grasshopper sentence is that the insect eats the land you insect eating becomes the complete modifier or the script uh description or uh they describe the uh plant so now is amerentaya would be a plant that eats insects okay so it's the plants illustration okay so again okay now another function and another way to use your hyphen is to write numbers whenever we use uh compound numbers 21 22 33 99 human genome again maritime fractions that we spell out completely in the elegant national hyphen so example we have this abby clarke's age is 33. you know 33. and if we say in amanda he is two-thirds her age the two-thirds is a fraction that's spelled out completely net in a hyphen right here okay is he is a third so a third her age you a third is not one-third of one-third you a third indian and a hyphenate but even one-third okay so something to remember exams college entrance exams civil service exams sentence correction questions okay you really have to pay attention to that
