How to use Webhooks to connect to Podio

all righty so today I'm going to show you how to get your leads from nurture boost into your podio automatically so we're going to start by logging into our nurture boost our podo and our globy flow globy flow is the back end to your podo and you will be needing the premium subscription in order to use this feature so just a heads up once we're all logged in we're going to go back to to our podo front end check that the app has all of the fields that we need first name last name property address phone and any other questions that you want to make sure get brought in now that that all looks great we're going to go back to our glowy flow hit web hooks add new new flow all right now you're going to enter a flow name so you could keep it simple I'm just going to use um nurture boost leads and in the description you don't have to put anything in there but I'm just going to utilize it for the this example all right now we're going to copy that link that this web hook just gave us you're going to hit save after that's copied you're going to go back to nurture boost scroll on the blue sidebar until you see web hook click on that so for you it's going to be automatically deactivated and this will be empty so you're going to hit activate EMP paste your link in there um and then hit save settings so this might look a little different for me just because I already had a link in there I'm just going to paste the new one the new link I just got we're going to save it all right now we're just going to hit send test awesome test request sent successfully that means that all of our data should now be in our web hook so we're going to go back to globy flow hit edit on the flow we just created you're going to grab this box there's three lines on the corner go ahead and drag that down until you don't don't see any more data in that box seems to be in place so we can start making our flow we're going to hit that little plus button under action and we're going to hit create item we're going to start by searching for the app that these leads will be going to so go ahead and search for the app mine's going into testing nurture boo leads and by the way if your app that you just made is not showing up here yet you might need to do a refresh from podio all right all of our fields are here so now I'm just going to pretty much match it up to our web hook data so I am using a little cheat sheet here to help me um make sure that I'm selecting the correct um web hook Fields um they are going to be named a little bit differently than your Fields might be so make sure to use this little cheat sheet just to make sure that you're transferring the correct data into your podo e we are going to go ahead and save this flow and all of our recent edits we're going to go back to nurture boost to our web hook area and we're going to hit send test to see if it comes through now we're going to re hit Refresh on our podio app and there it is and that's all you need to do and as soon as a lead comes into your profile it will also come into your podio
