good pan favorite pan I don't see a good pan well you saying since I don't have much counter counter space I already added 1 cup of milk whole milk 2 tablespoons of Worcester sauce which the sauce month's endeavoring it for a minute and now I have some ground beef here is um 85% lean 15% fat um this is about I'm gonna say three pounds three point two full almost three and a half pounds of ground beef and it's going right in here with the milk why I'm not getting a ground beef cuz it makes it tender and moist so I'm gonna go in but this ground beef what two eggs guys and remember Lucy always says every be a clue that later if it using half of this amount of ground beef remember I have a large family so and what you're seasoning I'm you also gonna need some onions some baby bella mushrooms only if you want a little bit of vegetable oil some flour some beef broth and some seasoning this is my my blend I take all the seasons that I use and I just blend it up and I just wind it up and I'm going in with my hands guys remember I got a lot of hamburger so if you only have half this want to use 1/2 a cup of a half a cup of this oh and you know what I forgot Michael I'll put the camera down real quick cuz I forgot my bread crumbs this is gonna cut let me get my break oh yeah got my plain bread crumbs almost okay I love the missus recipe oh I could I placed in here like a cup a break Rose yes almost messed with my recipe hmm and since I had so much hamburger I think I'm a bubble from another a cup and a half know that the power go out you know yeah it's not this morning here yeah so I'm going up a bit more my seasoning and how much season you put in and basically I have my go-to stuff this up on onion powder garlic powder season salt pepper and just mix it all up in here you want to make it flavorful now I still the sponge okay now you could try to shake these lights out for a steak or you can make a hamburger out of it I don't want to go in I'm gonna make it like a good handful I'm gonna do it like a meatball first I get the way I want it in my hand and then I'm just gonna press down press down and push in the side Hey i press down over it like that try to make it look like a south where it's thick what you think yeah see just like that do a little meatball press down and I pushing the side and you got your south where it's thick just like that yes I'm gonna do a couple more cuz I don't I'll get me a paper plate the lady's gone leave us do a couple of more and I'm going to show you how are we going to sear them but three minutes on each side just to get a golden brown go the crust and I'm a plating from the plate then I'll come back that much before I get your very end I'm gonna show you guys how to do them a couple more times okay guys I sweat down maybe four minutes then I'm adding three tablespoons of flour bagging my beef ball make this gravy place goes back in there I'll show you guys all that let this sweat down for three minutes give me three minutes I'm back you guys I added like two more tablespoons of margarine so I did the leftover grease from the um coconut on Southbury which is hamburger meat and four tablespoons of moderate let it sweat down and about you owe me four tablespoons mix the sauce I'm up in here and it's gonna let this you're you want to get that flour taste out you fly editing my broth and bit more flour gonna make sure I like my gravy again about for tasting that's about three this is two pounds of raw for less sodium beef broth and I won't let this lose this flour taste so I'm just going and I have earth Bank on the medium huh took that mushroom only got flour on it what a minute or two you know what just uh facing like power you go won't fly when I flip it over let it hit that man yes I hope you guys will watch them look back to this the kids are cited and this is two pounds I'm using all of it because I have a lot a burger a lot of Salisbury yeah and it's going at it again it's summer we have it on a medium heat just won't let it get thick and to this guys I'm at two more tablespoons Oh which is your sauce one tablespoon and that's the big one when you're measuring swings to taste I let that get it on a medium heat and this is not in your hat that's the color I want it you can [Music] and they just gonna cook this is going to simmer I'm gonna let my Center like them 40 minutes what the top one and as it get thick and they get too thick guys just add a little bit more water I don't have any more beef all so they get too thick this hand you some water in here why simmering let me go for all the miners let it go over all of that last month come on building 50 lay there and I want to fit this my top over here and let this go for 40 minutes on a medium I wipe the top off on a medium heat guys when we come back this gravy is gonna be thick South doors gonna be ready and we're gonna plate it in this video okay so far we are back and we are done and if I forgot to tell you guys let me just tell you guys aunt seasoning because remember you add your seasoning to your arm let's further my thinking mashes hate us you add your seasoning to your meat and stuff but taste your gravy ethnic McGrady Kenny well I didn't have to it this was just perfect I didn't have to add any extra water or flour just the way I made it you guys so we're gonna plate it I had a school setting oh yeah delicious you can make it as thick as you want it I'm trying to burn my Hey Hey look my just giant meatballs are grazing on it and you know um they shrink so that's got some
