I don't get his argument against dual booting because the other OS's can spy on the root file system. Full disk encryption prevents this.

When he opens the Windows VM, the video outputs through the dedicated gpu's video ports right? So you need two monitors? Or does a the VM open in a window and use the dedicated gpu for power? He has that new 32:9 monitor and I think he uses picture in picture to display the VM on the right hand side but it could be a window.
