previously on Hell's Kitchen the presentation challenge featured a prize for the best dish on the winning team the winner will be featured in People magazine well John's dish was the most impressive you have the highest-scoring dish but he was unable to claim the prize because his teammates let him down especially have a sci-fi movie that it's once again the winning team is the red team [ __ ] People magazine just like the third time I've had the best dish up there later on I toss was abruptly canceled in my office as Chef Ramsay open Hell's Kitchen for a private VIP event I will be opening the doors for the US Army with the pressure on John rose to the occasion John good job let's go go space but ray off post on their full portion on their failed to take control right half important full portion and Zach made Ray's problems even worse I'm trying to sabotage them to the cold sauce but it completely backfired you're gonna wake up in the red kitchen Susan struggled with her meat your disgrace and nedra's poor judgment you just pour cool water into a pot for pasta brought the kitchen to a halt we all feel like idiot in the end the losing team tonight is the blue and the red each team had to put up one chef for elimination and Ray were nominated but Chef Ramsay added one more that step forward nedra dodged a bullet back in line and Ray watched his chance to become head chef of Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill at Caesars Palace go up in flames [Music] [Music] [Music] and now the continuation of Hell's Kitchen get out yeah I'm really sad to see ray go he's been a great competitor but sometimes less is more we're gonna be okay we okay I don't hold it against you if you don't hold it against me [ __ ] I don't got time for these [ __ ] in a bull [ __ ] seriously the reality is we all could have done better tonight you know I mean like it is what it is hope nurture is not mic hold this against us we need to be able to start over tomorrow on a clean slate so I'm gonna let her know how I feel we need to continue to work together as a team are we still friends she needs some kind of thing about it [ __ ] her who nedra and I did form a friendship very quickly in the house we're very close in the beginning we bonded and had fun together it has helped me during some of the rough times but I'm here to win and I do not want to be associated with anyone that's failing that was not [ __ ] thing everybody [ __ ] picked me like nobody had a [ __ ] monitor on the way the decision yeah that's what the [ __ ] I meant like really can't believe that [ __ ] for me after elimination that's how I feel you're allowed to have your feelings thank you thank you Susie Susie Susie I thought she's gonna be my best friend [Music] good to see you back thank you yeah absolutely hey you know what there's only four of us we should be at an advantage we need to be [ __ ] like ferocious animals in that kitchen I want to see all of us in black jackets that's what I'm saying dude I'm ready to bring it the [ __ ] out I've been out for elimination the last two dinner services that was a wake-up call for sure let me remember who the [ __ ] I am and get back on the right track I just want to redeem myself and get back where I need to be do it absolutely when I get beat down I bring out my alter ego red banks he's a fighter beyond a doubt I mean he's a [ __ ] animal we keep him in cages but I'm gonna let him loose here right yeah yup banks is in the building after an exhausting day the final nine chefs plus one alter ego settle in for a little sleep and that's exactly what they get [Applause] easy Go Go Go I'm getting ready I want to make sure I've danced on Lord only knows what Chef Ramsay has in store for us today let's go ladies early bird catches the worm right morning we have a lot of work to do today so I wanted all of you to have a very early start running one of my kitchens is solely not about just executing dishes right I want someone who can create as well so tonight Hell's Kitchen will feature menus designed and executed by all of you it's such a compliment from chef that he trusts us enough to serve the diner's our menu and not his his that was gonna work each team I'm gonna come up with four stunning appetizers four stunning entrees and two delicious desserts that you think are worthy of serving inside Hell's Kitchen yes let's go nedra yes I want to see you on the menu yes chef chef told me he wants to see me on the menu nah I just gotta come up with something good you can do an oyster trio and just do it tour the Mediterranean yeah chicken dish simple seasonal sweet potato puree Zac what do you think Zac you want to do at least one salad nicoise Brent banks is not morning person off so there's two [ __ ] ideals even we've got what like 40 minutes on I feel like there's a lot of ideas being thrown around in Zach's not saying anything how about a like a beet salad every little for Zane yeah while the blue team wishes Zach would wake up the red team I think we should do a citrus Sammy no I don't like that we can have a dynamite see best wishes nedra would quiet down cream cheese bass sour cream no wonder scallops your service soy ginger scallops with yellow peppers red bell peppers poblanos all kind of peppers is it was really good I doesn't like screaming at me like yeah yeah I don't I don't see that coming together really shift wants me to stand out yeah and if they don't like it they can kiss my whole hoo-hah we can do just the fresh chopped salad something simple oh my god Ned Yost's ideas they're all kind of all over the place this is an absolute disaster you could get that at a diner you know like anywhere like [ __ ] yo all y'all [ __ ] is fake I'm frustrated but I fought to be here i'ma fight this day like I need to get one of my dishes going on the menu so I'm not gonna stop fighting so it's just this got a Hell's Kitchen does anyone have an idea I want to do a gumbo think yeah hook I'm bout so what are we just gonna do shrimp chorizo and chicken I don't know it sounds like a nedra dish overindulgent I I really don't think that it makes sense I probably use the clinician you want to use the Cornish hen in the gumbo yeah I just don't see that in a gumbo I definitely think the team just kind of let nature take this one after last night but if we don't have a good menu we are definitely screwed I don't care what everybody else they i'ma show I'm how you can make gumbo sexy but if we do a warm pair pancetta we have pizzas we can do like a grilled peach salad it would be really good sounds good and and I've added cheese feta would be good these [ __ ] ain't thinking clear they want to do all this [ __ ] cool I don't give a hill we'll just see what chef likes ladies do we feel okay with our menu yes while nedra manages to get her gumbo on the menu on the blue team what kind of fish you guys what is like salmon myself zach has managed to find the energy to finally contribute like a time citrus emulsion like hey morning Zach welcome to the conversation man it's about [ __ ] time now bring that [ __ ] what about steak you loves [ __ ] filets and how simple you can go if that just goes simple fillet some portobello mushrooms and blue cheese butter sauce spinel on top and then that way while that steak is [ __ ] piping I hide them pleats either start melting into it that flavor up yeah there you got blue cheese Cassatt I like that a lot cool all right so everybody happy with our shirt yeah we got the basis over the [ __ ] going on the majority of the menu is mine the pork the filet and the salmon that's all my babies all my creations chef banks is the blueprint for success now that both teams have finalized their menus they must prep their kitchens and prepare their dishes for Chef Ramsay's approval chef Mike let's do the Brussels sprouts all right I want to get that season started ed going Zack is back definitely damn it's coming back to me now guys y'all see this shift the change of the guards let's do it got my Brussels sprouts done chef Mike what are you doing with the hit guevara you nuts want to make sure the spot-on zach is trying to help but he's really just cocky overconfident egotistical I can understand what he's trying to do but he's not doing it well gosh those are my babies and I'm want them to be nice all right we get it exact dude come on you've had a good idea for it dish but dude like get over it man John I know you know it but this is my dishes the salmon filet you know I'll show you how scallops come on let's go okay we all know what we're doing right I do not want to come up short this is some big New York strips you know a lot of us are doing multiple things but not just really stuck on one thing I'm getting here how long does that soup gonna need to go you can teach a monkey how to tie a shoe but you can't teach a monkey how to make a shoe you comes in all right ladies were in high gear right yes after more than five hours of tasting testing and cooking the teams have just 30 minutes left to finish and plate their dishes for Chef Ramsay's inspection yeah we gotta push hard we have literally like no [ __ ] time [Music] Ranjini right now push push push right now it's chaos we're trying to get every dish slated so we can show Chef Ramsay [Music] and it sucks to have five people but only four people working ladies everything's be plated I've been working hard on my gumbo all day and hopefully chef will like it this better be the best gumbo that Chef Ramsay has ever eaten if it's gonna take all of the prep time I'm so excited to see what you've got good quick like now do you ready on the scallops yeah I've been ready we'll say something man I did say something to calm down chef banks is definitely running the kitchen don't worry about it come on guys yes chef chef come on ladies look beautiful this is our prime opportunity to really show Chef Ramsay that we're not perpetual losers what message I'll be sending out to customers walking through those doors tonight Vegas Vegas absolutely like oh yeah we totally had that scene the whole [ __ ] time first of all I like the idea of the theme I loved whose idea was that okay good do just run with it man he likes it run with it visually it looks really appetizing let me tell you let's see if it tastes as good as it looks calamari what's the sauce I search a pole a cream slightly smoked paprika in there yes yeah a smoked paprika nice for me it's simple it's a great dish I'm seasoning batter nice and crispy right Thank You chef thank [ __ ] god dude whose idea was the fire and ice that was me and Michael mm-hmm the flavors it's pop has absolutely delicious that is [ __ ] awesome to summon nice really good I wasn't expecting it what I'll take this is a fillet with the butter sauce on top chef it's delicious blue team really the blue team are you sure overall a great start love the personalities coming out my big question is can you execute that yes chef yes yes yeah let's go yeah [ __ ] take that [ __ ] red team right ladies ready yes oh my gosh I'm sweating like I've never sweat before there's the full appetizers if he doesn't like these we're [ __ ] what's the first thing instantly that's wrong with those appetizers they're gumbo chef like really no more appetizers turn the sellers both them with cheese what are you thinking Wow gumbo that takes nice but what do you do the peaches just grilled once again Janelle has all these wonderful ideas but can she execute him no you have glasses right yes so that's grilled nuts what it's not no it's not no one near it to now oh my god I want to jump in the garbage can right where he wants to throw this place it's not the best you can do no chef that looks terrible next chef this is a a seared duck breast what's the one big problem with that dish ducks not even cooked properly Chef Ramsay is just like no how the [ __ ] can you eat that [ __ ] no too much juice on top next no it's all the same color this is not going on change it fix it something's gotta give come on this menu supposed to be a winning menu your dishes are supposed to knock the crap out of the blue team oh you have got some work to do I swear to God roping 20 minutes from now how are we ever going to get things fixed six hours and we put that together I'm just I'm pissed off have a meeting rapidly get to work we're under this heat lamp up to the wire trying to revamp everything and get it right just before service starts so reform is the window now Chef Ramsay please just give us the thumbs up on these dishes we have no time we can't keep fixing them please just just give us the thumbs up [Music] very nice Thank You chef very nice it's the Battle of the menus the red kitchens menu features grilled New York Strip roasted duck breast and branzino the blue team's menu includes pan-seared halibut grilled pork chop and an oven roasted filet since diners at the same table can order from either menu both kitchens will have to coordinate to ensure that all diners at each of the tables receive their food at the same time with Janel and nedra on appetizers and Cindy on fish the red team hopes to rebound with their new and improved menu we absolutely must have a great dinner service tonight let's go to Phillips should be out now three minutes oh that's right [ __ ] you now while nedra is off to a slow start on scallops over in the blue kitchen two scallops two beet salad let's go ten seconds ten seconds on the scallops this service is gonna be our service this is our own menu I'm walking walking with two scallops after that the two beets - beets coming right up or that go stop guys that just really happened that easily that's how it should be what the [ __ ] has been going on did we finally figure it out let's just keep it going man thanks to John and Michael good the men charge ahead on appetizers meanwhile back in the red kitchen the first appetizer order is ready except for one item try after risotto gumbo two scallops yes sir I should be in the pan yes he's not doing anything Denver's busy Cindy stirring yeah buddy season them Cindy and Ned dress why is this even going on we need to get this done get it out now why can't you write what goes to talk I don't know I can do this get up you gotta yell ups I got it I'm trying to cook my dish so I worry about what Susie doing I ain't worried about what Janel do and I danced for showing worried about what Mary and Cyn doing I'm a focus on me thank you come on you three [Music] nice sear the scallops let's go ladies yes service please the red team's appetizers are now steadily moving out to the dining room with firing axe brilliantly I'm now going to start firing entrees that's okay first table away don't fall behind Brit team away now one New York Strip one branzino that go with the blue team the SEC same time yes Zack one pork one we're gonna keep pushing the red team pulls together to get their next table of entrees out now all that's left to complete the order is the blue team's I mean come on Zack you're supposed to be ready pressure shifts to Michael on the fish station in the red kitchen the women are clearly gelling as a team yo-yo as they continue to send entrees out to the dining room at a steady pace [Music] marry New York Strip is cook usefully thank you it feels nice to be complimented by Chef Ramsay but more importantly I'm just happy that nothing is coming back it means we're doing a good job Joe hey blue team the red team go please go well the red kitchen entree machine keeps humming along over in the blue kitchen Chef Ramsay is hoping Michael can keep up on the fish station red team's witty red team is ready going up with the garnish for two halibut sure how the boats you might have fish is one of my most favorite things to cook and you know it's gonna go out crispy cook the perfection is your two halibut you know I'm ready to be on any station at this point [Applause] [Music] hi-yah Rohan over in the center yes yes [ __ ] hallo so Mike is doing a new a sushi style to where its wall in the the blue menu are still waiting because of Michael's dish fiasco I can't remember the last time I was in a timeout I could just feel everybody's eyes in the dining room looking at me and it [ __ ] sucks I just need to pull it together Michael is eager to prove he's learned his lesson Chef Ramsay the PO is eager to get food out to the dining room as if it couldn't get any [ __ ] worse hey chef quality I shall be put in the cloud Oh guys get it in the oven yes chef with no food leaving the blue kitchen it's for New York Street one salmon that says Chef Ramsay looks to the red kitchen to dinner service victory but the celebration is cut short Mary I need to see all of the ladies and one first right away please thank you I am nervous why because I don't know what to expect okay ladies I've been doing a lot of thinking and I realized I have no choice I have very little options I want all of you to have a meeting and decide amongst yourselves which individual will be joining the blue team have a good discussion as a team really talk it out together whoever goes over I want you to be a fighter a leader and get that team into shape get out of it I cannot wait to volunteer I want to show Chef Ramsay that I can turn a losing team around and make them a winning team well let me say one thing it might sound crazy but I would like to challenge and I would like the opportunity to show myself as a leader so I want to go I agree with everything that your song was thinking thus I was singing dancing seriously now all of a sudden they all want to be on the blue team hello I should be after tonight there's only three of you left have you got what it takes inside to step up to another level yes chef I definitely do 300 dishes that we're honoring they'd mean tonight were three of my own dishes your dishes is that right Anthony chef we were all putting in ideas on the menu chef I set the blueprint up for it but naturally I had input from my team but the basis of the dish was was on me John is that BS yeah that's [ __ ] I can smell it from here [Music] like Jeff at this stage and competition we cannot afford to make mistakes what happened I don't want to make any excuses but the one thing that did confuse me was the timing of everything you don't have any excuses but that did sound like an excuse why are you a better chef than Zack I'm a better chef than Zack because I have a lot of fine dining experience for the past 14 years of my life I've done nothing but sacrifice everything you know not even bringing my own son home from the hospital when he was born because I have decided to work and if this is a wake-up call to push myself to the next level then this is what I need but by no circumstance am I ready to go home tonight chef no chance my decision is Michael give me your jacket thanks chef it was an honor I appreciate it thank you thank you Zach back in line [Music] I had one bad service my team saw me as a threat that's why they got me out of there I tried to put up a good fight but Chef Ramsay saw otherwise so you don't have to respect this decision men the odds are stacked against you I had a meeting with the red team earlier and asked them to volunteer someone from their team to join your team Janelle who volunteers to go over to the men's team I'll cyberverse yet all five of you [Music] we all volunteer check what happens we drew a name out of a pot but I asked you to come to a consensus what is this we're not playing [ __ ] roulette for a restaurant here I swear to God I bet enough all of you when Chef Ramsay's star student I cannot believe you've done that finds herself falling from grace disgusting how low will she go and when nedra refuses to take the fall get out will it earn someone else a second chance why send the wrong
