so I've been turning golds or in the magazine since 1987 and I'll tell you 30 and 40 year olds don't have that mindset so myself great job with your parents are you raising your son five men under the sword in the brain you love them and you got you your head on straight you understand this the show is nothing it's like the starting point I always thought all right we're here in Gold's the mecca have a quick little workout with Mike Ahern over there he's very eloquently gently moving those for place in the Smith machine right now I'm gonna go in there probably do five plates maybe for like twice as many reps as Mike if I'm kind of feeling up to it depends if I feel like it or not and yeah I've just been Mike's mentor for the longest time I kind of taught him everything he knows and yeah so let's just see what we're got we do next what you're gonna hate about it was so good-looking stuff we've got a body and tall a great personality you fully understand the idea of an explosion we love something I'm trying to teach people is that there's a difference we can always go to explosion when we need that real big lift but if you take explosion away try to flex through something your weight drops but the great thing about when it drops then you start building up that foundation again and you understand the two concepts and that was still we need it back to explosions build that up even more and you're building more muscle and it starts I don't like that so become like successful what are you developing one day say whether beyond strength and explosivity if the more you continue building that the more likely you are to get injured if it's already like so high and so develop but if you could go back to the drawing board and another foundation you grow that and do that in a much different areas you're much more safer with that being said I'm gonna still be explosive on a stump so get to know about my explosivity games that clear spot he's gonna rock it out it's kicking used to doing regular traditional and good old incline with the dumbbells there's a little bit more damage to the show that I guess you could say but we like living on the edge so let's go there thank ya then post on maybe now a couple different ways you saw David do a great form for power so chest up head up legs extreme power as you keep going you can start changing digs around drop the chest a little bit bring the elbows in a little tighter just like y'all most on stage here you posed in or in the posing room just kind of flex to it now depends on what kind of weight small movements
