How Faith Works - Part 1 with H.E. Ambassador Uebert Angel & Pastor Ronnie

thank you so much [Applause] thank you [Applause] thank you so much for joining us and we are starting a new series on faith and how faith works how faith works part one part one we we're gonna do a whole lot of things here and say a whole lot of things that you you guys ought to listen to write notes technology make sure you take notes it's important wherever you are if you're at home if you are in a branch it's time to sit down but if you're at home you're already sitting down thank you so much now now watch this now watch this we haven't we have um uh a pandemic so to speak the people don't understand that that faith is a substance it's actually an object it's a physical thing it's a there's a in other words there's a physicality of faith all right just like money is used as a currency in this world faith is occurrence of the spiritual world but so many people are bankrupt of that currency in the spiritual world so what they do is after ministering and after ministering you can say anything you want to say and when you leave the pulpit everyone rushes to you prophet uh pastor uh evangelist please help me teach him help me pass a apostle i just need help my my daughter my son it's not that that is not allowed to do to be done but the point is it exposes a lack of faith or a lack of knowledge with regards to what faith is so god instructed me to teach a series on faith so if there is ever been there's ever been um a message that's so important that's so important uh that's paramount it is the message of faith how faith works all right and right here i want you to go to to this scripture right now before we we get into into the thick of it uh hebrews chapter number 11 and i will start from there remember how faith works part one now now faith is chapter number eleven verse number one now faith is the substance of things up for the evidence of things not seen now when we have something like this it's so exciting that we we get a lot of people that really uh think you know the pastor is his duty to give me what i need the prophet is duty to give me what i need the apostle the evangelist the teacher they should give me what i need i don't need to do nothing i just need to go to church sing a few songs um maybe dance here and there give my offering in my tithing and look there are people who are bigger than us we've got a certain level of faith or anointing more than me that can just help me wherever i am you know whenever i'm in need i need those people realities that's not how things work jesus can work that way but that way is not the perfect will of god faith is the perfect will of god and most people don't know how faith works i'm actually with pastor ronnie here so we're going to be discussing the the subject of faith and and a lot of things happening there and we're going to really touch on this thing let's go let's go welcome thank you so much thank you so much for this opportunity to be here with you prophet thank you it's a great privilege and honor for me privileges so much to learn now it says now faith and remember what i explained i said um faith is a now thing yes sir this is one of those important parts about faith that people don't know faith is a now thing in other words when we say faith is now even in the original rendering the word now is not there so if we remove the word now it still says what faith is so easy is now that's right so now we bring back the now then now watch this so so a lot of theologians will say there is no nothing called now yeah let's remove the word now it's an addition but we are left down with faith is that is the main thing we have to know about faith amen faith is current hallelujah in other words you can't use yesterday's faith today [Music] now this is where it gets deeper so a lot of people that even know what faith is are trying by all means to use today's faith tomorrow come on now like i went to church on sunday oh we were so blessed we were so blessed and then on monday they're not doing nothing oh they think yesterday compensated yesterday compensated you can hear people after a big conference they don't come to church this is the way i waved a lot of the word what you had was knowledge but you can have faith because faith should be now that's right it should be in this now now amen you can't use last year's faith today come on now you can't amen it's it accumulates yes but in its accumulation it hinges to the current to the current state of being amen what are you in now are you holding on to what faith is are you doing the things that actually control faith the laws of faith amen right now here it is it says now faith is amen now faith is really yes sir now faith is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen exactly the the substance the hope was the the the the the hypostasis of things to opt for if you want to take it the way we want to take it is to uh cut that word into the substance and put a sub in stance in other words it's just me doing so you you're saying the word sub is where we get the word submarine amen where we get or we add to get the word submarine that means it says stance you make while it's under amen and that's the word hope of starts is anyway this means just to place under a thing you put under a substructure amen so here it is he says now faith is faith which is current is a substructure amen hallelujah i don't know if you are getting this now of things hoped for things the evidence the elencos the evidence the proof the proof amen here it is the proof of things not seen amen now if you want to kind of um get to to to to a level of understanding it says the word sin there it is not the word where we get the word um you know the the word optical all right it is the word bleppo which means descend all right the thing is not not seen by by by discernment number one but then it includes also physical eyes but not optical amen but it still kind of brings in the optical side of it amen you understand that when you get to the jewish or the hebrew culture uh even or african culture we carry many words that's right like that can mean other things yes sir might not be the actual name for we can say have you seen it in other words have you experienced it that's right are you now yeah it might not really mean are you acquainted with it exactly but it can still be used for that amen so the greek has got two or three meanings for every word amen all right yes sir most times three meanings upwards amen so if you look at that you realize that there is something hidden in the greek now he is saying this all right let's read it again yes sir faith which is supposed to be current is something that you have as a substructure that makes the main building to stand amen all right yes sir for those things you want to have amen are you getting this now which are things that you design because you have not seen amen you have not descended come on now you have not seen with your eye that's right all right yes sir the proof of the things that you have descended i don't know if you get this yes sir that means what we have when we're talking about faith we're having evidence so that means faith is not a it's not the ultimate goal we are not trying to find faith come on now because if we are trying to find faith we have a problem because it's only evidence that's right evidence is not the real thing yes it's a proof it's proof if you're caught with my phone after i call the police and say my my phone is missing you've been caught with evidence of what of what you did that's right all right yes sir but because the phone is there it's called direct evidence amen it has now changed because now they are saying we have gotten the thing you store but remember we don't know if you did it someone might have given you the the phone that's right then they go back to look for the evidence that support you actually did it because you can simply say someone gave it to me or i picked it up here that's right then they look for cameras they say oh there is a camera here it's showing your face it's showing you doing it now they have evidence of you stealing the camera the phone that's right they might not have the phone yet but they saw you on camera that's right so faith is like that camera [Music] it is producing proof that's powerful that this is what happened now he says the evidence of things not seen mm-hmm i i like to give this exam when i've given it several times yes sir uh about dinosaur yes i thought you still remember that yes yes that we we are looking for yeah like how you were teaching on how like archaeologists can find evidence that dinosaurs exis existed keep watching keep watching keep watching and tech notes techno it's so important how faith works all right man you can how they can find fossils to prove that dinosaurs existed fossils yeah so when they have those fossils like we are you and i are on a mountain that's right i think if you give that example it's better in the sense that you are now orman oh you and i we're on a mountain right now uh we're looking for evidence that um uh some big animal like a dinosaur existed that's right you know i don't know these names of these dinosaurs and t-rex all right we go on top of the mountain we're looking for t-rex evidence we definitely know we can't get t-rex it's not there that's right all right i can't get my healing okay uh it's not the healing is not there so t-rex we know he is not there that's right all right so we go on top of a mountain we are looking under the trees and digging archaeology and you know whatever that that's right then boom you grab one bone of a bone we definitely know belongs to a t-rex by the way we have studied t-rex and you say prophet he is the the bond t-rex was he t-rex was what let let's see what's there that now tells us something we now have faith okay you didn't get that right we now have evidence amen so now that we have evidence do we have the t-rex so so if you don't have the t-rex at least you're happy you found the proof that t-rex exists that's right wireless we are celebrating one day we are calling everyone on on video call we are telling them look we here is adam graham and we are on video showing everyone that atom grammars come on we got the proof t-rex existed yeah even in this region then everyone starts going oh they're crying because remember they're seeing us live that's right they're screaming what happened are they happy then you look at the viewers and realize wait a minute these guys on zuma actually screamingly some are pointing behind us we look behind and sound is emanating from there that's right and boom what's happening t-rex now the first thing pastor ronnie would do i don't want to talk about myself you know keep watching tell somebody we are live right now in fact share this broadcast the first thing we do is simple we drop our bonds they might be heavy we want to run that's it why are we dropping bonds and running away from because the bonds are just evidence the real thing is here the real thing is coming amen i don't know if you're getting this yes sir that now tells you now that faith is temporary on that basis no no remember faith continues all right now abideth faith hope love these three so we know this one who continues to survive but the reality now is this kind of faith that we are getting by the way we are getting the one that helps you to get your car the one that helps you to buy a house the one that helps you to get healing the one that helps you to get a good job the one that helps you to go to university and pass the one that helps you in your relationship the one that helps you in your business the one that helps you in acquiring money at your job listen that faith is only evidence that's right it's not the real thing that you're looking for it is proof that the real thing exists amen amen amen now so we ran away from it and we are left with a t-rex and there was a t-rex t-rex d-rex and we managed to escape amen what were you doing we're looking for evidence why why did you run we got the real thing see the real mccoy is here that's right all right so so now the point is most people do not understand that faith is there that's right and it has to be today it's now it's now that's right we've left the bones we don't have them anymore so one more proof get more bones but how does faith come amen how does it come thank you sir uh scripture says that faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of god faith comes by hearing hearing and hearing by the way the word of god what do you understand in that um what you've taught us prophet says that if if faith cometh by hearing that expression gives us the picture of something that's present continuous as you said faith cometh that means to the coming of faith that process there is no end faith is still coming exactly faith cometh by that means it actually means again that now faith is yes sir it is to keep coming that's right all right yes sir now faith is it is to it is to keep coming yes sir all right yes sir and and the second part says hearing by the word of god so in other words if you were deaf to the revelation of the good news [Laughter] hearing cometh by the word of god so that when you when you for instance if you tuned into this broadcast faith is coming right now yes faith is it right now it's taking place faith is already faith comes by what by hearing and hearing by by the word of god of god so now that tells us that look there is no way you have faith unless you hear the word of god amen now here it is but you don't hear the word of god yesterday when you went to church that's right because faith is what now it's now that's right so when you tell yourself i'm not going to watch today i'm just i'm i'm driving today i'm just going to another place and then i'll come back yeah i watch this sunday i'll even i'll watch it guess what that letter you were talking about right there when you are what is your driving you don't have faith amen that's true because that rejuvenates the thing you had yesterday amen the new word you are hearing connects with the word you had yesterday amen and re-vibrates it to a point now faith is building up again amen that's amazing that's why it's so important that nobody misses church look at what the bible says he says here in the book of hebrews he says it this way it says be ready right yes that every to remind each other when you see the day approaching yes sir that's right as the manner of some is that they do not do it they don't go to services they don't gather is the man of some is why is it saying is the man of some is it's so important because he's saying it's bad manners not to go to church as the manner of some amen that means there's some some may have got madness not to attention amen they've made us like that bad manners amen you get a point yes why is it bad menace why is god saying bad menace because he knows there is no way you are able to withdraw from where you never deposited oh hallelujah that's deep right glory one of my spiritual sons in in zimbabwe very good evangelist he was broke at that time yes no money and he took his son to town on their way to town and the sun knows he's hungry and the father is angry and they are walking then and the sun looks to the side and sees people with drawing money from the cash machine all right yes sir from the from the cash machine takes money from the gesture machine this one takes money from the guest mission so teddy it's money day he's pointing real quick i think he might have a problem for money but people like it people are getting money there let's go and line up there we can just queue up there and get money too he looked directly into his son's eyes and said son that machine surely dispenses money our our own is not in day i can't withdraw what i did not deposit so a lot of people don't take time to hear the word they think sunday service is for us to go to heaven [Music] no it's for you to help you now amen and for your faith to grow and faith only goes one way it comes by hearing by hearing and hearing by the word of god now now i want you to understand that the bible does not say faith comes by hearing the word of god they might miss it the bible is not saying faith comes by hearing the word of god all right let's let's let's see how we can god romans 10 17 romans 10 17. hallelujah jesus tell somebody we are live right now yes and god is doing great kings 10 from verse number 17 so then no don't stand by so then start from from um 15. and how shall they preach exactly right they be sent except what they be saying if you start verse number 14 how then shall they call on him on them they have not believed so they have to believe that's right but in order to believe how shall they believe in him whom they have not had so in order to believe you need to you need to hear that's right now so many people said i've already had it here it is i don't know if they're getting there and how thou should thou shall hear without a preacher amen so we need a preacher is a preacher a one time guy no okay and how shall they preach except they be sent the ones that also preach they have to be sent so we started here then we went back that's right all right without you know yes sir now it says as it is written how beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace and bring glad tidings not tidying tidings yes of good things that's right but they have not all obeyed the gospel wait a minute obeying what in listening so that they could believe that's right if they believe then they obey that's right so obedience is a result of belief so i can only obey when i've believed that's right and i can only believe if i have a constant teacher amen that's right i don't know if you're getting this you don't miss her come on now so i need somebody consistently teaching me something constantly remember consistently teaching me something constantly and now this person should actually be teaching me something that is from the word and i accumulate knowledge you see for you to be working with me for years it's not one prophecy that convinced you it's not your own miracle that came to pass it's a lot of other things that have taken place that's right so the accumulation of all that makes somebody to come to you and say oh that you believe you're leaving me like you you don't you don't understand yes sir if they ask you you'll be able to tell them four or three miracles or three or four things that you know but those three or four miracles they've been really supported or cemented into your system in your spirit by a whole lot of other things that have taken place that's right so there are scriptures here that say god died for us on the cross remember that's the generic language of scripture we have a higher revelation than that but i'll skip that part now that scripture for it to be real you need other scriptures that keep supporting the same one that's right the same one you know god is there that's right but you have other scriptures i'm like oh i found another oh my god this is dangerous this scripture is dangerous this is something that you need to hear anything wait a minute you already know saying the same thing he's saying the same thing that's right but what is he doing it is cementing your faith that's it it is growing your faith amen so there is a part where you push it and then it grows your faith that's right are you are you following so a lot of people don't know this all right yes sir you have your your loved one and you guys are together for a long time and you already know how ana behaves you know that's right somebody can come to you and say ah you know and i did this you'll be like no way no your anger might actually be how can she do that she normally doesn't do that you understand the point that means you know it somehow to an extent where you know this is out of character how do you know it's out of character because for years you've stayed with eggs so you know that's right so all the things that are if you accumulate all these things that you've accumulated knowledge that you've accumulated about anna will make you understand that you are lying to me that's it right i've told you before you can you can put baby angel in another room and get women to copy a walk wear stilettos and walking on dry floor and i can hear they're not like going like this yeah i can tell you yeah and then when she she walks i would be able to that's air walking you can copy a voice yeah nowadays you can copy a voice and i can hear the voice i can tell that okay you are trying to copy that voice but that's not the voice why it's not two days that i spoke to here amen it's over 19 years that's it amen do you understand the point so in those 20 some 20 year whatever uh thing get what i have understood somehow i've accumulated in my spirit in my body in my ears in my head the way she walks the way she talks glory so you can't lie to me that's it you can't i'll be like that's out of character yes so what i'm saying is so it's not one day you hear a story about god amen on a sunday hallelujah and you say i have faith now oh yeah yeah yeah you need monday too that's right you need tuesday that's right no wonder we have good news daily people don't get it we are trying to jog your faith every day that's right jump start your faith that's it every day yes sir because that word will connect to another word connect another word you had yesterday and it's now a continuation that's it that's it all right yes sir so here it is so should faith be yesterday's no it has to be now no all right sir but they have not what obeyed or obeyed the gospel for isaiah said the lord who has believed our report hallelujah isaiah saying i'm writing a report here about god glory but we have believed our report who is believing this amen as i said nobody's hmm so then since this is the case so then faith cometh oh yeah not faith cam cometh amen by what by hearing uh-huh and hearing by the word of god by the word of god the word hearing is the word okay all right or rather or a koi all right the word akoey means means the sense of hearing the out of hearing amen the instrument of hearing amen all right yes sir or the instruction that causes hearing oh come on so faith does not come listen to me carefully faith does not come by hearing the word of god i repeat this faith does not come by hearing the word of god faith comes by okay it comes by a hearing faculty the process of hearing then he says but the process of hearing is the one that comes by the word of god amen no they didn't get it i repeat this come on now faith comes by hearing all right so we know faith is produced by hearing but by hearing what nothing here what he says but the hearing that faith comes through comes by the word of god so the word of god comes in and produces hearing in you and that type of hearing produces faith amen now if you look at if you don't understand this if you look in the book of genesis notice this verse doesn't say faith comes so then faith is now doing this is a conclusion here look at it say so then i'm in conclusion that's it faith comes by hearing not by hearing the word of god by hearing it is the hearing that comes by the word of god so the word of god produces a thing called hearing then the thing called hearing intent produces faith amen that's right wow powerful now here is that yes this is the technicalities of faith it's so simple though hallelujah so when you see somebody after seven is coming to you is the pastor i don't know i don't know what to do please my daughter my son please help me they lack faith [Music] because they set in a two-hour meeting head the word of god did not develop faith they were only waiting for when you come out sitting down like this like when we finish the service i'll go and say what what faith do you have that person if you pray for them they will not get healed [Music] 99 percent they will not get used why because to get you to be an act of benevolence there'll be no faith there's no faith that's right hallelujah so we have people who are moving in churches with no faith whatsoever amen they have no faith whatsoever they are wondering why should i have faith when the man of god is anointed my gosh but to catch that anointing you need faith that's right you can't even participate in my anointed without faith without faith you can't participate in my grace without faith amen it's impossible it won't help you it won't help you it won't do nothing for you it's like a singing uh you know twinkle twinkle little star and expected miracles to take place i'm telling you no it doesn't happen like that amen now here it is sir so then faith comes by hearing hearing all right yes sir so the word faith is worth pissed is which is really a conviction of truth of anything the conviction of truth of anything see what we've done here and i don't want to say this is this what what is happening this is a very bad example that i'm about to give you all right but it's an example anyway sir where we are sitting here when you came here i watched you i said yeah and you just came and sat there did you buy this cheers no sir no you don't know where they were bought right yes sir oh you don't so you no you don't right if you don't yeah all right you don't know how much they are no the way right you don't know no but what convinced you that if you see they won't fall that's right you never check the legs of the chair you just sit there you are very much convinced if this guy is sitting here then this can so you base your faith on me that's it but while if you base your faith on me you also base your faith on this studio that we wouldn't put something that is broken that we have tested it that's it but you have also sat in the chair for so long so it has accumulated that knowledge has accumulated over years amen that this one will put me in there amen so if i can say in a very bad way of an example is a very bad way of an example you sit there because you believed in the chair amen that it will hold you that's right but that information did not come today a long time we have gone to some other place where you start looking at the chair to clean it in your head you have a head information that chairs might not not be clean in other places so you want to clean it you have to make sure you want to make sure you get into your hotel room you start changing uh the easy the this is so the linen that you just change here and this one the sheets and you want to change it what is happening why are you doing that because you definitely know my history in there and i've heard a lot about dirty so what i'm saying you're using faith amen but it's not this faith that's right so faith comes by hearing hearing and hearing by the word of god the word of god amen that's so powerful here it is yes sir all right some people are there some people are there they're getting it are you flowing or you've gone home sir still here now by hearing by hearing by the word of god but i say if they not head yes verily their sound went out into all the earth and their words unto the ends of the world but i say did not israel know first moses said i will provoke you to jealous by them which are not people by a foolish nation i will anger you but isaiah is very bored and said i was found of them that sought me not i was made manifest unto them that asked me not that after uh not after me what he's talking about he is talking about christians us that we're not like israel we didn't even look for god he came to us that's right now our duty is now simple is to listen yes sir the ones in the old testament had to look for him now isaiah speaks boldly says we have an advantage we didn't look for him he came amen now he's only saying so our job is it's already done yes sir old testament was more difficult than now that's what he's saying but how do we get faith it comes by hearing hearing amen now if faith comes by hearing brothers and sisters faith is the currents of the spiritual realm yes sir for you to get a miracle you need faith amen for you to get healing you need faith amen for you to get money you need faith for you to get to pass whatever you what you want to pass in school whatever that is you need faith amen that new house faith amen that new building faith that you church growth faith that new husband faith that old husband to come faith that old wife to come back faith that wife faith everything faith for that child you don't have faith amen there is one disappointment with faith all right you can't use my faith rarely does god bring in a certain situation and say okay look the person lay hands and the anointing would happen even when they really might not be uh cognizant of the fact that's happening special cases it's some an act of benevolence amen all right but you can't rely on an act of benevolence you can only rely on the principles we already know one thing we are hundred percent sure faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of god amen don't put yourself in the bracket of the benevolence and when you are skipped by benevolence you start thinking god doesn't love you so a lot of people are moving in the act of benevolence where they move and think god is going to do this because you know he loves us you know he died for me let him heal my son let him heal me do you have faith i it doesn't matter god loves me no it has to be real faith something you yourself are exercising and remember one thing i want to tell you faith is like a muscle the more you practice amen the more it grows amen if you don't practice faith it will wither away yes like a muscle it will just go bad yes and there is nothing that you can do it tends from a six-pack to a one pack you become a spiritually fit spiritually obese without knowing it you're not producing faith amen because you're no longer producing muscle so we have a lot of people who are spiritually obese they go to church sit when the preacher is preaching man get excited when he says something funny get excited when he declares something then go out there's nothing no faith they collected because what faith comes by hearing here it is in the book of genesis you read verse number one genesis i want you to see something here the proof of faith comes by hearing and hearing that hearing is a thing in the beginning god created the heaven and earth now is that this one yes sir and that's it that's it so imagine this this the introduction of a book that wants us to believe in god maybe you didn't get that read this again because some people are not watching this in the beginning in the beginning god created the heaven and the earth god created the heaven and the earth you know one thing when we used to write uh uh you know compositions in school because remember this is your introductory thing you're offering me god now that's it i need to hear something different now explain something now this this this guy who is writing called moses just goes in and says in the beginning god did this what are you talking about you have to say once upon a time there was there were lanes far away now you're giving me a foundation now [Music] and then from somewhere came out this big noise and the giant came out there amen he said i am god that's it now like okay okay in the beginning god which is beginning where did this god come from you know why we are not given that statement we are not giving that statement because of one thing because faith comes by hearing amen and the hearing that comes from the word of god produces faith so the bible is already believing that when you read in the beginning that's it's glory oh the word hallelujah before you go to in there he's already produced hearing that's it it is enough what's this that's powerful god is so much in belief of his own word that he calls himself the word he said in the beginning forget about the beginning just go in read it in it's sir read verse one just read this one in one word in right there what is already believing right this minute that if a person touches the word in that inn has already produced the hearing and faith is already coming that's it so when remember when you read that verse you never even thought of where does god come from you were okay that's it ah you were you were done faith comes by hearing hearing by the widow of god then you come in in the beginning was the word and the word was with god and the word was god ah then uh again in the beginning god created the heaven and the earth where did he come from how did he create it in the ethers without form and void why you never even question it it's not written there but you believe it you believe it you go home believing if you hear someone saying god is not there like you you're crazy and then if they say how do you know it's reading the bible read the bible in the beginning god created wait a minute where did he come from so the word is already there and god has already put enough action amen in every way that's why the bible says this scripture is given by inspiration amen the holy ghost that breathed on that word called in hallelujah and then breathed on the word goddess then breathe on the word beginning amen that's right breathe on it so you you have no sense to try and argue with it that's right because faith is already building amen because hearing has been built so faith comes by hearing when you read it you heard it and that hearing ability that has been created is strong enough to then produce faith amen so god is already thinking it's done that's it amen for god so love the word he gave his only begotten son like boy wait why didn't you have two sons where do you have one what do you have one you know this is this there's no question do it because this has already told you and you have already developed something that will fight anyone who contradicts it why because now hearing has taken place amen no worry that's powerful it's the reason why people who stay out of church for too long will stay out of christ and eventually leave christ amen why because there is no coming information yes sir information is not what hallelujah faith cometh cometh surface is no longer cometh it's no longer coming yeah i don't know if you're getting that's so powerful that's it it's amazing remember the example you you gave us prophet when you were talking about how peter stepped out of the boat to walk to the master after the lord he asked the lord said if it is you bid me to come to you yes so he steps out of the boat in faith to walk to the master in those few moments he was able to go from faith to doubt a few few moments he had come that way it was current that's it [Music] then the lord kept quiet then he moved three steps he's still waiting for god to speak and the wind is now speaking the waves are now saying something and notice what the bible says he says he says he saw the wind no he sank because of the wind how can you see wind you can't see wind he just felt it like this is the wind better to think now because the world is no longer what talking that's it but i like i like the the guy at least he walked he he came out at least he came out of the boat at least he came out but you see that is the why is it faith cometh when the word because faith relies on rhema not on logos logos is the seed word it's already right there all right remember is the saying word a particular word for a particular person yes sir in a particular situation a particular person right particular location in a particular situation that's right that word knows this is it now watch this now when the word speaks to me it has to jump out of the pages by my confession by my word my mouth is to repeat what god say amen hear this so you get this for my god's ways or not like always his thoughts are not our thoughts i know it is caught differently by a lot of people which is just but listen to this people say
