usually when using anime characters in the arctic the proportions of arms and leg length are way off usually the arms are way too short and the legs are way too long if you're useful body tracking this can be very confusing and inconvenient so here's the simple way how to change the proportions in blender first of all you'll need cat's blender plugin i already installed it here select your armature and go into pose mode with control tab let's start with the arms you need to select your lower arm go here to the bone tab and change inherit scale to none do the same thing for the wrist and the same thing on the other side now you select the upper arm you need to change the transform orientation to local scale y and then you can scale this part of the arm very easily so usually you want to make them longer 1.1 scale 1.1 and there we go it's longer and you would like to do the same thing with the lower arm now you can select both i will shift ctrl c ctrl shift v and that will copy it over to the other side unfortunately the inherit scale to none you can't copy that you need to do that manually for each bone um so if you only want to do that it's fine you can go apply as rest pose will take a while depending on how many plane chips you have it might take a little longer and there you go you have your arms longer you can export it everything is fine um for the legs you need to do one extra step go into post mode again um once again lower lag inherit scale none for both sides and the angle as well select the upper leg make sure that the transform orientation is set to local scale scale y 0.8 usually they are very long scale y 0.8 you select both copy it boom i look very weird now because i already had good proportions but if you have wrong proportions with approximately these numbers it might look good um i recommend going to front arch again now view with numpad 1 select the hip bone g and then you can lock it with the mouse wheel and just move it down so that the feet are approximately at zero perfect make sure you don't move it to the side but only up and down and apply as less close perfect now you can export it put it into unity and you will have good proportions
