That takes me way back. This was the recipe I first used after I realised my parents' recipe, that produced a very dry and unflexible dough and needed a rolling pin, was not the way to go.

Sometimes when I'm too lazy to make a pizza sauce I still just use raw passata, salt, olive oil, basil and a bit of Parmesan cheese as shown in this video.

Produces a very good result as well.
