Hypochondriac - Custom Afterbirth Challenge (PILLS)

hey what's up everybody this is hot so we are back for another Isaac custom challenge this one's called hypochondriac a link to the challenge will be in the description down below but essentially let's see here we have placebo little baggie of pills 9-volt triple-a battery and car battery character is any character except a azazel you have to use placebo every single time it's charged no matter what pill you have when there's a pill drop you have to swallow the pill you're holding to get the new one if several pills in the same room I can choose which one I want but as soon as I pick one up I have to swallow it until they're down to the last pill and yeah I'm a little confused because it's a triple-a battery and then it said trinket safety cap but of course you can't have two trinkets unless you start with mom's purse but you can't program that into the custom challenge launcher so yeah we got starting off with puberty all right you know what it's it's not a negative pill so we're just going to be run run a cute face here until we actually get a better go now I swallow puberty and I take this one and I have to use it with the pill mimic as soon as it's ready and I think it's better here to start with the triple a battery instead of the safety cap even though safety cap would mean more pill drops the triple a battery means that necklace evil is gonna be at or over a charge so the three-room recharge because we did have nine bolts as well so that's that's what I just decided to do wish me luck all right we've got 48 hour energy well this is holy crap it's the way to break the game with infinite power ease oh my gosh right to town I actually never really thought about using this to get into net batteries but yeah like it's totally working so that's kind of cool so then what happens if I get a tears up pill can I go back here and uh knocks go crazy with the batteries right I like this idea because it's forcing me to take a little baggie of pills and use pills which isn't generally a strategy I go for right cuz it's like if I see starter deck I'm going for that all day or day probably just because of the runes you guys are wondering why it's so bright in the side of my face because I've got the window open it's very nice outside it's very nice I like it it's like 66 degrees or something like that my god is the devil degrees item room it said nothing against taking items did say you can't take items that would ruin it like mom's knife and stuff a new pill all right so we saw this one and we go like this are you a visa so Jesus not going to use the batteries for that all right let's go you guys charm tears it's not really gonna help that much I have to use this every single time I can until we get a new pill drop or I guess until I die so which might honestly be the case here I would love to go into the shop to see if I could buy a pill but our health or I mean our money we don't have enough money for that [ __ ] your total look for absolute was this tested like this combination was never tested honestly cuz that's not how that should work but no that may be that is because it's a car battery meaning it gives me my health uses it twice so which means but gives my health up and then my help down no because it would have done the help down to the health up before right no because it does double health down because oh what did that just melt your brain as much as it melted my brain because holy [ __ ] welcome to the binding of issac class everybody today we're gonna learn about the health down pill specifically with the car battery you see when you have a car battery and you use pill mimic with a health down pill it uses the pill twice if you are at three red hearts it will give you two health down pills however if you are at one red heart it gives you one health up and then one health down using a health down pill at three red hearts is literally the worst possible situation thank you for coming to class there will be a quiz next Tuesday this is probably like the worst start I've ever seen probably the worst start that could have possibly happened I guess bad trip would be a different but that turns into a full health pill and I'm down in Noel and Lisa wouldn't taking my heart containers Oh what do we got I love it it's the best it's the best thing ever all right if we die again I'm starting again with the safety cap because I just haven't seen a pill in 14 days like usually you get an additional of pill and or card drops those Noah pills to be had you guys there are no pills guys I hate I hate this challenge I really hate this challenge this challenge is the worst I just I can't I'm not getting anything why did you give me two trinkets why are you playing tricks with my brain have this trick it good choice and then we're gonna go with a health up no what's a health down it's a health down but we just got to health up which means if we can find a way to get a pill before this thing is recharged in two room then we'll be able to keep two red hearts on us but polaroid invincibility is ripped so I don't even move we get back in that deal with the devil I could spend one red heart on something maybe multi-dimensional it's like look at the back of my head simulator right now it's like you came and see the screen what the hell man all right how down oh now he's a health down and it goes to one red heart and he's a hell okay so if you're a three hearts and you get health down you're down to one permanently if you're at two you're at two permanently ah okay no that's fine just we've just empty out Oh red heart because health out gives you a empty red heart it's funny cuz like I'm supposed to look at the mom shadow that comes down I can't see anybody shadow are you kidding me got the red poops holy crap literally onto the pill alright well we had to use the health down to into a hematemesis Oh fun fun fun fun fun love you Wow if only if only if only what we did get our health back that's fantastic because Nikes my hematemesis to get stuff back maybe uh I was gonna say MIT is a half heart in ER and maybe there's a half heart somewhere I can get a Polaroid well while using this guy but that's not possible Tim Isis but this guy does give me quite a few more plays this could be it this could be it this my big ticket right here my big ticket is the virus that's not a big ticket I don't know how to dodge the bullets because I don't know where my body is actually that's pretty bogus that's pretty bull poop pretty bold poopy game finisher finish her Oh oh my goodness nudge nudge butt ends if we get to the room before the boss fight and then I have to use it and then I teleport somewhere else Oh nightmares top secret room lore pills do we know if any of them are good I have to guess I have to try to remember oh I died to teleport out by the way to use the pill is if one of the stipulations says to pick up a new pill use the pill you have and you have to do that so we even survived to get back to that room it'll be super cool and stuff I honestly I don't remember I remember what pill is what here's the boss fight as well okay tell appeals did me something alright the lockdown was a good one to pick up so don't want to double that one I think we just had this hematemesis maybe retro vision I don't want that pick up this one hematemesis okay and then this is the Marulan with one oh good no good good no good good good that's what I wanted that's what I wanted yeah yeah that's that's what I want right there that's perfect perfect game okay
