hey guys what's going on Victor and I just got home from an amazing trip to Panama City fishing with captain Josh of heritage excursions and he put us on some great fish for two days and I actually had to make this video into two parts because we caught so many fish on the first day so if you haven't watched part one make sure you watch that I will have it linked in the description but let me show you how the end of our day ended on the first day look at this fish I can't even take it out of the way but Victor ended the day with this giant gag grouper I hope you enjoy the fishing part in this video then I will meet you back at the fleet able to Flay them up and then in the kitchen to cook them up so see you then awesome nice black grouper all right I think so okay so I hooked this guy on a dead Boston mackerel and Victor had already hooked into this giant I thought it's gonna be a big snapper and ended up being I sued that guy grouper look at mine compared to his the craziest thing real bait fake lure right beautiful fish the first keeper gags for both of us isn't it oh yeah Brooklyn is stuck for a car like a 30 pound ER in Miami that's yeah man that makes me so excited that's my favorite part of the day goggles nope a pretty little guy see where he's been in the wreck yeah proper names gay group youth hello I think he's big enough to get nervous Brooke get nervous there he is daddy doubles up Ricky over here Josh over here on a gym in the crab so this guy was on cigar man up the tail you can still see it right there well that's a nice bankrupt it's funny that you go from one coast to the other coast and they just call things different names they call this a black snapper which we call it well it is a mangrove snapper but they just call it a black snapper little in the babe when they come out here and catch some awfully complex peppers the big ones out here you call black snappers little tiny ones inshore you call it mangrove slivers going in the box he's trying to get me in the bottom don't worry for you and reading this feels more like a shark buddy why my love online oh you got him now don't pull him off he's all yours my crowbar and it's angle another keeper gag back here awesome oh yeah porpoise is hold on wine wine wine fest you can't fish might still be there wine wine hard and fast as you can I got it again it's going on babe so what makes you think it's is it just cuz we saw the corpus as you think of this corpus they were probably already here but they're just lazy and it's a huge problem we call it dolphin presentation and rather than swim down there and get his own fish he'll wait till you're coming up with yours and eat yours and especially when we're commercial fishing it's a huge problems we have two or three fish on the gear and they'll get in a pod and one fish will swim in pop the fish off the gear while his buddies swim around and eat them look at him chase had him in his mouth and we hold on there he is right there I've never like had a dolphin ever steal my bait so that's a scam grouper that's a scam so they don't get paid it's gonna be our first keeper yeah they get a lot bigger than that but if there are 16 inches we keep especially for dolphins yeah I'll see y'all Windham in we're gonna get away from these guys we're not gonna see your feet in rivers look how he got that's never happened to the dolphins are just like coming from the Bell they're pissed no that's never happened to me ever before and nothing was working me oh my god anyone in the trolling motor thank God we got him out pretty cool oh pretty fish got y'all on his mouth really you probably didn't see any holes in it yeah yeah that's mine give it back there you go Oh are we keeping this snapper absolutely yeah oh that dolphin picked him off dolphin picked him right off that time I was trying to reel in quick to get my fishing and then I felt a dolphin come right up on the surface Victor managed to get a snapper up oh yeah babe runs on a grouper yeah you jinxed it you jinxed it oh yeah hey Brooke you did a really good job though you were getting him up off the bottom I lost a lot of fish the Sharks are into the into like the bottom and I didn't want to mess around with that one but I think I pulled the hook on him oh god the Dolphins literally turned on you see really oh yeah he knows race coming up wait to it there we go we're gonna keep him that's it on the snappers guys yeah guys this is the last snapper of our limit two per person we got eight beautiful snapper in the box check them out you should a beautiful red snapper I should say so pretty I trying to get this one up off the bottom as quick as I possibly could because the Dolphins are here and we'll grab it Oh Brooke why are you so silent me nilly that was just Street taking drying rack I need to get Bates back down there there no gobbled up dog love ed in the mouth I said he was barely hooked he says it perfectly thanks man you need a fake book yeah oh there you go Brooke getting girls got it ah double da good job guys slack him all the way off ports line to it maybe he'll swim out is a pill and drag TV newspaper yeah probably don't find it in pick I'm will chase this one down with the boat real quick swear you gotta fight it all day goodbye got it easy well guys we had an absolutely epic day efficient we're laying all the fish out here so we can see what we got taken awesome picture for you but we absolutely slayed we limited on on the red snapper close to our limit on gag grouper Victor caught the biggest freaking a grouper I've ever seen wait till you guys see this thing you'll have to check out video Victor's video to see that thing but absolutely epic things definitely over 40 pounds and forever edibles we're about to go weigh it so not sure exactly how big it is but it's a boy and caught on a jig which is Brookes favorite thing to do yeah on a jig here comes Oh Black Betty guys this is a proof in the and come down just like this spin them around towards me so now start from the head work towards the tail now today we did a full day of fishing but if you guys are more interested in doing a half day efficient or however long you want to go fishing in fact and Josh offers a lot of different trips he even offers a trip where you can go fishing for a little bit then go hang out at Shell Island cook you up some lunch even if you don't want to go fishing he does trips just to the island where you guys can go snorkel eat lunch just hang out get away from the crowded beaches of Panama City he offers a lot of different kinds of trips so if you're interested in checking out Panama I will have all his information linked in the description I just got to get over this rib cage bone just like that now this was Victor NIH's first trip to Panama City and we absolutely loved it we had a lot of fun we can't wait to go back it's an awesome little town and if you guys didn't know they actually got hit by a hurricane in October of 2018 that really devastated Panama City and they are coming back better than ever and it's an actually really cool town we stayed at a really cool air B&B that seemed like it was in the middle of everything all the restaurants and even we're captain Josh keeps his boat was less than five minutes away from there so I will have all that information links down in the description now you could make fish head soup out of this head I'm not going to but always pop fish eyes before you throw them in the water because as the fish eat all the meat off the carcass it gets lighter and lighter and gases build up in the fish and they'll start floating but if you pop those eyes the eyes can't hold gases in air and it won't flow there we go gotta feed the catfish at home too gotta keep everybody happy so now to skin the fish I'm switching over to a Dexter eight inch narrow fillet knife these narrow knives work really well for skinning just glides right through that where the bloodline runs the bones are in there as well as you get out the worst part of the bloodline which is normally towards the head section there you go there is your beautiful red snapper fillet ready to go in the kitchen and I'll be honest not sure how I'm gonna cook it yet but I'm sure I'll think of something so I will meet you guys in the kitchen hey guys welcome back to the kitchen so tonight I'm going to be baking my red snapper Victor's also going to be cooking red snapper tonight and he's going to be sauteing it and making some special sauce then we're gonna have Sookie knee on the side as well as yoki so let's get to it I have my fish here I have nine people coming tonight so I have nine pieces of fish making it super simple there's already some olive oil at the bottom of the pan now I have one stick of butter here that has been sitting out for a while so it's nice and soft and I'm going to be adding the juice of a lemon so I'm going to add that in here make sure you don't get any seeds I'll have to take that seed out and this lemon looks a little weird because it's already been nested so this skin is off okay so that is the juice of a moment I took out all the seeds now I'm going to add about this is a head of garlic so probably half of a head of garlic depending on the size of garlic yes now I'm going to try to squish this up now I'm going to add a 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese [Music] so before I put on my cheesy butter that's what we're gonna call it we're gonna salt and pepper our fish so now I'm gonna spread this on top of my fish so I know this looks like straight butter but it's got the garlic and the cheese in there so it's not straight butter even though I know it looks like it okay now that we have our cheesy garlic lemon butter sauce on the fish we're gonna finish it off with some paprika and then we're going to take some lemon slices and just lay those babies across the fish that's pretty good anything bad are we yeah now these are going to be going in the oven at 375 I'm thinking they're probably take like 20 minutes but we'll keep an eye on it so I'll let you know how long it ends up ticking but we're ready for the oven all right so we're trying to time Victor's cooking of his face reminded me of my fish to get them finish at the same time so Victor's already started making his fish so I put in my fish in the up oh yeah see you later hi guys well it has been officially one year of Victor and I wanting our first house thanks to you guys and I want to give a big thanks to all you guys for watching our videos and supporting us and all our family and friends we've had a lot of great memories in this house already a lot of great kitchen cooks and just a lot more to come so we got a pub a bottle of champagne and now I'm not shaking your purse don't point it towards my head I'm not running towards your head it's always happening I've never done it before okay warden Cheers all right so my fish has been in for actually 30 minutes now oh my I need two things so I thought I was going to take around 20 but it actually took but it actually took 30 how good does that oh my gosh babe that freak actually gives it a very nice boy now it makes it nice and pretty beautiful as our finishing touch some parsley have a nice beautiful and classic bag well uh okay so we have my big red snapper we have Victor's like French a style snapper he made a beautiful like rosy colored sauce here we have no key also of some of that sauce he made and then also some zucchini with some pesto some homemade pesto that Victor made yesterday fish the Y has go first right and a little less sauce on line then we have a piece of thanks red snapper you got to make sure to put the sauce that beautiful sauce on there yoky to tell me and zucchini unbelievable hmm again [Music] [Music] so this is we had a special request for parmesan baked Parmesan and make the parmesan some effort it's a little bit greater than a little bit upgrade oh yeah look at that mmm look at that pulse I could say it well what's everyone's first impressions tonight was amazing it was almost overwhelming to have so many great things on your plate and try to think of something good to say about all of them because you're just like how can this plate have four things that are just as good as they could possibly be and just all came out at the same time it was just fantastic I think I like spirits the best it just had a lot of like good flavors mixed in which I really liked everything was really good thanks I'm bearish but I was the first one done to you I really enjoyed it fantastic I like them both I love Fran chance and I would order it any time I seen it in a restaurant before you guys started cooking now I never ordered fish out but this is really good loved it thank you it's well another night of fine dining at Brook and Vic's I requested the snapper parmesan from Brooklyn and she made it and I have to agree with Gabi I'm gonna go with there were both delicious but I liked Brooks better than you know steak tonight I thought one was better than the other yeah both good but one was better than the other and everything else was terrific thank you so much like my mom said I don't order seafood in restaurants anymore he wants to a seafood restaurant the other night and I just got a cheeseburger just because I know no matter what I ordered it's never gonna be as fresh or it's good Cheers it doesn't matter whose was better than the other if Brooks was better than mine that's great I'm happy that I get to live with someone who can cook better than me that's awesome this is cheers to Brooke you guys already saw the cheers earlier one year of living together I love you and I can't wait for it many more and for you to have plenty more dishes that will beat mine both are amazing they tied together perfectly the zucchini was great the mochi was really delicious too and we have a table full of our favorite people
