things are bad to your shoulders listen I can show you yoga people that are so flexible beyond flexible but since suddenly society thinks because you got muscle you lose that flexibility problem is I'm around elite athletes like Keith Evans NFL football players the best MMA fighters I'm around those guys that are outside of the health and fitness world and sense of working out and these guys are still so flexible the range of motion is top-notch and that's what keeps them healthy and so that's what we got to do moreover and help the fitness world we got we get so shortly on our positions we're gonna open them up let's go kid seekers coming down to normal flight is gonna come down the right line in this area coming back take it up try to come back as far as you possibly can everybody's a little different speed is key no rush no reason question is coming up regular grip on the end squeezing and they basically choking yourself out at the top you'll notice with me all actually reverse that today you'll see that I put myself in odd positions use a little lighter weight and keep that range of motion that's easy who makes this look easy the understand to mind the muscle connection all you out there that are like wondering suppose I know that you may not compete you may not do the competition still pose just so you understand how to control your muscles and I'll say that to Maya my Emma Mayen Hall of Famers I'll say that to my power lifters still still learn to pose that way you can flex the monkey food that's on 25 pounds yeah nice right let's stretch and also on the way up that contraction there's no relaxation [Music] [Music] so a little decline one thing my chest is not up I'm punching down on the absolutely flat buckless what's this everything on the outside of the you walk into you could school everybody teach them something but I love today is it your the sixth best in the world at natural body and you came in here close gym Becca Becca Becca told me what I need your car but came in here it's just guys wanted to get better and so I eat better and create a shape and stuff and if I can teach you something great take that and use it and teach somebody else and pass it on but that's that's the only way you're going to grow if you open [Music] you're gonna get stuck in your own ways all right you just went out to my tree here because these guys are just then I won who they're not opening up there to young man all right yes for us I want to know everything that happened at the show a little post-meal rob Terry did not win he was a recruiting champ a with the whole Romanian thing and my girl self no but he's great guy humble I got to teach him something today which take away that he's one of the best in the world so all you kids watching this
