okay i went to the shop and i bought something called a tens machine primarily these are used to help muscle pains after extensive exercise however if you attach it to your stomach and put it on the highest setting it recreates the feeling of a contraction a contraction is something a woman experiences when they're going through labor aka giving birth so the whole premise of this video is that if
