okay so the dish from the south that we collectively felt deserve the most praise comes from a cook who's never been in the top four please come forward Kendall [Applause] [Music] I made a barbecue chicken breast seasoned with a rub and a perfectly balanced Memphis barbecue sauce and mashed potatoes with roasted brussels sprouts Kendall I was amazed that you decided to barbecue a breast because as you know the breasts gets dry but placing wise it looks beautiful pretty beautiful thank you uh Kendall let's deal with the elephant in the room about the barbecue sauce that thing needs to be put in a bottle and sold online it's exceptional the chicken is moist it's delicious it's Kendall at his best great job thank you sir the tendency to put that barbecue sauce on too early and have that scorching burn with all the sugar in it you didn't do that that shows awareness and it shows good cooking right this is one of the rare occasions that you are able to cook something the three of us can and I think that that is why you're here because that sauce is something that we do not have Mastery of so chepo thank you very much [Applause] foreign barbecue sauce bring it up here [Music] yeah good job Kendall thank you that's coming home with me tonight thank you thank you that's a compliment right there young man very much so thank you all very much [Music]
