I know I'll take all of them really yeah serious that's pretty [Music] exciting all right well we are here in Hagerstown Maryland today I was just not having any look at the Goodwills and I decided you know what I'm going to go to Hager toown so we are at the antique Crossroads and uh the last few times I was here I found lots of paper weights and I've made up my mind that I'm going to have a paper weight sale very soon on knickknacks and I need some paper weights so our goal today is to find some paper weights among other Treasures that we can buy and flip for a profit so here we go I always love going through this case over here I feel like I was eyeing up that happy cat my last visit 225 and look at this weeping willow 48 on that oh my goodness lots and lots of uh of frogs and turtles I like that cat in there 60 60 it looks looks like all right well we might come back to this I don't know we just got here we have about 30 minutes um and then I'll probably take off oh wa look in [Music] here some pretty perfume bottles and little trinkets I think they're a little outside my uh price range to resell I doo like that deer for $20 all right let's go see what else we can find I'm just going to grab one of these carts and we'll go see uh if the booth that had the paper weights the last time has restocked the paper weights I feel like that might not be the case but I'm hopeful oh look we do have paper weights look at them all ooh o they're a little spendy I love those in the back that pair on the pedestals is 250 those are door knobs oh my goodness are those cool that Orient and Flume is 100 uh 220 on the perthshire oh my gosh there's oh my goodness this is just like the last time when I kind of like geeked out a little bit so you guys just have to like bear with me I'm going to go up to the front and be like excuse me how much for all the paper weights and then if I recall I had to come back with a check so maybe I'm going to have to do that again oh it looks like there's a Josh Simpson in there that would have been perfect for my uh my last sale all right yeah I feel like we need all those paper weights then I have an automatic paper weights y' that one's really pretty all righty that's my favorite I think that very beautiful finally made unsigned paper weight that may actually be my favorite one I would love to know who makes that one it's 175 um then the carpet ball of course there's a piece of Tiffany in the back that one in the back is also nice the Orient and Flume all right well let's go find somebody who has the privilege of having a key CU that's not me but I'd like some paper wies please ooh locked up though and it's 15% off and it's not like this ones yeah I mean I don't know if there're any good ones I just know they are new that just came in and there's a couple lock and then of course there's one up there that's a good one oh I'll take those too top shelf yeah I'll take them all I know I'll take all of them yeah serious all right I'm going to stick this one here maybe we should just put a big I didn't even look up there oh there's more on this side okay start in this case and pick out what I want here and then move over there all right I'll let you do the honors do you mind if I pull them out and stick them in this cart I do like that with the butterfly 195 on that one all right I think I will take this one so I'll set it down in here you want me to go get a box set them in that works too it's it's totally up to you get aat Bo all right that might be better there okay thank you I really like this one um this is miniature Orient and Flume look at how pretty and grain that is woo so gorgeous nice Perth Shear that one's 220 I think I'll pass on that one 295 on the faceted one um let me see what else there is that one's really pretty 50 all right I will take that one love that all right I'll take that one and then Scotland take that one this is the one I have to have I am so in love with that one 175 yes this one definitely that one forward a little mini we'll take that FL 17 or 125 FL that's a pretty one we'll take that and then the Josh Simpson marble 110 I'll take that that's a marble though that's going to roll all over take that part she and then I going to reach back for that guy how that 135 that's beautiful and then let's see take that one under Mark I know it looks like peacock feathers leak and then let's see this little guy flowers Umano there's a nice lonberg perfume for 175 think I'll actually include a perfume in there lay it down though so it doesn't fall over smers 95 I'll take the smers okay 125 on the eye cult I think I'll pass on that one this one I think I'll take that that's pretty exciting I thought you know I'm going to go I'm going to see if there's any paper weights today I didn't really expect there to be and then there's a few paper weights all right uh down here in the corner I just see a couple all right so this pansy is definitely catching my eye um they have old bakot um for 250 which is a little bit of a stretch for me but I really love pansies so I think I might grab that one and this Lindberg is the shooting star I've never seen the shooting star before how much is that 150 maybe with a discount that might be worthwhile and then the little minis I love the minis the parure minis um I think that's what that is and uh this vintage paper weight is really cool as well Scotland so I think I'll leave the other ones behind but we'll grab uh those four we all right so he's going to show me his aquarium paper weight and they're going to add all these up for me that is nice does it have any signatures or marking tag on the back oh sweet wow that is something all right well that was lucky I was not expecting that I thought maybe like one or two paper weights I did not expect the entire case to be full of paper weights so now that we've potentially spent a ton of money on paper weights we need to bring down our cost average a little bit um and we do that by finding paper weights that aren't as expensive um like these still really pretty but um not as expensive so um 18 I do like the swirl that contrast with the blue and the yellow it's only 18 on that and then I really really like this one with the dioic 22 on that Stargazer art glass oh maybe it's signed but that's kind of what it looks like to me it does kind of look like a night sky I think I'll grab that one this is interesting what is that there's a spider in there that is actually really fun it's etched on the bottom with a spider 78 though um they're currently tallying everything up um so we'll uh we'll just do a quick Loop and we'll head back up to the checkout I said it's been a while since I was here last it's always fun to stop by here uhoh we don't have any uh any artwork no new artwork work lots of horses though this is the non-horse stuff I never noticed that before that they have a non-horse non horse section check this out over here last time I was here I got that silver biscuit jar which was very exciting there's another paper weight I've never had really good luck with these uh presidential or profile paper weights so I don't usually mess with those I actually have some at the shop I never noticed this hooked rug before when the Pooh rug all right well I'm going to head up towards the checkout there were some paper weights up that way as well I think I'm ready for a paper weight sale so I'm going to have to look at my calendar and figure out a time to schedule that we've pretty much got everything we need now oh there's a pretty one 45 I wonder if that has the date canes sometimes the canes are dated in those I love this booth I always have such amazing glass it's usually outside my price range but I always like to stop and admire it look at this piggy $15 on the pig that's so sweet oh and milk glass vces 135 I've heard that they're coming in now [Music] 65 I'm fortunate to have quite a few of them was like I like those ones um all right let's see here 35 bit of that glowes I like this little frog here 25 frog paper weight we I'll pick that up look at those owls those are adorable feel like I do want that base up there it's 95 sorry not Bas it's paper we um there was a sale 10% off kind of looks like neum I just signed just so 95 I just spent all the that money on TI and paper weights that's a nice space it's Italian 30 bucks maybe we grab that all right well I did not realize that this was actually chipped so for that reason I'm going to leave it behind it's kind of a bummer we're GNA leave that right there all right well our total spend today at Crossroads antiques was 2,420 something dollar um I feel like we did a number on the paper weights we definitely cleaned them out of paper weights once again um I left some I did leave some I didn't buy them all this time um but I'm really excited I'm really excited you know I've been wanting to do a paper weight sale I had like four set aside and I was like going to do a paper weight sale going to do a paper weight sale and so I decided I'd start collecting them and then today it just evolves into now I have enough to do a paper weight sale um so I'll have to I'll have to get one on the schedule and I'll put the date up here for you guys um you can hop on you could do some pre- bids it will be on knicknacks nicknack Donnet um so come on over and join me and I'll probably do something um in in tandem with my friend Peter um and uh yeah I'm really looking forward to it now I guess I'll see all of you guys tomorrow
