Is The NEW Piklopedia PERFECT?

I know I know I said I was gonna make any content over the next few days but this is way too much fun hot take I never really appreciated the pickle PDR treasure log back in Pikmin 2. and even when I was reintroduced in Pikmin 3 Deluxe I didn't really care growing up I wasn't much of a reader so I really just saw it as a digital photo album but six year old me would spend hours throwing picnic carrots at the empress ball wax that's what made this feature somewhat special to me and it's probably the reason why I still don't care about the one in Pikmin 3. it's just Bland it wasn't until recently where I started paying more attention to the logs in the pictopedia after reading them a few times I can gladly say this feature has become one of my favorite additions to the series each craft has some very interesting things to say about the enemies and treasures as someone who lives in Canada I especially like this entry from Olimar and I love how Louis tries to piccolopedia as a cookbook it's very fitting for his character Pikmin 3s is quite interesting too for each enemy Alpha takes the approach of an engineer Brittany talks about how attractive they are Charlie teaches us how to fight them Louie once again talks about cooking and eating them and Omar gives us a brief biology lesson needless to say the piccopedia and treasure logs give us a lot of information about our beloved characters in The Pikmin planet and honestly I think it teaches more about the in-game world than the main stories ever did Pikmin 4 brings back the piccopedia in his full glory and somehow made it even better since we have a silent protagonist in this game instead of us the player writing notes the piccopedia is narrated by an animal Enthusiast and treasure logged by a treasure appraiser respectively but if you take a look at the bottom you can see that there's room for other slots perhaps as we progress throughout the game we'll get other characters perspectives on the enemies and treasures maybe Shepard or Collins notes or maybe even Omar and Louis too the treasure log is generally the same except it's sorted by collections this time it's a really cool idea to complete sets instead of just finding individual Treasures who knows maybe when we complete a set schnoz may give us a reward but the piccopedia is the star of the show here not only can we see and read about the enemies we fought but we also have access to much more information about them how many we've defeated pikmi casualties scientific name and sparkling value are just few of the many stats the piccolpedia shows us but this is hands down the best feature added to the piccopedia this thing works as a battle simulator we can 1v1 any enemy we've fought in the past this is an amazing way to practice against certain difficult enemies to get used to their attack patterns and to make things even better we have a whole arsenal of weapons to use at any point in time if you're anything like me you're probably garbage at every single game you touch no need to worry because you don't even have to fight you can just observe the enemy and toss bomb rocks into your dopamine levels are satisfied by far my favorite feature is being able to wield the power of [ __ ] Zeus himself and smite any and every enemy in your path this thing is amazing the only issue is I sometimes get a little too carried away what the [ __ ] is that [Music] but in all seriousness the piccopedia is finally making its triumphant maternity and I already know it'll be great for once on this channel I actually can't think of any negatives but that's the problem I don't know if I'm blinded by excitement but I literally can't find a single downside other than the music of course but nothing can beat this [Music] as I continue to play Pikmin 4 and discover new creatures I keep finding myself running back to Domo so I can bully every single enemy who made me suffer during my playthrough this thing is just way too much fun but let me know in the comments your thoughts on the new and improves piccopedia and treasure log are there any issues that I'm just missing or are they near perfect
