previously on Hell's Kitchen the chef's had to show their creativity with poor American favorites with ingredients they caught on the gridiron I play wide receiver I'm good at my ability to catch balls Bret scored big with his classic Italian pizza but prepared a cover chose pizza with some chef and odd basil and first grated Parmesan and so delicious once again murdered it but it was Sarah's modern take on spaghetti I really liked it congratulations Souths that won the challenge for the red team while the women spent the day on the high seas with Chef Ramsay Oh bread stood turning some of his teammates against him his attitude stalks the Patriot workers and dinner service although Bret was solid on appetizers the chef Nick on the fish station seven [ __ ] the [ __ ] New York up and Adam on meat New York Strip cooked [ __ ] made for a family night service that Chef Ramsay would like to forget all of you Athens oh wait I'm kidding me but it was even worse in the red kitchen where Monique Bikel well done and Micah's inability on the meat station I think this is good [Music] I'm not your babysitter I want to win this competition head Chef Ramsay completely frustrated the red team lost dead outs and in a strategic move to get rid of Monique I think we need to send Monique and Sarah update yeah Ronnie's not gonna send you all that strategy is they nominated and Sarah but like cheese I'm from Philadelphia I don't even get cheese on my cheesesteak there are close to 700 cheesie's worldwide holy [ __ ] I got ketchup on my cheese bro like dang 700 cheese's what the hell little twist that pursued a farmer and sopressata Rhett so excited to get a calzone and it's Italian and he's Italian we all get it we should the department just shut up it's really annoying Oh so I actually cook to you you're gonna do a nice little wrap you're gonna fake it I know really wouldn't do once I got to enchilada I never ate an enchilada I never made an enchilada we're gonna do cheesy in the inside - what the [ __ ] am I gonna do with an enchilada Brendan this one please it's got a lot of flavor it's delicious thank you with his teammates help Milly is cracking the code on his enchilada while over in the red kitchen Monique I pick up this cheese chef I think I'm gonna replace it with the Kobe cuz delicious is working on her version of the perfect grilled cheese Jeff's gonna love my girl cheese because I didn't do nothing complicated I didn't try to add like 6,000 flavors in its kept your simple classic grilled cheese I see money with two slices of bread the cheese a bit of tomato and that's it where is that level of creativity all right money has no creativity I forgot just under eight minutes to go guys oh hell no it's just open way too thin let's go brats what's that calzone my deal was slightly thin and it actually opened up on the bottom we ain't got no time for this [ __ ] six minutes - gosh it's not thinking of your plating you need help brett-brett oh my okay let's begin with the Battle of booties let's go I know I have a grilled cheese why don't you describe the dish please okay so I have a mouth chatter and breathe I've got more bread than I have cheese I've got a spicy smarter in there that's it they're long Spears I don't want to do too much them it's a competition Manik not a picnic uh Nick described yes chef I have a grilled cheese which has brie and camembert that's paired with a whiskey bisque I love the fact that you made a a bisque with it delicious by the way Thank You chef first point go to the blue team thank you I'm not surprised I wouldn't need to trust Monique to pour me a glass of salsa water should probably [ __ ] that up too next up engines awesome let's go I love my dish will you look like the enchiladas that I've seen in restaurants and you don't want TV and stuff like that so you know here you go enchilada a smelly I have an enchilada some spicy chorizo cheddar cheese queso fresco and melty cheese on top all the balance the heat sweet and sour I like the crispness on the outside good job better oh my god chef really liked it I guess I pulled it off Megan please a shrimp and chorizo and shilada with Colby cheese Wow for me the hero is the good use of cheese that's it one of the best enchiladas I've ever tasted in West laces Megan good job the best dish of tasting so far this competition this is mini you were up against some stiff competition that was a good dish chef James some of my food good but I still feel bad I let my team down uh next up total blur let's go with the score tied Christine's pork and Emmental cordon bleu let's go finesse the dish looks stunning battles it out against Adams comped and sausage cordon bleu Wow season few things had that vibrance the point goes to Christine with the score still tied incredible Michels goat cheese and marscapone manicotti well it's very heavy my riches exactly what a manicotti should deliver goes head-to-head with Josh's manchego and mozzarella manicotti season perfect the point goes to both you congratulations thank you stop again a challenge where many chefs are excelling at Red Team Blue team three three can Brendan or Allison's croquettes break the tie I have some a honey ham along with fontina cheese and figs that's intriguing I mean you've given it finesse Thank You chef Brendan say Emmentaler croquette it's in the style of a friggin yogi so you didn't make go cat used a yogi yes okay oh man I'm gonna take this one on the chin the point goes to Alison Thank You Brendan come here with all this [ __ ] book knowledge you can't even cook the right dish I come on it's Reverend with the men trailing by one point next up Randy and Sarah please the blue team needs to score with Randy's lasagna featuring ricotta cheese to stay in the game cheese is puffy done Thank You chef and Sara is hoping to clinch the victory with her lasagna featuring blue cheese and pistachios why somebody knows just to give it a little bit of a texture chef I set out the box but you've gone out of this world congratulations and Randi great job [Applause] [ __ ] Randy's the man I am literally praying at this point that we can pull this off okay I'll stop the Battle of a calzone let's go with the score tied going into the final round I like the title finally lots of Bowens hooray today's challenge comes down to bread and tea and their takes on calzone this dish will decide it's uh tea describe your dish please chef this is a rustic calzone it has our ground pork the cheese I used was our fontina with spicy and sweet sauce the spiciness for that sauce just lifts in Vegas at Bret describe your cousin please Bret's calzone better be good we lost three challenges in a row I just want to get out of Hell's Kitchen chef I've prepared a untraditional calzone the caprese with a fire roasted heirloom tomato Pomodoro Wow the filling tastes delicious Thank You chef tough on this one guys there's one that has the edge congratulations t pret sure underneath that is brought and it's too bad because had that been in for another two minutes then you'd believe in Hell's Kitchen for an it's another fully booked highly anticipated night in Hell's Kitchen with guests ready to enjoy an exciting dining experience here we go tonight in addition to the regular menu Chef Ramsay has added a special parmesan frico appetizer which will be served tableside by alison for the red kitchen and nick for the blue it's very rustic salad okay okay ladies four covers table 51 salad tableside one cavatelli two risotto start it's time for redemption I cannot let my team down again Tuesday it won't cover telly Jim it's time Megan please no cream you need marscapone you need truffle butter I look over and there's nothing in the [ __ ] pan there's like ten ingredients missing and I'm like are you [ __ ] kidding me right now Sara doesn't look like she really knows what the [ __ ] is going on put marscapone in there yeah Carter come on truffle butter seasoned sir the [ __ ] out of it yeah got a guy walking lobster tails buy one Kelly go guys pick it up with Megan's help I said cook a gun third Sara's cavatelli service please has met Chef Ramsay's standards and the red team is off to a strong start on appetizers see meanwhile let's go a blue team on the order of sweetie over Table one one risotto two Cappotelli Josh and Adam are leading the charge on appetizers for the blue team you didn't go a truffle butter yet right Josh no IPA truffle butter you put too much butter I didn't put butter in it you put a lot of butter Adam struggling on the risotto he's very confused risottos operated to go whenever you guys are good you got to get me hotter you got to let this reduce Adam come on man it's simple mistakes what's going on you sleeping wake up for me okay I'm walking two cavatelli okay walking garnish two cavatelli you're walking garnish because Kelly's fine where's the risotto please coming right up chef go this way there you go I look my results I just stopped hey Adam better tighten the [ __ ] up if you can't cook the risotto we have no reason being in Hell's Kitchen look at it it's like a [ __ ] clock what am I supposed to do hang on the wall no chef no absolution that was me chef that was me chef while Adams sticky risotto has the blue team stuck on their first order of the night the red team continues to produce excellent appetizers and are already moving on to entrees couple fifty well I'm to wedding ton yes I'm good to go I have absolutely no confidence in lugging I hope she can pull it out come on keep going Monique make sure everything's hot everything's seasoned I heard what the [ __ ] like can you guys have some faith in me it's far let's go hey yo chef chef Liam garnish garnish isn't that difficult chef Wellington yes all you do is like reheat and stuff it sauteing some things hey hey hello just stop all of you come in just taste that first table of the night just taste it but for the temperature being stone-cold what does that need add your fennel pollen and salt put a whole tablespoon of bechamel in there all right Monique at this point we need to know how to cook if she [ __ ] crumbles were going to be screwed while Monique tries to solve her spinach crisis are you going up with the lobster-tail yes very good over in the blue kitchen right here right here lobster plate for the researcher Adams refire on the risotto is a success and the blue team is now ready for their first entrees table 20 on 27 to chicken two Wellington two salmon be ready on two chicken and two Wellington I'm super confident my station no fish is my thing I love fish I love cooking it I love eating it I'm gonna go ahead and and entrees guys how long are two salmon and right now the pressure is on Christine to deliver on the first salmon orders of the night Christine don't place the seller just cook it skin side down I'm walking with two chickens right now wait wait get your asses over here undercooked rice but here's the insult I got Ross salmon as well it's [ __ ] raw it's not even pink hey I already come here come here come here it's seriously oh my god I can't believe I could what is going on that risotto was disgusting those salmon were raw who took that salmon for Salinger I lost the Train of my own balls and I should have just focused I swear to God the next mistake you're out of it together while the ladies attempt to regroup and write the ship over in the blue kitchen back in Brendan is struggling [Music] that was really great I loved everything I blue tape yes chef shut down dinner service is done it wasn't pretty but we got through it fish it's not difficult guys you can sit down so you're not going anywhere chef doesn't even want to see you guys you just sit here and think of two people they need to go up for elimination what's the demise on tonight's service between fish and garnish Cheryl with the risotto it's a number of factors and a number of people need to go up tonight if there are two people on a station one is strong and one is a disaster I would assume that the person that is strong that takes lead on discharge at the beginning the night Christine said that she felt comfortable doing the searing so she decided to do the searing tonight so I trusted her I will say one thing Sarah he dodged [ __ ] bullets name if Megan wasn't on that station with you it would have went down I'm just saying Megan is like a caregiver over here babysat the whole damn time if people have to be babysitting somebody else on their station oh it's becoming a detriment to our team we need strong individuals to run a station because at the end of the day you're gonna be there by yourself I had a shitty service obviously but I truly believe I'm a better chef than Mooney and Christine honestly fish station [ __ ] up tonight and [ __ ] he's ago the [ __ ] up cuz she needs the [ __ ] reality check cuz she's the weakest chef here but money I cannot work with someone that doesn't know how to cook half of the [ __ ] that's on the menu and if I know for a fact that you have no help it's a fact that you're gonna tank there's only so much you can help someone there's only so far that you can hold their hand if we can't have people on our team that we can rely on then you need to go at the end of the day we need to put up the weakest members of this [Music] [Music] what a night's Meghan red team's first nominee of why we nominated Moni we feel that she's put up a wall and she's the weakest link second nominee and why Thera chef she was using the wrong ingredient she just flustered and she turned off Monique Sarah step forward please [Music] money explaining this wall what they're talking about I don't know sure I don't know what they want from me they say one thing I do and I'm still wrong tonight we got kicked out of do service because fish station couldn't cook [ __ ] salmon but I'm up on the chopping block that makes no sense at all okay sir you cook like you've given up you've lost that sparkle and I don't know if there's any way you can come back Monique I'm not the weakest link and I'm here to [ __ ] learn and that's what I'm gonna do to learn from you sir chef I'm just asking please allow me to continue I promise I will not let you down I will [ __ ] stupid that I'm standing here right now I am so mystified with the weakest chefs leaving the team should be getting stronger I need to start seeing leaders emerge get out of there [Music] but now we have no excuse I expect everyone to step up you gotta stand on your own two feet let's get it together guys it's like we limped over the finish line I'm not playing no more if you screw up really gonna say it quick and he ain't gonna hold no punches I am one hell of a chef but I have to step up and I have to pull it out this is serious this is game time Monni acted like she was the victim but the real victim was anyone who had to eat her food tonight next time on Hell's Kitchen and politeness goes out the window when one chefs patience finally runs out I'm about to nominate myself so I can go the [ __ ] home so I can stop being embarrassed will she leave the competition for good I can't do this anymore guys survive and you won't believe what happened chef's anger y'all
