I bought the ENTIRE DLC for one shiny Pokemon

shiny legendary pokemon in brilliant diamond more alpha shinies than i could ever want in legends arceus but there was still one challenge i hadn't taken on yet until today with only one goal one shining pokemon in mind i bought the sword and shield dlc in 2022. i traveled throughout the islands saw all the um interesting characters and took on the dynamaxx adventures myself was it worth it well you tell me oh my god [Music] all right it's march 2022 and i have just now bought the sword and shield dlc i don't know why i waited this long to buy it considering that i have pretty much only heard good things about the dlc and i've heard good and bad things about the original game speaking of the original game i have played a few hours i would say i've played a little bit of sword and shield my team is decent like done a little bit of shiny hunting a little bit of leveling um they may or may not be like all competitively viable and bgc ready you know you know it is just super casual stuff you know okay i've played a lot yes i haven't played in like two years got me some slack the point is today i need to figure out how to find a very specific pokemon that i want to oh what the i forgot that they just popped up like this looks so dumb compared to legends arceus now how they just i forgot everyone just pops up right in front of you what's that is that a shiny how does this work that's not shiny i don't remember how to play this game sorry guys that was the old me i was really confused i was young that was me 30 minutes ago i figured it out i'm gonna get a fresh cut and we have one mission today i need to figure out how to get to the dynomax adventures i have seen a little bit of stuff about it i haven't looked up a ton of stuff but all i know is that you can get almost every legendary pokemon and they can be shiny and the shiny odds are insane i'm thinking like one in 100 i'm pretty sure it is with the shiny charm which is nuts i i think unless it takes a really long time but that's what i want to do and there's one pokemon that i want and i will hopefully run into it later in this video oh yeah we are looking fresh for 2022. this is a new me all right repent my lead card sure okay where do i go what is going on with this guy here is that no this is the shield exclusive guy isn't it for the dlc oh no i don't want this dude what is wrong with this hat doug dimidom head looking avery man you got a lot going on but i think i like it no i don't all right so apparently i didn't have to do anything in the isle of armor for the dynomax adventures i had to come to the crown tundra so me and avery we uh we left off on a bad note unfortunately but now i believe i'm in the correct place oh yeah this is i recognize this so i just need to go through whatever with the dlc here and then i can battle legendary pokemon or i need to figure out how this works wait i was flexing all my pokemon earlier and i can't even use them i have to use rentals i guess that's kind of interesting okay uh i guess i'll take center scorch so i guess for anyone who knows what this is you can just make fun of me and then if you don't know what this is you can experience this a little bit with me uh so it looks like it's a a maze oh it's like a a raid of just different dynamics pokemon i guess okay okay it's gonna be easy i just lost it i just lost the raid no okay well the first one didn't go so well uh i found a groudon which i don't know if that's rare or not but he was like one hp and then i died and threw for my team unfortunately so i'm sorry team you don't get a groudon today uh i hope that wasn't shiny thankfully groudon is not the pokemon we are searching for yo nia is your mouth okay what what's going on nevermind all right i need to figure out how to find specific legendaries and just keep repeating it over and over and over for a shiny that's my main goal is wait is this guy dead what oh okay so it noted that i found groudon in my last raid so i can save him and run either the groudon raid or i can find another raid with a random legendary that's cool jesus oh oh almost okay so taboufini is probably my second most wanted shiny out of this entire den for all the legendaries you can get her shiny is insanely cool and i want to use her on one of my teams but she's not my number one my number one is her sister okay we actually caught one so this is tapufini i would love to finish shiny but that's not what we're here for so i i'm assuming we can check to see if it's shiny now okay let's see really tough glaily lilligant capothini okay cool not shiny but we don't take her now because we cannot hunt for her again if we take her so if we ever if you want to shiny hunt any legendary you cannot take it from the dynamics adventure because then you can't hunt it again so you have to just leave it [Music] berries can heal that's good very we should be fine i think and yeah you have to actually catch them for them to be shiny you can't just see them shiny in the dim okay okay okay this is this is who i want this is who we need to hunt yes she's so cool okay i've never had a tabula i never got her in sun and moon so this is being able to get her in sword and shield is is awesome so i if you guys have not seen her shiny form it is amazing it's so nice it's black with pink accent oh yeah okay we're gonna start grinding this let's kill her let's finish this off all right i threw a premiere ball which is what i think i want to catch the shiny top lily in and yeah this is uh this is gonna be the beginning of the grind i'm gonna save her din location and i'm just gonna run it over and over and over and let's i guess check it out jolteon azumarill and first try no never first try why would that ever work dude she is so cool let's go so i've gotten the runs down to maybe like 15 minutes ish which i feel like is pretty fast especially for a 1 in 100 i play offline so i have animations off everything is just what was that noise was that beware what in the world anyway i'm playing offline with cpus animations off so it goes really really fast when things go right yes the cpus are pretty dumb and will sometimes just throw the whole raid but that doesn't happen a lot especially with tapulele who's not as hard of a boss that i've found so if i just pick the right paths like steel types poison types that kind of stuff it actually usually goes really smoothly and when i play online it's really laggy wow my ears that thing is loud you know what i'm getting tired all these noises just play the music [Music] [Applause] [Music] foreign [Music] whoa shiny chinchino dude okay this is the first shiny i've gotten from here i totally forgot you could even get regular shinies oh this is sick she's cool looking premier ball too neat let's see if we got any other ones charmeleon beware tapalee can you even get multiple shinies i'm not sure wait if you did you wouldn't be able to take wow that would be you can only take one pokemon so that would be bad if you could get more than one because you couldn't get more than one well regardless we got a chinchino that's cool i don't have one of these and first shiny so hopefully more to come still hunting it's only been like i don't know five or ten runs so that's pretty lucky i would say that's awesome let's keep it going [Music] [Applause] [Music]
