Isn't it Pretty?!

[Laughter] you guys see all those hippy tears floating away [Music] frost east notes this morning we are down to less than 100 acres to go this morning the weather looks pretty good for at least two more days here before we get some some rain er a little bit of drizzle is what they're saying the kicker is we've got it in three pieces and one of those pieces is a test block where we're running different hybrids through so that'll take a little bit of extra time we also want to get some tillage going and our grain bins are getting full so we got to trying to figure out how we're going to shuffle stuff around to make sure we can squeeze those grain bins as well as we can get them in order to fit this last hundred acres so I think we're actually going to haul some stuff down to the ethanol plant get rid of a little bit of corn probably only 10,000 bushels or so so this last hundred acres will probably be stretched out for a couple of days here it's going to take longer than it normally should but with the weather looking good and everything else we got going on we'll make it work we'll do what we got to do right across from here police were getting some sunshine this morning that Frost is starting to come off the header now and everything's just turning wet I had a tile Inlet I had to go around here anyway so I'm gonna jump back here and take a look at the Sims just to make sure they're not getting bugged up with wet silt like this all clean five to seven there's one that's where I dropped the viagra we got this field wrapped up now we're gonna head down the highway a half a mile before I cut into another field take that cross-country over to another field and then jump into another field that has corn in it we got a 30 foot wide header here going down a state highway so we send Jim up the road with a grain cart he's gonna get to the high spot and let me know when nothing's coming and then I'm just gonna put my life on the line and get this combine up the road okay I'm on the highway let me know if you see anything coming I'm sorry about the mud sorry about the mud I survived I'd like to thank my wife my children my mother and God I'll bet running this combine with a corn header across a hundred and sixty acres of soybean stubble doesn't look weird to anyone else that's watching don't mind me guys I'm just passing through and I'm in when we've got more than enough corn to keep the grain dryer going for a while and we ended up selling fifteen thousand bushels to the ethanol plant to make room in our bins for everything we've got left standing so for now I've been kicked out of the combine gonna have to load a couple of trucks here [Music] I only got one truck loaded and now I've been pulled away from that job because red horizon equipment out of Glenwood Minnesota has actually sent something out that's kind of cool that I think you guys are gonna like you probably already know what it is because well you saw the thumbnail maybe even the title of this video but I have no idea what it could possibly be so let's go check it out the suspense is killing me I wish there was an easy way to get around a train I love doing that brand-new [Applause] from here with Jason from red Horizon equipment in Glenwood has rocketed 20:18 personal 36-inch camouflage tracks 610 more subtle 210 horsepower smells like cat power shift public water Johnny Ripper at six and a half miles roughly it doesn't matter traffic we're cruising right along here throttle back to 1850 1900 six point three miles per hour pretty good yeah particular track so we have a pretty nice ride today everybody it's like that just like that [Music] first off there aren't many tractors that I think are ugly but I really like the looks of this thing personal track design is second to none to any of the competitors double access bogie system where this system here that's just like a locking tabs we go like this and it goes back to forms like this another thing I personal have over a lot of the competitors is versatile use hydraulic oil and all of their bearings for serviceability for shutting down in cost and serviceability their smiles big thing as always but try to keep it simple the Cummins engine cat powershift transmission the cup suspension is standard equipment on reversible Delta trucks from 2018 merciful Delta trucks have been a very good very reliable traction for Revit arises personals records in general got his 25 gallon deaf 9 24 24 25 and a 4 and 465 gentlemen roughly four hundred and sixty-five gallon Eila brought me some cookies which he seems upset about this tracker so I'm going to warm her up to it a little bit you're right what is your Halloween costume for tonight oh you're grumpy don't you want to go trick-or-treating and get candy these are you man about this red tracker are you already done riding with me ila just one round was all you wanted to make okay I'll carry you down yep I guess that's all I wanted to do was one round she just wanted to bring me some cookies and go for her one round with me she was a little bit grumpy I don't know what the deal was with that anyway my initial thoughts on this thing after only an hour in this tractor I've got a few number one the cab is big I can stretch my legs out and I'm 6 foot 3 I'm not a small guy I can stretch my legs out as far as I want them and I'm still a foot away from anything I am surrounded by glass in here out the back window here you have unbelievable visibility to everything and the window is a long ways behind so there's plenty of room inside there's plenty of visibility to everything going on back here now if the sides are pretty good the glass goes right to the floor so you can see everything right outside I will say there's a lot going on in the corner here a lot going on outside there there's a big platform there the visibility to the front tracks is not great but for the tillage that I'm doing I have way more than enough visibility inside the cab it might be a little bit louder than the deer to be honest with you but it's not bad it's comfortable heating and cooling is comfortable especially considering all the glass that's around you the seat rides nice the cab has a suspension underneath that the overall ride when you run over a buried rock it's not bad at all it's uh it's pretty good actually control wise over here it is not complicated it's got a really attractive looking screen that's pretty easy to work with as far as functions moving stuff around on there it doesn't over complicate me the shifter here is simple to use you've got a throttle and your basic buttons over here nothing extremely complicated they've laid it out pretty well pretty self-explanatory easy to function with it's got a good size buddy seats over here it's actually got a nice material on the back of it for setting things on so they aren't going to slide off moving to the outside these are a 36 inch track for some reason they look wider than that they look wider than what the competitors run but I think 36 is fairly well standard they look huge they got a large footprint you mentioned the wheels on the inside there that kind of swivel every way giving it a nice ride he mentioned that it's got the drive up here that actually drives using the lugs on the inside of those camel plastic wrap the hitch couldn't possibly be more open and easy to get to same with the hydraulics you're not going to have any problems working with anything back here and trying to get anything it's simple it's clean it's open it's nice now I'm not one to ever say that a brand-new tractor is ugly but this thing is really really pretty I love these colors I like them a lot I like green too I'm just saying this is a pretty rig horsepower wise so far it's got 610 rated engine horsepower and it feels like it we got a 9 shank Ripper behind this thing which our 95 60 John Deere has no problem pulling but this 610 will pull it probably a mile an hour faster than that throttle back no problems there again we're talking about a large articulate with over 600 horsepower it's not exactly apples to apples but horsepower wise this thing's not going to struggle at all everything is open it's easy to get to easy to work on they've made it easy to work on of course I haven't had to work on it I'm just looking at it so take it for whatever it may or may not be worth versatile has decided that the tractors they build are are going to be auto steer ready just like this one is and they're ready to accept anybody else's auto steer so this specific unit does not have any auto steer in it I've been searing this thing for like an hour and a half I am going to sleep good tonight man I cannot imagine how difficult my ancestors had it when they had to steer their own 610 horsepower tractors thanks again to read horizon equipment out of Glenwood Minnesota for letting us put some hours on this thing and try it out I've always wanted to try one of these things thanks to Mike and Mike Mike less farmhand Mike on youtube and Mike from farming dreams on YouTube both of those guys I met with them down in Kentucky at the National Farm Machinery Show and we looked at the versatile for a while and and I know Mike was in touch with red horizon at one point trying to get one out here for us so thanks to
