I doubled Luigi's speed every level in Super Mario 3D World [Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury]

actually want to retry this i want to redry this because i have a great idea here okay and hold on this is where the green star is right yeah how do we get this green star now oh my goodness no no if you oh goodbye level oh hello what's this beyond the level today we push the limits of super mario 3d world modding by playing super mario 3d world except luigi is moving at double speed and with every level that we complete we will again double luigi's speed again so by the end of this world luigi should be moving pretty quickly and he's already a bit difficult to control my goodness whoa don't want to run off by accident okay let's see if he could do it here oh my goodness the long jump was so slow yeah should be able to get the rabbit no problem when you're going this quickly [Music] stamp might be a bit difficult to control but we are fine we are fine and we got it okay cool and [Music] nice we got another green star i'll have to go up there with my zero gravity mod later i want to check what's up there oh and this is already the end of the level [Music] well let's just get to the top of the flag and there we go okay one level has been completed let's make luigi even faster now okay let's head to world 3-2 chain-link charge oh my goodness we are four times as fast as normal i think i might be dying here a lot yes an auto scroller when you are four times as fast as normal this is a great idea [Music] whoa okay okay okay okay okay just slow and steady luigi [Music] scared to go up there i wonder what's in this box oh nice coins okay let's just be very careful just jump here that's fine okay a mushroom instead of a cat suit that's also fine you know what this honestly might be easier without the cat suit because now i can just wall jump okay i know that one just has a coin so i don't need that one want to be careful up here whoops okay nice [Music] what there's a block up there oh my goodness it's like we're playing a kaizo mod right now with invisible blocks gotta move very slightly and carefully because otherwise you just go so fast moving with the cat suit like this is actually kind of manageable i think i spoke too soon and this is only the second level this is only the second level in this world that this is already this difficult no no no just where am i okay i don't like the cat suit when you are this fast i think i've decided that i do not in fact like the catsuit okay doing pretty good at avoiding those where am i okay good i'm not dead okay this obstacle is a pretty difficult one i had my chance i should have gone there [Music] and i got the green star i'm incredible we are killing it [Music] am i dead of course i'm dead duh if you run off to the side like that that just means that you are dead okay oh cool look at that it is saying hey look you might need some help in completing this level but in this case i don't actually think that leaf will be of much help because if the leaf slowed you down that's my to be helpful but that would defeat the whole purpose of the challenge of playing with a faster character [Music] okay nice nice save nice save very nice save luigi let me here again okay okay okay okay okay okay now there's a great star there right [Music] oh man this is probably one of the hardest jumps to make [Music] okay how am i alive i'm like right on that edge [Music] okay there we go i'm here again [Music] can i get that green star and come back i should try getting the green star and coming back because i feel like it's not fair if you just get it and then you die [Music] can i long jump to it oh i didn't even get to try log jumping to it i just tried to move back this suit is looking very tempting right now even though i don't think it'll do anything to help but not today luigi no running off today please luigi please you've ran off enough luigi um what was i standing on i didn't expect that to happen i haven't even made it to the checkpoint yet how long have i been playing this this is the second level and my idea was to double luigi's speed for every level how am i going to finish this world it's not what i normally do i was scared that i would die there even you know what i'll try with the cat pill i haven't tried much with the cat bell but maybe this could be an idea yeah that's actually a pretty good idea if i jump onto here this is like a safe way of getting across [Music] ah okay okay okay this is fine it's so much easier to crawl across like this my goodness [Music] i want to get that green star luigi [Music] i'm definitely getting a cat suit i think the cat suit is a pretty good idea after all cat suits really good for stuff like that i could just go across like that and i like that i like being able to climb across like that [Music] oh no oh oh i almost made it to the checkpoint would you look at that the way that the camera followed me there you know what i might even try that let's try to cheese the level okay i'm gonna jump across to there oh my god it worked oh i don't want to speak too soon yes yes okay we did it i made it to the checkpoint okay i don't i'm not even upset that i died there we made it to the checkpoint that's not how you're supposed to do it but we made it we made it to the checkpoint okay and this box is still here i'm running out of lives i'm actually almost out of lives i've got to be very very careful oh my goodness okay yeah good luck making this jump nice luigi this is so difficult to control i'm just gonna go for a jump oh we actually made it across but you just run off because you're so fast and luigi has this buttery movement luigi is the worst character for this i think hurray i have one life left thank goodness you still have thank goodness you still have lives [Music] uh oh yes this looks promising very very promising [Music] and what am i supposed to get a green star up there yeah good luck good luck there we go game over so i have to make it back to the checkpoint speedrunners in this game used to use cat momentum to go quickly right now i am using it to try to go slowly i'm just gonna go for the checkpoint i don't care about the green stars right now i just want to just want to finish this level i don't want the entire video to be this level okay and jump to the flagpole [Music] yes oh thank goodness thank goodness okay we are halfway through i don't i don't care about that other green star right now i maybe i'll go back for it sometime but right now i just want to finish this level okay i'm getting pretty good i think at controlling this you've got to do the slightest movements ever you have to do the slightest movements imaginable okay there's no way i'm getting that green star there's just no way do i go for it i'll go for it oh it's gone it's gone it's gone it's gone okay okay that's fine i'm i maybe could have still gotten it but no i'm not going for it we have come this far [Music] how could i have jumped on two of those in a row was that my last life tell me that was my last life thank you my goodness two game overs on this level already and let's go for this that i think that's the way to go okay i'm dying a lot so i got some more lives i'm alive not for long whatever i say i'm alive i always die right after that okay these light movements are so good is what i was about to say there we go now let's just go across at a good moment like that and that's perfect this is exactly where i want to be [Music] okay this is going fine this is actually going very very fine oh oh please tell me we are near the end please tell me we are near the end please please please please tell me we are near the end i don't care i just want the fly i'm not should i go for the top of the flag if i jump i might jump past it no but there we go we've got it we've got it we've got it oh my goodness oh what a difficult level okay and now that means we have to make luigi twice as fast as this for the next level oh my goodness okay so here we go max dash speed was 60. let's put it up to 120 and normal max speed was 48 so let's put that up to 96. okay world 3-3 shifty boob mansion i am just scared to enter this level what are we going to see with luigi what are we going to see with luigi eight times as fast as normal here my goodness okay doing pretty well so far [Music] just head on across this way oh look a door already wow we made it to the first door without any problems now where are we meant to go all right the checkpoint already this level's so much easier than the last one so far man we're doing great look at this i'm gonna go up there oh do i want to yes i do okay let's just head right into this door we're doing incredible we're going to beat this level no problem let's just head on in here there we go look how fast luigi is going now i don't remember if i'm supposed to go left or right yeah i think over there is just time let's continue on this way just being careful to not fall go away okay moving very very carefully when we're near edges like that all right let's run by these okay took some damage that's fine that's fine though uh flagpole was fake at least we didn't fall off that's what's important be very very careful now look at that this level was no problem i think that was the first attempt i don't think i even died in this level that is awesome all right okay let's make luigi even faster for the next level that second level was pretty rough so dash max speed let's put that up to 240 and normal max speed will go up to 192. okay world 3-4 pretty plaza panic i thought it said picnic for a second i guess that gives it a bit of a different meaning oh 100 seconds well look how fast we are this should be no problem at all in fact hold on hold on okay okay i actually want to retry this i want to re-try this because i have a great idea here oh no i didn't make it okay okay this level we could really jesus level when you're this fast ah i didn't get it okay luigi's going to fly by a bit here i kind of want the cat power up too two seconds 100 seconds given only needs two seconds to beat the level this is easy [Music] oh i thought maybe we'd get a 99 there but oh man it's pretty close okay so this will now become 480 and this one will become 384 my goodness this is becoming difficult to control pipeline lagoon world 3-5 let's see how difficult this one is [Laughter] [Music] okay dead already okay gotta be a bit careful with these jumps oh my goodness all right okay we are in all right let's just continue on this way swimming speed is normal that just seems wrong oh i keep saying that i want to check out that ship in the background by doing like position hacking or something i'll have to do that sometime i wonder if you can go back there or if there are death barriers there or something okay halfway through the level not bad whoa luigi sure is fast [Music] oh nothing up here this is fine hooray we made it to the end of the level but i have a feeling that getting the flag is going to be one of the most difficult parts i'm just tapping the joystick here okay there's a fence there so we should be safe [Music] how high should i go for it i wanted to do a spin jump into it but i don't think that that will be a good idea okay just come on over here luigi there we go that's fine that's fine that's fine i'm okay with this i'm okay with this okay so that level was kind of like a little intermission so let's make this even faster okay so max dash speed is now 960. we're getting close to a maximum speed of a thousand okay and our normal max speed will go up to 768. my goodness that is going to be fast oh man mount must dash so this is going to be like a kind of racing style level so let's see what this is like when we are this fast i love that you are so fast like this is how fast you are normally right now but if you step onto those things that normally speed you up they're meant to give you a certain speed they have their own max speed value so going on to these actually slows you down whoa goodbye level oh look it's luigi where's he going oh you actually died there if we could jump straight to the flag that might be a good idea a ground pounded i almost made it to the checkpoint flag by ground pounding that's actually going to be really hard let's try to do this level somewhat normally okay those enemies hurt me that's fine okay okay we made it to the first warp box man we are killing it okay let's just slide down not a problem and this should be the halfway checkpoint right we are halfway done the level look at this [Music] just get that one no no no that's too bad and i don't have to hold the controller when luigi's moving at this speed which is pretty cool i'm not holding the joystick right now i'm just jumping when i have to and that's pretty cool that's actually really cool uh do i want to go into that or no yeah that's fine who cares about that green star let's just finish this level [Music] this is amazing it's so much easier to control when luigi goes on to those platforms that are meant to speed him up and we got the 10 thousand point pole grab man let's see if going for any of the green stars will be possible oh oh yes one green star very nice and that should be the checkpoint right checkpoint nice [Music] okay i wanted to turn back and go into the box but you go so quickly we still keep our first green star if we can finish the level [Music] nice right into the box catching that rabbit was super easy [Music] now let's just jump around okay nice two green stars we're killing it oh goodbye level where's luigi there he is well i didn't actually see him but we died oh cool there's the stamp i kind of forgot about the stamp [Music] oh and you want to get up there oh because that's where the green star is getting that green star is going to be seriously tough i think okay and hold on this is where the green star is right yeah how do we get this green star now oh my goodness no no if you oh goodbye level oh hello what's this beyond the level i wonder if we're going to die or not let's see sure hope luigi reaches a death barrier soon nope we might be stuck here i'll ground pound hopefully we come back down [Music] can't do try again or exit course because luigi's in the air you can't do that while your character's in the air this means i have to wait for the timer to run out because if i stop my game then i don't keep the green stars and the stamp that i got before so i actually have to wait for the timer to run out no okay so the time did in fact run out so we got another shot at this green star hopefully we don't run into the same issue as before just careful luigi oh okay no no no no no okay good good good i'm like if i fly off the level like that i want to be careful to die i don't want to accidentally skip past the death barrier like if i do a jump dive here let's see no there's no way that's making it [Music] there's no way that jump dive is making it so i have to fly by with luigi at his basically hyper speed and then do a ground pound at the right moment all right here we go or yes yes yes yes that worked so well oh man that wasn't even hyper speed that was just kind of fast let's go into this box hooray wow that's amazing and there we go man we got everything in this level i like this level a lot oh man but now we have to make luigi even faster oh my goodness okay so from 960 we are going up to 1920 max dash speed 768 we are going up to 15 36. that is fast okay we are going to world 3-7 now knife oh my goodness no it's this level oh goodness no no no no no i know what this level is i am going to be running off the screen a lot the video might be ending here or you know what actually [Music] okay all right okay this is going pretty good i think it's the halfway checkpoint flag around here somewhere yeah it's right there let's just get to it nice oh this is going so much better than i thought it would [Music] uh but now can i finish the level that's the real question where's the end of the level probably over there let's try that oh well that didn't work [Music] nope that didn't work either where's the flag nope that's not where you want to go okay let's just do some wall jumps here shouldn't be a problem and we want to get ah we want to get high enough to be able to make it up there this is a slightly unique way of playing this level am i in i'm in yes we made it no after all that okay and i think that's as high as you can go so i'm being pushed down so let's try going here [Music] where's the waterfall that i want to go into i thought it was this one i guess it's a different waterfall that i want to go into i gotta be careful to not drop down to the death barrier [Music] gotta be very careful being very very careful whoa level no the level's gone oh okay at least we died at least it's not a wait out for the timer to run out this is like a minimum joystick use challenge i'll try to do the level this way this honestly might be the way to do it just doing jump dives like this oh maybe not [Music] no i just wanted to do a slight tap to adjust my position and you just fly off the map like that i think trying to get to the end of the level immediately might be the best idea for now i hope these bees don't kill me [Music] okay let's see what happens here that's happened twice getting there is actually super hard okay this might be my best shot yet silly bees [Music] please thank you oh goodness [Music] oh goodness oh no i'm small luigi that's the worst part of all of this oh okay okay this is fine oh my goodness i have a chance oh no i wanted to go to the left but i didn't want to run off i wish i could continue from there it's so hard to get there [Music] this might sound foolish when that happened i was kind of hoping that it would just bring me to the flag oh that works that works i i should use that setup that is a good setup [Music] hey these again [Music] no no no no no i don't want to have to get back to the checkpoint again it looks like i might have to oh there's luigi ground pounding [Music] it's luigi ground pounding [Music] this music in the background is so funny i wonder where luigi could be now oh oh there he is hello again luigi let's go over here let's go up here and this is just slight movements of the joystick it's making luigi fly away like this yeah so we are somewhere way past the death barrier and way past the level we can't move the camera at all sometimes i wonder if luigi will come back or not when he goes like that i go maybe i've lost luigi forever like now but then he does come back and i'm glad when he does come back just jumping straight to the flag that's it i've had it with this level this is this is enough no please don't tell me i'm stuck back here again i'm sorry i take it back i'm sorry level i'm sorry please please level no i don't want to have to wait another 400 seconds of watching luigi just fall like this just so i can try to beat a level this is such a ridiculous challenge please luigi please just go back in bounds so you could die luigi please i'm sorry luigi i'm sorry luigi no because you can't exit while he's falling like this and he's past the death barrier so he's not going to reach it uh and if i if i turn off the game and i restart then i start from the beginning of the level not even the checkpoint you know what let's do that okay i reset the game because i didn't want to have to wait another 400 seconds for the time to run out because luigi missed the death barrier let's see if i got really lucky getting to the checkpoint what if i just go straight for the end of the level from here that might be an idea just skip the checkpoint for oh i'm losing my lives a bit quickly i'm playing a game called jump and hope that you land somewhere useful okay green star is the flag down here is the flag down here the flag is right there oh my god no no no no no no no you are kidding you are absolutely kidding me you are absolutely kidding me there's no way there's no way the flag is right there oh my goodness oh my goodness oh my goodness i am so scared i am so scared this oh my goodness no because it's even though have taken little steps like that if i tried to just walk there would have been like this or something and man the angles are just so tough oh that was so close to being so lucky no okay good good i do not want to be in that soft locked state again i'm not gonna go for the checkpoint even i'm just gonna try to go for the yes yes yes this can work this can work oh my god no way no way no way oh my goodness i was actually going to give up on this level but not only did we get the flag we flew right into the ten thousand point poll grab oh my goodness what luck oh my goodness i can't believe that
