you're a dopamine addicts and what I mean by that is that you're addicted to getting happy chemicals in your brain that come from feeling like you're right like you get it like you're already doing just fine and that dopamine that you're addicted to that you get from feeling like you understand the world already is the same substance that people get addicted to when they snort cocaine so let's say right now that you're gonna go do a line of coke and you've got a lot of energy and you feel happy chemicals and your mind and your body's tingly why is it that you feel that way like I said it's dopamine but the way we get that naturally is by feeling like we already get it you're winning you're good enough how you are as a result of that in the world most people will fight to the death over maintaining their beliefs people don't go to war over resources as much as they go to war over making sure that their beliefs are the right beliefs because if you take away their beliefs and show that their beliefs are wrong you're taking away their dopamine and they're basically going to war like a cocaine addict trying to get more cocaine for that reason most people will avoid getting any real feedback for most of their life but guess what in personal development circles you usually get certain people that have had so much pain they've lost so much dopamine that that loss of dopamine creates what's called an opening what's an opening and opening is when your dopamine has said such a low level that you realize you're not gonna get any more dopamine from your current set of beliefs and what you'll start to do at that point is look for other ways of thinking that's where I come in I can't help somebody who's not willing to look at themselves in a different way but if you are willing to look at yourself in a different way that can be very powerful that being the case one of the most important things in your personal development is called feedback continual ongoing feedback the thing that I spend more on than anything in the world is feedback for myself I'm surrounded by experts every day of the year hammering me about how I'm wrong about how I don't get it poking holes showing me where I could improve nitpicking my videos the way that I run my business the way that I public speak the way that I teach the way that I go and meet people the way that I do my operations the way that I live my life I'm being continually nitpicked by professionals doing this gives me a fighting chance because let's be honest you become who you surround yourself with and when you surround yourself with people that are average or below average and maybe a few people above your level you'll pretty much tend to take on their unconscious beliefs their patterns their level of energy the degree to which they're present to the moment all of that and you become just like them that's why in personal development the most important thing is that you seek out real feedback and you get yourself around people that are operating on a higher level and that will bring that type of elite hidden secret information to your doorstep because you've proven that you're somebody it's not in dopamine preservation mode but you're proving that you've had the realization very simply you'll get even more happy chemicals you'll get even more dopamine if your life starts to get better now I congratulate you because if you're watching a video like this you're a very rare person and you're a special person show this video to almost anybody and they'll emit pick everything about it except the things they're gonna be nitpicking will be things that are completely random that have no real effect why again it's all about preserving dopamine and funny enough even in saying that once you start seeing the world through this lens you're gonna see an entire society of people doing this and it's one of the funniest things in the world are you doing it are you ready to get feedback if you are that's what this new four-day program is about it's about getting you the feedback that you need at a very powerful level and just kind of smacking you awake so I'm very excited to get you surrounded with the right feedback and so what we can do right now is go into a preview of the new upcoming self development event and I'm really excited to meet you in person really what you need to do is come and sign up but as we await meeting in person and working together in person at the event what we'll do right now is go into a video that covers the theme and the basic theme is feedback now remember that when we meet in person it's not gonna be me doing seminars here I'm gonna be doing a seminar in person we're gonna be doing primarily exercises we're gonna be working this is the me show at the event it's gonna be the you show but I'm so excited to be showing you this preview because what it's gonna do is give you at least a sense of the theme of what you're gonna be learning in this journey that we're gonna have together so lay back watch this video sign up for the event I'll see you there and in the meantime just let this powerful information marinate it's gonna change your life [Music] you guys getting no chicken over to sex smoking that's cool dude you're here smokers bro cancer Oh little tricky on me I don't say that to the average person because they didn't pay me you got to pay me to say that's you you got to give me money okay honestly like you should always tell like you should always like respond with truth but as far as giving real feedback you shouldn't even give somebody real feedback unless they paid you honestly you got if you want to hear the truth from me of what I think of you like oh if you ask me the truth about my opinion of the basketball game or the city or how the world is going things like that I'll tell you but if you want me to tell you the truth about you you got to give me money because very few people want the truth about themselves most people here's what they're doing the better that you think of yourself or whatever kind of self image that you've cobbled and cysts together that provides dopamine to the brain when you're watching Game of Thrones or eating the Cheetos or whatever it is what you're doing I just assume you eat Cheetos I have no idea okay you eat Cheetos he does he doesn't okay I like I love how he owns it though so that's my favorite thing that you do up here my favorite thing about you up here is that it's even though I think that you act like a chump I think that you own it very well like you don't give up you don't mind you don't I like that you I'm really trying to clean my act up here okay I'm turning 40s so basically what you have is like I like that you don't care that like that I'm giving you this all this crap right I think that's amazing that's the big thing I'm like I like this guy like that makes me really like you you know you know I'm saying I love that so but the average person honestly is just in what I call dopamine preservation mode you give them any kind of feedback they're like wait a minute I'm not gonna because we have this thing called the winter effect you guys ever read that book the winter effect the average person doesn't want their ideas challenged and the average person doesn't want their opinions to be put to have any push back and they especially don't want their self-image challenged that's why anybody getting dating advice it's very very difficult for them to absorb it because their person their ego is being challenged and is depleting them of dopamine so they go into a kind of a survival mode because what's funny is that if you have your identity challenge that you lose confidence you lose status in the tribe and so people are terrified to be challenged the problem is without that feedback you can't improve so for the most part when people ask me for feedback if they're not paying me or unless they genuinely look me with a deep deeply genuine look they want feedback I'm like you're great they're like really I'm like for sure you are awesome and you know and they're like thanks and they're like I got the dopamine I wanted yay for me and they run off so this may take away some dopamine temporarily but what I see is you in coping say this word coping versus thriving a coping mindset your actual vocal tonality is designed first of all to make it where nobody will ever see you as any kind of a problem that's what your voice communication is saying I'm not a problem nothing's gonna happen not a problem and the thing with that is that it's going to limit everything from the use of your voice to demeanor to the way that you're using your time is making it where you can be a tool for other people and you're not on your agenda so we need to we need to do a number of things with you we need to work on your self-esteem your sense of identity you probably a lot of different historical stuff that could be holding you back that you might not even mention really zoning in on the beliefs that you do want to have going forward looking at possible lanes that you could explore maybe igniting a little fire in the belly you know how many of you actually would be interested to watch Sarah right now do one of those quickens and transformations and see if we can get him less derpy in Owens eyes this area so so this is one of those things like I came either up how long do you guys think I've known Sarah raise your hand if you if you think you know how long two hours yeah it's about right it's about two hours and one of the only things I know about Sarah is I saw her with that guy that came up earlier and I saw him come up and she was like this cool stuff and so he's like hey what's up so I would love to see this guy go from derpy to amazing Owens gonna be the judge of successes so one gets to choose all right no pressure Sarah okay you got this yeah you hold that so again you can get to this point like many ways guys and for some people it takes a little bit longer for others it's just instant you're very open minded and you're very honest when you can be honest and open it's a lot easier to get to that point so that you can transition and let that out yeah that's just one big asset that he has he's super chill about this whole thing some guys to bring him up here like this and they're just being there dopamine is just flooding out of their brain and they look like they're about to collapse like a house of cards I can see that you can take it so I'm being more honest a lot of people I can't be this honest I'm just like yeah but you know you're super great and in my mind I'm like yeah I like you because you took my program and you're a human and I just like people in general but your life's gonna suck it's real I'm like man like no one ever tells you how bad your life's gonna suck your life is gonna suck super bad the projection that you're on right now but that's what's cool we couldn't do an intervention she's helping yeah like your friends and family don't tell you this stuff I mentioned this earlier when I was talking you didn't get this and it sucks when all was talking about that it's like he feels worse when he doesn't give this feedback it's the same once you know about it I feel worse if I'm talking to someone and they do want that on his feedback genuinely wanted then I have to give it to them I want to give that to them and just like if you're out and you know you start to go through these transformations because be careful of this you'll get so excited when you start this when you experience something way you release something or you change a little bit you run out those double doors onto the street and you'll be like I'm gonna help you I've got the odds do you want to feel good you want to feel good all the time do you want to have this you want to have this you want to start giving it to everyone and giving that feedback to them and telling them what's wrong with them but you can't you can't you have to respect it their priority at this point in their life is dopamine preservation if you're here it means there's what's called an opening say that word an opening so what hat here is how the opening happens yeah here's how the opening happens he'll get to a point where you're getting more discomfort from staying in your current situation then then the discomfort of the dopamine loss by having your ego mess with when you get it only when somebody has had that seesaw tip and they're like and they call that rock bottom in a a okay like say that you really sad point here a side tangent yeah because I believe this is in many ways the same thing it how many of you guys have had a friend who's a drug addict or an alcoholic put your hands up okay saddest thing in the world have you ever noticed that no matter what you show them they can't they will not quit drinking or alcohol or drinking or drugs until what happens what has to happen we all know it they have to hit rock bottom and by the way unfortunately in that world there's multiple rock bottoms like there's like you'd think it couldn't get worse and it does blaze of hell yeah layers of like Dante's Inferno type thing right layers of hell and so a lot of the time when somebody is behaving in this manner like what you're doing I would actually call that like a beta addiction it's an addiction to being like that beta it really is and it's it's actually hard to break out of it because it provides comfort it you don't have to get certain pain and there's you get at least some dopamine out of it and you're hooked at that point but what will happen is you'll hit a point where you're like you know what honestly enough like just enough of this crap and I know in my case what happened was I used to get pain body attacks from time to time and I had a lot of different people offered to coach me on you ever seen like Julian's transformation mastery and I would have different coaches who would offer to help me with it and I would always ask I would always put it off put it off put it off but when I hit a point my life got so bad that I could tell this was gonna consume me and I was in so much pain I called up the coach I work with and I'm like just help me and I was the most receptive student he could rip me apart and I was like thank you thank you just tell me how to make this stop tell me how to put the fire out so when you're on fire there's an opening where you're like you know what give me the feedback that I need I don't care what you're gonna tell me or if it hurts because this just hurts too much the challenge with yourself I love that you're actually you seem very receptive and way more than the average person but I don't know if you're at a point where you're like on fire yet are you at that point your life or you're just like you look good on the surface like you actually look fine with your life on the surface but deep down you're like even though I look fine this is fake and I just can't stand this or eat a point where you kind of like it but you're just kind of curious to expand which of the two would you characterize yourself oh so you so this is fake okay like you for being which it's just what you don't even need to go along with what I'm saying either by the way I think how many of you guys in this room are fronting like you kind of have it together but deep down the fact that you know that you should be doing better is just burning you up even though you're not showing it okay so you see that percentage of the room is pretty big and it really is a fake facade and that's one of the reasons I teach this stuff because I feel the same way I understand I've been there I've seen the pain of it I've see and and by the way you never fully come out of it because even as you advance there's gonna be little roadblocks that you hit but that's a good thing too okay I can at least recognize when I'm in it and start to take massive action I'm really lucky to have a good group of friends like everybody on the stage and everybody you've been seeing too and they helped me too I'm very blessed to have that peer group we internalize a lot and that's what's happening here so we're allowing a space where you're getting that out okay because you've been up here for 10 minutes with us you've taken a lot you've listened to a lot you're like wow this is stuff that you know that you know when you're standing in front of the mirror you know the real version everyone raised their hand then because we all have it we know that deep down we're feeling that but we don't show that out to the world but you've just had the privilege to get all of that feedback and now right now you're internalizing all of it you haven't had a chance to say anything with it you haven't had a chance to express how you feel so what I want you to do is to tell us to tell us exactly what it feels like tell us exactly what everyone just had everyone in this audience just have a thought you just raise your hand like that when Owen said which version what is it how are you feeling so now you get the opportunity not only to express that and release up for yourself but to help every single person in this room every single person that raised their hand you will help by being open and being the way that you are now the very first thing that I'm gonna do is take that chewy oh that gum sorry out of your mouth because again that is something that prevents you it's this coping thing you're like mmm-hmm yeah the gum is fine but it's the way he's using it it's like how the shirts fine but it's the way that you're using it it's not it's not that oh god like what you learned from the seminar gum is bad a shirt is bad it's not that at all but it's when you put the full package together of like the guy who kind of loose shirt kind of the derpy body language the whole hump by the hole hum voice shooing the gum just following orders just waiting for some guy with a really strong opinion to tell me what to do and we got to break that we have to wake him up so share what that feeling was remember let's just take it back a little bit everyone raised their hand then what was the thought because I know there was a thought that instantly came in and you know the version of yourself be is honest and open about him as possible Julian we want to hear about that version of yourself um well I guess being up here I feel attacked a little yeah I definitely feel attacked like do you feel a loss of dopamine oh definitely I was up I was like down you know they really hit me with some points that I even told myself this is me being nicer than what I really want to say to you you can give me your no I mean I'm like I met about a four out of ten of what I would want to say to you five four to five out of ten yeah you know I mean you got about like I mean again like if you don't make a really concerted effort to fix this I would just ask you guys to look around at the world around you at I mean you're 22 look at anybody who you see that's 40 and say to yourself would you want to be in their body have their partner live their life have their vibe what percentage of people that you see at 40 would you want to be them well let me thanks well let me put it to you this way what what what trajectory are you on right now that's categorically different than winding up like that you're again it's too cocky you've got to be fighting against that proactively what is it okay for all these crazy threats that we see in the news of all this bad stuff that's gonna happen what are the big killers that they rarely bring up what kills everybody heart disease cancer obesity suicides some but the really high numbers I think is stroke diabetes self imposed diabetes a lot of that - yeah so bait so but we rarely talk about those things if you don't make a proactive effort not to die from heart disease or cancer it's gonna guess you and now to be fair it could get me it could get anybody but even even if in 30 years from now I got I got knocked off by one of those things cuz hey man I mean it is the most common thing it doesn't mean that what I'm saying wouldn't still be accurate which is that if you're on a trajectory that most other people are on you're gonna get similar result so you've got to be fun you have to be proactively providing resistance against that lowest common denominator or the norm that you want to avoid because I don't think most of us here want the norm again most people that I meet on the street are in the norm I'm like a rock on the norm but baseball game of barbecues that's the peak of life do it and I'm completely happy for them because they don't have an opening you see that if you guys are here because there's an opening if somebody's watching a video like this online there's a possible there's a possible opening here's why I say that think of everything that they could be watching online right if they're choosing to watch some knees Nisha pon Nisha pon Nisha Peniche content like this that's somebody with a ver very powerful opening so that means that there's a real chance for transformation but notice she gets to take out the gum it's also the biggest thing I would change in you is that is it's that that tone in your voice and the way that it reflects what's going on in your body and it's it's this kind of hey yeah okay a lot of smaller towns have that they try to out humble each other because if anybody gets too cocky in the small town what do they call what they call like a douche bag or I don't know what do you call some in a small town yeah the tall poppy or whatever it is right and what is the reason yeah yeah what was the reason I knew that I want to live in LA or New York was I like it that people they're kind of dicks I thought that was a good thing many of them are like I like it when I'm hanging out with somebody who makes 50 times more money than me and looks at me like a complete clown that helps me I'm like oh that's what's normal I had an older roommate we [ __ ] we might up sharing a mansion together just cuz we do parties and his Christmas lights were $50,000 what do you thing that does to my mom I'm like oh so to get Christmas lights is 50 grand I wanted that feel that I'm like man I can't blow 50 grand on Christmas lights but it made that normal to me it it confronted me because I'm looking at him I'm going we're around the same intelligence level almost both just smart guys you know it's it's you know some we'd be smarter in some areas than others each of us but why does he have 50 grand to blowing Christmas lights and I don't and it just starts confronting me it makes a new normal for me right and so I'm not afraid of that I'm not viewing it like a douchebag I'm viewing him as super cool and inspirational you guys know Tai Lopez I feel like I can honestly tell what frame of mind somebody's in when they watch ties Instagram story or snapchat story and what they say about it if they're if they watch it they get triggered they're like oh he's just a hair he what the curls the mansion he's a douche what a douche I'm like okay you're in coping it makes it burns you up that he's doing that you could be doing what he's doing you're not and that's burning you up versus if they watch it they're like man that guy really knows how to build a fun life he's having a really fun life I'm like okay that guy has a chance to be great just by a simple question like that because ty has he's always flossing so harden his he's like on the front row I mean I gotta admit even for me I'm sometimes like wow help me I'm like you know he's on that he's got court seats at the Lakers or the Knicks games you guys know what that cost man let's let this damn dude it's a lot of money here like just court seats for the Lakers I think that's like $11,000 per seed these they're like a couple of his friends that's like 40 grand just to go to the basketball game so that Kobe can sweat on you so you know and he'll just throw it down so but it's but it's an eye opener like and this is a really big thing that the Tai Lopez has that I think Tom Brady has which is that Tom Brady one of the reasons that he really pisses people off is because Tom Brady's not like Aaron Rodgers with that transcendent athletic ability I mean if you guys ever seen Tom Brady run when he runs the ball he looks like your grandpa you know he's got a oh you know right but what he did was he just kept this perfect diet perfect trading routine or you know whatever you call perfect just married to look very proactive in and intention that you know with intent and basically did that and he wound up winning all these Super Bowls he had a great coach - there's a lot of debate on how he wanted but the point is Tom Brady pisses us off as opposed to some you know transcendent athletes who was born with some of those gifts what tie does when you actually watch it hi so many marketers I know when you even mentioned tie they get so steamed they started getting read under the collar and I'm like what's wrong with you man they're like they're just a tie tie tie I'm like dude it's tie you know what's wrong with you man and right and they have no answer they're just there right and then they just scurry off I'm like what's this listen wrong with this guy it's literally because they've been doing it they've been teaching like internet marketing or whatever for like 30 years and they never quite hit the result they knew they could and finally what happened was - I came in and within two three years he just did the things he knows he should do and we all relate to this right we all know there's these specific things we know we should do and we don't do them and when someone comes along and does it it really burns us up because we knew that we could have done that it's very paint it's one thing to see someone that has something you don't have it's another thing to see somebody who's he had the same things you had and he just did the things that he's supposed to you know there's these specific things that you should do and every time you don't do them it creates that look of what you just did here Oh hummock like that every time you break a promise to yourself every time that you're not in integrity with yourself it just slowly chips away at you and what's really crazy a lot of people don't talk about the fact there's a lot of things money can't buy honestly your integrity your sense of that fire in the belly that that kind of connection to your essence that joy for life and passion money can't buy that and people will be talking about making all this money all this bling bling but they don't talk about is that rich these rich kids that all meet in LA whose parents give them the money and they have drug problems they and really follow this there's so much at the point of being not in integrity with themselves not passionate and not having fire in the belly that's they are so disconnected from that great birthright that we all have they don't even have a palate to receive anymore I think it's the Kabbalah I went to like one Kabbalah class one time a girl I was dating brought me there I'm actually like really cool and the big lesson that I took from the Kabbalah is that what it's called the Cabal yeah where they put Kabbalah it was like no no not the Kabbalah it was like the Kabbalah like I think but Madonna was in that at one point or something like this big thing anyway I went to this intro class on it and what he said was in order to prepare the vessel to receive we have to give okay and if you don't give you can't even receive it now in Buddhism I think they call it the realm of the hungry ghosts or they say that people in the underworld they got like these big bellies but this long mouth and they can just never really feed themselves a lot of time rich kids who grew up with the money they have to do hard drugs like cocaine or heroin because they can't even feel anything they go to that fancy restaurant that for you if you work hard would have so much meaning they go to it and they can't even taste the food some of these rock stars are like man got really dark you know my security guard would have to wake me up after I did all this drugs I'm like man you're and most of us would give anything to live your life for one day what make you feel the need to do massive amounts of drugs to cope with the pain it's because they they probably got put on by some corporation yeah they had talent to a degree of course they did but a lot of their successes also from the corporate the corporate backing them and what happens is they can't even receive all those great gifts they get on crazy amounts of drugs they want a a lot of artists commit suicide because once you start getting the heroin that I could like make a whole seminar but I think that does but anyway the point is like it just gets really freaking dark so what you're what you're dealing with here is a symptom that I'm talking about where you've broken promises to yourself you've let other people probably tell you how to think you've tried to fit in just get in or even in I'm just just followed orders that kind of thing and it slowly chips away at you I'd still remember I said that I was like at a four or five out of ten of what I'd really say so it slowly chips away at you and so by the time that you're 35 you're just a husk of a human being there's not that fire there there's not a there's a lack of a soul or passion that's there and what really can happen is it ages them a lot of people by age 35 45 50 they look so aged and I'm not just talking physically I'm talking in their demeanor they've lost that childlike expressiveness and again money can't buy that John Carlton incredible marketing t-shirt one thing he said that always stuck with me is one of the best marketing points that you can do as a marketer is you can market the idea of childlike joy childlike abandon say that were childlike abandoned right but what he said that always stuck with me is he said by the time that most adults are 40 they have lost the neurological capacity for childlike abandon it's been so long since they even felt it that even if you put them in an environment where they could have childhood abandon they can't even experience that anymore which is really heavy to think about but what he said is you can still market them with it right and I remember I saw this one it was an ad for Thailand and it was this older lady like like on the back of an elephant just like we you know like in Thailand in the back of an elephant you know what I was thinking to myself I was like I don't mean like I don't mean like super negative and I'm probably I'm being very negative but in my opinion most people that age will go to the trip to Thailand they're gonna complain about the traffic they're gonna complain about the airport they're gonna complain about the flight they're gonna complain about the hotel they're probably gonna complain about the elephant they kind of just feel joy for a minute and it goes away how many of you guys have always projected into the future about some great thing that's gonna happen and you finally get it and you kind of you feel different to an extent but it's not it but it's not really even that different than how you normally feel in your average day to day life and if that's going on right even many of you guys here may feel that way in this room right now when you've been waiting for this in Miami and what winds up happening is then to complete the circle you wind up just watching Game of Thrones because you're probably gonna feel the same anyway even if you did do all this great stuff and you got it you'd probably feel around the same and then you wind up just watching the game of Thrones how many of you here play now before you start raising your hands video games don't count I explain why video games don't count video games are a form of entertainment that's given to you it's not something you create when we're children most of the time we play we use our imagination we have to create games so I watch my my own kids and they'll there's a beanbag in the center aisle every one of those giant love sex and my kids will climb it and they'll call it Mount Everest and they will spend hours going up and down Mount Everest and climbing and one of them's like I'm falling you gotta help me and the other one like grabs his down and picks him up so I want you to be honest when was the last time and if you've got kids it doesn't count if you played with your kids because that's you entertaining them when was the last time you played if you played this year in 2019 but we're over a month into it almost two months raise your hand if you played in 2019 it's not bad play note the end of the beach burn for walk does not count because you that's great right look at this so imagine once upon a time you were a kid when you were a kid and your parents said go play you'd go play but you would not go grab a Cuban cigar and a margarita and hang out on the beach yeah like your parents weren't like ah he's at the whiskey again you know that wasn't your idea of play as a kid you knew what playing is as an adult you don't even know anymore like to the point as adults think about what the things we forget when we're younger right you're like I don't need trigonometry but that this guy's forgotten how to play he doesn't even know what it means I totally play like absolutely 100% play like in the marketing world I had people make fun of me and secretly wish they could be me because of how often I play I have a cabin in Montreal there's a three-story cabin it's beautiful absolutely picturesque I go there every single year with a bunch of dudes and we dress up in armor and beat the crap out of each other rubber swords every year without fail I do that for a full week I play I leave the kids at home they're like dad can we come like no this isn't the kids you're just gonna pretend to be soldiers anyway but the point is I play so like I would count like maybe paintball with countless planning or airsoft or something like that with counters playing or like down the road from where we are there's a nerf gun arena you can turn up with a nerf gun at any point in Austin Texas by the fear that maybe it's 7 bucks and you can turn up and there is a room of 200 children you can shoot them with a nerf gun that counts as planned so so yeah so play so any of you guys aren't playing that's what's missing from this guy's life like he doesn't play I don't even need to ask you who wants to see some play within him to see it actually come out of him so the first step in actually because it's the skill we really have to relearn how to be a kids but to relearn how to play so you have to relearn the skill of even getting your brain there and this could take a little bit of time to actually get into that headspace but when you even explained your day you started explaining your day to us I want you you've watched Game of Thrones so much Julian your imagination must be just ridiculous think about when you're by yourself imagine yourself as one of those characters imagine your day like a day in the life of what's your favorite character tyrion tyrion okay you're Tyrion today today you're Tyrion rights and you woke up as Tyrion which one's Tyrion the [ __ ] okay you woke up as Tyrion so you're embodying him you're embodying Tyrion now this can't go on YouTube now wait hold up you definitely can't go on YouTube now you woke up now he's got some attitude that character has like he's a ballsy character okay so you're embodying him now if Tyrion was gonna tell us about his day how would he go about that he definitely wouldn't have his hand in his pocket I can tell you that much he wouldn't have his hand in his pocket hundred percent okay he would not be swaying he would be totally strong and and again it's not about just the hand in the pocket or the swing it's how it all comes together and the place is coming from it doesn't mean that you could never put your head in your pocket again because some people will interpret it that way believe it or not writer than I could never sway again it's but it but it's where it's coming from in this particular case it's everything okay so what I'm gonna do is gonna let you start and then then because I want you to see the difference it's important you see the difference because you've seen him up on stage for a while now but I want to see see a transition and a difference now when you start speaking tell us about the day just not telling us about the day in the best way you can if you were Tyrion your King's Landing man you've woken up and you did your day to day you went to the beach or you went you know what did you do you went to the beach it is something else and you know go back a bit on these shoes yeah we want to see him back Yeah right there can you bend him down under than you destroy them yeah yeah we want to see the little fit feet yeah now you know I can feel that now all right okay because this is real this is King's Landing I'll be Khaleesi okay now tell us about your day just shot we gonna give you feedback straight away almost but I want you to stop so you can feel it and you can notice it in yourself go Tyrion today I woke up and I decided all right look in the mirror the mirror is right here I am Tyrion I am Tyrion I am Tyrion I am Tyrion I am Tyrion I am Tyrion believe it I am Tyrion I am Tyrion we always be angry about I am Tyrion I am Tyrion I'm planning to kill the entire kingdom I'm plotting to kill the entire kingdom I am plotting to kill the tiya kingdom just my father accident [Applause] just my father yeah tell us about your day in Syria today I woke up do this but I don't want any of you to worry with me with your sister habit you will notice it we just jump back we go into it now that's with help right I'm right here telling you and you're repeating after me so it makes it a lot easier right so when you get coaching you have like yeah on this new person I'm I'm feeling it and it immediately you go back to it and you forget everything you just hurt it happens a lot when you're listening you get all this information you got the doors you suddenly forget about it right so when I'm right here and I go I am Tyrion I'm Terry I am Tyrion I'm Tyrion I plan to kill my father killed my father I got my ass up today now same same tone same tones poor never the same I got up this morning I got up this morning I want to try to do the accent I got up this morning yeah took a cold [ __ ] shower yeah and I got my ass up and I strolled through strolled Miami Tyrion doesn't stroll Miami man okay when we're talking about play it's chip okay as a kid right let me talking about these games and we're talking about play they don't have awesome they're not like oh yeah oh kind of a kind of be Tyrion not that I think kids would pretend to be Tyrion but you know okay maybe something else but when they do it I mean I remember as a kid playing you know teenagers we were like 12 minute like yeah we pretend to be teenagers or pretend to be adults and so you'd fully do it you do the whole thing the matter of reasons of how you interpreted them okay so Tyrion you're getting that you're super close but you need to commit if you 50% commit to something guys you will jump back so quickly to your normal habits it'll feel like a little blink in your lifetime that you were in that amazing feeling of stepping out of it and this is what's happening this is what we're seeing right now everyone does this so again stay in that character and keep the voice keep the Tyrian voice and if you're gonna say I strolled at Miami I got up and I strode you so huge you're like I strolled Miami I looked every person in the eye when I walked down that Beach and I went up to each of them and I looked him in the eyes and I said do you want to play volleyball you want to play volleyball with me okay whatever you did it doesn't matter whether it's today but you're Tyrion going from and giving you give him a [ __ ] pick someone and tell them pick someone who would Tyrion pick right here now get into it growl a little bit intimidating intimidate him he's not intimidated intimidate him then start growl and then stop whoo do it look him in the eyes look him in the eyes he's not gonna do anything here I guess it makes it harder that way say he's Boise you know but you boys done you did that thing we were saying this in a video Jeff the other day I call that the puppet thing so what happens is guys will they'll try to put it on in their social interaction but then as soon as the interaction stops they go back to their real voice so see how you right away go back to the whole hum thing as soon as you're not being pressured and one other quick question to you've probably seen videos where we've done these kind of change work we've done this kind of change work on other people right does it not occur it's the thing in you to be mean but honestly I've never understood this what is the thing in you that lets you watch content like that and not immediately take action on it I don't get it what makes you think that we would make video after video put out content like this and that it would be okay not to self initiate changes like this I don't get it but whatever the case is my friend right now we're changing so don't do this puppet thing where you're like ah Walker hoes what was that good just stick with it bro now I'm gonna tell you right remember talking about opportunity and taking opportunities when they happen how many people look in the room look at everyone here and ask yourself how many of them would want to be in your spot right now the financial worth that you're getting here from the three of us is easy over ten grand easily if somebody else in this room wanted to duplicate this right now you basically won a $10,000 gift so this girl she has a six-week program of full transformation that she works with people that's a thousand dollars just to get that full transformation if me and this guy weren't here right now at least that alone that's what you're getting and instead of taking that yet vacuum ups you said hey dude you you're ten grounded you're a thousand bucks right now what would you say yeah okay would you want it badder than a night now yeah did you actually do something about it because the only thing you have to do to take that 10 12 grand or whatever of training is do the thing that telling you to do it's also miss waiting bias bro you're you're waiting like in your mind you're waiting more importance on like saying in your beta shell then you are in the opportunity of really changing so you've got to you've got it you've got to see reality as it is don't don't be in derp reality I'm just sort of like oh now they're telling me to do this like you got to wake up man Kay just say the word wake up wake up okay wake up wake up wake up okay all these guys wake up wake up wake up wake up watch this guy tells you wake up wake up setback look you do it you like committed the coop a child like their two throws a big smile yeah wake up wake up Tyrion wake up Julian can wake up yes yes yes yes tell me to wake up wake up get angry tell me [Applause] hey know what you read back wake up give me wake up wake up volcanoes volcanoes volcano that's within you that is he within you that the energy tell us about your day I [ __ ] got up this morning I took a cold a shower I took a stroll I looked everybody in the eye everybody in the eye today volcano I woke up I looked everybody in the I went down to the beach I wanted to check out some honey I went to the beach and I wanted to check out some honey's all right yeah that's what I do today check out some honey's yes somebody get I want to see it give it to us don't get [ __ ] yes I went today to the beach I wanted to improve on my day game really so I went to the beach I started talking to girls I got rejected oh yeah Oh morning don't wake up wake up keep going keep going I got rejected so [ __ ] Lutz today pick someone tell to wake up wake up wake up [ __ ] yeah Julian and then you got this wake up wake up yeah went out to the beach up to some sweet honey's whatever you said and then what I open then yeah you order them yeah you open you wait up for them reject it all day yes now I understand because I can't [ __ ] talk do not connect you more than before no they want to hear this people are struggling with the exact same thing you are the exact same thing seeing you come out seeing like these glimpses of you and this is just the beginning giant this is the beginning this is the first time you're even experiencing when the energy comes out that's the energy that you can harness every day now right now it's so strong it's so engrained into him that he's going back to it like that say someone in the audience says something he snaps back out of it the once you learn how to do this once you do this enough times you won't get distracted by someone saying Julian or hey wake up or just staring at you too and gently this gentleman here Phillip static use intently he was like y'all stare at you and he was like he was like gave him like this look like as you reverted back you use that as an excuse so you're waiting for these excuses but now he yelled he's yo five six times I look at him now in his state his sate his head he's give up you're actually standing here giving me more presence than before and we've only just started if we work with you and got you do that to do a full hour of that you would come back up here and you would look relaxed okay you would be because currently when you act like that your body here come over come up come back your guys when you act like that your body believes that you're in a threat because you believe that other men are gonna come and harm you if you don't keep that just following orders huh I I'm gonna be okay if I just follow orders right it's it's that get to the middle of the herd mentality you're afraid to be towards the periphery of the herd so you're hiding your behavior is hiding I mean yeah you're just doing what everybody sit here and you're just doing what you think other people would want you to do has a way to hide its fear-based it doesn't look for your base but it's it's fear-based it's it's very toxic man um my biggest guess is I was given off the wrong energy giving up throwing energies absolutely yeah everyone here in this room that's sitting watching you they all know why you got rejected and now I'm gonna tell you something that only comes from teaching this for almost as long as this guy not as much as this guy but almost as long I'll tell you what happened what happened is and I can see it in your face when you were talking and this is just I've taught thousands of guys man and I see it in your face you're angry that you got rejected today am i right yeah yeah you're angry but you're pissed and there's a part of you at some point today at some point it's almost luck that we found you out of everyone at some point today be honest you felt resentment about learning about this program you felt that maybe that this whole dating thing everything that you're trying to do is just [ __ ] it wouldn't work for you tell the truth yeah yeah and yet by the way if you when you look at yourself man like how could you expect that you're gonna get any different result if you're just like yeah you know I thought I could just be following orders but I'd get these super great results you know thought if I just showed up and flip the burger I'd get the million bucks like you got to actually listen man you got to listen to what's being taught you've got to view it as a more painful see well you don't realize we're trying to put some pain in you around this behavior now because everybody Caudill's you it doesn't give you real feedback and so you can avoid pain by just staying in hiding like this so we're trying to we're trying to be like like we really love you man and we're trying to really give you a little bit of a pain towards this behavior so they and should try to reconnect pleasure to you getting out of your shell a little bit because this year you got to understand to me is fake it's not it's not the real you it's an incredibly fake I mean you gotta understand your ancestors the kind of obstacles that they beat and the kind of things that were coming at them generation after generation after generation of just rob brutality that they got through and I'm not saying to tap into anything super brutal or crazy but you know you can say wake up and like you know you can do that you know you don't got you don't got to go like some hunting expedition we're like an animal jumps out of a bush and kills you and you defend your tribe from the other tribe nothing crazy like that bro but you can speak with a bit of conviction to a group I mean imagine to for so many guys being six feet tall are you 6 feet tall yeah I mean imagine the envy that many people we've worked with for being slim good-looking 6 feet tall I mean they're their degree of rage and jealousy would be out of control have the natural benefits most guys would absolutely kill for like to give you examples like I've worked with people that were like legally blind I've worked with people that like the guy that was legally blind could only see people through his peripheral vision and I had to teach him to fake locking eye contact cause it gave him a better connection even though he couldn't see their eyes they could see his and it made all the difference to his interactions that's the kind of stuff but I'm used to dealing with because I get the clients that nobody else can help that's a big part of I have two types I have the really easy guys and the really really difficult guys are the only two clients I ever get but that's the point but I've seen this look I know what it looks like I know that anger I know what it feels like man cuz I was there I didn't believe when I did my first program at the end of it I was like this is it doesn't work and I went out to prove it doesn't work so I just did in field over over over again to prove it wouldn't work look another way it won't work look another way it won't work and then it works and what I'm saying is the reason you failed today you know you're like energy is energy the reason you failed is because you wouldn't scream wake up the reason you failed is because when someone's got a choice of talking to a guy who's sitting there and Owen does the impression better than me but you know let the dooblydoo like that guy like no one wants to hang out with that guy but the guy that's going around and having fun screaming to people and getting them to wake up that's the guy people anyway you don't sad about it too is like that guy who's going around be extroverted could actually be a complete dick who's in a very win lose frame but that guy will get more good feedback you might actually be in a veer like let me ask like honest question are you somebody who like really cares about people wants the best for the world so so okay I love that one no I love that I love that I love the honesty but but really there's a lot of variable intention people just the salt of the earth but if they can't fix this they wind up getting the worst social feedback where's a lot of guys that are frankly a little bit more sociopathic they're just like I know that this will work so I'll just do it and they just do it and then everybody gives them all these props and I think the other point that you brought up that I really appreciate by the way was a lot of people would see someone like yourself and they'd say oh he's just a sweet little guy just leave them alone just leave them as he is people will tell you to say like this and this makes me so sick to my stomach like you can see me up here like you watched a video that's like I look kind of pissed off and the reason why is because it makes me sick thinking the encouragement that you've had to say like this it is completely manipulative and in my view horribly evil that people are encouraging you to say like this because they're encouraging you to say like this for their agenda because they just want him to say the exact same to be exploited and and it dry it really burns me up because I feel like I was on the receiving end of that where I feel like I lost decades of my life with that kind of feedback I tried to become this like super version of the guy just following orders and it's very painful and you know a lot of people would see him and they'd go oh he's fine I see a ticking time like okay I'll leave that out but like honestly I don't trust it the the just following orders people frankly frightened me and then and the people that are kind of like in this like beta thing they scare me because they're not even first of all they're susceptible to being told to do things that could harm and second of all they're they're not alignment themselves and as you said Adam there the range is stacking up yeah and that that's what I'm seeing in this guy like I like said I I just I dealt with these students so many times before I see it a mile off I know why he didn't come in for one of the days like without even talking to this guy he didn't come in for one of days because he stopped believing he stopped believing they would work not looking at the fact that the reason isn't working is because you're not putting the time in and instead it's it didn't magically transform me when I went into that room in fact what we had to do is bring you up and give you $12,000 worth of coaching to give you the actual personal attention for you to even start realizing that the real problem the real missing piece was you and what I want to do is I want to show you that rage that everyone gets built how many of you have this rage building about anything raise your hand write that rage that you guys have building I want to transform that I do not want a single one of you to go out there and be angry I'll tell you a couple of things about me right now when I was a kid I had severe rage problems absolute anger problems like some of the worse that you guys can imagine number two I'm a complete pacifist I don't believe in fighting I don't like fighting I don't like hurting everyone number three I've been studying martial arts and so seven years old and with a bladed weapon there's a very few people in this room that could take me out even if it was two on one I never do that that's awesome yeah this is that sheep it's actually funny that yeah there's a there's a there's a there's a famous marketing guy I he's a good body mind any bought himself some some sticks and he kept him in his office and he's like I like it because no one wants to mess with me like in my office I've got these two and he had collie 608 for you guys over there for a screamer and trees holding these two sticks he's like yeah he's like coming at him would you mess with me if I had these I was like dude I could take him out you had about 30 seconds beat the crap yeah like what and I just take him off him and I'm like and you think oh damn and that's really scary but the point I don't I don't brag about it I don't make a big deal of it because I am a pacifist I don't like having to do it like little things to put it in perspective I lived in Africa for a few years when I lived in Africa I was threatened multiple times at knifepoint by people trying to kill him once anybody even dubbin but technically no I know that's a pretty rough place yeah Pine town which is just about slide not just meant like yeah I'm hanging out in the townships I made friends with the Zulu Ivan Ivan Joburg so yeah yeah yeah and I lived there and I would walk the streets because I couldn't afford a car because I was littler you lived in Durban 23 Wow yeah and so so these guys sitting here at it yeah so but these kind of experience like I said so but when I meet people I see the anger I get like people in the street like yeah you don't know what you're dealing with unlike bro I grew up on a project it was run by drug dealers I trained in multiple martial arts from MMA kickboxing to knife fighting to you know Filipino I remember the thing was a cut a bit right so I've trained at all these weapons I was like you I could kick the crap out of you and yet I don't use my energy for anger I have it I absolutely have the same anger as every single one of you but I don't use that energy for anger and if a single one of you left this room and you used your energy for anger I would feel like I failed so would own so it's a we would feel like we felt but I do want you to use that energy but I want you to change it I see somebody with energy building up inside him you said it and you said it's feeling like a volcano those descriptions come from someone who's angry there's a warning signs for me but also when Owen said do you want to make the world a better place in your head you were like why don't know but I know you do want to make it a better place yeah that's probably another thing is disconnected from to be fair I like the honesty but he's probably disconnected from that as well here's why I know you want to make it a better place because you're here and you came in because you want to meet someone right but that's you want to meet someone you see that change see that happiness but you don't just want to meet someone let's be real let's be a hundred percent real here because you mentioned you're latina right and so I know a lot of things about the Latin culture and one of the things that I know about it is you want love yeah right that's that's what it's about when you get that love when you get that person you would want the best for the world the moment you're creating this like dark dark small cramped space which is your life okay you're getting smaller and smaller it's getting darker and darker so yeah the idea of the world burning sounds pretty cool because you're getting smaller in your thinking once you get to an expansive way and yes sometimes you get you have to actually get to the point of meeting that person that Rhys box it out of you so I want to ask you something this love your life she doesn't exist yet you haven't met her yet but let's just imagine that she's Miss Perfect like she's got that you know just imagine this like she's your ideal girl I know you want to bubble you in a bubble but right it's right right so I want you to imagine that girl now I want you to be true 100% through this guy do we agree this guy's honest yeah this is honest guy you know who you are today right now do you want your ideal woman to go out with someone like you are today no you see that that right there is where your issue lies you want yeah and by the way did you to be clear would you have felt that way before we kind of browbeat at you up on the front here or like if we had asked you have to start what you've said yes or have we kind of mess with your head a bit here it's I got to know this okay so he's gonna need probably a lot of concrete implementable instructions as well would you have felt this way at the start or no yeah okay so you still would have felt that way even before we gave you a little bit of a hard time up here okay so what he's trying to tell you is that you're going up and speaking and engaging with somebody who even you on an intent level hope that they leave for their sake to some extent at least or at least part of you yes no yes no yes or no yes okay all right I just wanna make sure so I don't I know I never want to corner you into like us tell you again cuz just followed orders so like you wouldn't like you to meet that you're like no sir no right I don't want you to do that either okay so we do want to get real feedback from here don't let us push you into okay all right yeah and I think I think you know I think I'm seeing someone here who you know from a selfish level obviously want her now you do want that but at the same time yeah but at the same time you feel that that anger that builds up and and you know that that's not that gray and so when someone says to you well you know what do you want for the world there's that that selfish side of you that wants the girl and you're not getting it so you're angry and you're lashing out and that's understandable the song would feel that way but at the same time you know you're not that ready one of my favorite things I say to students is I'm like hey if you make your ideal girl right now and she told you that her favorite restaurant was a 250 dollar meal and she doesn't want to do it all the time but she's like so you know once a month on a special occasion how comfortable would you be in that situation do you feel that you could fulfill that and there are a lot of guys like I know I couldn't do that that that wouldn't happen my girl's got to be okay with McDonald's and then I'm like do you want to be with a girl that's okay with Madonna so like oh hell no and we get the loop where what actually is the issue is nothing to do with the girls to do with you man and so and so this is why I'm so glad actually that we picked you out of everyone because I want everyone here watching this has got the anger that anger is what you uses energy to get you out the house that's where it goes you don't aim it at other people it isn't for anyone else your emotions are yours I have a great analogy I give someone if someone stole your favorite pair of shoes and they walked off with them how would you feel about that who here would be angry raise your hand absolutely mad right put your hands down how would the shoes feel about it they wouldn't care but this is what happens guys will be like that girl doesn't like me I'm so mad about her she doesn't even know she doesn't know how you feel because she's not you they are your emotions you're angry about the fact your shoes were taken it was not the shoes fault if you could blame somebody maybe you could blame the other person that took them but what if they needed shoes so they could go to work because they didn't have money what if the reason they took your shoes was to give their baby baby formula when you stop thinking from a place of just you and you start thinking about the overall outcome you'll realize that your emotions are yours alone and now you have to ask yourself does this emotion serve me does your anger actually help you if you're angry about something and it makes you stay away from something you've spent money on did that benefit you does it serve where you want to go or could you be angry at the fact you watched Game of Thrones the second time can we take the anger and put it in a better place take it away from other people and get angry ourselves I need to go I need to go and make this happen now that's what that nodding that's why I like how do you feel do you hear that voice change guys can we come here again yeah I love it I love it so the point is and I love what own said you need concrete steps of exactly what because one of the things that was very powerful Adams referring to is that inner alignment a lot of guys are just out of alignment I mean imagine you're running around party you wants to put yourself out there part of you wants to just be lazy part of you wants you know the world to be a better a part of you doesn't and so like a lot of time there's a lack of clarity like even when Adams speaking right part of why public speakers try to communicate with a lot of conviction is we're trying to really be emphatic with that inner alignment and then when you see somebody who's very aligned like all the little ducks on a road in their head at least in that particular area where they're a subject matter expert you're gonna really resonate with that well do the same way when you're communicating with the world you've got there's a degree of misalignment that you have here and it's everything from wanting great results but then at the same time not to be like mean or whatever but it's like kind of a selfishness because you're like well I don't want to have to yell wake up to the crowd I just want to like get results like this and not have to do any of it because it feels uncomfortable and I lose dopamine when I do that it's not as that when Adam or Sarah or myself speak with conviction that we want to do that I mean if you want to know what I really want to do I just kind of want to be like I want I want to have like a big crowd of people here to listen to me talk right you just need laughing cuz you know right it's like yeah it's like I want it in my hotel room right now right now I've converted the desk of my hotel room into a painting station and there are 40 toy soldiers lined up ready for me to paint and I didn't have to come here and speak this evening I did not have to come here and instead Sarah said hey we've got an opportunity there's an open slot I would love for you to come up on stage almost like do to come up on stage and I'm right now I lived she paints are waiting for me to paint my busy schedule got a busy schedule see it's like like like we want to have a big crowd of people here to hear us talk and just be like like here's what I want I literally want you guys you know how like a lot of you guys have come up to me the hall and say oh you changed my life or you help me I want you guys to still do that but I want I don't want to have to master my content I don't want to have to sit there and watch my videos to work on my speaking and test out my ideas with people and put them through the fire I just want to sit here like maybe we should show them what we really wish you know yeah like like he's laughing cuz he understand it's like I wish I could just hear Barry yo yeah just followed orders like what do you want me to talk about like I'm chill like it's not it's not like it's not like I came out of the womb like all right right like I'm like you bro I just want to be like hey wake up wake up brightly it looks funny cuz you're not even used to me acting like that right you know I can already know it's downtown Los Angeles - Taylor's like vaginas drying up right now it's like yep just folder like I want to do that like I want to watch Game of Thrones twice 100% 1000% you guys love owens netted right how many Brooke put your hands give your loved ones energy now now I want to tell you something guys I want to absolutely tell you something that's not his energy Hey he's giving it to you that's not his he's taking his energy and giving it when you see Owen you don't see his energy you see yours that he's giving out and he is hoping that you will take it and you will take that energy and go somewhere else right now right here Julian this is why I truly believe in what's going on right now and I love the direction Owens moving the company right and and for any of you guys you don't realize the precipice of what's going on on the the deep levels of things they're happening from society from business from from dating everything but Julian right here actually represents two paths of a road down one path is a very angry very resentful person who is upset with women upset with this entire industry nothing works he's old a lot not given anything and he's angry and the other side the other path the part that just a moment ago he said he didn't really care about which is actually the one I know he cares about the most is the perfect woman with the bubble butt is the love of his life kids because I know that your mom won't let you not have kids yeah that that world creates happy children who grow up in a happy loving family who then go on and changed welcome selves look at this guy's face you seen him smile like that yeah now tell me you don't want to change the world for the better you do right yeah right because that's what you really wants that's what you guys are sealing that's what that's happiness that's true joy and happiness and it comes from all like with full circle now it comes from the fact the real issue was you watched the second season of Game of Thrones or this the you watched it twice that is the real issue man and so when you're at home and you're like it's just one more show it's just one more minute actually what you're doing is you're sacrificing the quality of your life and the impact that will have on every else in the future this is not a room of angry upset men this is a room of untapped potential that don't know what to do with the energy that this man is giving them I want to take me I want to say thank you and and here's what I want to say thank you Julien hopefully hopefully I did a little bit of why I did and what these guys did and we got you turned around and now you're on a better path and you're gonna go back to the old content look at it and start applying it and using it that's what I'm hoping the challenge is to truly get out of your shell they can be caught like they're in some ways simple and in some ways complex right like by a simple way of looking at it's kind of like because you can got it simplified like just be yourself more put yourself out there like simple way of looking at it but it can also be kind of complex because there's a lot of misalignment that's going on in you a lot of beliefs that we've got to work on a lot of behavioral changes that we've got to make in practice and like a lot of kind of accountability that we've got to maintain over time to kind of keep you on track with this so if that's the case you've got to have that ability where like like what I was saying to you like you know if I say like oh there's people outside like tell them to quiet down or whatever it was I said I can't remember like I want to see like a jump like like immediately challenge yourself right there like figure out what I was saying like whenever we've coached dating advice sometimes we'll be like hey maybe we could go talk to that person and like you'll see a lot of time the students like um hoo-hoo-hoo and I'm like just pick someone man like like does it really matter who I said at this point just pick somebody you know like just pick something and go through remember what I said earlier about picking a direction in a career path and going with it like and I even kind of made some jokes about settling that wasn't a joke I kind of mean that like at a certain point like just you got to just kind of pick a direction man you got to calculate the factors as best you can and you got it you got to kind of see it in a dynamic moving environment and you got to take your pick quickly a great thing that you can do as a kid but unfortunately some of us miss and just play sports when I was a kid my father put me in hockey and soccer but I was really bad at this the soccer ball would just roll by me and I would just watch it roll by and my parents are like why are you letting it roll by and like this kind of mean my parents actually took me out of soccer because they said that I just stared the ball as it went around and I was shocked I really thought I was playing soccer I was like four or five I'm like I'm playing why are you keep me out of soccer they're like you just watch the ball go by and my dad really hammered this into me the anti-doping mentality and and the thing is like later I went in hockey and I remember like like that you know they teach me like if the puck goes in the corner you've got to win the footrace to the corner you've got to quickly analyze like who you're gonna pass it to while spinning and taking the bodycheck right you've got a you've got a you've got a you've got to thrust properly with your feet move quick get in there turn and pass while getting checked while analyzing it quickly so sports I think for kids even for me when I was so bad at sports I was really horrible I mean just for me to learn how to do that it took years just to get half decent but it was very powerful do we ever in sports the kid yeah okay so that so in the same way and were you ever in sports okay so okay well whatever whatever activity that you did do but take in wrestling right maybe I don't know anything about wrestling but you know say some guy came at you and some certain hold or whatever it is that he's doing like and you've got to quickly determine it and you can't wait for someone to just tell you exactly what to do you've got to you've got to assess it and take action so like that's a big thing too right so really what you're gonna be dealing with it I love your your take two more but I think what you're gonna be dealing with here is you're gonna have to start to get in alignment with what you want out of life start to look at the different corrections that you're gonna have to make and probably either get an accountability group whether some mentorship and some RSD program which could be amazing or get a get a local group that you guys hold each other accountable and you've got to start chipping away at this and you said you're 22 now so at 22 now you know at 27 and if I say 27 28 to you guys I'm gonna turn 40 this year for you guys that are younger if I if he's 22 and I say 27 28 to you guys that sounds like the longest time ever I'm the cool thing is if you start today you'll start seeing progress immediately okay so it's not like it's just exactly like now and then at 27 28 there's issues change but for me like in the in the in the path of transformation that I took it probably really was about 15 years like I don't need to be super duper weird here okay so I again I said I'm turning 40 this year I really think I only came out of autism two or three years ago and I mean that like I'm at a point now we're I understand what I'm saying and what I'm doing most of the first 12 or 13 years of my career I beard like I would be up there seminar or like doing all my dating advice activities and I really didn't even know what the heck was going on half the time I mean I had to literally rewire my brain almost from scratch because there was so much damage in there that's why when I see you up here man I look like I'm gonna cry cuz I couldn't really feel your pain and I'm like I'm like this is bad stuff and I feel like no one's gonna like I don't want to say like we're the only ones gonna come and fix it but like I kind of sometimes feel like that a little bit big you know because because I don't think most people are willing to address this stuff even in salvo but all this rah-rah stuff which is super cool but like it we got to really go it like we got to really dive into this and start chipping away dude we got to recognize how serious I don't want to like overblow your situation or you don't make it like no I can't take it and like jump off a bridge or something crazy but I'm just saying like we've got to recognize how serious this is but then we've also got to recognize the potential to fix it and what's really cool is how much how rewarding it it can be when you fix it it's funny this guy mentioned using wrestling strikes to do professional fencing I traveled the world or that competed in multiple international tournaments in fencing we apply the memory concept right you guys know that the average human memory can only hold seven plus or minus two items so when you fence against somebody you assume two things one they've got a plan too they're trying to remember how to fence that means there are only five more things before their memory shuts down so a big part of professional fencing is trying to get somebody to think about five additional things so they forget how to fence properly and then you can win and so a large part of it is coming up with how can I throw five things that this guy isn't expecting one of my favorites was when we were close and we were about to connect I would say what do you think about the weather and they go huh Wow Doug trigger and that's what you want to do right you want to make that wake up inside and say don't want to do well I do now that's right and that and that's how you'd win a lot of tournaments so what's happening with you and what happened with you is someone threw a dope trigger at you just because there was so much going on your brain couldn't compute you didn't know what to do and instead you want to just shift when somebody throws a dub trigger at you you want to rely on the basics and the best basics is exactly what almond said which is just jump just do the thing when it comes down to it just do the thing if someone tries to dub trigger me I'm just gonna hit them and I'll work it out witness in a fencing fight no in a nobody no in a normal situation but if I'm in a competition and someone tries to dump trigger oh my god hey hey hopefully that works right because that's what not what they're expecting because they're like I'm gonna do up trigger and then hit him but he's like instead same thing when Owen is like yo do it and it doesn't matter if it's only if anyone says to you hey I need this to happen yeah I'll go solve it and in the time where you're walking to go and solve it your brain will then start solving it you know that's the moment to do it I really want you guys to be aware like for myself growing up this was my single biggest challenge those examples that I was giving about me playing hockey and you know my parents like why didn't you go you know chase the puck enough and whatnot this was something that I had to resist and fight against for years and what I found is there's a there's an actual action taking momentum and a problem-solving momentum and when you start to get in momentum with it you'll find that you get a lot of confidence with it like right now for example like we try to teach you to be more expressive that's it really if you kind of put in a nutshell or we're trying to show you here I mean there's a lot of stuff we got to work on but it's really to be more expressive right and what will happen is you'll go do that sir if we mess up your guys seats if you guys are popping back in just find one but basically what will happen is you guys like when I would first try to solve problems I would I would drop out but when I had that taste of really taking action and taking the risk I start to like it and then I would do it more and more in the same way when I got used to actually projecting myself more at first it would scare me but when I saw the payoffs I would do it more and more I mean same thing you know Adam mentioned getting coaching like I like it's funny because you know you're here and you know we talk about coaching I understand you might have mixed phones with that but honestly when I started getting coaches it would scare me at first because I didn't know if it would actually pay off and then when it did I did more and more I mean even reading for me one of I actually was a voracious reader growing up and then for a number I mean funny enough check this out when I went to college I actually kind of stopped reading isn't that funny because I viewed it as a chore I used to love reading growing up then I went to college and it kind of took the fun out of it for me so I had a couple years even after college I didn't read that much and then to reinitiate my with reading and self-education I read Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand ayan Rand and ran right and then and then later The Fountainhead I think it took me about almost half a year to read Atlas Shrugged and then The Fountainhead it's kind of these like fictional stories that are sort of self-help related about taking personal responsibility and things like that and again it reinitiated that momentum well after I'd read Atlas Shrugged which is around 1,500 pages and then The Fountainhead which is around 8 or 900 pages depending on the edition in the size of the print the page size well from there I picked up a couple other smaller self-help books that were maybe 200 pages but I had I had confidence in momentum now so I started reading more books and I became a voracious reader and then I got to the point where I'm making more decisions for myself I'm taking risks I'm projecting myself with more confidence I'm getting new teachers I'm reading more books even meditation like I understand the first time you ever try some like meditation is super weird you sit there you try to be quiet and you're like don't think well I'm still thinking damn I just thought that I'm thinking that I'm still thinking oh you know and it's like super weird I get it right and then you can even get in momentum with motivation or without meditation and likewise I've even had it where I got really lean in the past I'm not right now but I remember in the past when I was really clean on my diet for three or four years that was really powerful just saying no I'm not gonna eat the you know the naughty food and I would just eat super clean and that was like a really powerful experience and I'll tell you man when you see people that are in that kind of momentum but a buddy of mine everyone at Aaron dowdy yet I'm sure we'll do some speeches of him at some point he teaches spiritual growth tech concepts he he loves rerouted trans surfing all its different sells name's Aaron doubt he's awesome and even we look at Aaron Doughty Aaron doubt he's the guy who's in a lot of momentum right now he actually built up his business almost without a team one of the reason I really look at him with awe and respect and same thing with what you did too is that he hasn't like I've been lucky I'd like this mega team that I've kind of built but to do that without even necessarily having like a mega team Aaron did it Aaron in his case did it completely by himself he was working at Barney's I think and then he would go home at night and he would just chip away at it completely self-motivated I'll be around him I'll take him out to some Superfly restaurant that's relatively healthy I think I took everyone called wolf in LA it's like known as being fairly healthy and one of the cool things like when you're a lot of momentum with being perfect on your health is even something relic healthy you don't even want and what's that yeah go for it bro yeah P momentum and and basically like and so what you'll see is I remember I remember when he did that and he navigated the situation perfectly he just want to go to sweet green after right so even though there was like some clean meat Sarah clean vegetables but they still had a little bit of sauce in it and maybe like you know not the perfect oil maybe canola although I'm not really sure what his rash like what his exact act that he wanted was but I remember he just kind of sat there just kind of just joked around this kind of tiny little thing to eat to not look tacky and then immediately dragged me to sweet cream and I was like man I used to look like that I got to get back like that and that was the thing is like he has momentum with it and one of the things I admired with Aaron when you watch him is you could see that sharp look in the pupil of somebody in momentum there's a look that somebody has when they're waking up and in momentum now he's not present and one of my big rules I don't like to speak on people who aren't present but you know he's been getting browbeat the whole time anyway so I guess he gets the idea so baby but but the thing is and all Express system when he walks back in but basically the thing that concerns me with him is the look in the pupils and if you think of say what I'm seeing with Aaron right now sharpest attack brighten the pupil and then you see what our friend here is experiencing and it looks faded and it's sort of funny because to me this is so obvious I can see this clear as day and just about anybody with it within seconds I look in the eye I can see what somebody's like within seconds but funny coming from like low level autism to being able to read things that subtly and I remember I think I had some other video maybe with Julian a Julian can read it to I'm sure you can too you can write yeah I mean it's completely obvious I guess for maybe teaching clients so yeah is actually there's a to help these guys relate to it it's about whether the person is looking at you to read your emotions as you're talking to them so they're connecting with you or yeah or whether what they're actually doing is trying to look past you and look at things behind you and around you or look at your facial structure and they're not really reading it because they're thinking of something else there's a it's a there's a really good I love the Simpsons it's great Simpson thing where we're home is looking at someone as someone's telling him this really important thing and then it cuts to his point of view in it's like yeah that's that's what's happening you know and and you see it some people when you're talking to them and you like hey man I'm here to help you I'm giving you my time and you know that they're thinking wow I just can't wait for this guy to shut up okay so and I was talking about people so I gave you a little bit of a hard time while you're gone but basically I feel it's actually really handsome my values to do that anyway so pretty much what what I was saying was like you know like I can look in the audience and I can tell by the look in somebody's pupil where they're at now funny enough a lot of your guy's eyes are sharpening up right now cuz you know I'm looking at you all of a sudden which is kind of funny too so that's him saying and I love what you said I'm gonna let that sink in because I've always wondered like I can see it I'm not quite sure what it is and I think that's I think that combined with like the kind of esoteric vibration aspect is probably a combo of those two things or something of that effect and maybe even to do with their food intake to I'm not sure how line they are with their purpose their presence I think there's a bunch of like a slew of things but I think that one is huge and I'm gonna really ponder that anyway so what well the reason why I think what you said is accurate is because I'd like to call this utilization of bandwidth if somebody's in a lot of is in that kind of refrigerator level pain a lot of their bandwidth is sucked up and monopolized by kind of just trying to cope and so once they're not in coping they can wake up oh absolutely and in fact a lot of what I do is to do with analyzing chemicals and the way it works and I love hearing it cuz it's so it's so cool like when two experts get together like you guys gotta raise me know and like we're friends and we hang out but we don't often talk like this we're often talk about like you know kids and life but so what happens is that that pain when someone's got low level pain in their body like raise your hand by the way if you have if you have a nagging pain right now that just now there you see how the hands keep going up now now keep your hands up by the way let's just say I want to see how many people in the room at you so if you've got a low level pain right now now I want you to think about if often you have a pain but you can't really we're not really aware of it right now keep keep your hands up and add to it if that's you as well okay cool now raise your hand if you're uncomfortable alright that's good so that's almost over half the rooms but your hands are so here's what happens when the body experiences pain your body creates a chemical to let you know that that pain exists and I know a lot about this chemical because my son can't and so our family is very into this chemical it's called cortisol now what happens is when your body has cortisol it is the body's way of saying you need to do something to get rid of this now you guys have sat here for hours not dealing with that pain by you not dealing with that pain your body starts to think that this is an unsolvable problem and that starts to trigger excess cortisol if you have it in your body triggers depression and depression leads to inaction so if you have a back pain that troubles you or a sore foot or something and you don't deal with it you let it go we call it the leaky leaky tap syndrome where it's like well the taps leak here doesn't really matter it's okay one day the tap explodes and you're like oh I can't believe it exploded today and it's like dude that tap was leaky for a very long time warning you this was a problem that constant pain creates cortisol in your system that just stays there low level cortisol and that cortisol over time triggers such a deep depression and that depression manifests in a desire to do nothing because your your brain is just trying to cope with that pain so this is so funny like like Owens talking about this and he understands it conceptually be seen it but our family has to know it from a chemical level because of our son and because he can't create it so you had your spot on that is what's happening his said he's talking about the smartest kid I've ever seen in my life by the way literally smartest kid I ever see in my life it's like kind of crazy he actually frightens me like I don't want to talk to him it's scary me it's like a kid like this big was like hello welcome to day it's like really [ __ ] freaky like that's gonna be a very special kid it was when he was 3 just to point out like how scary is we're like getting ready to go out for the place and he's got an older brother and his older brother wasn't ready yet and I was like right but come on I start going to the car and the three-year-olds like but Dad what about my brother and I was like oh no he's coming he's just like getting his shoes on in the other room he'll be here soon he goes thank you Father because he assured me he wanted to come with us yeah I don't know it's really short yeah yeah it's reassuring me yeah I'll be very I'll be watching them we'll see we'll see what he does yeah very interesting but anyway yeah so I guess what we're kind of talking about here is a look in the pupil that you see in people and I think this is such a deep topic I think as Adam was saying you've got a combination of that suppressed pain cortisol and then because of that they don't even have enough bandwidth to even socially calibrate and I'll tell you the degree of lack of social calibration that I see is incredibly intense in society and it's to the point that I will give direct lessons about this in all sorts of videos and I'll watch guys when they meet me skip over all those lessons despite the fact that they've been hearing it time and time that's kind of why what I was saying to you and I was like you've watched all these videos where we've been we've done transformation where cuz guys on stage get them yelling and being more alpha and all that and then you're still kind of doing it I'm like how are you not like how are you possibly and again I'm being such a dick but like I just want to know why like I need you this is my therapy now I didn't need to tell me how could you have watched all those videos and you still don't do it and like and like I make video after video that's like I'll do it and Jeff will start rolling his eyes like oh and we have like 300 videos where you make guys like learn how to use their voice and some I'm like they don't get it they're never gonna get it and for me by the way it's my single biggest pet peeve because when they can't express themselves all the other advice we give won't work so they're there so it's like a it's like a fantasy camp of [ __ ] because they're sitting there and they're and they're just like they're writing down all these notes but it doesn't matter what they write down cuz they can't even express themselves properly what does it matter what you wrote down bro and you've got a bottleneck here it's like it's like you're trying to run a business but you need it you need like a certain influx of cash coming in to even run the business but there's no cash if you like we're gonna hire this guy and this guy that you don't have any cash this is this is like a some kind of conceptual fantasy camp so like like if you don't have the stuff down that we're showing you here in my view anyway I'm just getting my opinion in my experience but a lot of experience I don't see that you're gonna be able to get the result that you want and so again I was talking about my buddy Erin dowdy who has a YouTube channel kind of a cool promotion for him there but basically when I look at him one of the reasons that he really impressed me is as a guy with that without even a full team back at him he has he may be hiring some people at this point but but it definitely is initial trajectory that's my understanding I could have got this wrong but that's my pretty strong understanding it's basically Aaron has this sharp look in the eyes which comes from great nutrition great meditation raising his vibration dealing with his past pain getting aligned with his values and a big one keeping promises to yourself every time you keep a promise to yourself you raise that self conviction that self belief getting out there meeting people expressing yourself solving problems and so this is what we're trying to get through to you but I'll see that kind of like there's sort of like I don't know if I would describe it like a glassiness it it's kind of like it almost looks like the person's maybe stoned like but it's not but they're not stone I mean maybe you are stone know the secret joke of this whole seminar right he's like I've been high off my you know the whole time right see later is like whoa but but like and I see that and it frightens me because I was lucky to have my dad kind of give me a hard time with the sports thing and you know not to give me the participation trophy and and also I had a number of other different mentors that would really call me out and the way that society is moving these days that were so afraid of offending people that we're afraid that if we kind of like like I call a couple people out during a seminar there's a lot of comments of people like that was just plain rude and offensive I'm like how do you want me to help this guy like like what were we even doing in this room was this just a a state pump or where we get are we getting serious about making some progress here and I guess there's just I understand there's different approaches to teaching like some people like as an example some people say it with fat shaming if you call the person out they might get depressed and binging and get more fat so I understand that there's sort of a there's sort of different views of teaching my view is kind of in the middle I feel like you've got to be honest about what the person is dealing with and about what the consequences are dealing with but then I also feel like you've got to give them encouragement like you know like I said one thing I admired with you is that you're up here you're able to take it and you know you took it while you went through the lessons you know you're you're up you're clearly trying to change and even though you did say like I don't care if the world is better or not like I actually don't believe that I actually do think that you're like a good dude but but I also think though that that whole just following orders thing and kind of that derpy thing I just have seen that have a lot of consequences with people and that's like one of the biggest things I just really want to try to help the world within whatever small extent that I can because what I see when I go out to me in my like Oh in view of the world is I see a lot of people that essentially are kind of derping easily manipulated out of alignment with themselves carrying a lot of trauma stuffing the trauma I mean if you even listen to our music it's like get crunk get crunk and like you know that's super awesome like I like a music like that like all you know kind of bump it but at the same time when I hear get crunk what I hear is translation like I have trauma I'm getting medicated I can't live with myself so right now I'm gonna medicate the crap out of this trauma and go crazy hahaha but by the way when I medicate it it's gonna come back worse after the weekend in the form of hangover and further trauma hahaha and you know like that's what I'm hearing it's not super cool to me it's not super cool at all I mean most of our society is loaded with drugs alcohol processed food and mindless entertainment designed to and and I mean the prescription rates in our society of I guess like prozac or they call it SSRIs I mean what does anyone here know the numbers on that is something astronomical 30% I mean geez man like that's numbing the fight like I understand there's probably a time and a place for everything this probably has save lives like there's two sides to every story and you know you might have a doctor or psychiatrist up here that's like you know what that that pill save lives and I think that could be true because I think I think we can kind of like take one side of it and not hear the other side of the story and if we don't have somebody else here to represent that side of the story it's not a complete picture but I also think that even the people that would say that would admit that this stuff is terribly overprescribed and the problem is where it gets and this is where it gets even really kind of crazy too we want to talk really crazy is the healers that we have in our in our society are afraid of litigation and so if you just give a pill and there's laws around that the just following orders I they said they're depressed i prescribed the pill well like because what have you don't here's the problem with this right what happens if you're that doctor or psychiatrist and you don't prescribe the pill and then what if that person were to do harm to themselves well now you know because you tried to give them some reishi mushroom and some ginseng and turmeric and you know you had them jump around and laugh and get aligned with their values and get back on their purpose like to be fair maybe the reason they're depressed is because they're not getting adequate nutrition they're not getting adequate spiritual growth they're not in their purpose and that depressions trying to trying to give them a sign but if you try to fix them maybe that one you know if you deal with thousands and thousands of people just statistically you deal with that many thousand people at some point some of somebody could hurt himself right and then at that point what might happen is that that that doctor is open to litigation so they're just just following orders to they just give a pill but that pill isn't solving the bigger problem it's potentially dumbing them further to be fair maybe it would numb them long enough to start solving the problem and that's what I think psychiatry could be really good um but it's really scary that this is what's going on I mean even in even if you have kids and you take your kids to the best Hospital say they say that your your baby mama or wife or girlfriend whatever it is has just given birth and probably needs some some healing foods maybe you know some vegetables or something and what kind of food do you think guys think they're selling in that hospital what do you think even the best hospitals what do you think it is it's a lot of like soy canola oil base like like at best maybe like some like crackers with like Swiss like Cheez Whiz type stuff or McDonald's or subway and this is a house of healing and and and then they're gonna load you up with like vitamins and stuff I remember with my second son Dylan when he was born I had watched a documentary called born in the USA and another one called the business of being born or somebody that there are Netflix about it now to be fair everything that I see I always assumed it to a degree it's propaganda so I do believe that those documentaries are kind of propaganda for midwives like they're making hospitals just look like like the worst place ever right everybody has their angle so I'm not gonna believe anything out right I have a critical thinking towards that but I remember one of the criticism they gave of giving birth was that the mom is on her back and not able to move around and in nature the woman would be moving around twisting well then what happened check this out this is really this is really crazy now I might have got this wrong I watch it years ago but I think this is like more or less what they're saying but you know it's many years since I've seen it so they put the woman on her back the babies less likely to come out because it's like the worst position possible but then the doctor like to you your babies like the biggest deal ever right but what if you're a doctor who has to deliver a baby every day and your nagging wife is saying get home for dinner well at that point you probably want to do what what do you want to do do you want to sit there with her on her back while the baby doesn't come what do you want to do then to get home on time for dinner a c-section so they basically they administer I think it's like pitocin and then sometimes I can actually help it it's actually like really good but sometimes it doesn't and then essentially what winds up happening is um is that they wind up doing this overabundance of c-sections well look if a c-section happens I again like I think c-sections are amazing they can really save lives like trust me you want c-sections to exist if you're if you if you got a woman who maybe can't deliver that baby those c-section can really save lives but that's meant to be as a backup that's not meant to be the main way and I mean again like I don't want to give medical advice or I'm just literally summarizing things that I've read but you know like again that's getting really heavy but my understanding and again I could have this wrong I'm summarizing something I read somewhere most women that I've met have had what's called a leap procedure you guys know what a leap procedure is so most women at some point they get this like invisible virus called HPV and sometimes that can manifest in warts but most strains of it doesn't manifest as warts but it eventually can manifest as cervical cancer so tons of women will get cervical cancer from HPV and if you ask your female friends like in my experience most of them have had a lead procedure so they go in they kind of laser out the HPV leave these little irregular cells before it becomes a problem my understanding is that if a woman gives vaginal birth again I'll check this before I put it on video and see if this was true and maybe I've got it half right but my understands that they give vaginal birth it actually shoots out the irregularly irregular cells so think of it this way right if the woman does a c-section and doesn't shoot out those irregular cells she later could maybe even get cervical cancer of course that you know they can do the lead procedure it's not the end of the world like there's there's there's solutions to these things but a lot of us were just like I guess the bottom line is like between the fluorescent lights and not getting enough vitamin D and not get you know not getting probiotics from the dirts not getting a good range of like food and natural vegetables demineralization of the soil lack of human contact and connection among people due to overuse of social media things like that lack of yet lack of physical is going to get to lack of physical exercise and all these different things and the lack of real spiritual growth and teachers who can actually get you know kind of dig into this stuff you wind up get and I'm gonna be the biggest jerk I could ever be but you kind of get like you know is how I see it is what I see that's that's that's I do you object to me saying that at all do you feel that was a good diagnosis yeah thank you okay and it sounds super dick but and I see most people like that so what happened in my case just to summarize was basically I began to I began to wonder what's wrong with me like what's what's going what the heck is going on with me what why am I just sucking so bad and so I just started reading a lot and studying a lot and like for example with me working on say my dating advice stuff a lot of people like where did you get the motivation to work that hard on your social skills I'm like I kind of understood that if I didn't do that it was gonna be a big problem I kind of understood if I did like my friend Caroline this week she's 21 she just had breast tumors removed and I'm like I'm like yeah you probably started Instagram sorry she's in the hospital and like she's fine but like Caroline so she's like a lot like these young beautiful girls they're partying super hard I watched her pound and alcohol partying really hard on like Caroline what are you doing like you could literally get cancer and she's like oh you take all your little supplements you don't drink you don't party I'm like Caroline I love you but like you're being crazy sure enough she gets you know cancer cells but she's a normal see by she doesn't believe that can really happen I mean maybe there's some other reason for it than the partying but she party really hard I mean she had a good time so I'll tell you guys a couple of things just just off the magnet first of all what woman's saying is just because that's how you got here doesn't mean that's how you have to go for you 100% have the choice to change but no one's gonna give that whew it's like I said earlier about the would be nice it would be nice if someone did it for you and actually we were nice you got picked you got the opportunity this is it this is the turning point and you can run with that but I'll let you guys into into a secret about about me and all it that it just touches on the cancer thing just to explain firsthand right down low we are we are this is this is a this is a dark moment that me and Owen shared I had a employee that worked for me he's one of my best friends I love this guy more than anything yeah lived in my apartment the guy was amazing and this guy was his biggest fan loved him every every day in our house we wouldn't have a day that went by where he wasn't like Owens the best person on the plane he's like I love you I love working for you Owens better and I was like it's fine like we had that kind of friendship I was like I don't care I don't care what do you find and then one day Owen founds me up and he needed some help with something and I helped no one out and and Owen he's like what do you want like what's the repayment and I was like can you do a phone call with my friend and convince my friend of something and here's what I wanted him to convince my friend of my friend I contracted cancer you go for tumorous lumps in his body due to his bad diet I mean we don't know for a fact but let's put it this way he had cancer and he had a very bad diet and the doctors said that was probably the course in that situation and I made a decision that I would match his diet to clean him up and we went on a complete no no bad junk daya we ate super clean macro food we did the full thing and this was he was still he wasn't like I'm not gonna go to my doctor and instead I'm gonna do this miracle cure we said to the doctor is this something worth doing and the dog said look I've seen I've seen it turn people around why not try it so we did a six months we stayed on this on this like super clean super healthy eating kick we went to the doctors and the dog said okay we'd like to remove the tumors they're like but you know we don't think we can completely remove these cleanly just so you know the chance of us being able to take it without is very slim you're gonna have this you know it's gonna get bad so the doctors go in they remove the tumors and they say to him I don't know what's happened but all of the tumors were localized and on on basically on basic flesh they're like you are 100% cancer clean and it was like a miracle to us you know we were like this is crazy and so we stuck with this diet but he was craving McDonald's he was craving fast food and he's like well I'll just slip one day we just live a little bit at the time when I was on the phone when when Owen asked me what my favor was I was like an auntie I'd love you to convince my friend to fight back my friends diet consisted of the solely of chicken nuggets chicken strips and french fries and he got informed that the cancer had come back and now he had 10 tumors instead of 4 and my friend had given up on life completely like he he moved back home of his parents he sat watching TV and eating fast food until the cancer is completely consumed him and the only yeah the only time I saw life in him the only time was in that one phone call he had with Owen and it picked him up for like two weeks afterwards he was he was like yeah man I'm gonna do it I'm gonna do it and then he absolutely just crumbled back into that that stay and and the reason I'm sharing the stories I'm not saying that's typical I'm not saying this for everyone I'm not saying that that's gonna cure you but I am saying what I saw with my own two eyes of what can happen when somebody allows themselves to completely crumble and I don't want to take that story and I want to take it away from medicine now and I want to show you about it trying to find a stop doing almost exactly the same thing with my beautiful home I wanted a beautiful piece of Texas and I dropped a ton of cash and I bought a 44 acre estate with multiple properties on it and I love my home and I had I've got like it the stream it's beautiful and when I first got there the very first thing I said is I don't want to ruin it by turning it into a farm so there were cows on the land and I removed them as I we don't need any cows so we got rid of the cows so what happened is after we got rid of the cows was the grass tied over growing and so we needed to mow the lawn so I had to hire someone to come and mow my lawn I don't want to guess how much my lawn costs to mow fifteen hundred dollars a week to mow my lawn fifteen hundred dollars but it was worth it because of the house actually we're keeping it mode really honey that was yeah so I'll get that I'll get everything so so we mowed the lawn right which was great because the lawn got mowed and it looked beautiful and I was pumping a lot of keeping my lawn pretty but I wanted my kids to have a safe place to play so one day my kids are out playing and if you know anything about my family we'll know we're nerds but we also we will fight with weapons and there are weapons to be found around our house that's important because our kids the three year old and at the title of three own at the time an eight year old at the time we're playing in the garden and I suddenly see mom standing on our porch jumps into the air wielding a katana and swings it down by the kids and we were like what is going on like what's happening there was a copperhead right next to our kids and their mom jumped off the freaking porch and cut its head off the capitate in mid-air with the katana which is just epic the reason for that is I was like why are there copper heads hanging out by our kids and they're like well they they're moving away from the grass because you mowed it and they're moving by the trees and now they're digging around by the leaves near the trees to hide because there's no dirt or grass and so I went to like with these experts and I was like I was like so we're mowing the lawn how do we get rid of the snakes and like we can get these bugs or chase the snakes so we got guineas and then the guinea started scratching my Maserati and ruining the car and I was like how do I stop that happen and the point is I went in the circle and eventually I had this old farmer down the road that came to me was like man you just get cows on your land they will keep the grass down scare away the snakes so now we have cows and as a benefit we get a 90% reduction in taxes because we own a farm yeah so so point being Nature has already worked out the solutions to your problems and you can absolutely mow the lawn get katana to deal with snakes and get rid of the cows or you can just put the cows back in Atlanta so yeah I love what you said there because man it really I mean I think we'll wrap but guys I think what it really comes down to is like nature is here for you and I think what added that analogy I'm trying to say is you got to tap into it like you what's become of you is not natural it's actually there's been a lot of people that have been this is really messed up to say but just very subjective I have no I can't prove this but I've just really spent years and years studying this because I wanted to know what was wrong with me so I got to figure out what's going on with me this is not good like I could see clearly whatever is happening with me this is not gonna end well I understood that clear as day even since I was much younger and what I began to realize that a lot of people that are kind of doing their thing they've imposed their will on to you there's not enough of a core force that's there that says no boundary this is what we're doing this is who I'm gonna be and that force like a lot of these self-help seminars that you see even the Anthony Robbins ones where he has guys cheering and chanting up and down I know that you guys probably see that you think it looks ridiculous he's doing that with purpose there's a reason why he's literally trying to wake people up he's trying to snap him out of it a lot of what Julian does with the crying and releasing he's trying to snap people out of it even a lot of some that we did over the years in the past with dating advice getting people socializing trying to put them under pressure trying to get them into momentum we're trying to snap them out of it so a lot of what we're really trying to do or try wait you know we did it here I think we covered a lot of the theoretical aspect of it and you'll also see us in other seminars doing a lot of exercises to snap you out of it and it's not even just about me doing it okay like like I can do really cool stuff with you but it's it's really about you too okay like you got to take action yourself and really again nature will find a way to make it work but you got to put the cows back you know then right like you got to make a decision to actually get your [ __ ] together you got to make a decision to get your stuff together and you've got to come out there swinging with a sense of urgency do you feel a sense of urgency after this yeah okay so that's really what it's going to come down to we got to have a sense of urgency and commitment and focused and focused intensity because transformation takes focus it takes it it takes an exertion of energy it's like it's kind of a bit of an explosion right one that when the butterfly is born the caterpillar dies that person who I was when I was younger I have memories of the mental movie that I had when I was younger I have memories of that mental movie but understand that at my core that person that I was when I was younger is dead okay that person is dead because yeah I have the same mental movie but the types of thoughts that I have beliefs that I had feelings to my body and behavior is different no different than me as a little kid playing with toys like you know it's in there like Russian dolls it's in there to an extent but let's just say that something else has come through it and it's something new sarasu ain't dead maybe I'd say something new has emerged and that's what I want to see in you and that's what we want to see in all of you is something new which emerges so we've covered it upon that here today and we've sort of gone into it and there's many other seminars and exercise will do in videos that will do but going forward you have to make a commitment that you're going to take full responsibility and stop letting external forces impose their will on to you and make a decision that you're gonna take a stand and you're gonna begin to impose your will I would ask you how much of your thinking your mental capital is tied up and monopolized in ego gratification biological drives and social conditioning how much of what you think is just or I think this cuz someone told you to just following orders how much of your thoughts is biological drives I'm I'm tired horny hungry sleepy whatever it is and how much of your thinking is really just you trying to feed an ego to protect your dopamine how much of your thinking is there well if you're a spirit or a soul or something bigger than that and you were to die right now what would go to heaven the desire to have a Maserati and be kind of hungry and your opinion about you know the Miami Heat cuz you're a Heat fan cuz someone told you to be is that what would go to heaven well what is actually there that is you what is you and that's the question that you have to ask yourself and that is your second birth he's had his first birth right he's here what's up say what's up what's up he's here but there's a second birth that has to occur and for some people can strike like lightning but for most of us it'll be sort of a gradual continuum until you look back a decade later and you're like I'm really not that I mean I can remember the mental movie of that guy and there's always a part of me still there which is it's really cool it's the best part of me it's the core of me but something new has emerged and that's what we've kind of tried to take you on a journey here this evening I'm really excited to see you guys tomorrow but I want to thank you guys for being here with us late and enjoying this journey here with us I really appreciate it thank you very much much much much appreciated guys thank you thank you thank you very much you
