Helldivers 2 - Solo Helldive with the Punisher Plasma! | Myelin Games

all right I saw some previous comments on my testing videos just when I was sharing my thoughts about patch notes and what weapons are good or maybe not so good and someone's like you have no idea what you're talking about you don't I bet you don't even play hell Dives I bet you don't even play the hardest level of difficulty like me I always play the hardest level of difficulty and nothing works now the game's impossible you can't even do it and I thought you know what this might be a good excuse to actually use some of my recommendations uh in a Solo hell dive activity now uh let's be honest not all missions are made equal there are definitely some missions that are much harder than others so you know I admit I'm not doing the hardest hell dive difficulty but I am practicing what I preach and I'm going to use uh what I've been recommending in all these previous videos starting with the ballistic Shields and by the way if you want to see this snarky comment I'll put it at the very end of this video you can have a gander see where all this came from uh ballistic shield I think s tier against automatons pretty much will block everything except for rockets and allows you to deal with all light enemies very well quazar is very good you obviously got a long cool down now so you got to hit your shots if you miss your shots it can be game over so it is a bit of a risk eat is obviously incredibly good too but uh we only got three strategems at the moment so this is going to make it a little bit more difficult so I'm actually going to go quaza uh just so I don't have to think too much about it and uh I'm going to have a rail Cannon as me get out of jail free card so I'm going to be using a lot of primaries and a lot of secondaries uh to fight through this cuz I only got three strategems and one's a ballistic shield I've also recommended The Punisher plasma really really good uh has a huge amount of stagger it's got good AOE good control uh I think it it is up there with the the jar five Dominator and the scorcher the Dominator definitely outperforms it when it comes to shooting at the rocket Devastators but the Punisher performs really well in a lot of other areas especially taking out Striders and then uh you know scorcher is just a feel-good gun scorcher feels best you know it's the best feeling gun out of all three of them but like I said I'm practicing what I preach and I recommended this I'm going to use the p19 Redeemer on single shot I think this is still the probably the best uh secondary weapon you can use the sanitor is very good however I use this with ballistic shield on a single fire to take out light enemies if I was just using it to shoot medium enemies I'd probably do the sen up but uh that's a bit of a different strategy and stun grenades when stung grenades came out I said they are s here let's go baby oh God not a good start of World more maybe a good start is there is there a support weapon here no okay just ammo okay I mean obviously you never want to land on enemies cuz if they get a bot drop off straight away uh it can quite literally stuff up the whole run and you got to start again so I don't know why there was only a single oh there is there's a break action here you know what I kind of forgot the break action existed I've hardly use that gun next video break action testing okay there is a massive base between you guys can't see my map should we do this yeah there there's a big old base between us and our first objective and there is a Hulk in Bound I just saw of flash up on the map you will get hulks patrolling and we just want to avoid that conflict we're just going to scoot around the outside around the outside and we'll get to our first objective the I've been doing a little bit of so uh solo hell Dives and the amount of patrols now on solo is crazy you get bombarded by hulks like all the time just going to avoid this massive base visibilities are low as well I think that's the thing when you first start playing hell divers is you kind of shoot at everything and it's it's actually harder when you're in a team cuz there's always someone who triggers something and then it just kind of snowballs out of control and then all of a sudden you've got like seven top bile Titans seven charges uh 10,000 Devastators and it's actually why when you watch these hell like these solar hell D videos You'll see okay I've got enemies left and right here they're stationary are they moving part of the thing um you'll see comments like my my hell Dives doesn't look like that my hell diver difficulty is like insane and that's likely just cuz you're playing in a team and people like this you know someone would someone would have stepped on those as you can see here oh okay that's my bad okay I got him before he got that off hey we're going to have to use it don't St myself come on oh come come off it we just going to I'm not going to worry about Ammo here we're just going to burst these guys down uh no one's going to call him bot so we're okay I am okay now this is time to get out don't worry about it my shield will cover my back uh not from Rockets but small arm fire it will Ricochet but we're just going to leave that alone now and just disengage we just don't need to keep fighting that it's not on the objective we need to be on if there wasn't a bot drop I might have just finished the rest of them off but it was got a point of Interest right next to us quite a lot of cover in this map which is definitely working at my advantage okay now I'm pretty sure I can just shoot this right easy peasy next one's right here I have no idea if I finished that sentence before when I was saying oh you know when you're playing a grip it doesn't look it looks different playing hell playing the hell di difficulty now the great thing about Bliss Su you can kind of storm this as long as you don't get hit by a rocket or stabbed you can throw grenades back if you didn't know yeah if the grenades on the floor uh I'm not too sure what it is on Console but it's I think mine's e on mouse and keyboard throw it back so all these guys you could just stand in front of you can reload without exposing yourself G take them down okay now we do want to look for ammo cuz our gun is thirsty we will go through a lot of ammo we do just kind of want to check everything out is he going for a stroll or is he coming for me he him M doesn't call on a bot drop now we actually don't really have much to take out factories apart from a quaza and I'm kind of hesitant to use my quaza because it's got a 15sec cool down and I would rather be a to deal with a Hulk quickly and whatever comes out of a factory so we're kind of okay at the moment don't you do it don't you do it good I got to call in the SSD see there's a Hulk what I want to do stun him the back plasma didn't work have start him again going to have to wait for this cool down oh that's my fault just going to bail on that for a second just going to bail on that for a second getting a little bit spicy in there now I do have an or rail Cannon which I was trying to save but is he inside or not he very angry oh made a pathway for me thank you uh I'm going to need a race here so I can burn my ammo will this bounce great fantastic now this is there Rockets there are Rockets down there oh don't do it I fat finger we're getting in a little bit of trouble here kind of regret not taking out these um factories so I might start working on these that was the wrong call now the thing is they're not coming up here yet this is why I like the plasma very big stun but there you go that's the weakness low ammo lost this is this is back up this oh yeah this is where it shines multiple enemies oh my god oh that's a tank okay I'm just going to St them come on come on now I'll we out to shoot the Tank's turret it is a tank that doesn't have oh it it blew up oh my Lord oh yeah H oh I didn't get back we got to get out of here we got to get out of here oh okay okay that was a bit nasty oh I think I lost my shield I did lose my ballistic shield last one's right on the other side of the map uh 43 seconds on the cool down for resupplies I didn't check my volumes my volume been all right been okay been a bit low on the gameplay side the hell was that this this is exactly why I love the ballistic shield you can just push push push push push enemies without any fear now riddle me this I got The High Ground going to say so that that tank I saw before that it's not the annihilator tank I can't remember what it's called the one that just has like the gun turret like no no um no big boy cannon on it you can you can block that with the shield as well just stand directly in front of it I tell you what I tell what you can call me out for man I don't know why lately I've just been ignoring my stamina bar I don't know why I just I keep running and then I'm like oh yeah I've been running for ages now with like no ST we got a Jammer here is it worth taking this out um I don't think I don't think it is cuz I I've got a quazer I just need to get a single shot onto this next facility that's a hell bomb Oh this is cheeky this is cheeky bye oh [ __ ] is this where I need to be I'm getting a bit overc confident here yep shouldn't have done this should have just gone around I thought I would cut through I thought if I could hit them all oh they got a Hulk too okay um I am going to oh no I can't I'm jammed okay yeah no I made a mistake here just good end the Run get away from these Jammers Hulk Hulk's getting left behind found something the ammo any ammo there is ammo over here might be stems too actually grenades no um I got no stems okay here it is okay distractions on look if people like these kind of videos I'm mayble to do more especially putting like the weapons that I'm recommending into them um and maybe go a little bit further and do side objectives and all the other kind of oh there's ammo nice do the other kind oh and SS thank you I'm not even going pick up go I'll pick up the samples I actually need to do a bit of a sample Farm to be honest yeah happy to do more of these kind of videos they're fun to film n n n oh I shouldn't have done that did I didn't I didn't have a uh didn't have a good line of sight on the on the Rockets en everything's jammed I have to go back and get my stuff right here which is not bad oh it goes through this bush okay don't really want to sit here and fight yeah I'm going to move on I'm going to have to go around somewhere else I think it's the hard part when you're playing in a team you kind of you kind of get locked into fights can't survive these wounds much longer there's a Hulk on me and I can I'm going take this out cuz it's going to shoot me shoot me in the back there's a Hulk still jammed he hasn't noticed me though that's just there just like a Hulk patol just patrolling just chilling out just just chilling out rolling around I wonder if I should take out this Jammer is this Jammer close to I think the extract will be outside the Jammer range hopefully otherwise I might actually have to deal with that what's this little Patrol surprise still jammed still jammed why I don't oh like is it within range no I think it would H decisions decisions I think I'll I think I'll go deal with the Jammer cuz I've got no stems left and I really want to call I really want to call in a supply is it worth it of that no I'm risking it I'm going to leave it alone so I'm I'm running a ballistic shield yeah one shot bistic shield and quazer as long as I don't die I won't need to call in anything else Miss Last Words there's a Hulk where's the ammo at where's the ammo at the stems at oh they coming over here oh I've I've got the orbital rail Canon here live oh no way you hit that shot me there I'll be honest I actually haven't done solo hell Dives before so I don't know what the strategy is on on the uh on the xville is I assume I find too far from extraction see my finds oh brother I'm pretty close oh no how's that not in okay so at least on this side I can call in stuff ready to liberate foros everything back is nice oh fantastic I guess okay so this is where you want to stun the hulks make every shot count unless some little yeah I need to I need to leave I need to draw them away I think enemy thankfully cuz I've got one less strategy I don't really have um I would normally have some an air strike that I could dump on all those enemies and wipe them all out I can just kind of slowly my way up what's back here this is kind of like a free zone that's where the extraction is of course cuz the big blue light might just make a bit of a retreat over here here yeah there you go there's another there's another Patrol for you they looking for me still jammed here as well oh he's got eyes on me reason the the patrol doesn't know though oh boy there was a lot of Hulks on that uh there look there's one coming over here now just zoom in for but this is okay if I've got a bit of room to move yeah he's just he's locked on and there's not many enemies I can I can deal with this not bad let's try to snip this guy oh holy oh they're coming from that angle too oh wow going try to get a shot off from this guy extraction is available I hit him I'm aware that extraction is available I'm currently fighting for my life I've Got The High Ground I hit oh I must have just been off oh my God this just love grenades come get some come get some oh okay come got some okay I'm hoping I can just lead them away clear the um clear the extract like I said I've actually never done a solo hell divers before so uh I'm not too sure what the strategies are for the extract assume it's probably this this this this SC this Jammer is causing me issues but I don't know if I just leave it another Hulk another hulky I think I'm going to risk it oh damn it he says as I'm not I'm not going to risk it he says as walking literally past it you idiot okay is it clear now I give myself 3 minutes to extract okay now let's let's just discover the bounds of the extract here okay don't you sh a flare off freaking Hulk man okay oh did I get him I got him that's why I bring St grenades just make sure you hit your shots oh someone got a flare off there's a rocket there too I got to be careful now going to go for the stuns two minutes oh I must have that thing on huh you get two of them together like that perfect I reloaded with one shot then I shouldn't have done that these just shitty boys no take get rid of that guy you down I got to go to this I made a big mistake I should have put down while I was waiting I should have put down a resupply down living your land actually I coped with that man I've literally got all the worst modifiers on one minute oh God I hate that excuse me now you should get back oh my god get that I think they have actually patched that didn't they might leave that okay that is an advantage of being solo as well oh there's a patrol does it have a whole advantage of having being byself on solo is um you can take all the resupplies I'm sure you know this but uh standing and crouching and uh lying down all have different sort of uh ranges for stealth ranges for detection so if you need to be stealthy always lie down and you can also have the armor on that improv stealth it's a Hulk it's a hulky come on come on I need this so I can fight against YouTube comments please oh imagine if I died thene okay well I didn't do all the side objectives but I think it's very possible very plausible there you go turns out I can't play the game yay all thanks for watching I stick around for this comment LOL this person here um these changes are felt a lot more on Hell dive when you have multiple B Titans and multiple charges these are Big deals and all the bot equiv of tanks and honks or gunships and Striders quaza is now too slow Arrow had armor pen reduced a rail gun is still dog water kuster rock is just useless spear is good but needs a lot of tweaking flamers and machine guns aren't dealing the great thing it leaves you with recoil and auto cannon at a hell diver level people aren't whining it's just that you who play on a much lower difficulty which is fine don't notice how big some of these changes are at a higher difficulty I understand that the game has to been balanced around where most people play it and that's low to Min but as a result of the strategems and weapons are drastically underpowered on Hell dive but don't act like a pompus dag because you don't understand the final mechanics of the game at higher difficulties so anyway I'm doing a solo hell dive uh difficulty today to show you uh actually how easy it is
