you want us to be reminded of your faithfulness we just want to lift up everything to you we remove every doubt and and clear our minds lord god so that we can receive your teaching today in jesus bible to malachi chapter 1 verse 1 the very first uh chapter verse of the last book and it says here we start the oracle or the burden or the word of god okay the oracle of the word of the lord this is just first part of the verse and it says here the oracle of the word of the lord meaning to say the lord always initiates they're having problem and god initiates he started the ball rolling he started the communication let's have a talk have anybody hear me just sweeping under the rug and the lord initiates and then this is by malachi you know what malachi means it means my messenger okay and we can see here that our god is not a mute god he hears i i like what jake said a while ago he listens he answers and this is a god who talks in this our god is a big god he has a universe in the palm of his hands so he talks you hear this message and and what do you think your message but then they have the temple they are free to worship and look at what they're doing they had grown skeptical of god's love not only that they are careless in worship they are indifferent to the truth not only that they this their disobedience to the covenant they are faithless in their marriages like the divorce a nation that has reached a low spiritual condition and the priests were responsible for not giving proper spiritual direction and guidance now look up at the screen what do you do but it doesn't matter it's wisdom to god the fear of the lord is the beginning of wisdom that's what is important for us understand that we're that we're chosen god even chose us before the foundation offer whatever you're trying to do pious works in order to go to heaven i have bad news for you because again good people don't go to heaven only forgiven people who ask for god's forgiveness will go indifference you don't just want to be with them but you see god the bible says while we were still mocking his face while you were still having sex with your girlfriend while you were still so prideful when you are still so full of envy when you are still so mayabang because when you're still so full of hated and bitterness jesus christ chose to die for you how can you not love this god now when we were still sinners the bible says he offered his life on that cross two thousand years ago i don't know further than that because if someone is willing to die for me man i'll be assured how much more you're going to give your life to me and i guess that's the god we serve he gave his one and only son to die for you so that when you're tempted to sin because of that sin a god-going christ needs to be crucified because the bible is clear in secret courage as he said this is the last verse his love compels us his love so his love christ's love compels us and that's just my prayer for all of us here today that we have a greater revelation of his love thereby we need a time of question we're just going to look at the past how have you been faithful and in the future man i know you're cooking something for me god kayaking to some myths of suffering i'm going to stick to you because i know you love me because he will begin a good work in me i know you're gonna complete it let's bow down our heads father we thank you we're just desiring revelation from you lord we know that it's hard to see your love in the midst of our present current circumstances but lord we're so thankful that you don't just prepare the future you hold the future you cannot commit we're so assured whatever we're going through right now it's born out of love just like any loving parent [Music] discipline at times because you love us and you said in your word who will discipline you that's why some of us here today are experiencing disciplining lord because you love us some of us are experiencing great time because you love us some of us are feeling low time because you love us either way you just love us that's my lord today we desire a greater revelation of who you are that you're a father not just a god from afar but a father who loves us so much to the point that you're willing to send your son to die for us but times that we're doubting you because of our presence it comes and says it's not equating to our future expectation thank you lord god bless each and every one of us this morning in jesus name amen amen amen come on let's give him praise
