of the game of basketball like there was a moment where like he was boxing out KD but it was like a pretty not even boxing out I think he was like trying to fight a pick-and-roll so it was an obvious foul he gets it he gets his little shots it was an obvious foul right and then they called it and then he's like looking at the teleprompter look at the I think Katie's a comment what do you even do it like you hate the music what are you doing there's another moment where they call the foul on whoever was guarding Harden and he starts putting his arms in the air and going yeah yeah numbers though like quietly you've been stinking it up it was for everything you know Aaron Gordon was recorded here's another perfect guy if he had a marketing squad around like think about how we spoke about Lou Williams we in a losing series right Lou Williams the greatest six man in history who gets buckets like this that Aaron Gordon going out there every single day it's always been helpful with him with his [ __ ] teenager body looks like he goes out every day like scoring some buckets wet three gets to the basket really well if you hit the rim yeah you hear nothing best thing Chris Paul is doing is playing so you can rest Eric Gordon a little bit that's Eric Chris Paul's biggest contribution the series is giving Eric Gordon yeah give Eric a breath imagine that we told him that he would go crazy but you are the Eric Gordon insurance policy you her State Farm for Eric I like Chris Paul cuz he little and I relate to small dudes on a court yeah but yeah Eric Gordon is beast in the series and Chris Paul is nowhere to be found facts [ __ ] it's crazy man LeBron is ahead of the game you will see other other athletes start to do this you'll see them start to hire these agencies man that's why he's probably going to New York yes to rewrite his narrative a little more like he was those that were so abused that will well it's like Stockholm Syndrome right on as apparently what I'm hearing he knows if he gets you guys in the conference finals that's it I think this year this past year he figured out not all not all rings weigh the same who like LeBron one ring in Cleveland weighs way more if Katie gets his third one weighs more than all three toes that one in Cleveland and if he gets enough Katie gets one in New York [ __ ] it your dude you are you are you on the Mount Rushmore of NBA players if you bring a title it's in New York so true immediately I mean I don't agree with that but yeah not Wow but yeah I would see right in New York I would say that look not even not even is made in New York I mean like you look at Katie's numbers like you know without any bias like he's one of the greatest players to ever play the game he's not even he hasn't even been the greatest player in the game besides the last three weeks we just gave him this title of best in the league he's he's been a top five player in a time period where the top five players are arguably within the top 10 or top 15 of players all-time however right so like the good guys around him Katie's great but then like he came in like in Kobe's peak yeah beats reasonable Mount Rushmore is a tricky one cuz there's top five but like he is there's top four short top four but like there's a men's talent going right now and he is at the top you know he's a top maybe three you have to say top and the other two guys one of them is definitely on Rushmore yeah you know so it's elite talent right he's gonna go down as one of the best and we will in New York in a way that they've never experienced like yeah and I know you thought you thought guys could San Francisco about New York Knick fans the way that we are gonna sub he's already on the Knicks Katie like he's already let's go Katie although one thing though in New York he's top of the food chain one thing I've learned about Katy he don't really like being on top so just think about you know he might be comfortable it's all in the state speaking on that let's pay some bills did you know that uh blue Chu brings you the service chewable with the same FDA approved active ingredients as Viagra and Cialis so you know they work many of you know they work shout out to the people in Dallas came up to me after the show with that lady gave me the wink and say I'm about to chew it out and the girl just giggles cuz she's known as what time it is as well you can take them any time day or night and since they're chewable they work up to twice as fast as a regular pill that you swallow why don't we just chew all pills it's a good question man I'll be figuring everything out for science bro I figured out I patches alright I figured out chewables what else i figure out ramadan ramadan man i'm killing it picnics this is it but by the way this isn't just for guys who can't perform we all know this okay there's a guy who wants to be incredibly functional and efficient what you have the limb performance optimization we optimized our masculinity over here all right most guys talk a good game and you're one and done that's me that's me I'm not afraid to say it blue chew is gonna help that follow-up game that round to the Punisher right there when you lay that [ __ ] the [ __ ] down you're not worried about coming cuz you already got to come out your balls it's just all for her so she could tell your friends make sure your rep is good by the way know in a person doctor visit is needed all right you should do that [ __ ] all online they're gonna send it right to your crib you visit blue ChiCom and get your first shipment for the free for the free when you use our special promo code flagrant it's always playing gram alright all you gotta do is pay five dollars shipping worth it that's blue2 com promo code flagrant try it for free right now mm-hmm alright let's get back to the show we didn't really talk me the Rockets lineup how does that happen oh wow what is that singers name big ass Macy Gray Macy Gray Pike Macy Gray Masson day I'd be so tight imagine viewing him right now playing with me it's so [ __ ] funny man I sing all right we didn't really talk blazes nuggets really four overtimes is crazy any thoughts on it they were trying to kill Joe kitchen I'm impressed by Game four though to come back and win yeah I'm impressed I mean the series going seven right I hope it goes seven that's but it's been a real entertaining only seven it's such a ying ying yang series like the blazes are very high power they got the very backcourt heavy right [ __ ] the old chick slowly game down like I feel like the more it went to more over times a slower can't the slower the game got to I think that benefits the Nuggets more I think Joe kids like he was done in overtime the guys have carried them in overtime this is why I couldn't understand why did you put Rodney hood in solely because will Barton was carrying the Nuggets in oh yeah he should not be carrying the Nuggets but he had fresh legs Rodney hood in places that he planted 20 minutes and he was teased playing well this series why did you wait till the fourth [ __ ] over time to put him as soon as he put him in I'm no basketball expert but I was like yo I think they can win no I think he'll get buckets and then he got buckets because he's just fresh yeah he's like that's ready hit the three you're not hitting threes yeah or over time your legs killed the Rockets in Game seven yeah dead legs it is an interesting strategy that you probably don't work on that much in practice which is your fourth overtime squad right like you never come across that situation but you don't think you're going into that many of those arms that's a really good coaching move if the coach made that play in the moment yeah oh he said he was somehow his hand was forced I don't remember what happened but still he was he's like I can't something happened that I had to put in yo can I can I make a bold statement about Joker's which is not that bold anymore that's the best big man in the league not calling a five but I think there's a point Center it's unreal who better than embiid yeah way I like him but I think he's better than me that's more talent yes I think yo check more Skills this is way way more skill to better handle better pass it's the passing that blows me away now it's on his team it's like he plays on Ricky like he doesn't do nothing it's like yeah well we heard arvydas Sabonis was before he got here that's what everybody says everybody's like if you've never seen him before he's like when people was hyping Sabonis before he came to the blazing NBA what he looked like yeah just dominating from the post crazy passes score and easily just like Jude and it's natural he is always natural but there is something interesting when you have a big man that has good hands and then he can not only dribble but pass yeah think about this again he's perched up there at the highest point he has the best physical vision he knows if you're 511 or 6 feet tall of course you're gonna get a pass picked off as you throw it across because you even see the defender waiting right this guy's seeing everything and he's delivering off the dribble one-handed dimes that's look you know one of the things that I looked at Lonzo in college and I was so impressed if I was like ooh that's off the dribble he's doing like hook passes yeah I was like this guy's good this guy is a course this is what are you doing that was so insane between-the-legs time not even between the legs one when it was like the shot clock was running down and I thought it was a shot clock violation and then he had a wide open shot and at the very last second he threw it so I think Maria Barton yeah they got a wide open layup with like less than two seconds on the shot clock yeah Denver this is my first extended look at them kind of like Portland you just don't think about them on the West yeah they are [ __ ] deep yeah and they're gonna get better I think Malik Beasley's gonna be nasty I think your mom worries only getting better they got Michael Porter Jr they got Michael Porter Jr if he's healthy he's healthy and you got you got AG like a what do you call a glut of good wings yep trade him try to get another piece and you got a squad I'm not going there sorry was a Thomas has he done like healthy and that was thinking for ot's they're like you're not gonna let us hang get a little yeah but it is interesting I think Denver is poised to you know make serious moves in in the West and for the future yeah not just now like let's say Michael Porter he's coming back from a tough back injury but let's say it does work out and that was their gamble they were like we already think we're a good team this guy could not be okay and then we miss out on a pick but if he is yeah we go from good to elite yeah if he's anything like people have said here go to elite they're an elite team absolutely I mean you already have a potentially past first five who has range and now you're gonna add a six what does he succeed ooh Porter Porter Porter saw than that maybe okay now you have a legit like a modern three you have the modern three with range and athleticism right who even the small small doses we saw him in college and it's coming off an injury he was a bucket yeah every single time he got the ball he was eight buckets and then like you could see him once a little bit and like that getting better is what's crazy like these guys are young Joe 610 right yeah what's his name Jamal Murray like I said getting better yogi I think gonna lose weight I think this game showed him I got it I gotta lose some weight and like when you look at a guy like that it's two things it's all diet and drinking yeah that that MBA body because there's no explaining any human needs yeah if you're still heavy in the league you have either a drinking problem or you're just not watching what you eat at all my theory about Paul Pierce is that he drank a lot always kind of soft yeah he was it was yeah I mean anytime you see that type of dough enos it's just a guy who's a lush as simple as that and some people can function that's a lot or some people just have and and I don't blame a dude that literally is working out the hardest any human does for 40 minutes in a basket like you're exhausted after that you want a bowl of pasta yeah you know what you can teapot it's like if he goes on that Kevin Love [ __ ] where he went from dumping because he was a little bit of a drinker and he ate some whatever to regimented diet you could see some scary [ __ ] with joking joking he's already nimble and he's fat no you know I feel like love lost a little bit his strength in the post like when I saw a Thompson guarding him I was like you got to skinny yeah what but the cardio went up and he had his legs for threes at the end of the game I think that was the trade-off stuff but it is true like his post game went away when he wants the weight yeah just lose a little weight don't and 15 pounds max get in the weight room get stronger but just get leaner and in better cardio shape that's a good point don't get too skinny don't get too skinny because you did yoga's just nice and suppose I wanted to just cut up I don't want to lose weight just cut that turn it to someone else a muscle and then name who I love but he hadn't I mean he's trying to find other people whatever but the end of game I saw him he's a big free-throw last night yep that was big big missed yep game time a little late right now ruff-ruff for date yeah rougher game and Steph man really rough for the 39 for like 20-something yeah yeah yeah it was a hard line yeah yeah low percent is a lot of points missed at big moments with CJ McCollum cooked Seth Curry had like a huge second quarter curry at home man I would trust any role player like that at home just berry buckets yeah three threes in a row I think that's what it was because they went away from him in a second 28 points Barry was hitting 20 we start talking about Jamal Murray as an elite guard he's good he's really good efficient I think he's a 90 guy at the free-throw line do it he had six free throws in a row to see all the game they kept trying to get the foul game where you miss one he just wouldn't miss and he came out cocky after it's he's like yeah I loved I love free throws like that's where I remember watching him in the in the world games in high school on like Canada won and like he was like the top dude in Canada you see the first Canadian basketball player that you want to have the ball at the end of the game name it dude he's got he's got a heart man like he plays with like a lot he's not soft yeah knock on the Canadian players is they're soft and he does not play like a Canadian as far he's having the best round of maybe any point guard this this round he's having the best semi-finals of any point guard Kyrie not doing great he had to get good game 1 now not so much what you think about what Kyrie said after the loss in Game two yeah this is what I live for no no the said I'm actually I know more about basketball and all these analysts who whatever I play live I'm actually a genius you know what like there's there's some truth to that because I always feel like the whole you know if you can't teach do teach this [ __ ] like you can do you do and from with him I just think he's a strange [ __ ] but he does have a point he's have a point like you're not gonna tell like Charles Barkley like you played a different game than Kyrie played like all those and also I'm being T&T everybody ESPN like you could say whatever you want like Chauncey Billups you're a point guard also but like it was a slow game when you were a point guard like it's not the same game that carries played so I could get that what do you think I mean I guess it's like that's what I would probably say to anybody who's criticizing my comedy but that doesn't mean there don't ever have a point yeah yeah I mean like is there something to be said that like a Charles Barkley would be able to play in this game today if he grew up in that I don't think that his game what is you know idiosyncratic to the style of play at the time I think he actually could have been good in today's position list dude he's like I mean this is a who's almost disrespectful to Charles but like look how effective PJ Tucker is hmm right like look how effective this small go do you one better everybody says Zion like Chuck in college yeah I hear that all I hear that a lot I think just that was the initial comparison coming out of coming out of high school yeah so I think it's one of these things where or you know what what is it a Blake Griffin you know that kind of thing I think that I think you end up playing the style of play of your time yeah but a lot of these if these athletes would have easily you know transcended their time the guys who aren't athletes the guys who didn't have much athleticism but we're able to get by because of like the limitations of the game I don't know if they transcend but the guys who are raw athleticism but like if Mark Price playing like this year's NBA he's a easy 20 point 2220 I don't know Mark Price enough to say but like Steve Kerr I don't think plays in the NBA if it's now yes I think he has to end of the bench role yeah I think he's really got that white boy shooter at the end of the bench TJ McConnell is not even a shooter he's just a point guard I think I think Kerr could he actually be more valuable in that sense just posted handle it was just knocked down yeah he's like I said handles my price is national stupid way he was actually kind of like Steve Nash yeah yeah I just don't remember him playing I'm not knocking him I'm just saying like those types of guys I don't think you see them in the NBA today I think that that time where like like a Jeff hornacek I know do you really see him being effective like a retic Jada so here's the thing about JJ Redick which is interesting right JJ rake transformed his body to get the most out of it so that he could be effective in league he had a really pragmatic approach to his NBA game was pretty cool so what he did was he knew he wasn't gonna handle the ball and he knew all he was gonna do is shoot and run so here's this insane cardio regimen right so he knew he was the way I'll be effective is if I'll get open I'm not gonna break any of these guys down on the dribble the athleticism is too good and then in league and these guys can lock me up one-on-one without a doubt but I can run away from him and I can use picks and I can get away and he is catered and leaned into whatever body type allows him to do that his cardio through the [ __ ] roof and he's just knocked down have you seen him put the ball in the ground it's almost embarrassing yeah I think I have better handle then then JJ reddick I mean that's seriously he's finishing at the rim is [ __ ] - doesn't really finish well through him but he absolutely he doesn't have to and it was it was like it was a very interesting approach to the game he knew exactly what sliver he could be effective and he just went for that exploit I think I don't knock a guy for that no I just think you know this this the 2019 versus the NB a-- is just so many possessions in the game like the fact that we've had two playoff games that didn't crack 100 points is like wild we're back in the 90s 80s like it was 100 yeah that was the sounds offense oh sorry yeah it sounds Mavs yeah what do they call Kings the running gun and you again like 104 101 10 it's crazy yeah you were getting 120 130 I remember watching those like D'Antoni Suns like wow these guys they had points a game now we got playoff games that end in regulation like 140 120 margin Tony is the worst transformative coach in history of sports because he really did change the game yeah but he also has never made it to the finals and I always every time you can point to your lack of rotation and you never [ __ ] learn he's done Elson yeah Don Nelson I think kind of led the way for Dan Tony yeah but Dan Tony's the guy everybody points to as revolutionising cuz and they doesn't been doing it and it didn't really tip because they're an elite genius no no it's not it's not the book like you know coaches GM is like presents and that's that he holds these summits in the summer where like he'll go speak in front of just if we're not talking about kids we're talking about elite coaches GM's most people and they all go they pay homage they kiss the ring because they truly believe he's an offensive genius in terms of scheme maybe one of his deficiencies is he doesn't have a deep enough bench or he doesn't believe enough in the bench whatever but strategically how he changed of the game they really look up to him and that's why he'll keep getting jobs because the powers that be in the league are like now he's nice he's like he's like Marty Schottenheimer maybe he's a genius it doesn't translate to wins like I [Laughter] I would listen to Kyrie if he was given like sure that's a great unless it was how do you make your team better yeah that's the one I wouldn't listen to right and I know you're joking but like you're right though like if Kyrie want to tell me how to finish if I there listening is a genius level talents like no hassle he's genius scorer yeah not just like the way he angles himself off the [ __ ] backboard and a rain-snow that [ __ ] the way he uses his he does judo [ __ ] like you know how they say judo is all about like using the weight of your opponent yeah like I'm gonna use your weight to help me throw you et cetera if you watch the way he gets guys on his hip like and then uses their weight leaning on him to position them behind and if you ever watch Kyrie it's because it's never blinding speed it's change of pace speed yes generation acceleration yes so holy get you on your back and he'll stop a little bit so he gets a little contact and once he gets the contact easy and one easy finish or something like that he's he's a master at that yeah it's pretty cool to see yeah that's him being looked like [ __ ] orange Jordan it looks like [ __ ] Jordan out there good socks shot selection Kobe on Twitter that's funny and I was like so really oh so you're saying he's Jordan I'm like yeah I guess he's Jordan like super efficient I think he's shoot like 70% it's crazy 67% some wildly high number okay I was like 35 a game I've said I said I said I didn't like Phillies and immaturity I didn't think they were gonna get past Toronto and I think Kauai is good enough to just when you see Kauai next to Jimmy Butler I always consider Jimmy Butler a man right but when you see them next to each other yeah one is a child yeah one is a pubescent teenager and the other is a grown-ass [ __ ] man how does Jimmy look so tiny I done next to koalas it was a monster but aren't they similar height what is Jimmy six seven so Jimmy looks a foot shorter than kowai kowai long got big [ __ ] head and the shoulders in hands he's wide it's a transformer yeah looks like a [ __ ] transformer out there everyone's always like oh he doesn't do anything fancy cuz he doesn't [ __ ] need to there's no there's no way you see them guarding each other I mean like hmm they major Butler's here he just plays the game so smoothly so in control like he does everything he commenters said after the win a kowai gave his little speech then he walked away and one of the commenter goes kawaii is actually incredibly happy right now his face just doesn't know yet so yeah Toronto getting out of this series I think so I've had I've had them since the beginning I'm like any Lowry though to step up Kyle Lowry I don't even think they need so they want to look the shitty Pascale siakam game I'm like I don't think he's gonna have two shitty games in the row it's fair pascal's he's nice what is her injury what is this injury ankle okay so we have Toronto probably coming out we think Milwaukee's gonna make it happen best out of three two of those games are in Toronto I think I think Toronto takes it all right what else we got outside of basketball we did a lot of Burger King unhappy meal no you were telling me this and I refused I said I want to hear live I want to see live what is happening and pulled out the article please and if you can let me know if I say something wrong after but basically Burger King's response to McDonald's Happy Meal right hey people aren't happy all the time you don't have to be happy all the time there's no pressure for you to be happy all the time so they created meals and aren't happy meals they have six boxes they have a sad meal a salty meal a dgaf meal don't get a [ __ ] a pissed meal and a Yas meal yeah why would anybody sell any meal called pissed I just don't this is what happens when you cater to the cooks this is it some idiot marketer was like yay mental health is a big deal let's get out in front of it will look cool will the progressive don't try to look progressive you look like an idiot well if you see the commercial the commercial are you told me there's this there's a meal called sad meal so I have to go up I have to go into a fast-food rather call blue meal sorry blue meals okay blue meals better but like I go into a fast-food restaurant yeah really clearly I'm already body face depressed right if I'm walking into a fast-food restaurant to get a pre-organized meal and then I have to order a meal that acknowledges my depression hey stranger that works at the fast-food restaurants I'm already being judged by someone who makes $6 an hour okay someone who works there look at me like why the [ __ ] are you here and then I go I'll have the blue meal and they go yes you will dude this is brutal this is insulting salty actually kind of sounds cool I want to know it's in the salty meal yeah what do you know and the quietly fun the part about it is especially what the cook comment you said cannot be they're not doing it because they care about mental health no I just throw it a shot at McDonald's because they have Happy Meals all the time so you don't really give a [ __ ] about people who are blue or pissed or sad or whatever one more [ __ ] shot at McDonald's nobody go I kind of like when these little companies take shots at each other online yeah this just failed but this just mad corny who's the other one was lean into it you can't take shots by being like taking with you like a fake higher you know taking shots like there's no rat be for the guys like I do more Unity's serve as a new you don't care about it's not pars don't drop bars there was a Wendy's is like oh if you like this comment or something like that we'll bring the spicy nuggies back and then some I think Burger King already has spicy nuggets and like open they're done that like they were just like oh yeah that's like funny this is no it's just it's that's even lazier so he's the same meal Wow but they just have a different box so you just want people to know how you're feeling that day we know that you don't give a [ __ ] you're eating fast food how about selling I've never felt good about myself at the in fast food or before ever I never felt good going in yeah yeah nobody eats Burger King out of happiness everybody's crazy I'm getting annoyed with this whole mental health kick you're supposed to feel things yeah there's this idea like you're not allowed to feel anything like feeling is natural okay just because you feel anxiety it does not mean that you have an anxiety problem anxiety actually keeps you alive of course it's a very important tool in your life we all getting anxious at times and usually it's at times where we should be anxious so don't like we're doing this thing where maybe it's important to understand mental health we start like understanding our feelings a little bit but like I think we're all starting to diagnose ourselves with these issues we have that are completely normal and completely okay you're supposed to get a little depressed sometimes you're supposed to be down supposed to be up these are the ebbs and flows of life you know why because it's easy what is that it's easy to do it's easy yeah these just lean into like some sort of oh yeah just confront a lot of things the reality or the reality or or just speak up speak out or just know like hey like [ __ ] ain't gonna be sweet all the time oh we don't want to tweet all this oh you know you use those [ __ ] Lomo - Lewis early teh but we were just talking about how like you know people in paradise do a lot of meth right yeah like in these different places of paradise right and in like in Hawaii for example there's a lot of meth my buddy Lou Australia so like in Hawaii there's a big meth problem right and the reason I feel like there's a big meth problem is we are not built for paradise we are built for problems we are built for things going wrong around us that we use our anxiety to help us solve right oh [ __ ] we got to find shelter oh [ __ ] we got to find food oh [ __ ] there's a warring tribe oh [ __ ] [ __ ] our life should be oh shits and now you're just relaxing on a beach with a [ __ ] mai tai and everything's good you got food you got choked you got water and your brain starts to go I need some distraction I'd hate it make me imagine you felt bad in paradise okay you think something's wrong with you I'm saying like Oh Manny I would hate to live in paradise all the time why I could never unless I loved being in New York like all my friends are moving out to LA and like oh it's sunny you know right what happens when that gets old boom what happens when you know that what happens when you get used to that get used to that shit's like nah bro like I'm a New Yorker like I need this [ __ ] you know like that's true like I came to when I came here someone at the cafe was like oh why did you come here when it was raining I said cuz it doesn't rain - appreciate it yeah there's a part of it it's like you need to you know anytime you travel this place sucks I love it I love where I'm from like I think you know people say go travel obviously go travel and you'll find all these great things about their places but it also gives you perspective on where you're from that's why you should travel that's people away literally every year or not what what I would say once in everybody's life they should be forced to go back to where their people are from wherever you're from you got to go back to Costa Rica Nicaragua I'm gonna go back to India you got to go back to Nigeria I got to go back to Scotland and I promise you we will have an immense appreciation for America and we'll stop bickering about like little [ __ ] because we know where we could have been absolutely you know that's my first joke all right back to Nigeria yo go and then you're gonna come right back here like [ __ ] Burger King patronizing me like that like I'm not a [ __ ] idiot man yeah no one is happy all the time and that's okay I need more thing to tell me that you losers have a [ __ ] burger shut the [ __ ] up pitying me I hate [ __ ] pitying me anybody know you know it's okay to feel I know [ __ ] I need you telling me yeah [ __ ] you yeah [Music] hey guys I got some some dates that I want you to Nashville may matador tore long-sleeve now here's the thing we sold out in Dallas pretty quickly my bad all the people that didn't get it I hope but what we're gonna do is we're actually gonna mix it up you can
