I Spent 100 Days in Modded Subnautica and Here's What Happened

everyone's been asking for some more subnautica so here it is but this time with mods more specifically spending 100 days in modded subnautica for those who don't know i love modding video games just in general and to be able to mod subnautica brought me to a whole new playing field today you're going to see some new fishes and giant creatures that never went extinct a whole new pda system with a new location that brought me many different builds and the coolest thing yet was this entirely new peeper lounge bar many different mods are used during this playthrough and you can find them all in i spent 100 days in modded subnautica and here's what happened still got that same intro okay let's go yeah launch in three two one [Music] oh no no no my very first day back in the world of subnautica and what while taking a look into my pda i noticed the first mod okay i added a mod bam that's sick and this one i mean you know it's a little different but it's also kind of cooler too because that actually just allows you to leave this and then it's like you want to just exit out boom yeah i set it out although i mean they did have that here remove all pins seconds later something else also caught me off guard [Laughter] what the heck yo exterior models sorry modules altera solar cluster a jet stream okay needing to catch my breasts from all the excitement i climbed up the ladder for some fresh air [Music] oh the mods already working i think that one's bigger wait altera hub fabrication facility excuse me that's a thing what what hold on um oh wait if we switch we can see this place so we're gonna do red for the market is that red jumping into the water soon after noticing new species of fish all around me i just had to pick a few out of fudge is that triangle fish cooked up some food to replenish my hunger and water i began sifting through the fabricator oh let's take the fabric wait wait i can place this down stuff it allows you to place it down that's cool okay took my leave back outside as i tried my best to keep the excitement bottled up too much was happening way too quickly and again like i don't is that bigger than normal what are you ribbon ray what continuing my spelunking and picking up acid mushrooms to titanium about and some seed clusters it was time to get started started with a few o2 tanks for breathing longer underwater and i also went on to building a scanner and a very sharp knife with the moon setting and the sun rising you may have noticed by now that i changed the color of my scanner yeah i did oh can we get a red action oh yo look at that look at the i love red dude red is a hot color man collecting some more resources along the way from the creep vines to salvage and quartz our inventory was looking a little full i started building some fins for a better stride then began my way back into the ocean scanning some pieces of the sea glide about and a new but weird looking fish yo look at that i can't get closer because every time i get closer to that thing it like it does this watch yeah see it does that see this is what it looks like from afar well generally stationary with the water column uh philtorbs will close up when other life forms come near for protection something that was much needed again was cave sulfur um let's go in here this looks scary yup yup super scary all right cool yeah nerd you just suicided give me that yeah there we go now with the repair tool built i started fixing up the interior of my life pod repair please i've done this once i can do it again back outside once more while searching through the kelp forest i came across something you aren't going to believe pieces to the sea voyager c voyager what oh hello hello hello hello hello all right i found c voyager fragment oh is that a wreckage hold on um new oxygen and oh my god oh ho ho baby you guys are gonna like this you're gonna you're gonna love it okay you're not gonna like it you're gonna love it i picked up some more oars and minerals before heading back to my life pod i have to say night time in a game built around water was absolutely terrifying to my core breathing in a bit too much 4546b on day four i went afloat as the sun started rising it was me my scanner in hand and going around from small wreck to small wreck in hopes of finding missing blueprints to see glide trash can beacon do i have to beacon let me see ah i got the beacon did i have a trash can i've got the trash can now all right i'm a monkey all right we're going back we're going back once i got the secret i'm going to head over to actually one of the islands that i know of that island i need i need to get a base gun something small for now just to store some stuff exploration all that sea glide see glidesy glide [Music] finally out with my new sea glide first thing that was needed was the multi-purpose room island shenanigans anyone i don't know why i feel i feel so lost you know what hold on cool look at that wreck crack that's i love the map thing that that i think that's such a nice touch oh what is this just before heading out to the island i noticed a few big fishes swimming about what is that oh i don't know what that is oh my god playing some modded stuff is weird grand glider a medium-sized herbivore a usual ocular arrangement jumped onto the island and started to climb up to the top of the mountain picking up multiple energy signatures on the island's surface oh what the f dude what is that noise ah i've got to know all right spotlight is number one i scanned many different things inside from faunas to building compartments and a pda the next big scan was that multi-purpose room marble melon yes freaking please kill it curl it oh i got it okay cave crawler oh wow is it getting dark no no no that's right you guys said it was a solar eclipse that happened holy crap look at all that food but it happens quite often look at all this food i didn't even notice there was this much picking up a pda or two and a purple tablet just off to the side as well i should have scanned it for staying just before heading into the broken down base i kid you not the creepiest creepy crawler scared me so much here i wish like we could save margaret or do something with her at the end like in the sense of like giving getting her off the planet or i don't know something she joined no no no i'm not going in there not right now not right now i don't i don't wanna i'm gonna wait i'm gonna wait we're just gonna grab this and go just gonna grab this and go just grab this and go by now nighttime was here and i apparently exceeded my weekly exercise quota by 500 i can't see relations survivor you have exceeded your weekly exercise quotient by 500 the next day i was still on the island cleaning up any leftover scans i may have needed and then jumped back into the water looking towards the direction of narnia all right let's just go home okay no more surprises please i'm just i'm just going we're just going straight home straight home curious about how the map actually worked i tried messing with it again topographic biome oh cool jelly shroom lost river okay let's do a biome so this is a red oh i like that that's oh it even tells you if you go over it like if you highlighted grassy plateaus which is the red kelp forest safe shallow safe shallows while headed back to my life pod the emergency message for the aurora started playing already oh it's just blowing up let me go see let me go see here we go blow up boom oh my god you're kind of big aren't you oh whoa oh my god why did that scare me jesus built a new habitat tool collecting all the titanium i could and then headed out to the spot where our temp base would be i was definitely moving my base days from now but figured this spot was as good as any it's not gonna have any power so we do have to be careful um oh i love how it auto snaps look at that the snapping i like oh it even snaps on this thing look at that one two three oh that's so cool looking to build the fabricator i found myself getting a little distracted again hold on what does the fabricator take oh yeah we could build these ones but first table coral oh super easy what fabricator oh yay it snaps this too let's go i then started testing out these new lockers that were fully indirectable now oh no way the decoration lockers are those too cool that's actually i like that actually look at that i made my first set of lockers that's cool i kind of like these more you know i'll have these two here just because i can't really fit too much there or swish with that but look at that and you can use them they're like fully accessible so much more room than i expected to have them too did a bit of self-scanning seeing if the disease had started spreading yet and found this patreon statue wait i gotta do some scan yeah scan complete vital signs normal detecting trace amounts of foreign bacteria alrighty patreon statute oh we gotta do this that's cool i like that that's that's so cool went on to gathering some bladder fish around the shallows seeing as my water intake was running pretty low okay well we can go back on that now quite a bit hey karen look at that boom five to fill me up was that five or six i think it was five i did set up a beacon for this temp base and built myself a new toy the gravity trap figured it was easier than trying to chase fish instead pulling them to me put it right yeah do your thing yes come to me wait what what are you trying to grab here there's nothing as salt don't grab the salt silly can i grab that spade fish come here come here the last thing i attempted was finally seeing where the altera location took me now at the coordinates i did find some sort of sunken wreck that was this altera hub location altera [Music] fabrication facility i know i know just got to watch out for these douches we like to eat our brains can i make it and if i make it what is like what's waiting for me altera hub i i planned on dying it wasn't gonna be like a you know house thing or it's just like whoa wait what the freak damage securities oh crap i was supposed to repair this and then it would oh shiznik waking up for my first death definitely wasn't new to me well maybe in modded subnautica outside with our sea glide at this point i started picking up some fish my hunger was low and i was come here hungry here come there come here gary fish he fish all them fishes need to cook my food zooming around some more we spent time collecting voyager parts from scans for the titanium for more salvage and copper deposits for later use just what is this c4 is your friend oh my god oh my god oh okay all right okay let's just get some more titanium here back at our temp base the plan was to build to the surface so i could start some sort of land structure but then ran out of titanium moments later we found parts to the scanner room and that made me a happy camper oh my god scanner room oh yes please please please please oh god no get away whoo scanner room we only need two more pieces that's awesome actually with the extra ores we farmed up i continued on the pole attachment in doing so i forgot about the hull strength that sucked pretty hard oh no we need more integrity now and everything started breaking down fast which is why i started looking for a new location with a new day here looking through our habitat tool i found the perfect spot it was actually the same spot as before in our first playthrough and if you haven't watched that video definitely check it out down below while the multipurpose room was built we still needed a way in and a power source so while out and about collecting some more materials we did it just enough to build both of them although that that man is doing stuff okay you're just you're doing too much stuff right now what are you trying to do get out of here all right hold on can i build i can do a solar panel sweet okay this is good i don't even care where i put it i'm just putting it down you get that oxygen going at this point i took a few trips back and forth to and from our temp base breaking down the attachments outside to our fabricator and all the lockers on the walls replacing the beacon to the new location and placing all the lockers inside our new narnia i did finish building the medical fabricator and started working on some new o2 tanks the more advanced kind whoa wait how did i get the reaper either gathering more materials we had just enough start on our rebreather this with the rating uh yeah radiation detected oh wait we're in radiation i don't know that wait are we are we really in radiation territory okay i mean i guess that's why i never noticed while also holding on to some creep vine i started a foundation outside with a few grow breads on top farm city here i come with a decent amount done it seemed like the best time to start looking for sea moth pieces to scan oxygen this time so it's time to look for sea moth would you look at that sea moths oh my god okay you know we do need actually we need the vehicle mobile bay bioreactor oh wicked where's this power oh this is it bioreactor stuff cool by this point we had a lot scanning gathered up it was time to do something very very dumb yo okay why can't i hear the reaper leviathan already i'm not even in the kelp forest usually it's you could hear when you're you know close to the end of the kelp forest hold on well at least i know where it is because i can hear oh okay maybe that was just it maybe the vehicle bay perfect timing too with our sea moth coming the next day i started on what would be the biggest build at least for right now the plan was to build a mobile vehicle bay and then build our new c-craft the voyager something i'm sure many of you haven't seen yet and let me tell you yeah you're missing out most materials we already had too from the paracel to the lubricant and titanium it was smooth sailing beautiful yes that's okay that's a go we'll actually craft that too let's do it let's do it let's do it let's do it let's do it while the creep vine and seed clusters were growing back outside we started our way looking deep within the kelp forest next on our list was silver whoa look at this thing holy crap [Music] why after that was floaty dudes two floaters and look at that there's 69 of them let's go now it was time inventory was locked and loaded with all the materials as we climbed up the mobile vehicle bay i've got everything necessary to build this new vehicle literally a new vehicle in this game here we go here we go here we go oh my god the altera c voyager here we go oh my god it's big yo this thing is not small what they lied to me oh obviously because like the pieces that i scanned obviously were not small either but like what the ah oh oh my god look at that the c voyager mk2 altera explosion looks like it doesn't fit in the game because it's so big but you know what when in doubt save it out because it might destroy my game yep climbing up what the [ __ ] oh my god yo i thought that was my fire alarm in real life [Applause] extend docking limits i'm the cope i'm the pilot i'm the captain um we're gonna close the door let's open what the heck pilots oh the pilot's cabin okay without realizing it i was already on the island the voyager flew fast but i also didn't see my hunger and water made a little trip back to narnia gathering up our strength turning around and heading back to the island the next tool i was looking to build was that laser cutter and for that we needed diamonds oh look at this little one this little one's cute that one's a little bigger all right you're starting to get to the size of being scary you're not scary yet but you're getting there if you were bigger i'd i'd be jumping thank god you're not bigger though um how about up here ah fudge you i'm gonna kill you oh you son of a she's getting a crap on me that that's just creepy dude that is so creepy what are we looking at right now what oh hey look it even shows us like the island stuff cool by the end of our travels we had plenty of gold diamonds and lithium to go around jumping back into the water we made our way to narnia i do go back for my voyager later on but we'll get to that when the time comes the next part of my base to be built was in fact that scanner room can we do this oh i need two copper it's gonna stop me here so for the hud we're gonna need magnetite magnetite is easy to get but also really hard to get the first time i found this or the easiest place i found it was the scanner room range scan room hud chip room speed drone we're definitely going to need the magnetite stuff with a new day here the plan was to go back to the shipwreck in hopes of finding another battery charger something i desperately needed i have to reopen the door all right oh spooky bill suck okay all right cut the door cut the door come on god going going here guys so we are going here finally being inside the seamoth it was time we made our way towards the altera hub fabrication facility i will say going so far in i was scared deeply here because we needed to go further down as the cmos could only go to 200 deaths look at this this is cool the craig field i've never actually been here honestly i think i missed this place so many times picking up the seamoth depth module to repairing the core room with the radiation leak and even the prawn soup bay we did make it into the hall with the captain's quarters but with my inventory full i figured i'd come back another day sun is setting we'll be back at the cmos in just a moment here time to go home safe save back back back and we're good okay all righty arriving back at narnia we started a few builds giving ourselves a nice little bedroom for the time being with a big double bed today i wanted to revisit that facility again the altera hub for that we needed our beautiful needed in the rent day 17 was to be the day where we started building never before seen items and test everything out with all the materials gathered and in hand i built a few more foundations and then set up an ore consumer apparently you could make in-game currency in modded subnautica altair or consumer no ores to process press f to turn on and off off and on press eye to open up wait what please create a temporary alternative account this temporary account is needed because the altera universal transponder is unable to establish a connection to an authorized altera network this temporary account will let you accumulate altera credits and ordered goods and services from altera harp don't worry your temporary account will be merged with your official altera account when in range of an authorized altera network the biggest thing i was trying to figure out was how to create an account for altera hub it was the only way of getting and using our debit card for the new roster of items alright i think i officially figured this out i was kind of dumb i was like really panicking and looking at a whole bunch of stuff but then i was just like wait there's a back button let's go back look at this i was on encyclopedia so that explains like what's going on it doesn't really tell you to go back but you kind of just click around there's a store all right we're going to be uh the ray of subs right thank you for creating a tip we did it oh my god look at this stuff guys i'll tear a paint tool dude sea breeze refrigeration used for perishable foods and cool refreshing oh that is cool i don't know we'll figure it out in a second hold on he said if i take oars so excited i threw in anything good i had to the or consumer how do i make money i want my money oh god added 1500 to accounts new balance so it's like an automatic process holy crap that's what it meant okay so we actually have to make money to start building stuff but before that we actually have to build the thing for it next thing i wanted to start since we were able to make money off of oars was the magnetite for our scanner room that meant the purple mushroom biome below the shallows as i was making my way through the shallows and into the actual biome itself i started searching around for ores specifically magnetic and now looking for magnetite that'll be tricky whoa look at how many fishes are here okay we're not in the right area but we're getting closer that's for sure god why is the magnetite so small do you see that all right hold on we gotta actually repair this thing i didn't realize that it doesn't even look like anything until you get like really close and then it's like oh that's what that is with a good amount in my inventory that was our cue to leave funny enough i couldn't find the eggs and started panicking okay if that's the base there's a way out finally made it out oh man that actually took a lot longer than i expected i only found my way up because of that base oh that was silly no water all the magnets that i needed with sweat coming off my brow and finally back at home you guessed it i started crafting the new scanner room hud and range upgrades money was going to be needed which is definitely something i never thought i'd say in subnautica that in mind we started our search for all the scan limestone chunks next were the sandstone chunks that gave better quality ores such as gold ore and silver oh god i gotta watch that oh that was a big one did you see that holy crap i didn't realize they could get that big look how big the crawfish is they can't even fit it's just like all right i'm gonna test this out oh that's a big one that's a big one don't hurt me don't hurt me don't hurt me oh my god okay all right all right all right all right all right all right the next few days i started on expansion bringing the base out more so i could add two new power sources the bioreactors which would definitely help me in the long run and over solar panels built myself a new multi-purpose room with the bed inside for my bedroom once we finished up it was time to start searching for more wrecks we were in need of a moon pool so we could craft ourselves a cmos storage upgrade to start the next big part how far can we scan oh we can scan quite a bit so we'll get the majority of these wrecks here okay so let's scan for the wrecks no no no no no there's two of you versus me i win wait there's a stalker that's not a stalker dude that's what they're shooting at me alright while searching this big wreck i was unable to find what i was hoping for neither the moon pool or battery charger still determined it was time we made our way to the underwater floating islands a place that truly scared me and where we found some new creatures what i thought not to be deadly whoa i just realized there's like a light bulb or what the fudge are those oh i kind of want to pick one up um i'm gonna do it jelly spinners oh my god hold on all right uh jelly spinner okay we can go 300 meters here not too bad oh oh they are big oh they are really big whoa they're really big oh okay that was just a c-sharp guys that's fine are they too big like you guys are lagging my game don't get hit don't get hit dude there's like a tail to something here that is just freaking me out on drill oh yes please drill drill drill baby ah here had me a little frightened then okay you win i was so shocked that they actually broke through my seamoth in seconds what did we get we oh wait wait we got the pronts drill arm and grappling arm so those aren't bad we did get a few things finally back at home new narnia we started building the battery charger happy to have found the blueprints and charging any batteries that needed it built a modification station on top of that and looking through in hopes of new stuff being present lightweight tank that's fine for now ultra glide pronter depths mk2 sonar oh front seat has sonar i did not know that the next day i thought hard and long if i was going to find this moon pool piece i had to really think to myself if there was any location that had it it was the mushroom forest biome so that was our next destination the the moon pool stuff is actually at the other mushroom biome believe there's two of them it's like somewhere over here wait i'm going to hit the life pod hold on that's okay hit it that's fine oh it's not fine it's really not fine okay oops all right that's fine okay okay okay good thing i still not fine we just hit some somehow i found myself in the blood kelp area instead and honestly i needed that stuff too just gotta go straight down gotta go straight down straight down blood kelp is right here and i need some of that stuff yes let's go oh wait is there gonna be anything dangerous though because this is not uh not you know it is subnautica but it's this new subnautica that's a big warper i'm going to try just taking shiznik oh shiz yeah wait did you disappear from there okay cool and then can we cut this this thing is actually really helpful didn't realize how good it'd be holy smokes finally back on board i made a straight path to where here guys with some luck we found all we needed for the moon pool which meant we could return home there's my base can't see it but it's there okay we're getting off something that took me a lot longer to figure out for the moon pool it didn't need to be connected to anything as long as it was close to a power source which meant building it in front was probably the perfect place for it though when i built it the hull strength wasn't strong enough so it did started breaking quite a bit with a few foundations built and some repairs inside my base things started going back to normal did i did i break my cmos or c glide look how fast i'm moving do you see that why am i moving this fast that is not acceptable i should not be moving this fast maybe it's the battery hold on new battery nope not the battery all right let's put that battery back with everything fixed up now i started on the most important build i would go on to make the transport drone terminal that allowed for us to buy and order stuff to our base and through a drone i think this is supposed to be on some sort of platform thing you know all right we got the transport drone so we just we order and it comes now is that is this how it works seeing as i still had a water problem and wanting to test out our newest build i went into the marketplace and ordered a mini filter and foundation best buy n a oh you're coming fast wait should i move oh it just flies into there that's so cool the order has been shipped to base 004 wait where's my order altera transport drone you're so happy now give him my stuff please oh did he give me it oh it did so how does this work um oh maybe because we have the kit now put it right here i guess yeah why not all right how does how does how do you work oh it does okay my water goes up when i take this okay take water bottle or take water yo i can literally just take water if i need it as go and then when the water bottle fills up i'm sure it'll give me the bottle that's so cool that single by alone had me wanting more stuff because let's be honest who doesn't like stuff on day 25 i started loading up the ore consumer with any valuable ores i could next i started looking into more of the marketplace to see what i could buy waiting for my next order as it came i was ecstatic a whole new world of mods and surprisingly worked well so far order has being shipped has being shipped i don't know about that it's so weird it's not letting me build it now turns out when trying to build the drill some of the mods i had installed were updated which is why they showed these check mark-like recipes once my game was finally updated and mods fixed the drill was built and what a success it was i have to operate what do we got nothing we're looking for gold and silver because that's all i i can right now which i mean it's a small drill that makes sense one thing that did keep my base from losing power was the bioreactors as good as they were there was better with the generator up and running it was time to take a few of the blood oils and use it for a greater source of power worked like a charm too something that came to mind was that light drill the area i had it in could only farm the most basic of minerals and ores so what if i picked up the drill and solar panel made my way to the grand reef and placed it down which is exactly what i did and with another additional solar panel all right three power baby now we uh do we don't do we have a single no okay we need lubricant we finally had the drill full of power and running oh there we go there's the drilling now in the moon pool i was deciding on what to name color and code it charging okay so this does use power and it is docked cool space it's like a cool we're going pink we've got purple with a little bit of brown looks like a little bit of dookie on it but hey it's grapeless okay look at grapeless don't you dare grapeless is beautiful i love it definitely wasn't because i was eating grapes at the time or that they were seedless as well the plan now was simple sleep and see if i could use the drill to farm faster on day 28 i was quickly back at my drill checking out its inventory from the previous night of drilling what do we got what do we got what do we got okay we got some good stuff here i'm going to leave the rest of this for now i quickly scanned the area in search of anything else i didn't have at the time therma you see how big that look uh it's not uh the warper it's a warper hold on i'm gonna go inside oh crap oh crap oh ow oh god don't kill me don't kill me don't kill me scared as scared as i was me and my seamoth were now halfway home parking the seamoth instead of the moonpool as i did some chores around the place jumping back into my seamoth make as much in-game currency we could the next day i had another light drill delivered this time with some materials to build another solar panel and fuel for the drill itself did we get it oh we got it hey come here okay time to wait we have everything right so what do we have f interface dude we've got more now oh my god three diamonds holy crap that was beautiful just before heading home i wanted to touch base with a few life pods that crash landed so life pod 17 is where mushroom cave is okay that's good to know you're stuck i'll help you i even attempted to finish up some more pieces with our soon-to-be cyclops fyi i don't actually build the cyclops this run i know people have been asking me to and people wanted me to i had a lot of problems with some of the mods in this game in this playthrough so just for the sake being i didn't want to bog it down with a cyclops because things would get really weird and messy i will be using it in my next playthrough of subnautica when that comes but for now i'm sorry guys today i decided on heading back to the two drills i had in the grand reef all right let's head towards the thing now okay i will say i i don't know if it's better while i made my way back home with another successful gather i attempted to build a second ore consumer i did have most materials needed but still required lithium and an advanced wiring kit with a few more trips to and from our base to the drills something weird started happening with the last little bit crafted we had the plastil ingots and finally the advanced wiring kit with the next day sell stuff and make more in-game currency so we could start upgrading different things around the base with that said i wanted to see how fast we could sell all i put into the ore consumers okay we made a lot of money apparently do you see that on my screen would you like mr spicy chips no i don't they're a great reward cool stop stop get stop okay i can do that to make you stop for now i think right the first thing i did today was deconstruct the peeper lounge just a little bit because i couldn't handle the amount of talking the bart did looking into my hub i ordered a solar cluster the previous night and finally had a chance to test this puppy out how do you what the fudge are you seriously just just place it on there like like i mean sure oh you know what it is it's 350 but i think it's because of the regenerative like the regenerative rate by this point in my adventures traveling back and forth to my drills became a normal thing and if i was planning to make some more money that is why though with great bliss parked inside the moon pool i felt like i needed more storage okay and then let's let's definitely try this out let's see what do we got here we've got you and you four storage modules oh no it does see it does not work okay well we can scrap that just before checking out i did go on to order a few more generators never know when you'll need them right honestly we'll get three of these test them out see how they work for the other place bye here is where everything went wrong quickly it did start with me receiving the new generators while heading off to the drills again my plan was to give them more juice rather than only solar i could give them the organic too it started with me trying to place things appropriately so each set of solar panels gave power to the respective generators but here's what really happened oh are you oh are you kidding me it literally destroyed everything my generators and i mean i do have two other oh my god all right i'm gonna i'm gonna skip to a place where i have you know it's going i guess at this point almost all that work i did for my drills was gone in seconds but thankfully i still had fuel and a few generators left it's also that time in the video if you made it this far comment cuttlefish down below because they are just the most adorable things ever to exist in subnautica the next day i did some simple maintenance around the base eventually taking all the items from grapeless inventory as i moved over to the ore consumer to sell all the ores i did happen to order another generator and storage component kind of needed the replacement seeing as i accidentally got rid of my others starting grapeless backup i made my way over to those same drills having all the fuel and lubricant i had we started replacing the things i once lost at this stage of my game i was more than thinking and now looking to upgrade those drills they were fine but i wanted i needed more okay and we did receive the last package here we go all right so the quantum oh man that's quantum portal all right how do you shows all available teleporters after space shows all available teleporters that have been set with day 38 here i had more stuff selling letting the money accumulate back outside of my base i had a little encounter needed to show some sea creatures who was boss come here find me fight me like a man them back selling all i had with the wait finally over i had that big son of a gun in my pocket now taking it over to the other light drills we had built to test out this new toy all right lubricant is needed oh wait hold on what refill lubrica oh that's lubricant okay it doesn't have any power so maybe this is only a daytime thing now please be gentle with me here because something that completely slipped my mind was that the deep drill said solar and thermal but thermal in my mind just didn't click what took an embarrassingly long time i finally figured it out after all that work trying to get the drill going i felt i felt dumb so it should be working now right there's a heat source and it takes thermal which is that it has all the fuel a new day upon me and i needed to freshen up while looking at my hub i ordered a few new things and one of those things being a toilet i did it just for you guys can i make grunting sounds in the game no okay i make my own oh it's so finished up with that number two of mine i also tried setting up the hydroponic harvester and the auto crafter both of which i didn't get work taking another trip back to my drills we had another started selling most stores we picked up making sure the advanced stuff went in first on to my next plan it was time we finally built ourselves a prawn suit something i should have done long ago for the prawn suit we're gonna need um i think we can do it all right baby come here prawn suit oh yes with the prawn suit finally built that wasn't enough just yet i did need some upgrades for it another thing i had planned with the prawns it was renaming it to a viewer who asked if i was to ever build one again so cameron hughes wanted me to do so and now we're going to mess around with some colors we're going to do actually you know what i like that red whoa nice hot rod red all right all right so look at this prawn suit oh that looks hot and the inside's actually not bad it just looks like vomit here i was moving my light drills to the solar panels and everything about while taking all the looted minerals back to base i wanted the heavy drills to be my prominent source of farming so with that in mind i ordered another drill and got to work the next thing i wanted to do was search the island see if i could find magnetite so i took some of those drills and generators previous to the other takedown as i started my search while everything was built the sun started to shine and i heard a few roars deep below last thing i wanted to do was check to see if the caves itself had any magnetites sitting around all right i'm gonna let those go for a second i'm gonna this is so dumb i'm gonna go look at the leviathan i wanna see how big it is oh it is big like how big are we talking guys this is huge i have not seen a reaper leviathan ever in my life this big another thing i didn't realize and that i found so wonderfully amazing was how deep the island actually went oh it didn't mean oh who pushed me somebody pushed me i swear to god somebody pushed me god damn it feet now picking up my new drill it was time time for us to traverse the lands towards that deep drill we had planted by now with all the money we'd gathered it was time to order that second portal as well picking up the portal from our hub it was testing phase season something i should mention is that i actually got some help from admins in their server about some of these mods i was trying to place one of the portals down just on free land alone but apparently you actually had to place it on a platform before using it you just placed it freely the game crashes taking grapeless out for another ride towards the deep drills in this next part i tried placing the portal down and looking for the other side apparently you have to set both to global and make sure they're connected vice versa taking what could fit into our storage it was time we headed back to base selling the ores and minerals we collected and then seeing if the portal actually connected properly okay so here if i set it it works oh did i just break my game a few days had passed that and i totally didn't forget to hit record again i i swear but i had a platform built with the portal on it after a few hours trying to figure out why my game was crashing it needed to be built on something structurally intact and so that was next we set up a few solar panels close by in hopes of giving the portal some power that it demanded grabbed some more goodies and made my way back to base selling what i could as we loaded up the ore consumers and then checked out the marketplace with the collection of materials for my next plan and the generators delivered it was time to build that small temp base for the portal oh see i couldn't even place it on if i wanted to okay so we'll build it right here this is a good spot because we still have that to help with the uh hull strength oh dude the solar panels i forgot that they're like we have the power there already because of those all right i think we can just place this bad boy here now are we good go here wait wait actually let's save it first just in case it breaks again all right it is saved and i think it's working something that also took me by surprise was one of the generators was actually hooked up to the drill outside so moving some stuff around it seemed like the base had its power back picking up a few fishes because yes they were considered an organic power source we finally reached the required power for our teleporter oh yes we're here okay so it actually uses all that power but good thing this base is great with power oh crap my other base is not though buying another solar cluster just before heading to bed swimming outside i went back to the island with nothing really worth taking it left me thinking about moving my scanner maybe building it at the island to search for magnetite as well at this point i just started selling more minerals for that bonus money with some new solar clusters ordered from our pda you are not going to believe what i found it was the single area the culprit to why i was lagging whenever i came close to this kelp area what the heck what are you guys doing why is there like 50 of them holy crap that's why you're making me lag because you guys like to hoard more than i do with those same solar panels i went back to the drill site setting up some more for consistent power source that same day i started moving all the pieces with the scanner room and more to building a nice floating area just outside the mountains like i said before i needed magnetite and thought this could be the solution and with some hours spent on this task of mine i found zip seeing that the scanner room was useless i started to deconstruct it having everything on my person while continuing back to base if i couldn't find it there then the next best place was going to get nickel ore located deep under the grand reef the last river this place is loaded with power very good okay i have to try getting as far as i can down without dying whoa what the fudge dude you see these spider things okay okay okay this is the right area that's the creepy oh god there was something else there don't know where to exactly put this but we're putting it like right in here there we go oh thank you oh thank god i can put it somewhere there we go okay no magnetite i made my way back to the top climbing and swimming ever so carefully out of the grand reef trenches picked up a few things before heading home and then got to work taking some of the biofuel and placing them into my reactors i was testing out how well they powered things up and if it lasted longer than normal at this point in time i was very excited because i had crafted both the jump jet and grappling arm for the front suit in which they were both my absolute favorite i do go to search for more titanium and what better place to search than those kelps that legged me out of existence last time also with each return you are going to see how bad it actually gets and how much fun i actually had wait hold on yo this is look at this this is where oh my god why are they dropping all the pieces here you see this are you seeing this right now look at this why while selling off a few more things i thought about the lost river if i couldn't find magnetite there then a place i knew for sure was just by the ghost leviathan that was the last area that had it last time i played subnautica so with that in mind i picked up my soon to be last heavy drill the materials necessary for what was next and made my way to the lost river base it up right here all right let's go inside real quick emergency power only oxygen production offline before we put the power in though i want to see if i can build that skating room over here because that was like the main purpose right having the jet pack is so good with the the actual so we're doing this one to stop farming oh my god what is this why i'm lagging why what did you what possible reason is there for them to literally i'm not even kidding like every time i come this way into the kelp forest the drone wouldn't work i tried all the solutions the discord server offered restarted my game countless times and even deconstructed to rebuild the thing again after spending way too much time trying to debunk this problem i found nothing so with that said i did something terrifyingly and superbly dumb i built the sonar upgrade for my prawn suit figuring out what key was to activate it and went on ready to go i jumped back outside making my way up to the top where the drill site was before starting on my next idea i went around the base and upgraded some more of my hull strength gathering up some titanium i started building a few multi-purpose rooms on top of one another with all the materials gathered it was time for those alien containments to be built one after the next oh my god it's so cute look at the little eyes it's like little bug eyes look at that it's so it's so damn adorable oh my god it reminds me of like up or some sort of like just some sort of pixar maybe a disney movie or two i don't know man this is and i can go all the way up this thing oh my god yo this is sick i tried sleeping off the next day or two without realizing that the egg actually needed total time of 20 minutes not just me trying to skip time so while looking through more of my habitat tool something i never touched upon were the two new fabricators creature eggs peaceful creatures i can built once done i picked up all the eggs going back into the aquarium and seeing the hatched cuttlefish look at it look at the little cuddle fish oh you're so cute play with fish oh my god command to
