oh i think early in the morning probably what you see 5 51. we're just getting in got to get the thing started um we just want to let y'all know that it's time to take advantage of y'all opportunities it's time to you know wake up and be motivated it's time to you know see your vision and uh actually trust in it it's time for you to you know rise above and uh we believe in you we want to see you succeed and we appreciate you for supporting the brand [Music] team members team members let's get it baby we're going on a walk yeah a walk without a man has been walking around the building let's get it everyone what's good matt let's get them um we bout to take a walk bout to take a walk y'all come up that one um put my boy matt goes up there right quick and just leave him so he should have um one hour plus on his first show of goals and leave them in the same stations for um every ship trying not to switch people during shifts yeah i know if we i knew if we really really have to it's cool but let's just try to keep everybody in it if we want to switch them let's switch them down a shift change where is the little man buzz baby okay i don't know where i was like i'm gonna get in motion what time did you wake up like 4 30 i started doing push-ups i got some weights at the crib they're gonna wake me up though yeah that's the best way to be what you did this morning oh man so i couldn't take my childhood oh man [Music] oh man we got okay um any questions that y'all may already have right now that we could kind of help with or any um expectations or you know if we if we clarify our expectations and um kind of what we're just trying to get done overall the goal is to just help production move smoothly and as we get in a bigger building um it's stacey not just able to walk in a room so we still need eyes kind of everywhere and we're trying to build up our mid-level management right now to eventually get people to upper management to be able to think like an executive and help strategize so right now it's more of like um helping delegate towards the front line um and and i mean this whole thing is like a a football team it's like a football organization so right now basically we're just coaches like you know we got offensive coach offensive coordinator head coach and um we need to just make sure our individual spots like if you coach receivers you coach running back she coach safety that we got everybody just doing knowing what they knowing their position knowing the playbook and then because when it's time to really get out here and perform we got to be able to do it you know what i mean and um it's coming um just with our whole team because we won't be able to ramp this thing up we're gonna be able to fill this out we won't be able to be building the next building within the next year or two um like we don't want to stop here so that's kind of my goal right now well we got we got the creative division in the works here and so we got the production going we're still on team team 17 all the way who wouldn't yeah so right here here's the vision right i'm gonna talk to y'all let me talk to you vision is in my hand right so i have the vision now we gotta create the vision i'm gonna create this vision we gotta get out we gotta put the tabs on we gotta put the design on world of vision on here and i got started on here this right here is create the vision so we could clear it out to you all you want to help you uh we want to help y'all create the vision we want to motivate y'all to get the vision recreate the vision here so y'all can create the vision that's what we're about we're division so right now it's uh 7 46 in the morning oh i got this stack right here a trucker hatch and uh we ran out of trucker heads but i'm texting everybody right now since it's too early to call i don't want to wake them up you know so just texting everybody right now reaching out trying to get you know replacements for it uh we're working hard as we can man uh every day we're working hard and uh we appreciate y'all business and we're gonna keep giving y'all a great customer service you know um pretty much this morning i'm just checking making sure everything's flowing right you know it's early in the morning but we in here we got the team going so just making sure that uh the pinning and cutting it forward and sewing everything going smoothly so that we can get them out for the orders and get everything going so we're really just trying to let y'all see really behind the scenes more the raw uncut type stuff like this really what we'd be doing like in here they pinning it all then it's going to be song cutting forward and go out for the orders everything like we're just trying to show all of it so um we like people to come in and be able to know exactly what they're going to be doing for the day so we really put our like whole shifts on here we put this the whole day what everybody going to be doing so there's everybody who come in for the first shift second shift third shift they know this how many boxes they got to do and what they're going to be doing so whenever they come in they look at this board and then they go to whichever station they're supposed to be according to this board damn i know i was just kind of spreading out when i get some more help well you know you know how we do our normal training i'm gonna pass it to you mr mate oh you can handle it we need some more people stop that word god bless wide receiver didn't you hey we need this type of energy i gotta walk this over here okay i see we all got to go lift weights all right we just over here knocking out our daily pinning you know trying to make sure they begin things right for the next station of sewers to ensure you know the best quality that we can for our customers man it feels good man we got all this space it's good to see how fast we're actually growing and i can't wait to see like where we go from here you happy know to you happy birthday yo thank y'all we appreciate it man um everybody can take time to get a little cake if y'all want it then we'll get back at it i don't know if y'all want to do the first cut but your name cut first all right um so we had the sets today so i would say today we was definitely moving everybody was moving with a good sense of urgency so i definitely appreciate that um sean we definitely appreciate y'all i know it's not many of y'all so we appreciate how fast y'all was moving um so tomorrow basically we're gonna be doing the same thing and all the orders that's waiting right here is the stuff that y'all doing so we just trying to get all of that ready so that we can send it out for all these customers that's waiting i want to say to the managers today a really good job following the list for the first day and now it's kind of very confusing you know new things and stuff but you really did a good job everybody following what the point that we said so thank you um we um want to say thank you to my customer service team um we really got caught up today i think he did a lot thank you everybody for the birthday wishes as well um and i feel like we all in here working hard moving progress you know we got orders going in sewing and everything so from what i see from this dish from watching everybody we all in here working hard making progress so we're going bigger every day to fulfillment um we doing what we gotta do to get it over to y'all i just wanna say a big shout out to gene because this morning you were doing it all by yourself and you you definitely get it done so big props to you and stephanie you'll be killing it over there on pinning just keep going big possible too [Music] [Music] i like how everyone just came in to keep like when morgan came and told me we needed something everybody just fell in line and got it done so uh i just want to say thank you to everybody for just being on the same stage big shout out to jim big shout out to jim appreciate y'all so much um my only thing i've got we got we got a child best to get everything that we got enough so we could drop it we're trying to every every week something new every week so as soon as we get this out y'all gonna get me activated here i'm ready you heard me tell you you took the first date first day we sold eighty percent of all the sweatsuits the day we dropped it like we had two thousand cents like four thousand pieces literally in less than like 24 hours like all of it was almost gone so like now i think that we have like a huge demand so i'm trying to drop every week literally like just every chance we're able to just put something out there i'm trying to do that so in order for us to do that we got to ship everything out rapidly because or they're going to come to customer service and be nagging and then they're going to become nagging me but uh other than that man i appreciate y'all get a break dp freak man what we got what we got
