have called 9-1-1 for this it's a it's a hazmat situation right now alright guys you may remember an apprehension a couple of weeks ago where we apprehended ocean in her crazy boyfriend as of now they have not made any more bond payments so today we're gonna go repo oceans boyfriends truck it's the same truck that was at the house the last time we were there it's his truck he signed it for her as collateral so we're gonna pick that up today let's say I get it done you ready let's go I swear to God if I get cake on me this time I'm not gonna be happy it's looking like forever to get cake out of this shirt it's gonna be interesting to get the truck out of there a lot of times when defendants or co-signers know that we're going to be coming for their collateral they hide it this is probably attempt to hide that collateral all right why do you hang out here just keep them blocked in I'm gonna go deal with them the trucks in the back yard so other to figure out how we're gonna get it to point so here's what we're gonna do the bail bonds company he's gonna exercise their right to repossess or possess your vehicle back to the pit the bail bondsman wants to exercise his right to take possession of this vehicle as collateral and here's right let me explain what that means okay yeah I know you're the level-headed one here you're gonna be cool this time my name is Chad okay Chad forget breaking the law by getting the kids at school so here's the deal we're gonna take the car today however you got 15 days to contact the bail bondsman and satis satisfy the payment if you satisfy the paint within 15 days you get your truck back if not it goes to auction you get the balance back 15 days 15 days Chuck comes at me you have 15 days to pay it off otherwise it goes to auction whatever it sells for at auction you get the the full amount - what the what's due on the bond and with pin interest in penalties I don't know what the exact amount is what's that so that's like stealing well it's like stealing when you go out on and you have a contract to pay somebody for a bond and then you don't pay them they have the right to take we have lateral that you put down we didn't purposefully not pay them okay well you had rings come up but you didn't this is expensive this is a habitual thing now this is a reoccurring thing so we're gonna put the end to this today she's not gonna go to jail no one's going to jail we're just taking the truck okay you might as well put us in jail at the house cuz we ain't gonna be able to do it's all right so where they work money right put me in jail right I understand so here's what we're gonna do today we're gonna exercise our right to take possession of your vehicle that you put up for collateral okay contractual aiding possession of it or did it bad okay that's right you can get it back within 15 days if you satisfy the full amount of your bond you get it back with well before you react you get it back within 15 days if you can make the full payment to the bail bondsman and you become current okay if you don't come up with it within 15 days it goes to auction it will get sold and you ever get the amount that is sold for - will you owe the bail bondsmen that makes sense to you so what I need to do I need just go ahead and get the keys and I can take the truck and you'll be all set to go how much is it that I owe you I have no idea come up with this lump sum at my truck payment that's a lot for tea alone okay I gotta come up with six hundred and forty dollars yeah bye like before 15 days and you want me to come up with money for the bail for the bond the full amount of the bond okay then you should everything okay well then you should and you should have taken the payment process that we put you on what is this new time and you should take that more seriously considering you knew that last time you didn't pay we took you to jail you should have taken more seriously this time we gave you a over to his yard they got 15 days to pick it up before it goes to auction or make that payment other than that it's a good day for us it's a kind of a crappy day for them remember we catch a new
