I Bought An Abandoned Storage Locker for $25! ... Look What I Found!

all righty YouTube welcome back welcome back to another video storage locker picked up on our storage auction Locker here at this facility and it should be fun I paid 25 bucks for shlocker it's most of our spent for locker it was actually the first Locker to be auctioned off it's the biggest Locker that I have picked up I think it's probably be the most Mouse stuff I do know there was a couch in there which is gonna be a promise I'm by myself today but it should be fun hopefully just make my 25 bucks back and I probably had to take two trucks with the two trips with the van to clear all this stuff Alex I know there was a couch and a tire kind of up front and the way these things kind of go is they open up the doors they start the bidding process so Stan would start off at 200 no one bid you went to Hungary said somebody throw me a bit I said 25 bucks you took my bid for 25 bucks and no one else bid against me so we'll see what we had in here if you guys enjoy these storage auction videos you'd like to see what's inside this is it we're going to show you guys what I'm going to show you guys what's inside this locker it's the real deal it's not a setup it's not a TV show this is exactly how real storage auction lockers look like and how the business is so if you're ever curious about that let's get into it let's see we picked up today all right first thing is that was kind of sketchy but fortunately we grabbed the locker right here at the end so I don't have that far to walk to my van all right got two keys here no no actually picked up this lock at an auction so we're using a makeshift lock hope these keys in for it yeah there you go all right well I guess I'll put you guys down and we'll open this bad boy up all right well maybe that camera will focus a little bit better it's not really focusing that well this is the whole locker so essentially you can go all the way up to the ceiling what's really weird is that you can kind of if you really want to just throw stuff over throw stuff over the side but yeah this is the locker what I did see which was unappealing was this couch and this tighter reason why tires aren't appealing it's because they're really hard to get rid of this one actually has air and has good tread left so I might try to sell that I don't know how bring up to the flea market well we got bins over there that's always fun a bunch of bags so if those are closed and closed that really aren't valuable in my anyways I can always put those into one of those drop-off bins I see a extension cord this couch clothes tree right there a couple bins so maybe some of those bins have some valuables or something good in it maybe the heaters in it that's a $10 heater microwave maybe a $10 microwave no way I don't see that I won't make 25 bucks off this locker this is a should be a dandy okay so I got the hand truck out here's my thought process here I'm going to try to show you guys what's in these bins I'm not going bore you too much with you know that couch and examining the couch and stuff like that I think you guys really just want to see what's in these bins and maybe what's hidden behind there and make good stuff so I'm going to load up the junk and this is what I'm thinking so this is only definitely take me more than one trip got one chair already in there those boxes back there and that bin that bin I might put stuff that I can sell or do something with and then the box is one's gonna be for donations one's going to be for garbage so I don't know if I can sell this I might try it at the flea market it might sell got some brass lamps up here don't know if these are the solid brass or these are a cast brass die cast but even if they are die cast there's probably three dollars and scrap there if they're solid brass that's probably about fifteen or twenty dollars I would say and scrap more metal this is kinda nice put down this other glove show you guys this piece was this metal or is this what it is metal so this is probably I don't think it's old but it has that old look to it it's not really shown how distressed it is on camera but I'm going to take this for the flea market that I think would sell some sort of nest is back here as well this might just be scrap metal it's in this box it's taped can't grab my glove again handles a jewelry box this might be a lazy susan or a cake stand this is actually pretty nice before it break it empty empty so it's empty but it's still nice I think it is there's no battery on it so unless that unless that top piece pops out it's kind of is we've got a name on the bottom it doesn't mean name on the bottom so this is probably like a five dollar clock at the market so that's not bad some of this other stuff these candles are going to be junked terms of these things that's gonna be just Norbit got a picture here it looks like t.j.maxx reduced to ten dollars you know dollar item some of the stuff is just gonna be garbage these chairs are might try to take I got to separate some stuff here all right grab this bin from up there sounds like it got something in it this does too so it's like presents on present I don't know if these are just like eight presents or they actually presents will open those things up and those we've got now yeah I'm going to make this my garbage garbage bin things just got the easier just do that like that I've got a basket here looks actually kind of nice bradford basket hmm and it's signed i never heard of bradford that company you know if Peterborough and longer brothers I never heard of Bradford I'm just taking out stuff that I think it's to sell looks like just miscellaneous sewing stuff wait I know it's pretty minimal but I'll scrap those it just looks like receipts and stuff what is this I know I can donate that this might be kind of old I don't know what this is it's gonna take an older tin no no all right let's uh try go threes right here ornament so we have an ornament in there though so I send this probably also ornament another ornament so my wrap four minutes inside inside here one well this just supports it just a portrait one moving right along I think these chairs I might try to sell them the flea market I don't really do well chairs but these are pretty nice there's two here usually need for up there's four Wow alright well I have four and here's a nice rocking chair this is just garbage saying it's just shredded so right now I have one the other Bosco I was gonna make one these boxes metal like small scrap metal like this thing no reason that testin try to have your house burned down I think irons use a lot of a lot of electricity but that's garbage and that's garbage took out some of these bars but rocking chairs pretty nice does rock so that's a flea market item I sold my last one so I might hopefully sell that one here's a box of assortments happy st. pays de st. Patty's Day mmm that might sell it's a good flea market item it's like a whole set in here alright so you got your tree you got another frog this guy's kind of quick that's kind of funny alright so you got all sorts of gardening stuff in here I want you what's in this bin over here it's just audis must be like garden flags it's a nice plan on this one not a weight it's one thing yeah so he's just gardening flags no no I'll take them they might sell they might sell so it's bad this box isn't too bad it's a flea market box one mu I do here wait get out this and then we'll start going through these boxes this bin over here is just all picture frames if this bin it's got some weight to it box it's not all this probably goes that chair that was right there right here so that's gotta be discussing some wrapping it here so that looks like oh we got it this is all plates what's in there we'll go through wrists and lids for pots and pans and these bowling bidden looking things bowling pin looking that made by I don't know what these would be used for all right that's gonna be flea market well I just broke whatever that was I got no marking on that looks like all fragile stuff got some China this looks like what is this Budweiser Budweiser century of tradition oh it's a Stein I've never seen one of these in a box 20th anniversary that might vary a lot jingle in there so that's probably not good you got some other things down and then some ball mason jars sets all fragile and plates and stuff that's not too bad see what's in this bin more of this glass floor stuff tins [Music] some blueglass blueglass pyrex a lot of wonder if these things are full they are not that one did some work no nothing in there some more boxes somehow I'm glad to get up there and get that stuff Edward butcher-block no butcher blocks hot I don't know if a butcher block cutting board like this would be too hot what is this a Harry Potter book those seem to sell very well always make sure to check that it's not autographed by anything the characters like from the movies or JK Rowling it's kind of my keep pile right now but I'm hoping to sell a lot of this round and scrapping it speaking of scrap metal got some kitchen stuff SL hmm alright so it's that box this is probably going to be more glassware I'd bet on it Skye empty that's all looks like christmas ornaments oh no it's a little well tchotchkes is like the column some things in there this was a dollar I won't point out no soul just a little small house what kind of things deco lives you got a sunbeam mixer piece looks like a Pyrex lid that's what that is it's a little Pyrex piece clear clear Pyrex you have some more lids over there as well some fake flowers more housewares try not to break it but probably a.m. it's more clear stuff there glassware nice small table got a bunch of it's like Christmas stuff record albums huh alrighty well let's diversify here if rather than just looking at glassware and scrap metal try getting these record albums see if there's anything good in there because if there is that's gonna pay for a lot not something got yourself a helmet those are myself too well but I'll grab it and ton of baskets more baskets I really hope this isn't like Orchestra just looking like it probably is that genre of stuff that just doesn't sell songs for a beautiful dreamer Gil Bobby Vinton Radio City Music Hall organ these are all upside down - it's not good harmonica that's probably what this whole thing's gonna be about so what I do with this I bring them in a flea market I sell them for a buck apiece something like this unsearched in terms of it hasn't been looked at by record people probably sell five or six out of here for a dollar each and I'll bring it back a second time probably sell another two or three and then I'll sell it at an auction and probably get three or five bucks for the box so usually get about let's say twelve ten to twelve bucks for a box of records if they're all good ones you'll sell every single one of them this one also I think is all record albums but oh yeah bunch of doilies down there found more Pyrex lids looks like all Christmas stuff back here want Christmas stuff in there holiday gift bags a lot of this stuff is marked SL she might have meant someone who put in here more Christmas stuff this whole corner over here looks to be all sorts of linens you have sheets this one's mark sheets and towels it's what kind of looks like might be some comforters in there good stuff or if you're moving moving stuff and you want to not damage anything you got a piece of it looks like the center of a drop leaf table some spindles it says 2005 taxes but I don't see any taxes stuff in here got a nice candle that smells pretty good lemongrass well there you go lemongrass is probably my favorite smelling thing that's not too crazy just go ahead I've got candles and candles and placemats looks like this is a china closet fragile looks like old china cabinet kind of stuff you got plates and some more brass and other things like that this is a high sign all sorts of good stuff probably down there that's actually pretty nice more Christmas stuff I mean that all the stuff is probably rats off Christmas I shouldn't do this but more festive stuff this looks like you have any tacos this bottom ones empty so you got a lot of Christmas stuff some class wares lots of Linens there's a prion no thirty to fifty dollars and linens there air mattress down there some of this furniture like I would not take this kind of stuff it was in the trash just because it's something that doesn't sell well so that's probably gonna be discarded clothes tree probably I probably at ten bucks for a clothes tree overall this Locker has been pretty good I'm expecting to probably make around 200 and total sales off the locker it's a lot of dollar to dollar items but there's also a lot of five and ten dollar items chairs since there's a set of four I'll probably ask 25 probably take 15 or 20 and then of course you have a lot of just miscellaneous scraps some non-ferrous and a lot of bin so bins do sell they sell at different auctions and they sell all over the place it's not cow just one of those pull out pull out conscious so it's a mattress underneath it's got a lot of metal acts pretty heavy okay so what we have left here just give me a little alright so we have here is everything over here is going to be taken to the flea market everything that I think could sell we have everything from records down there as you guys saw a bunch of records some I guess you'd call small China glassware some of this stuff up here is these like sand casts they are your lawn ornaments more furniture small side table I think not a side table just uh I guess you call it a side table small table I think that would sell drop and stuff some Christmas stuff up there an older breadbox a dresser and all the stuff as well this is all the linens that were all wrapped wrapped up you have comforters then you have some more glassware and stuff like that back there as you see insulation start to come out of the wall this place is going through some renovations right now I got a lot of trash on the floor as well but what I'm going to do here so what's going to end up happening is I'm taking all the trash that I put in the van this is the last load this is the second load that I'm taking of trash I'm taking all that home going to scarred it appropriately and then all this stuff I might come back and try to fill up the van for flea market and throw stuff in here and then I'll broom sweep the rest it's gonna be a little bit garbage and I think that would be enough or enough for the flea market enough that uh it makes it worth my trip so there's definitely some good scores in here lots of cool items storage locker videos are a lot of fun to do it's a lot of fun to do these treasure hunts hopefully you guys have enjoyed it if you guys haven't already definitely subscribe to a channel because I'll be coming out more storage videos just like this in the future I think a lot of people like to see what it's really like to purchase one of these lockers and see what's actually in there so hopefully you guys have enjoyed it if you did please hit the like button and drop a comment below and as always have a great day keep them in a dream peace [Music]
