Click on the Bell once the Bell is click you will get all notification to thank you hello everyone please welcome and join me in Easy Steps cooking today I'm going to share with you very tasty and very delicious garlic shrimp recipe it's so quick within 5 to 6 minutes you have your garlic shrimps ready and they're one of the best appetizers if you are a seafood lover out there you are going to love it it's 10 out of 10 my lady cooking she makes a perfect garlic shrimp and without wasting any time let's go to the kitchen and see that how she is cooking garlic shrimps the ingredients we needed to make our garlic shrimp these are one pound shrimp it's a clean shrimp no tale peeled deveined I washed it and I pat it dry with a paper towel 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste red chili flakes 1 teaspoon parsley 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon 1 tablespoon butter that will be strictly optional if you are health conscious then please skip it 1 tablespoon olive oil then I'm going to use the garlic that is peeled and I'm going to use the 10 cloves and how I'm going to cut that part I'm going to share with you so I'm going to use like 10 garlic cloves so I'm going to place it inside a mandolin slicer and I'm going to slice it nicely that's a good thing about the slicer that it's all done and it's very quickly and efficiently so as you can see it's a very thin slices going to cut it into small chunks after chopping it as you can see a looking nice it gives a nice uniform cut with our mandolin slicer it's 10 nice garlic cloves let's go to our gas get it frypan and we're going to start gas and we're going to keep the gas on high we are going to bring olive oil one tablespoon and we're going to bring butter at the same time as the butter starts to melt we're going to bring Garlic and we're going to cook our garlic for one minute so cooking for one minute now we're going to bring the shrimp and we're going to cook along with our garlic so once it's nicely mixed so we're going to cook them until they change the color then we're going to turn them over cooking for two minutes as you see they start changing color now we're going to turn them over as you can see within two minutes it's nicely changing color and now we're going to bring the gas to medium mix it well so altogether cooking for three minutes now we're going to bring the spices salt black pepper red chili flakes parsley and now we're going to mix it well keep your gas on medium after mixing it all we're going to bring the lemon juice and mix it well altogether  we cooked for four minutes  our shrimps are nicely cooked nicely sauteed we're going to give one more minute you don't want to overcook the shrimps then they become chewier this way they are perfectly cooked within five minutes please keep the gas on medium for the first two minutes we cook on high gas and the other three minutes we are cooking on medium gas so all together cooking for five minutes and now we're going to turn off the gas and it's all ready and we're going to dish out we get our serving platter they are so easy to make five to six minutes our shrimps are ready oh look so delicious our quick and easy sauteed garlic shrimps are ready and we're going to garnish with Parsley and that looks perfect and I hope you're going to like it if you like the seafood this is the best appetizer and quick and easy to make I hope you're going to like it if you liked it please give a like to this video and please Subscribe Easy Steps cooking Thank You and BYE BYE
