I Customized A School

i'm going to spend the next 10 days customizing this entire school this school's gargantuan do you really think we're going to finish this entire school i don't know we will be painting classrooms hallways walkers bathrooms principal's office this giant ramp and a lot more this is principal emily assistant principal miss snow to you oh i'm sorry well if we don't finish the school in 10 days can you put us in detention for 24 hours absolutely we're going to start off by painting this wall over here all right gang go get the art supplies okay i got the tarp i got the paint brush where's the spray paint [Music] we're gonna need a lot more art supplies than this that should be good this wall's a lot larger than i thought yeah we're probably not gonna get much sleep this week yay we have 10 days to finish painting the entire school and if we don't we have to spend 24 hours walked in the detention room this project is really ambitious so unless the entire team is focused and doing the best we're not going to achieve our goal michelle and jazz youtube will be decking out this entire hallway okay we're grinding and ready to go everyone's excited we're off to a good start we're done with the first day we still have a lot more of the school to paint i don't want to get in attention day one was definitely very productive but it definitely drained our energy but we had no time to rest for only around five percent of the way there oh and in case i haven't mentioned this yet this is the biggest mural we've ever done i conquered earth in the name of zhc so does this mean everyone on earth has subscribed or they all right so we got a lot done outside let's check on jaz and michelle how's it going [Music] christy i gotta get a bathroom [Music] now for the final step removing the tape we are all done with this giant space mural this is literally the largest painting we've ever done we even had a little bit of time to screw around with michelle hey michelle come to the front please oh zachary you made me chubby no i didn't make you chubby viv made you chubby zach told me to also realize this building has a lot of cool art in it already such as this mural right here a space painting custom pianos another mural this mural colored pencil drawings and next to the school they even have painted gutters this is crazy now we're gonna turn these walls into a giant fish tank izzy this entire wall is yours to paint go crazy we chose this school because it's an underserved population of students lots of schools need this kind of help and we chose to start with this one this is a giant aquarium mural with lots of fish you may be thinking zack you already did so many paintings are you done yet no we still have a lot more paintings to do in this entire school this is only the beginning we just filled this entire whiteboard with creatures and strange little characters they just finished a tetris mural over here for the next scene come with me so you may be wondering zack this is a school where are all the students today is sunday we're going to leave an ipad on the desk for every single student in this room so when they come back on monday they get ipads every kid in here has an ipad now fortnite comforter and pillow because kid in the back of the class probably sleeps school is in session already we're waiting in the back for the students to come in this is our mini monitor we're looking out from one of the hidden gopros [Music] yeah i have stage fright hello got you guys all apple ipads teacher the student wasn't here do you want to take it [Music] this is the school's art classroom and we're going to be painting the entire thing all right i'm excited let's start babe you're going to do a life-size mural of me as an arts teacher right here do i look good enough to be an art teacher yes i should go like this jake i'm actually gonna have you do the exact same thing but feel free to make it really weird yeah i will [Music] hey that's like me yeah but this one has like nine chins one two three four five jake are you saying i'm fat yeah we have been spotted hello there are a lot of kids outside right now and we're gonna go surprise them real quick are you guys subscribed this is for your class you guys can all share it that was actually crazy all right we're gonna step out right now to find another place to paint you guys on this wall go [Music] i'm really glad we finished the outside mural yesterday because look at the weather there's actually snowing quite a lot and i feel like we would not be doing well outside michelle it's snowing the classroom next door is watching my videos right now it is really cool at the same time this feels so weird having my videos up since they're all watching my videos in school i think i'll go in and surprise them with some money [Music] how much do you think you have in there a thousand these students were so excited and grateful for all of these spontaneous gifts if my financial advisor didn't stop me my bank account probably would have gone dry today we actually have to stay extra quiet because everyone is testing let's go search for the next wall to paint mackenzie i'm gonna have you paint this wall over here and this wall do you know what you're gonna paint i have no idea good these are matching purple and yellow peacock murals let's keep this going bananas and so is this one for this next mural we're gonna be painting a ton of paintings across these two walls but first we're gonna have to remove the boards with the power tools [Music] is that it yeah we got the tape for this next scene we bought 50 airpods to give away to students i'm not sure if you guys have them already but we just have a ton of airpods for you in your class yeah yeah so so here you go here you go you have anything you want to say to the camera i'm shaking oh well well we had a little surprise for all of you guys we just brought airpods for all of you there's one right here we still had a ton of airpods left so we went around the school handing them out to students zach i don't even have air pods jake they're not for you i should have the editor cut this out i don't cut this out this is erin she's a teacher here and you told me your daughter was doing a fundraiser selling chocolates my daughter's both of them yes well i don't like chocolate but it's for a fundraiser so thinking we'll buy something are you okay yeah we think like 300 might cover it so so something we'll just buy all of them thank you so much they're school they're trying to get through sound system at their school so thank you so much [Applause] we're halfway through the days but not even close to halfway through with the paintings and my team was starting to show signs of fatigue jazlyn let's go find another wall for you to paint okay guys we need to make sure you're smiling i feel like you might be able to just go in and start doing smiley faces there's a smiley wall over here up there on these walls over here on this wall and on this entire strip over here that's a lot of smiley faces lunch time everyone take a seat jake yours is over there inside you'll find lunchables a juice box they ask you how you are you just have to say that you're fine and you're not really fine but you just can't get into it for this next scene we're going to use a vinyl printer to print out a ton of off-white style labels more doors surprise two more doors the bench tables h2o and even the outlets so you know where to charge your phone viv i'm gonna have you paint a giant sunset on here and feel free to get creative with it yes no i didn't say yay no let's do it again no no yes you don't want to do it i know i do now i am confused look at how incredible this painting turned out there's literally a sunset paint streak going down the middle this turned out really really nice but we're not done yet we're on day six now and i think we're around thirty percent done we still have a lot more paintings to go izzy i'm gonna need paintings across this entire wall the whole wall today today we're a little low on time so this entire wall is yours got it okay get to work oh this is a giant doodle mural this painting even has the word art written in english chinese japanese korean and arabic and it wraps all the way around over here round what at this way i don't think we're gonna finish painting the school in time so we're gonna get some subscribers to come help this is ej he's a subscriber and are you down to paint with us today sure standing by just when we thought we were moving along at a steady pace two of our artists started beefing okay one two even just finished izzy just triggered mckenzie's inner demon mackenzie mckenzie i know we'll help take a moment we are all done with this giant painting of an octopus coming out of the wall oh hey jazz what we're gonna do now is we're gonna host an art class we're gonna bring an entire classroom of subscribers in we're gonna teach them and then they're gonna paint a mural with us welcome to our class so everyone we're just gonna start with some basic shapes to be honest i was a little nervous teaching the kids i've always kind of had a fear of public speaking and these were kids that really loved art well for participating you guys need to get some of this here you go yeah at the same time these were kids that were so interested in learning so they got me through all right class is everyone ready to go out and do the mural yeah right let's paint the wall you subscribe alright here you heard is you're a horrible teacher so as you all know michelle's really good at math what's 34 times 72 uh 2448. see this is a math classroom i know usually i don't let you do your own murals because since it's a math classroom you can customize the entire room yourself it's been a long time since zach let me paint a all by myself she's only recently started to want to do art and i figured this was the perfect way to put her new skills to the test we are now going to be painting the boys and girls bathroom get out of our stall do you have a message for the girls give up we'll never give up [Applause] i can hear the other artists screaming from over here what the heck is happening hello is everyone okay this is the boys bathroom mural and this is the girls bathroom mural comment which one you like better [Music] i'm done with this room let's go surprise zach good i've been waiting here for a while right close your eyes hey it's a teal mountain i made everything at least somewhat pink i made a gradient you can wipe your face on it because it's so clean it's actually a big surprise because usually michelle's pretty messy and luck what is it it's so cool so what do you think of the painting so far oh this is awesome everywhere i turn there is a brand new mural that is super cool telling kids to stay in school wait it looks like she's saying subscribe to chc yeah that's right i am so one of the teachers came up to me and told me it was her daughter's birthday so we did a sketch for her and we're gonna put a ton of money in there as well this student over here drew the zhc sprayed with water all right i'm never falling asleep again i'm an english teacher so yeah you don't read me i'm never reading i'm gonna come get you this is a giant school bus mural this painting's busted is a giant trippy bathroom mural i have definitely inhaled way too much spray paint just don't feed them i'm feeling kind of bored so we're going to surprise the teachers with a ton of money each teacher is going to get more than a thousand dollars this is for you we just wanted to show our appreciation let me pinch myself we have a surprise for you [Music] she literally had racks on racks this is alex the art teacher you actually made all this possible for us because you reached out to us i did yeah we actually wanted to surprise you so michelle and jake thank you oh my goodness i don't know what i'm teachers i don't know what to say we have a lot of money for the assistant principal that helped us throughout this trip for helping us out so much we really wanted to do something for you too so we have five thousand dollars for you just to kind of say thank you oh my god thank you so much holy cow seriously what you guys have done for our school what you've done for our students like what you've done for so many of our teachers is just like absolutely mind-blowing keep it safe yep i'm gonna keep this thing come back for that thank you so much we actually have a lot of art supplies left over so i think i want to donate it to their art classroom and in the last video we bought a ton of art supplies that we're also going to donate okay how many are supplies we have and we're not even halfway through yet [Music] oh my goodness i've never seen so much paint in one place in my life every single one of these art supplies are gonna be donated to this school yeah in all seriousness i just genuinely want these students to have an opportunity to express their creativity and to do some art over here it's okay we'll lead you in the right path oh my gosh a lot of trust here right now whoa i don't know i just want to thank everyone for coming out here and doing this and you guys being here it's like felt like that we're always today so i truly appreciate that we still have a lot of rooms to fill but we actually came prepared before this trip we made a ton of paintings as a team and we're gonna hang all of them up right now we literally have 30 minutes until the 10 days is up next we have this painting there we go next room i think that looks pretty good english room next all right one more class left all right next up we have the history room i think viv's actually finishing up a painting right now all right come on viv come on now is not the time to rest you getting rest when you're dead wait history is over here zach first painting going up in this room is general zhc michelle what do you think i wish you looked like that next up we have a historic painting but we have all our team members on here michelle's the only one with eyes finally we have michelle i like your cut g oh guys all we have to do is sign this and then we don't need to tension anymore we made our own feather pen and we're gonna sign it now we are officially done with the entire school yeah good job team i love you come in and now the before and after shots i came here wanting to do the biggest art piece we've ever done but when i got here i realized it was more about the students and as we kept working i started to feel like we were all part of something special like a little family and we accomplished our goal and the school turned out even better than i ever imagined these kids and teachers really brought out the best of all of us honestly i can't believe we finished painting this school in 10 days if i was doing it myself it probably would
