hey everybody it's me Ryan I'm excited to look at this next house that I found on realtor.com we're meeting just today this isn't 1308 Pennsylvania it's a four-bedroom three-bathroom 2428 square feet it was built in 1897 it's listed at $22,000 so we're going to take a look at this house today that's it right there a really quiet area I'm surprised this house looks to be in excellent shape but again you can never tell what's underneath the siding got a nice little backyard the hot thing I noticed there's no windows in the back of the house I kind of wonder if they covered those up with siding and again despite this being in st. Louis there's no vandalism see the windows are intact there's a separate entry way maybe a second apartment I'm really excited to see what this one's gonna look like because you never know Wow look at this this is so neat 1897 you never know what happened in this backyard that's pretty old so guys this goes without saying this is a really old part of st. Louis D st. Louis this is kind of creepy guys I just noticed that house across the street there's a hole in the roof I think all three of these houses are in full you know the what 2004 tech solution see 130 online bring me property text yeah okay there's Jeff so wow look it's got a stained-glass window I probably got hardwood under all this carpet thanks I'm good yeah the carpets horrible yeah Wow fireplace it's got tall ceilings that was pretty cool house pocket door over there you know this area is so quiet I was sitting outside waiting in the area really quiet yeah I guess that's really yeah this stare in here it was just like in the country Wow where's the stairs you see the standard Oh the stairs are on the outside Oh it's a new cabinet Wow this room that looks ancient at least it's intact right good water water here kind of glad you're with me on this one [Laughter] yeah keep it well that's weird you can definitely feel the history there's your call foot bathtub everybody loves oh it's got another kitchen Wow Wow the original wood floors too beautiful don't know about this uh mustard colors but they did a good job painting these big windows this house is amazing this is the sky is what I live for doing these videos there's no cough that means a little tub in that anyone here that is so mean when you talk about quiet out here nothing like living in the city all the cicadas I missed the cicadas being in the city so basically there's this little bathroom area there's this room bedroom there's this across the hall there's a funny feeling back here [Music] turn this into something up there I just an even been a hot summer job it doesn't look like it needs much at all did you go upstairs hello doing your dishes look out in that little backyard that is so neat the circuit breaker looks new too looks good this was built in 1897 right yeah so this was here when the riots had just happened this was here when the riots happen in 1917 a little entryway I don't see any leaks mm-hmm anything no it's this one cosmetic stuff yeah get in here and pull the carpet and you can sand the floors mm-hmm hey how much do you think this will grant for hey if you did Section eight probably close to 1100 yeah I think you better in st.
