they want so um we're going to meatloaf and we're going to do some other things to go along with this some sides I'm not sure the sides so when you guys to get this you'll just be surprised I know when I'm is cornbread I know one I miss cornbread okay here we have some ground beef I had some garlic powder onion powder my pasta flakes sees the salt pepper two eggs and bread crumbs and this is some let you guys know this is some Duke mayonnaise so you guys let me do it unreal that's that Graham you smell I did oh that's okay I smell good that's what I'll be hurting mixed up together already so I got moved into green peppers a little bit of onions can't get mixed up ready cuz that time my last video was coming Oh remember you guys none of you know what no you're gonna way he made that up if you guys with that member Bryce see what all the play that's what we got his together so I'm trying to concentrate it in chocolate okay okay you did ready I want to do that anyway so yeah green peppers and onions not that much just a little okay another reason I mean it's on you you can use a half a green pepper and a half the onion it's just that I don't like onions I know so I'm not putting down my pants I'm still gonna substitute with a little bit of non your pal you just want that flavor so what I want to do I don't want to season the meat first then pick my condom is I want to put my condiments then my season on top of the condiments and it's not going to get into the meat so first thing we do is our pattern hey you guys I can't tell you how many or go how much you know I'm seasoning you wanted it tastes great this the onion powder you know I'm going big things here I'm not gonna say teaspoons I'm say it's about a tablespoon of each let's go with a tablespoon I feel Dave now I use I will use just use one large egg but I have some medium eggs today so I want to cry too so if you have large edges use one I would just use one large egg you got a medium please yeah I got this little medium eggs in here you guys heard that one large egg you don't have large eggs what happened you got two small you use three small anything fun okay you said you said you only use one large egg word hmm okay you don't have large egg so you got medium you used to why don't you have small age used to still used to till you soon okay and my green peppers and onions remember it's not that much just no it's not that much because we can't remember I'm really not onion person but I wanted to taste good so to this I'm gonna add about a half per about a half a cup of plain breadcrumbs you know and this will take you guys Duke minutes it's gonna make your meat low taste so oh okay we're going to use this right here I would normally say it's just one spoonful you know a reckless Cyril spoon that you use just one but unfortunately I can't find a spoon right now so I'm just going to take this fork and yeah you know I'm the two of them to sides and then you could do like to cause when is that green well those are my collard greens and they've been doing maybe 30 minutes those are fresh collard greens look that's what i'ma do i'ma show you guys that boom all you see the camera don't do that and so yeah those are my collard greens I always kind of shown the grayness legacy the green cycle CME's also I gotta add some such that some onion Singh pure butter see we got my useful we get down 300 honey before they make spoons they use their hands and I need to get down in this and this is gonna be a barbecue meatloaf no it's not gonna be I'm not you know I'm supposed to be going Chucky ready yeah I'm making a turkey burger turkey loaf and the turkey loaf is the same I know about miss I don't like no I'm talking about the same ingredients so you guys I don't need to do the turkey loaf or you use all the same ingredients just use it what a turkey meat and it's going to taste great you saw how to make a turkey burger same ingredients ma'am I told ya got to see this one reason why I'm making the turkey loaf to Dan circular course we know it's not gonna go any there you know you make turkey burger those shrimp you know trigger burgers good for you okay so guys this is my meatloaf the way it's gonna be shaped 350 step back in the oven okay you guys I had the UH meatloaf in the oven I had the turkey meatloaf in the oven so I made some fresh collard greens um these ones are going greens in a bag you know they still fresh it's just that they cut them up and clean them for you and you know that's such a hard task to do going English so how are the bags going green so I did rinse them off and I stuck them in the pan I ain't guess you guys actually even see me more camera yeah don't get too close I don't think you need to see me the arm rest off the back glory greens but they are stupid to the fresh greens they've just done the hard work for you so I put them in here there's only one bag they're going to shrink I use about two and a half cups of water that's it in here there's one bag of greens so I'm gonna dice up a little bit of red onions not that many be careful it's all about flavor for me you know I want everybody to see the onions in there so they don't like it they could just you know I'm not putting that many onions in there I'm not going to um it's that right there so unless you guys yeah I put some are something that some onions you use a regular onion if you want but I'm putting in some red onions about one cap full of vinegar never anything won't spread around the whole thing I like vinegar but my sister's happiness and she really don't like the benefit how to use two caps but why do you say she could taste it chicken taste this up an army pistol seasoned salt I put about two tablespoons of seasoned salt in here so I got the greens in here vinegar onions seasoned salt and that's good oh this Funko pop whoa George solitary hours know these ha greens baby knows mother flavors gonna saute and stuff hey what you talking about I'm not a chef right so don't talk speaking oh we spoken to your child I'm 25 yeah daddy yeah so one bag of boy greens oh great wall she does win on me y'all rinse them off put them in the pan I'm cut some onions a cap full of Danika seasoned salt I let him cook because it won't take about three hours Oh my greens gonna be tough so I'm gonna plop three hours on a medium heat watch them you don't want the water to go out we're gonna give birth but I'm come back and maybe an hour and show you guys um what else imma do these greens and they're gonna make a cheese ready okay so I need of this done I'm just some small remotes so it took about me just two hours to cook so what I'm going to do see look barbecue meatloaf so again a little barbecue meatloaf so I'm gonna pick barbecue sauce on it and put it back in the oven got another 10 minutes or so because I want the juices and the barbecue sauce the salt you know they're gonna still got chicken look at that why I get my butter some back with your Verma mood but I know some people are like well then you'll meet at in your grief if we want to put meat in here you can pick like a smoked turkey neck and you can actually let that cook with your fresh greens if you want to use a ham hock you know from your mother's old age handle that is really thick so you may want to cook that maybe two hours prior to the greens and it's sticking the race ain't a more salty do yeah Emily wants yeah I don't like that salt I use a turkey necks out of hand now but the vinegar seasoned salt onions and you close about five tablespoons of unsalted butter butter not margarine butter oh my god grace is gonna take some mazing just seasoned salt unsalted butter your onions Kathy vinegar I'm telling you even stop to meet your bum I feel like you're down I'm up there man you're gonna love it so I decided on a meal we got barbecue meatloaf fresh garlic rings I'm balling the eggs cuz I'm gonna do some good over tater salad and a homemade butter your pantry so when this all comes Oh homie um he asked about macaroni cheese hey I'm not going to say everything I'm not doing that today so again fresh polyphase turkey loaf ooh a meatloaf talk dirty to me hey but take a salad and our homemade buttermilk or bread I'm gonna show you guys how to see ya so these phrases need to cook maybe for another hour we don't want to Chuck you don't want any tongue rings but you don't have the nutrients out of back don't want to chuck so I'm gonna strain it another hour they're gonna be done that meatloaf is done but what I'm going to do is that I'm sticking in the oven because I want the barbecue sauce to really soak up in the meatloaf so I'll put that in advance mungus my my leg this is my turkey loaf oh my god and so we have it to the day honey and I want to look like a fuse now and I put a little bit barbecue sauce on this cookie and I'm just gonna pin everything in the oven again everything took about two hours the meatloaf cause you don't want to drive it's a turkey loaf one of the top wouldn't bother I'll be back with the steaks hey the tech side I know he was ready okay third pot I got she was like a full spot because barbecue meatloaf barbecue turkey meatloaf fresh greens still cooking and these are all the ingredients and potato salad I have in here eight potatoes I ate potatoes sliced up I had in here it sliced red peppers and about nine eggs with my potato salad you're gonna need mustard mayonnaise relish pepper pepper iike onion powder garlic powder I'm gonna do first i'ma go here fit some volatile er everything you got season to taste i'ma say this is about maybe is it coming up yeah sorry got that much see guys like it's a lot of garlic palate I'm gonna go see so that's about three teaspoons $2.00 powder about maybe three teaspoons of onion powder and pepper you know this getup this give it a little bit and there's any time to go to the store about two teaspoons pepper now this trip soon but take the salads that don't make it suit I can't stand I see you potato salad not really dumb mustard use this big spoon about 1 tablespoon 2 tablespoons of mustard now we're gonna do the relish I got squeezable relish but if you get relish sweet relish from the jaw down okay some do the mayonnaise not like I do not like a lot of mayonnaise I want dry this is all I'm here because I want to try minutes I want to drive potato salad I washed my hands you guys so I'm going in hand first and I'm just going to stir it all up together again you can taste it and see if it has enough seasoning for you see how that that was just enough mayonnaise now it's more then yes I know you didn't work this and I want to get these potatoes on here nice now I'm gonna sprinkle I'm eyeballing but this is about a table a tablespoon of sugar sorry yeah that's one of my secrets a tablespoon of sugar yes sir the office is good so what I want to do is that I need to taste it and make sure it has enough seasoning so let me get a spoon I'll tasty crazy was you see like yes you didn't smell yeah Bernie I want to taste it hmm I don't want to enough you know me I don't like hot I bet do it mom I'll be right back with the buttermilk okay ready for that cornbread buttermilk butter corn bread right here in my iron skillet the best way to make cornbread I'm melting a half a stick of butter here it's gonna be degrees the pan and let cool down and add to my arm for it next so I'm doing equal parts I have 1 cup of all-purpose flour 1 cup of go on cornmeal anytime any kind of cornmeal yellow cornmeal you guys can get your hands on and I also have 1/2 a teaspoon of salt I'm not a soft person but when you're baking salt is a key ingredient so I 1/2 a teaspoon of salt and I had a half foot this is a half but here the 1/2 1/2 a cup of sugar if you like most sugar you can and one already pick one teaspoon of baking powder to this I'm going to add two eggs I'm adding two eggs because I would only use one large but these are small egg steaks medium eggs and they're kind of small so I'll use the two eggs and I'm also going to use two not teaspoons but two tablespoons of vegetable oil it helps keep it moist two tablespoons of vegetable oil and we also gonna use buttermilk if you don't have buttermilk you cannot even use 2% milk whole milk buttermilk I suggest buttermilk a whole milk isn't it it's fattening you want the fact now to this let me get my phone my butter it's gonna be about to say I'll three tablespoons of butter see the pain is this is the pan of one of youth move on around and the side sitting put the cornbread uh-huh call break going ahead and bring it over yeah 400 degrees please go to 400 and I told you I was recording so I'm a stir this all together about a cup and a half for buttermilk or holding up without look you decide to use I'm using buttermilk and we gonna stir oh I should have used a wire whisk but I did this rubbish phone that's not really going it I'm gonna lie you so Wireless but we all make mistakes i'ma ask some more milk about a half a cup of milk but I'm dress which spoons I want to use this but it's not working so let me here let me get a wire whisk there we go much better the pair's on the texture you don't want it to sink if you don't want it thick so so this is good for me so that's like a cup and a half a buttermilk and it's served a really well let me pull it into the our skillet and this is going to cook off 400 degrees for about 25 or 30 minutes and when it comes back little arm skillet cornbread okay Cory's out the oven it's been 30 minutes so what you can do is take some butter you can melt your butter but I like doing it this way and just spread it look at it all around this is a good country that recipe so sick that there I'm about to show you guys a plated barbecue sauce with all bricks lutely is hat we're gonna take it out look at the back of the crust mmm so you guys here it is
