Pro tip: use room temperature eggs and make sure the pasta + meat is below ~145 F degrees before adding the whisked eggs. The most common mistake I've made is turning off the burner but adding the eggs too soon and getting scrambled eggs. You can play the guessing game of how long you should wait, or stick a thermometer in the pasta and make sure it's below 145 F.

I only wish there was Smell-O-Vision for video’s or programs that are centered around cooking. But I do know now what I will be cooking for the wife tonight for dinner!! She will be amazed if I can pull this one off for her. I will just tell her that the idea popped into my head at the grocery store. The great thing is if I screw it up I’ll start over again because it only takes a few minutes to prep and prepare. I just need to buy extra ingredients in case I do that. Chances are I will need too if the past is any indicator. And that’s not a joke!! Gennaro makes it look and sound easy.
