How To Evict Mice From Your Vehicle. Grandpa Gus Mouse Spray Works and Smells Great Mousetrap Monday

today for mousetrap monday we're going to set up the motion cameras to see if the grandpa gus mouse repellent will evict mice from a farm truck and a camper this time of year with the colder weather mice are moving in they're going in houses rvs campers and vehicles and people are constantly asking me if there's a mouse repellent i recommend to keep them out i've tested out quite a few different options and i'm really curious about the grandpa gus this advertisement keeps popping up on my facebook page so i thought i'd buy it the commercials promised that mice hate the smell if you spray it in a home or cabin in a boat or car storage machinery rvs and in the shop so i went on amazon and purchased the grandpa gus repellents that consists of peppermint oil and cinnamon oil so let's go ahead and open up this and see what they look like very fancy they come in a cloth bag we'll open that up and the repellent's loose inside pretty lightweight and it smells great like peppermint and cinnamon and here's the grandpa gus potent mouse repellent in a spray bottle it says the cinnamon sting will prevent mice from chewing you could spray that on wires or any place you don't want the mouse 9 also it creates a dry spray barrier against entry to use it you shake it up really well and then spray it where you don't want rodents it's a light mist and that smells really good now i hope these work but before i can recommend them we're gonna test them out i'm gonna set up the grandpa gus mouse pouches in a farm truck to see if they keep the mice away and i'm gonna use a spray and a camper but first i'm gonna set up the motion cameras without the repellents to see how many mice we're dealing with well as you could see from the motion camera footage this camper is infested with mice you see droppings everywhere it's been abandoned for a while and the rodents have moved in well i'm curious how well the grandpa gus rodent repellent works so we're going to spray it all around set up the motion cameras again and see what happens to the mice so so after reviewing the motion camera footage i'm really impressed with how well the grandpa gus spray worked before spraying it i was getting over 100 clips a night of mouse activity but after spraying it the mice didn't seem to like the smell and i only got 11. they didn't hang around so overall i think this was a huge success but i'm curious how the pouches work we're going to test them out in the old farm truck first i'll set up the motion cameras to see how many mice we have and then i'll place the bags to see how the mice react well based on the motion camera footage and my past experience using concentrated peppermint oil i do recommend the grandpa gus rodent repellent products both the bag and spray but keep in mind they're only one tool in your fight against mice but only in certain situations first of all if you have a huge mouse infestation like we have in the truck and camper you need to trap those animals they consider that area home and they're not going to want to leave they may even get used to the smell over time secondly you need to block any entry holes and remove any food source make sure the area is not a great home for the mice and then thirdly spray the spray around i think the spray is better for the initial attack and the bags for long-term use now it does lose its smell after a while so you need to constantly refresh it but the bottle is pretty big and it seems to work well with lots of sprays now my favorite part about the spray is not that it reduced mouse activity by over 80 to 90 percent with the motion camera footage but it smells really well in our family car we had a mouse die behind the panel and it reeked especially in the morning when we took the kids to school now i sprayed this all around and it greatly reduced the smell and made it much more pleasant also in the camper after years of pee and poop with the mice i sprayed this around and it didn't smell as bad so having the dual purpose of making it smell well and keeping mice away is a great product but it only works best in confined areas and you do have to refresh it and i'd also keep a trap set just to get any new mice moving in the area thank you so much for watching my videos and thanks to all the viewers who have sent me art i love seeing the pictures if you haven't subscribed please consider clicking that button i've posted over 600 videos on youtube and i'm currently posting new videos every monday and friday so if you want to see the best videos on how to deal with mice rats squirrels chipmunks moles foals and gophers stay tuned [Music] you
