from well over 10,000 and they come to Hell's Kitchen and ready to do battle ready these chefs are so competitive you have to slaughter you guys seem to be targeting me in their way Chef Ramsay's standards are higher than ever every dinner service it's a battle in the kitchen where's the t1 that boils over into all-out war in the dorm [ __ ] stupid [ __ ] they even stand up to some [ __ ] respect bottom line these ships hold nothing back let's go I really need a [ __ ] a cure time anything he gave me to do I can [ __ ] do I got no place else to go more emotional I'm gonna [ __ ] break me more frustrating what the [ __ ] is that what the [ __ ] is your [ __ ] oh my god dance ready for the most unpredictable okay good luck superstars after much anticipation 16 aspiring chefs arrive at Hell's Kitchen for the toughest challenge of their lives they know once they step through those doors they're in for the journey of a lifetime I finally arrived this is finally my shot this is the beginning of something exciting and amazing for me in my life and for these chefs that monumental moment will have to wait a little longer this luck we get up there and the doors are locked it was like the biggest tease in the whole world push hands of my doors please excuse me I'm changed then you made you tea here at Hell's Kitchen JP was not there with some new dude James whose accent is not sexy there's been a change of plans we're going somewhere else you need to put one of these blindfolds on I was really nervous but there really wasn't sure where he was gonna take us that's great you know he could take it to the desert and bury us alive you know it's what they do in mafia I'm sorry [Music] we haven't even gotten indoors yet there's already no JP and we're blindfolded driving around a car with a bunch of strangers for the last seven years Chef Ramsay's made sure Hell's Kitchen is full of surprises and he's about to reveal another one right now [Music] chefs whoa I just instantly recognized his voice and edges my heart just fell out of my butt now listen very carefully all of you are now standing in the very restaurant where one of you will become the head chef are you ready to see it okay take a few blindfolds this is LA market a multi-million dollar restaurant the prize is the most beautiful restaurant you could ever lay your eyes and have never seen something so amazing it's part of the multi-billion dollar LA Live complex oh my god are you kidding me la marca it's ridiculous this is exactly the place I want to be it has my name written all over it it doesn't get any better than that as a chef are you excited you want to see more I don't think so you haven't earned it yet let's not forget this is Hell's Kitchen I'm more portly it's time to get to work so I wanted to need to get your butts back to Hell's Kitchen and cook me you're amazing signature dishes off you go bloody oh here we go again [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] inspired by their visit to the prize restaurant la marca the chefs raced to prepare their signature dishes in just 45 minutes born in Russia grew up in Brooklyn New York my experience has only been in fine dining fire I don't believe in doing anything half-assed my signature dish will be huge impact whenever I walk into a kitchen people don't take me seriously if I were a male if I were older if I work better those people get more respect you should stop thinking about plating up now once again Chef Ramsay has divided the teams into men versus women and their first challenge is signature dish okay over the last 45 minutes I seriously hope you were thinking about what you saw this morning yes oh by the way one more thing to tell you the salary for the head chef at the LA market two hundred and fifty thousand dollars I wouldn't have to live with my way from mom anymore I'm definitely gonna win Hell's Kitchen I have to let's go first stop is senior home executive chef Emmalee vs. sous chef Russell both from Chicago Wow before we go any further yeah would you mind just sort of covering your puppies just a little bit sorry yeah I'm a little bit malicious gotta give a DNA game it usually does well would you might just put it on in case something pops out Thanks hi it's my booth let's cook are you okay first name is I'm Amelie what is it a duck breast with a grape and walnut compote [Music] that's nice thank you cook perfectly hopefully he'll remember my duck breasts did not my human breast okay big man first name is Russell I'm very confident in my abilities I bring the technical aspect and I don't want to sound overconfident but I have a great chance to win what is it I have a grilled calamari with a little salsa verde and the calamari isn't only that pink in terms of undercooked oh I like my mid-rare in terms of what we serve in the restaurant as it served that under certain exact level I mean come on you're supposed to be bringing your a-game for crying out loud mmm calamari slightly dense could do with a 30 second more cooking in terms of delivery they hit the mark it's nice thank you okay tough choice congratulations to you both thank you one never before in the history of Hell's Kitchen has Chef Ramsay enjoyed the first two signature dishes next to now sous-chef Nona from Atlanta and line cook Vinny from Queens are hoping the trend continues okay ladies first this is fried chicken with asparagus I'm from the south that's what we do we fry stuff and there's nothing more southern than fried chicken and what's the secret I throw all the herbs in all first and infuse it well I'm the asparagus simple saute salt pepper Wow did you forget the cookie asparagus I'm glad you find it funny sweet cue magic if 100 dinars will cut into that no chance why's it so sweet cuz I put honey on it wow what a disaster okay next hello chef I'm Vinnie people from Queens are very people from Queens this is herb oil poached halibut if you cross me be prepared to be humiliated what is that man that's some of the oil from the halibut you sure it's not something dripping out your hair from the product if you're gonna step on my shoes be prepared to have me bite your [ __ ] toes off would you ruin yourself a lease or Hall you think it tastes nice we don't have a big problem with this dish I was totally praying to God and I'm not even that religious it looks horrific however the fish actually tastes quite nice nicely seasoned definitely no no no no fur no no one to the boys looks like there's clouds party on the horizon well done it's sort of like a little under the cover yeah next please with the men leading by one point the women are counting on line cook Antonia to even the score okay what's under the a one member of the red team seems to be losing interest excuse me two seconds first thing what is it I'm Sabrina are you bored oh sure you are no no no yawning the girl at the end of line Sabrina uh starts yawning even throw it out no I'm gonna throw it out big man yes sir you like your food take your mouth full pass it along it was completely repulsive and what I rather had a cat [ __ ] in my mouth then I've eaten that any further oh my god I don't even know how to explain that Vinnie what was that tasting on a big bowl of mud dear oh dear young man first name is Curtis where did you study my Prentice ship schools had a great opportunity to live up to Executive Chef blow me away like a pair of wheat it's actually a lemon pepper chicken to chef between you and I chef to chef [Music] piss off both no points there goes that balloon damn on parade next to whites well I'm doing eyebrows you seem chummy Wow what is it it's the urban vegetable stuffed chicken with the herb cream sauce yeah actually tastes quite delicious Thank You chef good for her you can't judge a book by the eyebrows no no she has some talent there okay what is it I got a pistachio crusted Colorado rack of lamb no way possible it's Chef Ramsay will not like my signature dish he's gonna ask me for the recipe and I might give it to him we'll see did you take a bite of that I did not as it normally serve that roll that's medium rare see the white fat yeah I do chef that's raw fat so when the fats not melted that tells me straight away that it's not cooked properly one point for the ladies thank God even if the rest of these people suck at least he said my food was delicious next turn let's go with the men and women tied at two points each executive chef Gail what a shame you blended potatoes faces off against line cook and bartender trebs it's an embarrassment and both dishes failed to impress no to both you don't get enough corporate food director Lisa why is it so dry he's up against Camp Chef Louie I can't get the lobster out of the show but neither gets a point to to to the careful exactly sous-chef Melissa Oh Yoshi Oh tiny mind goes head-to-head against catering chef Boris delicious Thank You chef well done and Boris gives the blue team a one-point lead right that's three to two now the pressure shifts to the final pairing let's go personal chef Raj versus prep chef Sabrina I'm worried about Sabrina our he said that he doesn't like her we are so screwed I know I suspend us oh thank you sir yes sir chef right what's under that under there join me in taking off it help this is vachetta fish with grilled endive and blood orange fennel salad with a brown butter vinaigrette that sounds a very sophisticated dish okay which book did he copy out of I didn't copy out of a book chef no I can't be honest I don't really even read that often yeah the balance of the dish is beautiful and you've done something slightly unique because the fish is cooked perfectly big boys first name is Raj I am an executive chef and I began cooking when I was 14 years old show me a fish I was always the best cook in the kitchen so I can't see why this would be any different this is a seafood and vegetable pancake boy Josh I said what a seafood and vegetable pancake pancake yeah it's a pancake what that is a pancake it's a yeah does that look like a pancake oh he's going for a piss a pancake that pisses it's a shame cause seafood actually tastes quite nice inside oh thank you however it looks a mess presentations shocked one points the ladies oh my god Sabrina nailed it three three yes we have a tie in any kitchen yoni as good as your weakest link there's one dish that's been the biggest insult because it actually made me physically ill and that's you Antonia ladies you've lost yes Antonia was the most valuable player on the guys team tonight so Thank You Antonia ladies look at the mess behind you your punishments to get those kitchens immaculate I do not want to clean that kitchen I wanna clean our side I won't clean the guys side I have people who do that for me okay guys not only do you escape cleaning up but there's a little surprise to you on the patio rush off you go [Music] although the men barely eked out a victory they're getting a little taste of how winners are treated at Hell's Kitchen good lord what a way to live oh my god that we just walk into shangri-la oh my god champagne caviar massages with these petite beautiful women okay who's a really good ingredients of life pays to win and while the men are treated like kings the women's slave away star we always gonna lose or 100 we're gonna win my signature dish was one of Chef Ramsay's favorites I don't want to clean I hate cleaning I'm not trying to lose ever again after an hours of tedious cleaning the women are ready to crash for the night meanwhile the oldest chef Raj Judah is ready to put on a show holy [ __ ] we got a mr. Miyagi I started drinking and I started doing karate it's a bad habit let's kick it down a notch and let's put that energy towards your face [Music] tonight is the grand reopening of Hell's Kitchen and the chefs have their work cut out for them is willing Jay ankle supplied a knife kit for all of you it's beautiful yeah yeah this is a sharp knife let's kick ass Red Team you better look out cuz the blue team gonna put out an amazing service we will not be shut down you will I'm feeling real good about service tonight it's all about kicking the guys while the majority of the chefs are feeling confident Antonia is just feeling ill oh my head is hurting me hey where's Antonia check out I don't know where you find her I will find her [Music] Antonia Antonia Antonia oh my head is hurting [Music] be okay just my head hurts I hit migraine let's get you sitting up here for a second not doing so well she's got a really bad headache it's not looking so cute nerves are up but I mean it's like come on I'm nauseous as well I want to throw up but I'm not gonna do it I'm not feeling good right now something's wrong no what's wrong with me okay talk to me what's the matter talk to me what's the matter you gotta talk to me three that's better I don't feel good as Antonia is rushed away Chef Ramsay has no choice but to keep the chef's focused on opening night okay I've got something very important to tell you all unfortunate Antonia is that the hospital however the show must go on yes okay kill new sections let's get set up guys yeah let's go together tonight it's close to dinner service and while scrambling but I just I think we're gonna do pretty good I have a good feeling we're gonna beat the boys without a win that's all there is to it bye James yes chef two seconds please Kitchen yes sir that's good [Music] [Applause] [Music] as an opening night special each guest will start off with their choice of three mini pizzas one chef from each team will be taking the orders for the red team it will be Emily good evening welcome to Hell's Kitchen here our first table tonight how exciting is the accent and for the blue team Raj good evening with them sure we have a news piece this evening of a yeah you know I always sincerely do my best for Chef Ramsay on Hell's Kitchen Fenster but I find myself lacking the abilities at some point Table three guests for while you do this at the tables you told me to them that's very Thank You Chef Ramsay for that advice yes to piece away Table three let's go to a waiter both Boris and Melissa and the pizza station get their teams off to a good start thank you and Jillian and Nona move forward with their appetizers one sale one spaghetti if you go chef this is hot I'm nervous as home because my boyfriend told me make sure you don't cook your pasta too long because you like your pasta soft and Chef Ramsay doesn't [Music] who took the spaghetti I didn't very nice thank you yeah pat on the back keep up the good work Jillian good job Jillian thank you Jillian's first pasta has impressed Chef Ramsay and in the blue kitchen salad Trev is hoping his first salad will do the same I have to prove to Chef Ramsay that I can do this and that's what I want to do tonight is stripe without the most perfect food that I possibly can that's I did [Music] too much too much do you only think they came here for that now we've got worse now we're going just the [ __ ] cellars Senate rev let's go who doesn't know how to make salad this game thanks to Trev no appetizers have left the blue kitchen the red team however has served half of their customers appetizers but some of them have not received their welcoming pizza Melissa touch that touch that boys that it's Russia it's won't gotcha touch that [Music] [ __ ] roll for us tries to catch up on pizzas the red team continues to push out appetizers that you just threw him in I didn't throw them in yet easy slow she's so slow she moves like a turtle they're not in the pan right now have you realized Lisa why there's no color on your scallop shells could I keep tearing them and the [ __ ] pans not hot enough [Music] Lisa's been cooking for 30 years how long does it take to learn how to cook scallops I guess longer than 30 years good while Lisa's work on the fish station has left her teammates seriously underwhelmed over in the blue kitchen chef Trev salad is once again seriously overdressed oh my god totally too much that's just a one [ __ ] leaf come on yes chef dress me a [ __ ] Senate I [ __ ] oh I almost wrapped my hands around his narrow neck salad salad get the salad out nothing is easier yes yes yes oh the men have finally sent out their first appetizers but in the red kitchen Sabrina is ready with her team's first entrees unfortunately there's a slight problem what I just spent like 20 minutes cooking all this letting it rest doing it right you know and it's like honestly I want to show them that it here's the to be from the land what is she doing to people that was out of it you just what and where's the halibut then and where's the garnish are you ready no chef I told her not to bring the beef up because everything has to come up at the pass together so that we can send out the whole entire table at the same time why are you throwing them under the bus I'm not sure so what the [ __ ] is this doing here I don't know what can I do with it nothing sure oh hey baby spice as long as you're okay right yeah he's my food [ __ ] every house she doesn't [ __ ] care while Sabrina needs to get back in sync with her team in the blue kitchen Chef Ramsay needs it was fairly abusive on his barf I'm a little bit worried about Chef Ramsay's you know Karma Russell yes sir I let these two work as a team Boris and Raj are working together it's like watching two idiots do a Rubik's Cube there's no chance in there if they're gonna get it right mozzarella cheese they got the cheese while I'm askin you sir please help me roll the [ __ ] dough where the [ __ ] is it that's here first shape it yeah put it here put it down shape it go so you can't roll it roll the [ __ ] pizza dough is more mozzarella I roll the [ __ ] pizza though what are you doing are you [ __ ] my partner was sent here to sabotage that guy is [ __ ] nuts why are you two working as a team we're doing the best we can chef we're screwed on a [ __ ] pizza Raj and Boris's inability to make pizza has slowed down the blue team but over in the red kitchen lisa has picked up the pace and is ready with her halibut I love it down here please Lisa its sushi I'm sorry chef I imagine what's happening here it was a mess I [ __ ] up big time and I'm really disappointed in myself over two hours into dinner service and unbelievably no entrees have left either kitchen yeah I'm really surprised and not surprisingly the diners are completely fed up walking to our chef you know hey lady come here hey all of you come here ladies move your [ __ ] ass Boris yes chef look out there you kidding me tables are leaving no is he working together no one's even caring you'll bring me the main courses bypassing your team you laughed at me earlier pissing around me your [ __ ] pizzas and you you just switched off where's we go knows even caring [ __ ] off is that clear yes everything off clear down I've never in my life has such a disastrous service ever that's honestly has to be the worst ever opening in Hell's Kitchen tonight we set a new low negotiations so far you're a joke there's no winning team both teams need to go upstairs and nominate two from the men - to the ladies but the good news is you're spoilt for choice [Music] we lost our battle to that we all suck so we all are now looking for the blame easiest way to do this is to write votes down and count them out any objections no objection I'm sorry Raj honestly speaking you did things today that were totally out of character for any chef raise your hip everybody's just completely jealous of me and that's the only reason why they want to eliminate me because they know I'm gonna win Trev five salads though we're sorry man no five South's raise your hand for Trevor [Music] alright Trevor it all came down to the crazy guy and myself damn right I'm scared about going on I would nominate you based on the fish yeah love it halibut you know me I'm like [ __ ] I don't know what Lisa's got what it takes just sweet whatever but she can't handle the pressure that it takes to work on the line I'm Way better than that I know I can kind of my ass off I can't defend my performance tonight but I really do know what I'm doing it didn't look like it tonight but I really do know know who do you think I should be I think it should be you you know you should be me cause I think it should be yo ass your signature dish it didn't cut it you know maybe if you would've cooked it right yeah I mean fine-dining fried chicken you can't cook an asparagus Nonna thinks that fine dining is fried chicken she has no clue she doesn't got clue tell me why you think I should go home I just didn't think that you're a real good team player why tell me I'm telling you she went all gangster on me she's an idiot she has a lot of potential and I think you're just kind of looking at it wrong I'm not putting Sabrina up there that's my girl man I'm not like trying to attack you no no she's just whoa she gets under my skin will not be returning to Hell's Kitchen one of you is still going home tonight Louie yes yeah who is the men's first nominee and why chef the men's first nominee tonight is Raj rush couldn't seem to get it together all day he seemed a little bit delusional at his performance delusional spots on second nobody in white Trevor Trevor this holdup of the apps really took our kitchen down tonight Gayle the woman's first nominee why our first nominee tonight is Lisa based on her dinner service on the fish station it was terrible through second omean wine our second nominee tonight is Sabrina Sabrina based on her lack of teamwork during dinner service okay Roz Trev Lisa Sabrina step forward please dear oh dear I've never felt so disappointed on the opening of Hell's Kitchen Trev yes sir why should you stay because I think I could do this I think I can be a great chef I'm self-taught I might not have the experience that these guys do I got the drive to do it Ross why should you stay in Hell's Kitchen now that I'm more familiar with everything I'll be able to jump in there really cook the food correctly I call you the most experienced chef in here yes you've been cooking longer than me yes [ __ ] Lisa yes why should you stay in Hell's Kitchen I take full responsibility for my service tonight I was nervous I was my timing was completely off I know that I can do much better than this I know I can Sabrina you are quite frankly the most selfish cook in here believe it or not you don't know me and you don't know what I'm capable of chef I made a mistake I [ __ ] up give me an opportunity to prove to you that I can do better chef and honestly if it's between us two I mean she's spittin chef you know I'm young the world is my boys are you slacking circles around you honey I may be 48 but believe me you don't have a chance Sabrina who do you think should get home I think that Nona should go home chef her idea of fine dining is fried chicken chef she can't cook asparagus she snores and it keeps us all away and I honestly believe she's good for nothing chef [Music] she's crap she can't cook asparagus but she's not standing in your shoes they're quite frankly all four of you should go my decision is [Music] Sabrina please give me another chance chef shut it back in line you sir back in line thank you sir the person leaving Hell's Kitchen Lisa give me a jacket you're short time in Hell's Kitchen is over thank you for the opportunity sure little over your head my darling good night chef back in life I honestly never would have thought I would have been the first person to go home this competition was everything to me Chef Ramsay should have sent Sabrina home there's no doubt in my mind if I have a minute of cook-off I'd kick her ass we need to make a massive comeback you all have a choice get serious or get out [ __ ] off that's right Ramsay now I'm ready to fight Sabrina tried to throw me under the bus are you serious the claws are out now I'm here at win this damn thing the only thing positive I can say about Lisa's performance tonight she didn't kill anyone [Music] the winner of Hell's Kitchen will become head chef of the brand-new multi-million dollar restaurant la Market in downtown Los Angeles and they will also tour the country as the official spokesperson of Rosemount Estate Winery the celery a quarter of a million dollars next time on Hell's Kitchen you'll be shocked to see what these cutthroat chefs do to get ahead it's every chef for himself are you trying to sabotage your own team I would never do anything of the sort and Chef Ramsay Bob is having none of it decide what goes out of this kitchen next time one evil thing to give us some but on the most devious Hell's Kitchen ever all of you think of her
