[Music] so congrats on making everybody cry oh thanks man this spell brings him back right back way back to life that's not possible it is with this I'm gonna meet dad I mean genuinely it sounds bad but truly like in the cinema at the end it's so real it's an odd one getting thanked for making people cry but it's been happening quite a lot recently I bet it has yeah the audience reaction must be a bit yeah cheers Cheers amazing when Chris and I were doing press in LA and we're getting a lot of like grown men come in and be like yeah man I cried in 1992 and then I cried last night so thanks for that I appreciate it and we're like you're welcome I guess yeah thank you do they let you Pixar take Tesla into the recording booth do you know what they probably would because Tesla is the most quiet dog of all time she barks at one thing and one thing only which is when she wants to be let back into the house right after doing a we in the garden she doesn't poo in the garden oh just two cells just in my room great in my bed is about her favorite place to put it lovely I don't really know if we trained her to not poo in the garden but she'll only poo this is a really crazy thing to be talking around the radio she'll only poo in the park or in the pixel recording booth or in the Pixar recording booth I realized halfway through this movie I want to take my jack off to prove this point okay but unfortunately I am Ian I love that if you realize that so I realized off with her look at this neurotic guy did you choose that shirt today for this interview yep and I thought myself big nose pointy ears insecurity nightmare there is a moment in this movie where magic allows your character to pretend to be somebody else mm-hmm and of course it's been viral but the Back to the Future deep fake thing oh yes immediately sprang to mind how fast would you run away from your agent if she said they're doing a remake and they want new for Marty I'd be lying if I said there hadn't been conversations in the past about doing some sort of remake but that film is the most perfect film or one of the most perfect films one that could never be made better that said you and Robert though if Downey and I could just shoot that one scene that they remade for fun he could pay for it because he's got loads of money I would do it for my fee and we could we could remake that scene I think we owe it to deep fake because they did such a good job wait a minute are you trying to tell me that my mother has got the hots for me precisely but at first I was really like almost offended I always thought I was like I need to call my lawyer like right now and sue someone this is great me gonna get paid today I don't care but I didn't because I thought it was a great video and and but yeah I think what I'm gonna speak to Robert and see if we can try and recreate something for deep thing I don't wanna sound like that guy but I was talking to Robert the other day oh really yeah I know right and he told me that he facetimed you and you were in a pub doing as he called it a trivia night up quiz last night [ __ ] time don't I was like are you two pub is it is it trivia night facetimed you and what happens your mates go what's that turn your phone off yeah a bit Downey jr. because you're not allowed phones at the pub quiz are you but when Robert Downey jr. calls what are you supposed to do thank god this place has Wi-Fi and you would be toast right now you can't sleep it I always hang up on him do you yeah person maybe I should start doing that maybe I should start doing that that's awesome yeah no he he seems to only have a face Tommy when I'm at the pub he must think I have some sort of problem but literally it's like without fail I do go to the pub quite a lot sure you know English lad and all that but but yeah it literally seems like every time he facetimes me I'm at the pub so wanna ask you will you join my pub quiz team because my old lady - he's already on board you need to join my pop quiz team pub quiz bring it on it is why aren't we there right now let's go do you actually have a team I have my own team Margot has kind of suggested that she might be willing in a polite way to come okay see at the pub but you could actually come you live in Britain I would totally come to your pub quiz you could come to our pub quiz - tomorrow morning is the Harry Potter pub quiz at my local and I would smash that quiz dude I would I would dishonestly drink him I would destroy it I think I might know more about Harry Potter than JK Rowling I am like obsessed with Harry Potter growing up as a kid it was my favorite thing ever I think your Gryffindor absolutely did you know what's weird I was talking snow on the other day and we were talking about what house you would be in I shall place the Sorting Hat on your head and you will be sorted into your houses I took a quiz online right there right and I was Gryffindor thank God yeah I had the tension on Pottermore I was so stressed if I didn't get Hufflepuff I was I'm gonna stop talking down do you do what would you rather be in Hufflepuff that's what people always told me and then I got it and I was like right the website works there you go good good to know I just want to remind you guys to real your life is you've done amongst other things you've done an escape room at Will Smith made a talking dog with glasses Robert Downey jr. [Music] you've been in the highest-grossing film of all time hey Peter Berger you get free stuff I bet and you're spider-man and you're in a Pixar movie yeah at what point when you're telling your friends in your family to people just go uh-huh yeah cool cool Tom my brothers are a little bit like that I always like to say that they were I want to be more like them than they want to be like me which is quite nice because it sort of brings you back down to earth and they go away to Hollywood all the time and you know have all these amazing dinners and go to amazing events then I come home and my brothers take that it's give you anything out of me yeah it's important I've sort of set goals and have milestones and for me I mean I said in an interview before like playing spider-man was something I always wanted to do and I'm lucky enough to be doing that was another one of those goals was to be in a Pixar movie I've grown up with these movies I've been in love with them since I was a little kid it's hard to fault Pixar I mean they haven't really missed ever yeah so when they called there's only one real answer it was yes but how loud should you say it yeah yeah I was like let me just call you back real quick while I freak out okay goodbye now but then also the other day at the LA premiere I was talking to Bob Iger and I was saying to him like I had to like pinch myself I'm here again with Disney thank you again for changing my life I might a Pixar premiere and I'm in it like I can't quite believe it's my name up there I know it's awesome so I'm really chuffed and tonight there's a premiere here in London and the film is all about family and most importantly Brotherhood and all of my brothers had coming to the premiere so I'm very excited to get to share it with them and my family and of course all the fans around the world you're gonna see your brothers cry that'll be pretty good now I don't think sido vixa my mum will cry and Rachel my makeup artist will cry she said today so this movie is about quests and adventure as well as about Brotherhood and yet suddenly in friendship could be true ancient puzzles there were moments where if you put in a couple of like yellow ledges and some chest high walls you could be in a kind of fantasy themed uncharted oh yeah oh yeah right like that yeah everyone's asking you what's the deal what's the deal what's the deal there's there's something in the water what with uncharted yeah I don't when we gonna see it man we start shooting in four weeks in Norway yeah cause I read the news draft literally last night or this morning I read the draft this morning at like 2 o'clock in the morning picks up premier read the Uncharted script yeah go to Germany with grandad yes yeah it's the scripts really good man the script is really really good it's really strong it's really really funny the dynamic between Sully and Drake is amazing and Mark Wahlberg is gonna crush it as Sully and it's a really really fun fun film can't wait to see him in the - Oh will he wear a - I don't know whether he'll wear a - he's really strong stone this one that's for sure interesting I'm leaving with this there is something on your Instagram where you're dressed as the average joe's team oh yes can you talk to me about it because it filled me with the light yeah that was um that was my brother Harry's idea Jim [Music] and we were shooting cherry a film I did with the Russo brothers last year in Cleveland and we found this bar that we really loved and we booked out this sort of room there so it was private and we could all have a really good time and it was Halloween and we're gonna have a sort of party that Joe and Anthony were throwing for the crew and Harry decided that we should all dress up it was like a week after Halloween but we worked on Halloween I guess so we didn't get to dress up so Harry decided that we should go as the average joe's so we all dressed up and then the camera department went as the purple Cobras so there's actually more photos as the world hasn't seen yet but I'm in a state where they might not want to be released but so but yeah so there was the the average Joes and the purple Cobras in one bar I quote that film and there was even dodgeballs we were playing dodgeball in the bar that was so fun that's like the best thing ever I quit I film all the time yeah it's one of my favorite films it's a bold strategy cotton let's see how it pays off for them yeah big part my life I love it yes no I'm being told that average joe's does not have enough players and will be forfeiting the championship match so bold strategy caught and let's see if it pays off for and one day hopefully Chuck Norris will do this their fate hangs on the thumb of our final judge [Music] Thank You Chuck Norris great new Chuck Norris thank you Peter thank you Tim thank you so much that was really fun nailed it knew you were Gryffindor yes thanks for watching if you enjoyed this video don't forget to subscribe and click the bell icon to keep up to date you can listen to my radio on movies and TV podcasts screentime on BBC sounds and you can find these interviews in full on BBC iPlayer by searching movies with Ally plum
