Please note that this website is currently a work in progress! Lots of interesting data and statistics to come.
I went to high school with Cole, and he is a very business savvy man. He's a real perfectionist, and I've enjoyed seeing his YouTube channel grow. He's definitely the one I've gone to in the past for financial insight.
Working day and night.
Well, very interesting video. You put your video together really well and broke things down for a layman such as myself to understand. I’ve gained a ton of respect for the business. Hope and pray for a great 2020 for you and all farmers here in the US and around the world.
Wow crazy coincidence that you posted this! I literally found this on related videos on YouTube yesterday after watching non-farm related videos. It is definitely interesting and very eye opening to anyone thinking about watching it.
Really interesting, informative video for those of us who've never had any exposure to this industry. Thanks
Honestly if they're netting negative each year (not necessarily true for them), why even stay farmers? He even says everyone in the family basically has another job. Why don't they just go full time doing those other jobs without the $1,000,000+ expenses every year?
Cool video, worth the time to watch (at 1.5-2.0x speed). Would have expected that they were getting more than $50k a year from the government in subsidies. I wonder if there's any other significant area of government intervention in the corn and soybean markets.
Good Video during Lunch or Dinner....
Great video! My parents let me ride on the combine as a kid!
