HermitCraft 7: 34 | THE NEW NETHER

ladies and gentlemen welcome back to another episode of hermitcraft and no I haven't yet I haven't yet done the last it's feels it feels very weird to say this but I I can actually say I haven't yet done the last of the branches it's it's literally just one branch and then some twigs remaining of the base branches of the base canopy that's quite it's quite it's quite big actually but now as I said I haven't yet completed this branch nor the twigs that is still something I need to do however before we can do anything more with a tree we got some very pressing matters some very Omega stressing matters to attend to we have to very quickly grab this box and I guess I'll grab that box and let's grab this box and then I need one piece of red dye which I seem to have gone off aha poopy let's die this box red right so I got two yellow and one red box next after to the nether and I am really really stressing about this because from what I've understood today yesterday today is the day where we reset the nether and update to 116 which is gonna be really really exciting so this may be the last time I walk through this portal and then up here on my roof with a beautiful score made clubhouse tree of doom and is very very very straight and organized torch path the leaves us or that leads us all the way to my gold farm this thing looks so cool from below doesn't it and from above it looks pretty cool from above as well and here is the whole reason this is so stressful I need to very urgently collect all of the valuables here all of these hoppers all of these gold blocks all of these comparators but most importantly I have to collect the gold that it's collected and as you can see I have I have been saving up a little bit because I knew that this day that this day was coming I'm not gonna lie I probably don't think that I would need to fool shall composers worth though anyway let's get all of this collected up and see how much gold it is and yeah I am a little bit sad to see this whole thing go but at the same time I knew that all along I knew that I'd have to take this down once I had built it and hopefully hopefully all of the gold that we have collected in the meantime is gonna pay off once we update and let's be honest 116 I'm mega excited about it I haven't even checked it out properly in the snapshots or anything like that it's gonna be so much fun that is all of the Nuggets it's not looking very good so far it's not make us so far by any stretch of my imagination in hindsight maybe I shouldn't have been so generous and giving away those mega make a gold tickets but anyway this is our that's actually that's actually starting to look real good and not to forget I also have some more gold in my Richard II box yes I have quite a bit of gold quite a bit of gold I'm also going to pack down these Pikmin heads I don't know if those would be a thing in the new update and I guess yes I'll just punch polished these off because they may get they make it very rare the pigment changes in one in 1/16 I have so much rotten flesh I could totally open a rotten market of doom but I'd buy that anyway I think that's it here next I gotta get all of these hoppers and all of these remaining gold blocks down it's time to dismantle the Omega gold farm of doom this place is looking absolutely smashed to bits I I got I got tired of collecting the chests I don't really need that much chests but I think well with that hopper I think that's everything so this is all of the redstone that I managed to collect and this is all of the gold that was actually structurally structurally in the farm including the item filter items and I guess let's tally all of this up we have got a healthy amount of gold enough to fill one row with with with with a three in the end I was hoping that I'd have a lot more gold but this is still a lot of gold the goal is going to be very valuable in 1/16 and Bob bobs hello you have you have served me you have served me very well thank you for for guarding the platform now that's good goodbye goodbye 1:15 goodbye goodbye gold farm if you're looking for your other Bob friend he is down there go go say hey go say hello to him you can stay okay you can stay and protect the remains and with that collected up only one thing remains oh my goodness I guess well I guess more since the boat survived well they're not even damaged what anyway I've been dying it to do this can I can i maybe fly with it oh that is satisfaction the gold farm is now officially closed down 116 I'm ready for you and here it is this is so exciting what is that oh oh I don't have to find hold on that that is so very exciting Oh imagine that before I go through I just want to say I haven't really had that much look into the snapshot so a lot of the things are for me to explore first hands now I know that there are some new very very exciting blocks but I haven't really played in the snapshots take a look at this our nether is completely ready started feels like a whole new world what is this sound that sounds that sounds worse than honey blocks that sounds so gross so gross oh dude hold on wait stop keys can you stop walking let me have a look at you are you ashamed because you only have one ear pigment look look absolutely hilarious I'm sorry I'm not laughing at you I'm laughing at your at your I'm laughing at you okay sorry I love these little tusks that they've got going right I think it's going to be important to have a little bit of gold advanced I think do I also need I probably may also need some gold Armour eventually I am so ready to check this place out I'm so excited look at this block this is the black stone the arrow of safety TM pointing where you go back that's funny now I've got some big plans to build another base this season in addition to my Omega tree but first things first Wow Wow oh this is so cool look at this I realize most of you probably seen this but this is this is incredible I want to grab these new blocks as well specifically this black stone this black stone is absolutely incredible that's basalt I think you can do yep you can do that oh that is poof that is a good-looking block there's brick versions as well oh my oh my how I wanted a black brick look in Minecraft for so long and now we have one now we finally have one oh my goodness the fog is changing again this is this is so weird the nether is really looking mega impressive mo yang has done a fantastic job if any more young employees watching this wow wow wow wow hello blue I think the very first thing I need to do is go back to my base and link up my nether portal to the new nether the only problem is that now I'm a bit lost found it hello hello you look you look like a fish right let's go through to the overworld and then fly back to my Omega tree I want to get linked up immediately wait a minute maril voting booths opens 23rd of June that's today that's today so are we supposed to are we supposed to free diamond popsicle and popsicles Volt's car I'll don't mind if I do diamond popsicle so I suppose today is is volted this has changed today's voting day oh my goodness what has leaves and truth be told I still have all of the leaves from the pesky bird delivery so yeah I should I should leave some of the branches soon but as I said priority now is the nether I should probably take my coordinates a linked up to someone's tunnel I'm assuming that this is someone else in the jungle it really does feel like a brand-new start when you have to map out your own nether portal once again anyway I think this is yeah - mine is 129 is where I need to be oh I forgot obsidian [ __ ] City I'm an idiot this truly does feel like a complete new world eventually as I said I am planning to build a rather impressive nether base but you're gonna start somewhere please link up yeah we're in our dream so now that I have this set up I wonder how I get to the shopping district crafting table it's time to make tunnel West and I want to go quite far out that was close oh there's the red trees these are looking a make amazing this is so cool and these logs although maybe not not right now my favorites they are they're looking very good they look very very good I really love all of these new sounds everything in the nether sounds very disgusting and for some reason I love it I love that it sounds disgusting I think I'm far enough out I think I'm far enough out I've gone quite a way away and I just spotted something that caught my eye yeah it's one of these guys hello hello dude Oh Mary Canterbury oh I think I just found my first nether right I think I just found my very first nether iplock let's grab this and yes yes yes yes hidden in the depth while ancient debris is not actually met right I think you I think you cook this or something okay I'm off to a good start so this although that's a bit scary this is I'm down at one up with 18 let's make our self a little bit of a room and I really wish I brought some torches I've got no coal in my chili boats well I'm not going back now we're gonna stick to our plan so what we're gonna do is that's my box and that is my wood box actually I just realized I can probably make myself a furnace and maybe hope yet for the coal I can make myself some furnaces and then I could cook could cook some of my wood to get charcoal right why let us make a some charcoal we are gonna start making beds lots and lots and lots of beds any color will do and this is how we are going to get nether right so we'll dig in a little bit more and then I think the strategy will be to go to the side place a bed and hopefully don't buy and that way we can expose quite a bit of land and this is a technique that I saw an embalmed come up with and it looks super fun I've been dying to try and I to try this out okay this works I look better when doing it in nether rocky look at this hole I never thought that they would come where branch mining using beds would be a thing but it's here oh and it's really dangerous it's really really dangerous I even though I've done about 50 beds at this point in time I still haven't found a single more ancient Dupree so either they are just mega rare which I think they are or I'm being I'm being mega unlucky because I've exploded I always thought it so much terrain and haven't found a single one I'm one hour into bed ranching and wood you kidding me we got one I can't believe that I switched locations I got a little bit deeper some down of why Neville 11 every yes yes it works it works I cannot believe how lucky there's another one ladies and gentlemen we got a double hello well hello there well I'm a bit beaten up and the nether the nether is certainly the nether is certainly beaten up I have made I have made so many branches and I'm completely out of beds but I managed to get myself 11 ancient debris yeah all right fine that doesn't sound that doesn't sound very impressive and maybe it isn't very impressive but I I have it I have 11 I think I can at least make something out of that now all I gotta do is just try to find my way back this is such chaos everywhere I seem to have got a pig invasion here as well hello are you friendly oh you know friendly get stupid they can take a beating as well my goodness they look so innocent the cute I think I found my way out of the depth ah home sweet home and it's it's raining the sake of course is ready everyone everyone's probably just chilling out in the nether I don't actually know how this works but I'm assuming yeah you melt it down and that creates chocolate nether never writes crap and it's four of those for one ingot this is ridiculously expensive I just wanted to make a pickaxe I've wanted to make one of the new pickaxes I don't know if I'm gonna be able to here goes our first nether I think it's boom we got it yes and with all of that I can make one more well that's that's that's that's a lot of work four four two four two ingots you are extremely valuable mr. nether I think I wanted to make one block of these but I'm nowhere near making a block of nether write this thing Plus that thing creates upgrades for pickaxe oh my goodness look at that I pick axes all black and stuff oh that is so cool that is so very cool what should I do with my other one I kind of kind of I cannot upgrade my can would I be able to upgrade my boots I would oh they look they look really cool and let's be honest boots in minecraft very very important item not even cold boots I call I call them socks big moments dirty socks well I'm back in the nether because I looking for one of these one of these gold gold guy it's not these it's the it's the men in Armour hello I hope I'm wearing I got I got my gold like of a gold helmet on so we are friends I've got gold for you all here here you go you go I am I am absolutely addicted to this this is such a funny thing I cannot wait I cannot wait to make like a farm out of this what what did I get now leather today did they seems to give me a letter that's a pretty it's a pretty good trade I wonder what they're thinking move show me chocolate why why are you attacking me I excuse me I open the chest and this man here we're friends remember I'm wearing my gold hat stop being angry okay so you can't you can't open chests near them apparently you are too dangerous to walk around sir can you can you slay there I'm going to imprison you in theory I should be able to make a big brain move here to hoppers underneath him and let's get a dropper the dropper there golden here let's try this out oh he picks it up immediately oh that was pretty that's pretty impressive mister close that up oh no he's got friends here he's got friends can I can't kill these without getting angered by all the pigment I think I can oh wait a minute check check me out pig man scowl these guys are actually quite generous I've just spent I've just spent 17 gold ingots for all of this stuff and I think I believe yeah we get some more gravel there 17 Golding is for all of these things including salt speed I gotta be honest I don't really know what speed is but I think it's an enchantment for my socks we have to try that out right let's try this out socks and soul speed soul speed to socks I mean that but they gotta be good right it sounds that sounds really good look at me I'm ice skating this soul speed makes you so fast I'm looking like I'm really a hell hello these guys these guys are the funniest thing do you do you want here to have a golden carrot seriously he he actually wanted it what are you gonna give me something no just just take just take my carrots that's fine goodbye as I was saying I am seriously excited about 116i there's so many there's many things to explore and we got some new amazing looking blocks that I'm dying to build with but I've learned today that I'm gonna do I'm gonna have to do a serious a serious mining session or several serious mining sessions in the nether to get all of these new nice blocks etc etc and I'm also really excited to see who wins the Mara campaign my my
