Please note that this website is currently a work in progress! Lots of interesting data and statistics to come.
Very curious. Yes, my uBPD mom and uNPD dad had the emotional maturity of a toddler. As a result, it took me years to figure out what emotional maturity was and that it was not a bad thing. Based on my experiences I do wonder if 50% is a low estimate of emotionally mature parents?
This was very interesting to watch. I was able to see the person I used to be to who I am now after therapy and not having my mother in my life. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks op for sharing. I feel like im still learning to this day... Wish this kind British voice had a podcast...
I would be interested in a test maybe to see how emotionally mature I am/what I need to learn more of! In the video it says there are 3 ways to respond to being disappointed. I’d say I usually am 1 or 2 (silk or be angry) but after those initial reactions I will explain my feelings, and negotiate/ ask for what it is I need to feel better again. So I think if there is one out there, that would be very interesting to see x
