good examples Christians should not play Church unfortunately far too many of our brothers and sisters in Christ live their religion only on the Sabbath after the Sabbath is over they're right back in the ways of the world you know unbelievers have good reason to mock Christianity because of these one day a week Christians and their hypocrisy is important for Christians to live their religion every day of the week we should be good examples not only for the unbelievers but for our brothers and sisters in Christ you see when we talked the talk and we walked the walk every day of the week was strengthen the body of Christ we edify the body of Christ but if we just talk the talk and we don't walk the walk we weaken the body of Christ when Judah returned to Jerusalem after the Babylonian captivity times were hard not only were the people tasked with rebuilding the temple and the walls around Jerusalem their own homes but they were also being taxed by the king of Persia our taxer seized at the time of Nehemiah open their Bibles as we begin our study today in Nehemiah chapter 5 verse 1 Nehemiah was chosen by our taxer seized the king of Persia to rule over Jerusalem and the area as Pekka as the word in the foreign language it means governor and Nehemiah didn't like what he was hearing from the people when he shortly after he arrived let's ask that word of wisdom he was precious named father ask you to open eyes open ears this day Nehemiah chapter 5 verse 1 and it reads and there was a great cry of the people and of their wives against their brethren the Jews the people of Judah and the cry was against the wealthy who were oppressing the poor for their word that said this one group that didn't own any land at all we our sons and our daughters are many therefore we take up or we desire to receive corn for them that we may eat and live what we don't want to take the corn by force but we have to have food for our families to eat again this group own no property the second group verse 3 some also there were that said we have mortgaged our lands vineyards and houses that we might buy corn because of the dearth because of the famine in other words they had mortgaged their lands so now they could no longer provide for themselves because they had mortgaged their lands another group verse 4 there were also that said we have borrowed money for the Kings tribute they were paying taxes to our taxes ease the king of Persia and that upon our lands and the vineyards this group borrowed on the production of their land so that they could pay their taxes they too were unable to provide food for themselves yet now our flesh is as the flesh of our brethren referring to the wealthy usurers that were oppressing the poor our our children's as their children and lo we bring into bondage our sons and our daughters to be servants and some of our daughters are brought into bondage already neither it is in our power to redeem them for other men have our lands and vineyards it was legal according to the law of Moses to sell yourself into bondage if things got so tough but you were to be released after seven years or the year of Jubilee whichever came first but these had no power to alter their situation they they they couldn't afford to redeem their sons and their daughters or six and I Nehemiah speaking was very angry when I heard their cry and these words this isn't right this isn't according to God's law and Nehemiah knew it usury was causing a great deal of problems in the time of Nehemiah I tell you beloved usury causes a great deal of trouble for people today then I consulted with myself or within myself and I rebuked the nobles and the rulers the wealthy user errs and said unto them ye exact usury every one of his brother when we get to verse 11 we'll see that it was at a rate of 12% annually and I said a great assembly against them the main problem was usury and it's the main problem for many today when he called this assembly to put a stop to the injustice by a public discussion of the matter verse 8 and I said unto them we after our ability or according to our means have redeemed our brethren the Jews people of Judah which were sold unto the heathen and will ye even sell your brethren question we just redeemed a lot of our brothers out of the bondage to the Egyptians and what would you do turn around and sell them back to the heathen or shall they be sold unto us that's forbidden by the law Leviticus chapter 25 verse 42 then held they their piece and found nothing to answer that justify their actions also I said it is not good that you do re not to walk in the fear of our God because of the reproach of the heathen our enemies don't give the heathen opportunity to mock us because of your actions walk in the fear of our God that's what we should all do talk the talk and walk the walk verse 10 I likewise and my brethren and my servants might exact of them money and corn that was his right as the Pekka as the governor over Jerusalem and the area around it he had a right to to demand food and and tribute in fact many of those who had served as governor before had taken but Nehemiah did not I pray you let us leave off of this usury stop this abuse of the people restored in other words return the lands the vineyards the olive yards their houses I pray you to them even this day immediately their lands their vineyards their olive yards and their houses also the hundredth part of the money and of the corn the wine and the oil that you exact of them usury had put many of them in bondage usury puts many in bondage today this hundredth part of the money is is tells us how much interest they were charging what this means is that they charge them one hundredth part one percent in other words each month and twelve months in the year times one percent you come up with the twelve percent which is a lot of interest especially since they weren't supposed to be charging their brother any interest according to the law of moses verse 12 then said they we will restore them we're going to give them their their property back and will require nothing of them we're not going to collect the interest so will we do as you say it then I Nehemiah speaking called the priest and took an oath of them the user errs in other words that they should do according to this promise he pulled the priest and and made him made him take an oath that they would keep their word this this provided another thing that was a value to the the people of Israel and Judah pre in particular and that is that the priest then in the future making judicial decisions would know the law that you're not to charge your brother usury verse 13 Nehemiah continues also I shook my lap in other words he shook his skirt for what one would carry in their lap or their skirt and said so gods shake out every man from his house and from his labor that perform is not this promise even thus be he's shaken out and emptied in other words he'll have nothing to carry in his skirt in other words he'll he'll lose everything he that doesn't keep this oath not to charge usury of their brethren and all the congregation said Amen or of a truth and praise the Lord and the people did according to this promise now in verses 14 through 19 we have a list of the unselfishness of Nehemiah and what all he did for the people the twelve years that he was governor over Judea verse 14 moreover from the time that I was appointed to be their governor in the land of Judah from the twentieth the year even unto the two and thirtieth the year of our taxer seized the king the king of persia that is twelve years i and my brethren have not eaten the bread of the governor i could have taken from the people but you see Nehemiah was a good ruler he wouldn't take from the people because he knew that they didn't have enough for themselves with all the building that was going on in the taxes that were going to the king of persia verse 15 but the former governors those that were before Nehemiah that had been before me were chargeable unto the people and had taken of them bread put for all food and wine beside are in addition to forty shekels of silver yeh even their servants bear rule over the people but so did not I because of the fear of the Lord Nehemiah was a good ruler Nehemiah was setting a good example those who charge usury of their brother and were not setting a good example for 16 yeah also I continued in the work of this wall neither bought we any land we didn't take mortgages on land make where it made it impossible for people to support their families and all my servants were gathered there unto the work they weren't lording over the people charging them interest they were rolling up their sleeves and getting right in there with the people in building back to the wall you know I've had many bosses over the years the bosses that I have enjoyed working for the most are those who will roll up their sleeves and get right in there they're not afraid to do the work and you know what a boss that is doing the work he understands the work and he's a better boss I've had bosses that didn't really understand what it was that they were supervising and that's an awful boss believe me were 17 moreover there were at my table and hundred and fifty of the Jews and rulers those juda beside those that came unto us from among the heathen that were about us a lot of mouths to feed and he was doing this at his own expense now that which was prepared for me daily it was one ox and six choice or fat sheep also fowls were prepared for me and once in ten days store of all sorts of wine yet for all this required not I'd the bread of the governor because the bondage was heavy upon the people he wouldn't take from the people because he knew they didn't have enough for themselves think upon me my God for good according to all that I have done for this people for the sake of this people Nehemiah was a good ruler he set a good example he realized the burdens that had been placed on this people and he relieved them of that which he was able to relieve them he set a good example Paul encourages Timothy and us to be good examples to others turn with me to the New Testament first Timothy chapter 4 just after Thessalonians you'll find Timothy if you get to Hebrews you've gone too far or turn around and go back first Timothy chapter four verse one and it reads now the spirit notice the capital s the holy spirit speaketh expressly that in the latter times that's now beloved we are in the latter times some shall depart from the faith look at the apostasy that's around us today giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils even to the false messiah himself speaking lies in hypocrisy having their conscience seared with a hot iron in other words their conscience is not as sensitive as it once was being cauterized if you will forbidding to marry how many today say you were divorced you can't remarry and commanding to abstain from meats which God have created to be received with Thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth know the truth of God's Word many believe that this next verse gives Christians the right to eat any meat that they choose note though in verse 3 it says meats which God hath created to be received God didn't create all meat to be received he tells us in Leviticus chapter 11 what's clean and what's unclean verse 4 for every creature of God is good and nothing to be refused if it is received with thanks giving again many teach that that verse means that if you say grace over it it makes pork clean saying grace over pork does not make it clean it's still unclean don't forget verse 3 which God hath created to be received verse 5 for it is sanctified by the Word of God and prayer verse 6 if thou put the Brethren in remembrance of these things thou shalt be a good minister of Jesus Christ nourished up in the words of faith and of good doctrine where in 2000 Timothy if you'll do these things you'll be a good example to the people but refuse profane and old wives fables silly talk traditions of men and exercise thyself rather unto godliness exercise your mind unto godliness work out in God's Word I know many of you are like me that when you're having a bad day you can pull out the Word of God and study and you feel better that's what the word working out in the Word of God will do for you makes the troubles of this world seem not all that important old wives fables may be such as Eve took a bite out of an apple tree and that's what caused all the problems in the Garden of Eden silly and but that's what's being taught we love it and in our Sunday schools across the land our children are taught the eve to bite out of an apple and that's what caused all the problems in the Garden of Eden you probably wouldn't be surprised to know there are a lot of adults that still believe those old wives fables or st. for bodily exercise profiteth little exercising your flesh body really you know it's good to be in shape and stay fit but think about how long are we in the flesh compared to the eternity blink of an eye so working out in the flesh really doesn't accomplish all that much working out in the Word of God the Word of God that will never change profiteth a great deal but godliness is in is profitable unto all things having promise of the life that now is and that which is to come the promise of eternal life verse 9 this is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation and the words all should accept this saying for therefore we both labor and suffer reproach because we trust in the Living God who is the savior of all men especially those who believe John 3:16 those are the ones who are saved the others not so much but you know that is God's will he tells us in 1st Peter excuse me 2nd Peter chapter 3 verse 9 that it's not that God is long-suffering that means he's patient not willing that any should perish but all should come to repentance that's God's will that all of his children come to repentance will they well it's written they won't verse 11 these things command and teach verse 12 let no man despise thy youth but be thou an example of the unbelievers be an example to the unbelievers in Word in conversation in charity that's love in spirit in faith in purity if you'll do these things Timothy if you'll do these things you you will be a good example Paul continues till i come give attendance to reading to exhortation to doctrine well what would he be encouraging Timothy to read the Word of God of course not some quarterly written by man verse 14 neglect not the gift that is in thee which was given thee by prophecy with the laying on of hands of the presbytery the principle tree being the order of the ldren such as the sanhedrin anointing for ordination or ordination in other words meditate this word is male apt heyo in the Greek it means to take care of these things give thyself wholly to them that my profiting may appear to all others we'll see that you're being rewarded for your hard work in the word and they will appreciate it take heed unto thyself and unto the doctrine continued in them for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself and them that hear the stick with the Word of God stay focused is what he's encouraging Timothy to do encourage Titus to do the same turnover to go past second Timothy in the next book little book called Titus Paul encouraged Titus to be a good example as well Titus chapter 2 verse 1 but Speak thou the things which become sound doctrine oh this sounds like that's carrying the same thing that he told Timothy does it not stick with sound doctrine not the doctrine of devils and evil spirits that the aged men be sober the elders in other words be sober grave temperate sound in faith in charity in patience charity again being loved love is the glue that holds the body of Christ together the many membered body the aged women likewise that they be in behavior as becometh holiness not false accusers not gossips not given to much wine teachers of good things again what's good things God's Word that they may teach the young women to be sober to love their husbands to love their children verse 5 to be discreet chaste keepers at home good obedient to their own husband's that the Word of God be not blasphemed you'll be much better off or six young men likewise exhort to be sober-minded this means the sober mind that means to be disciplined or or to correct in all things showing thyself a pattern of good works in doctrine showing uncorrupt Ness gravity sincerity be a good example to others sound speech that cannot be condemned that he that is of the contrary part may be ashamed having no evil thing to say of you when you're preparing to teach God's Word do your homework be prepared know your subject forwards backwards sideways any way that who you're teaching might look at it and you'll be a better teacher don't also be afraid to say you know what when someone asks you a question I don't know the answer to that but let's find out together but let's look into the word a little deeper and find the answer in other words protecting your credibility because if you give somebody a wrong answer one time it's going to take you a long time to regain their faith in your abilities to teach verse 9 exhort servants to be obedient unto their own masters and to please them well in all things not answering again in other words not always complaining always belly aching about this or that Christians should be the best employees in the workplace not purloining not stealing but showing all good fidelity that they may adorn the doctor of God our Savior in all things if you say you're a Christian then make him proud for the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men verse 12 teaching us that denying ungodliness and worldly lusts we should live soberly righteously and godly in the present world talk the talk and walk the walk every day of the week not just on the Sabbath looking for that blessed hope and the glorious appearance appearing of the Great God and our Savior Jesus Christ when we all get to heaven when we all see Jesus what a day of rejoicing that will be who gave himself for us that we might redeem us from all iniquity that sin and purify unto himself a peculiar people zealous of good works 4:15 to complete the chapter these things speak or teach and exhort and rebuke with all authority let no man despise the stay in the doctrine of Jesus Christ every day of the week don't get sidetracked by the words of men Peter urges the elders to be a good example to the congregation turn with me to first Peter chapter 5 as we continue our study just after Hebrews you've got James and then Peter we're going to go to first Peter chapter 5 verse 1 and it reads the elders which are among you I exhort mrs. Peter speaking who am also an elder and a witness of the sufferings of Christ and also a partaker of the glory that shall be revealed these elders are the elders of the elect that's you beloved the words of Peter feed the flock of God which is among you taking the oversight thereof not by constraint not because you have to but willingly not for filthy lucre but for of a ready mind a willing mind in other words again Jesus told Peter three times feed my sheep and that's what Peter is telling us as elders of the elect feed the Sheep and we're not talking about grain or hay we're talking spiritual food the Word of God and if you're in teaching the Word of God for money you're in it for the wrong reason neither or not as being lords over God's heritage but being in samples to the flock be a good example to the flock Nehemiah didn't lord it over the people he wasn't afraid to roll up his sleeves and join right in with them in rebuilding the walls around Jerusalem don't you lord it over people but be an example to the flock and when the chief shepherd not the capital S that's Jesus shall appear at the second Advent you shall receive a crown of glory that fadeth not away don't anyone let anyone take your crown second Timothy chapter four verse eight we learned that those who receive this crown are those that love his appearing they're not in bed with Satan the Antichrist likewise ye younger submit commit yourselves unto the elder yea all of you be subject one to another and be clothed with humility for God resisteth or opposes the proud and giveth grace to the humble pride was Satan's downfall God does not like pride if you exalt yourself prepare to be abased or brought low but if you will humble yourself he will exalt you humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God that he may exalt you in due time casting all your care cast all your anxiety all your worries upon him for he careth for you you are a child of the Living God don't be afraid to cast all your cares upon him he's got broad shoulders be sober be vigilant because your adversary the devil as a roaring lion walketh about seeking whom he may devour Satan will attack you if you're serving the Lord I think Satan would like to have a trophy or two in his collection of God's election nothing more would make his day don't let it happen whom resist steadfast in the faith knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world there's nothing that's going to happen to you that's not common demand 1st Corinthians chapter 10 verse 13 but the God of all Grace who have called us not not volunteered he called you unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus after that you have suffered a while make you perfect complete or mature establish strengthen settle you don't play Church if you're gonna talk the talk be ready to walk the walk and don't just do it one day a week do it every day of the week to him be glory and Dominion forever and ever amen by Sylvania of Silas a faithful brother unto you as I suppose I have written briefly extorting and testifying that this is the true grace of God wherein we stand the church that is that Babylon elected together with you saluteth you and so does Marcus my son his spiritual son that's John mark John is in the Gospel of John greet one another with a kiss of charity peace be with you all that are in Christ Jesus amen amen meaning of a truth or that is that in conclusion turn over to second Thessalonians chapter 3 with me second Thessalonians chapter 3 and it reads the words of Paul finally brethren pray for us that the word of the Lord may have free course and be glorified even as it is with you you can tell a lot about Paul by this verse Paul wouldn't asking them for their prayers because of the tribulations he was in during the times he was thrown in prison shipwrecked beaten was he praying for he's praying that the Word of God will go forward and that we may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men for all men have not faith are all are believers and you know those unbelievers will take advantage of the believers if you let them don't but the Lord is faithful or true who shall establish you and keep you from evil Moffatt translate this the evil one and we have confidence in the Lord touching you that you both do and will do the things we we command you just not just talk the talk but be willing to walk the walk and of course what did Paul teach them to follow the commandment of God of course and the Lord directed your hearts into the love of God and into the patient waiting of Christ the subject the return of Christ don't fall for the fake now we command you brethren in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ that you withdraw yourselves from every brother that walketh disorderly this word disorderly means unarranged or insubordinate ly and not after the tradition which he received of us and of course that instruction that he were that we received of him was the Word of God for yourselves know how you ought to follow us to imitate us for we behaved not ourselves disorderly among you unarranged or insubordinate neither did we eat any man's bread for nought but wrought with labour and travail night and day that we might not be chargeable to any of you no free rides Acts chapter 18 verse 3 we learned that Paul was a tent maker and he earned his own way no free rides not because we have not power we have the authority to take food from you but to make ourselves an ensample an example to be a good example on you until you define to you to follow us verse 10 for even when we were with you this we commanded that if any would not work neither should he eat get rid of the dead wood they're useless verse 11 for we hear that there are some which walk among you disorderly working not at all but are busybodies now them that are such we command and exhort by Lord Jesus Christ that with quietness they work and eat their own bread but don't give them your bread and you know those who are on welfare today and I know people get in a situation occasionally where they need help but we have a group of people in the United States that think welfare is a way of life they think the world owes them a living but welfare you are giving them your bread who's paying for it those who pay taxes and work verse 13 but ye brother and be not weary in well-doing and if any man obey not our word by this epistle by this letter note or mark that man and have no company with him that he may be ashamed shame is a motivator at times yet count him not as an enemy or an adversary but admonish him warn him as a brother he still is your brother now the Lord of peace himself gives you peace always by all means the Lord be with you all peace of the Lord is true peace of mind the salutation of Paul with my own hand which is the token of every epistle so I write the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all amen or that's that that is truth we should all do the best we can to be a good example to unbelievers and believers but you know try as we might we all fall short we all mess up from time to time man and all in all it really doesn't make a very good example but you know what we have one example that we should all keep our eye on at all times that example of course does Jesus Christ he showed us how to do it how to live this in this flesh life and not mess up and are we going to be like him I wish we could but we can do our best to be like him let's go to his throne Yahweh Heavenly Father we thank you for your written word father your word again that tells us how to be pleasing to you father your word tells us how to to be a good example to others in this world of evil and darkness father everything that we do the rest of this day be is here himself de-facto or deserve the last half of that five months two and a half months Kenneth and Oklahoma if I was baptized at fifteen should I be baptized again since I fell away from Christ no Hebrews chapter 6 verses five and six states that once we come to the truth in other words once you're saved that if you fall away and then you're baptized again it's like if you're saved again it's like recruit fiying Jesus again once was enough you know when we fall short were the ones that messed up that's why we should repent when we fall away that's the teachings of Paul there in Hebrews chapter six verses five and six was once you fall away after you've accepted the truth and been saved and then you fall away don't recruit if I cross Christ again to get saved again repent that's the beauty of Christianity is repentance Steve from Kentucky how can you fast when you have and what was written down here on your question Steve was sugar I'm gonna guess that you said low blood sugar and how can you study the Bible when you can't read okay well I wouldn't fast if I had low blood sugar in fact I don't fast anyway that I think the word the fast in God's word means to afflict yourself or humble yourself before the Lord how can you study the Bible when you can't read well you're welcome to watch shepherd's chapel we'll do the reading for you and we stick to the Word of God chapter by chapter verse by verse Wanda and Georgia I am looking for a book I think it's called Josephus do you know where I can find one well Josephus for those of you don't know was a spell it one more time for you Jos eph us and you will be directed to books that contain the writings of josephus Jo and California how do we live if we can't buy or sell and Jo is talking about the period of time that the Antichrist is here on earth that the elect won't be able to buy and sell why because they won't have any of the currency that the Antichrist is doling out why because you have to worship Him to receive any of that money and we're not going to worship Him to answer your question Jo how do we survive if we can't buy or sell we plan ahead and have some precious metals in our possession to where we can barter or trade for things that we need but always remember that God is going to take care of his the elect during that period of time they're the ones that accomplished his plan his will so he's going to make sure they have what they need Jack wanted in California where in the bible does it talk about the promises of God from one end of the Bible through the other it talks about God's promises usually there's a condition attached to his promises that little word if I F it's a big word because it says it seems to me that man has a hard time meeting the conditions of receiving God's promises and Jaqueline make a note of Leviticus 26 and Deuteronomy 28 which contained the blessings of God if you do things his way that's promises you could think of it or the cursings of God if you don't do things his way Willie in Louisiana if Satan still locked up in Chains revelation 12 verses 6 & 7 doesn't say he's locked in Chains in revelation 12 6 & 7 what it does say there is that Michael and his angels war against Satan and his angels and Satan is defeated and Michael boots Satan and his out on earth that's when it's woe to you on earth Satan will be bound in chains and the bottomless pit throughout the millennium the thousand years that Jesus and the elect reign on earth Revelation chapter 20 verses 1 through 3 and I think it's Michael who has that chain and lassoed Satan and into the bottomless pit he goes he's going to be loosed for a short season at the end of the thousand years and believe it or not some will follow him then but they're going to be following him right in to the lake of fire Dale in Wisconsin please explain 2nd Peter chapter 3 verse 10 about the heavens will pass away well and the Lord today is the subject there it's the the Lord's Day is the Millennium how can you say well I'm a millennium is a thousand years 2nd Peter chapter 3 verse 8 one day with the Lord as a thousand years and a thousand years as one day 2nd Peter chapter 3 verse 10 goes on to say all the elements will be burned up in fervent heat melted in fervent Heat and what is the elements the elements are the evil rudiments you see our God is a consuming fire Hebrews chapter 12 verse 29 will document that to those who love and serve God that consuming fire is the warmth that you feel in your heart when the Holy Spirit touches you to the enemy to the wicked to the rude evil rudiments it's a consuming fire Raphael in California in Northern California dude the giant redwood trees represent people in God's Word all these trees symbolic of the Giants in Genesis 6 are they still standing from the first Earth Age trees are symbolic of men throughout God's Word excuse me Genesis chapter 2 you have the Tree of Life and you have the tree of the knowledge of good and evil one is Jesus Christ the other is Satan in Genesis chapter 6 were actually men the Giants were actually men though not trees what happened was the Nephilim the fallen angels saw the daughters of Adam and liked what they saw they went into them and children were the result and they were deburr in the Hebrew tongue which is the Giants but throughout God's Word men are likened unto trees Steve in North Carolina what does the Bible say about men with long hair is this what Paul was talking about first Corinthians chapter 11 verse 14 and it states if a man have long hair it is a shame unto Him and why well you've got to back up a little bit the previous verses verse 10 in particular is talking about the fallen angels and Paul is explaining there why women should have a covering over their head because the fallen angels are coming back they like women and they like pretty boys with long hair that's the reason it would be a shame Florence and Texas are God in Jesus one in the same yes John chapter 1 verse 1 in the beginning was the word the word word is logos that's Jesus Christ and the Word was with God and the Word was God John chapter 14 verse 9 the Apostles were asking him show us God let us see God and Jesus said he that have seen me hath seen the father and wherever God and Jesus are the Holy Spirit is there also the Trinity Connie and Georgia after Joshua died who took his place well no one and that turned out to be a problem judges chapter 2 verses 6 through 11 verse 7 it states the people serve the Lord all the days of Joshua after Joshua's generation died there arose another generation which knew not the Lord as long as Joshua was alive he kept Israel lined out and following the Lord when he passed away they grew away from the Lord Fred in Arkansas how do you know you are saved well you read John chapter 3 verse 16 do you believe on Jesus Christ then you are saved that's what's required for salvation Dalton in Texas please explain Genesis chapter 9 verse 21 well it's talking there let me explain first to uncover your father's nakedness and you have to go to Leviticus chapter 18 verse 8 in Leviticus chapter 20 verse 11 and it'll tell you what to uncover your father's nakedness means it means to lie with his wife in sexual intercourse in other words and what was going on there in Genesis chapter nine was him had an incestuous relationship with his own mother the wife of his father Noah and he uncovered his father's nakedness on the other hand Shem and Jeptha would not do so they were embarrassed I think is the reason they covered themselves with a blanket and backed out of where this event was taking place but that's the reason many people teach falsely that that was the beginning of the black race that's an insult to my brothers and sisters in Jesus Christ that happened to be black the races were created in Genesis chapter 1 not in Genesis chapter 9 an incestuous relationship between two people of the same race does not change the color of the child's skin but that's what happened that's the reason he said God didn't curse Canaan Noah cursed Canaan why he sent him away he didn't want him around reminding him of what him had done with his wife Anthony and Georgia we're in the Bible can I find the unforgivable sin well there are many places but Luke chapter 12 verses 10 through 13 and it's called in the King James Version Bible to blaspheme the Holy Spirit what it is is for one of God's elect to refuse the Holy Spirit to speak through them when they're delivered up before the Antichrist that's unforgivable I don't believe it will happen India and Florida do we keep the day of atonement no the only religious holy day that we keep in this time period is Passover and why first Corinthians chapter 5 verses 6 & 7 Jesus Christ became our Passover but you see when you say keep the day of atonement they made animal sacrifices on the Day of Atonement that was the one day of the year that the high priest was to take the blood of bull and the blood of a goat for his own sins and the sins of the people into the Holy of Holies blood sacrifice was nailed to the cross with Jesus Christ to do that today blood animal sacrifice would be an abomination to God you see he he sacrificed his own son to replace those sacrifices Eddie in Texas I have a statue of Jesus that I pray to and have done this for years is this okay I would not be comfortable with that at all you don't pray to an object that's like I'm having an idol there is what you're doing and you say I pray to it that's worshiping and you don't worship a statue of Jesus you don't need a statue to pray and you should pray to your heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ that gives you credentials as a Christian even and Oklahoma I saw on television that President Trump was shaking hands with the leader of Israel in Ezekiel 37 God says two sticks will be joined together at this time is this the same as the two sticks in Ezekiel no the two sticks in Ezekiel or the nation of Israel that was broken apart why because Solomon was worshiping idols and God rent part of the kingdom 10 tribes to be exact from him and gave them to Jeroboam the first man king of the ten northern tribes after the split but the ten northern tribes and Judah will be rejoined together the two sticks will become one again but it's not the United States and Israel Eugene and Virginia do angels have blood and the answer to that is no they are not flesh first Corinthians chapter 15 verse 50 states that flesh and blood cannot enter the kingdom of heaven so if angels had blood they wouldn't be able to be in the kingdom I'm out of time I want you all to know that I love you a great deal why because you enjoy studying
