Growing a NEW Discord server in only 24 hours challenge! (Ft. @CustomName)

hello everyone this is sound route and I am joined again with custom but he has a different name for some reason yes so guys I'm fountain fambly oh wait no sorry yeah I am custom name but we're on a different account and gonna be doing something a bit different today sounds going to explain in a minute right so in this video we're gonna try starting out with a fresh server we just made this didn't take too long and it is about SpaceX because SpaceX has a really cool flight thing they recently did a huge expedition so we're gonna be trying to grow this server that we have here from scratch and hopefully we can get some pretty cool member hugs by the end of this and we only have 24 hours what do you think it's definitely gonna be hard hopefully we don't end up with 0 members but yeah it's gonna be interesting we've got a few knots on here but apart from that because no one else is out from the t-bolts and if we can grow this server that just means that you could grow your own server to his lake we're on alts we have nothing we have literally nothing we're just starting out with the fresh server so we'll see how good we do just by advertising it doing sponsorships and stuff info on everything about the server about space X and what we're gonna be doing so this is what you guys should probably have in your own server it gives information so people are confused and so they know exactly what they're stepping into and then we have announcements of course naturally you'll want that uploads for them and giveaways if we have to do those I don't know then we have let me head the part in the channel so we've got small partners who serviced on the 500 members big partners so so there's over 500 members and in a partner bond which is a bot which I saw on YouTube recently right what does it do well it's basically just automatically partners you of different services are in Burnaby you see but this guy has like 30 mm or something like that it's called Jie didn't upon sure to do the rest yeah next up we have general obviously you're gonna want this in your server it comes naturally when you make it so I don't see why you would have died anyway that SpaceX commands and memes how could you not have a memes channel you can up have memes and I you I swear if this means channel doesn't have a meet Minh if I dance tomorrow I will cry oh no we got to see some Elon Musk memes come on and then we go to the voice I may have like the standard afk channel like most servers have voice work voice whoo and then music right you're gonna use a music but for that yeah I believe we've we don't have one but six is a music but though yeah we use me six we use me six to music and I stuck Corey yeah best but for music ever okay are we gonna start this yeah we're gonna start on time starts from now I believe 24 hours yes well hours on the clock you ready oh boy yeah so we got to get people in the server okay if you want to put it on some silver less I do I put it on your server how are you oh my god we've actually got a first member in the vo as well good it's been 10 minutes since we started it you mean 10 minutes yo got to space laying off in the world oh it's also for my server my servers so good your service getting us members congratulations anyone can advertise on my server as long as you're level 10 so I would recommend it I guess yeah good works on and they literally copied my role info and bought info and my rules they copied my rules oh my god that's terrible I hate people like quitting why do people do this they're just too lazy to make their own rules so they copy button oh you need 25 human members not socks like a compound with this guy yeah how are you supposed to grow you just don't from nowhere we're gonna try we're crawling out of the mud we don't have a person I was is your mod friend never mind yes my friend I was about to say you remember you were so happy but so happy about that down you let me down it's not that easy you know I noticed there have been other SpaceX servers made so we're not the only ones all right from room yeah I mean it's not that surprising cuz SpaceX is popular but yeah we're gonna be the best one obviously after tomorrow the server's gonna be like probably more members in them anyway but because obviously all the advertisement we're doing right now is just gonna blow us all yeah totally we'll get to like 5,000 members for families yeah that's the goal that's to go both we got a new member I bet you is probably that person from a sniper as well it's from my server oh it's from your Saba we're gonna say servers Wow my god sound we're popping off let's go we can almost partner with some other servers now that guy elite nitro I've seen my rounds or my so the annual server before yeah so it's quite interesting this god well we got another one to be actually yeah well I'm actually getting people in there now thank from your server as well they are that that's a moderator in my server well a trainee with everything we've gotten is from my server so far yeah damn that's crazy gosh that just goes to show you guys should definitely advertise on my server yeah cuz you actually get people from it it's been a 48 minutes since we've started 48 minutes somebody's already gone like how many members five five members well we've got to keep advertising if we want to keep up the flow you know yeah so I think that's what we're gonna go and do now we're gonna skip into 24 hours and now we're gonna compare it to advertise yeah we're post in places and I've starved him a post in places as well yeah we'll show you the results see how many members we got so uh let's get them to I skipped about that see you guys in 24 hours hello guys it has been 24 hours since you've seen us probably it hasn't been that long for you with the magic power of editing so it has been a while and we have advertised our butts off hopefully we could get a good amount of members we're about to show you in a second and we've been working hard to get as many partners as possible and get some people in this server so we're gonna reveal ourselves to the people because we're probably going to delete this server afterwards because it's not really something we're gonna keep we're just doing it temporarily so let's see you reveal also reap enjoy something yeah you can go ahead yeah unfortunately somehow people figured out that I was sound wrote me I think I used this all before oh yes if you kind of found out we did get quite a few members didn't we sound yeah what we did um we posted on lots of different websites as you probably saw and we got a couple of members but the majority of them came from my server because I advertised on there so lesson learned you should advertise on my server even some of advertising channel which means you have to get a little time over that by the way yeah you gotta talk a little bit more but yeah it seems to work I mean we've got 47 people in there well that's quite a lot it's quite a few I mean - how many boss like seven and you know eight yeah yeah - I post because like 39 people in total include a no and that's only in 24 hours and you guys should keep in mind that it takes a long time to grow a server doesn't it it takes a while so I think we did a right especially for 24 hours I think that's actually quite good yeah it's almost halfway house to a hundred right - God if we did like events and stuff we could probably get more definitely I mean yeah so if you were on this other than your cool is v1 and you know you just got to keep an eye out you know the future yeah you know what maybe you can do better so why don't you try you know try and grow your own server potentially exactly it's completely free guys you don't need to pay a cent to make yourself server you can do it free you can advertise for free that means you can grow your server and you don't need anything to start with it's pretty awesome it's a very cool concept done you should definitely do it yeah who knows maybe you'll become the next PewDiePie of discord you never know yeah and if you guys are watching this on my channel go check out
